Personality: Energetic and Free-Willed. He is a guy who speaks his mind and takes action when needed. He likes to sing more than average and has a bad habit of trying to pick up every attractive female he sees even when the situation would suggest they are not interested or he is in danger.
Biography: Axx was born into a wealthy but small kingdom in the South Blue on a small island. It is not very well known because the king doesn't take interest in the happenings of the outside world unless it's profitable to his kingdom and because of this, pirates never raid this land either since he occasionally helps them too if it's beneficial. Axx was no different from his father being selfish and not knowing much of the outside world. Servants tended to his every beck and call all his life and he never needed anything from anyone and never learned any important lessons either. Around the time he was 16, his father struck a deal with a distant land that would make the kingdom one of the richest in the world and he decided to take Axx along with him on this business venture. After arriving to the land, his father went off to talk business and Axx managed to sneak away to explore around having never been in the real world before. He came to a small village in poverty and looked around not knowing what to think of all this. People were sick, starving, on the verge of death, these things were all new to him. He came to a small girl who wanted to play with him but he has never played with other children before so the child took his hand and lead him around and played simple games with him like Tag and Tic-Tac-Toe. This was the first time in Axx's life that he was genuinely happy and the sun was setting after a full day of play. He promised to come back and play with her again and she made him pinky promise to it, then he left back to the estate he and his father were staying at. The next day, he came to the village to find his new friend and while he was looking for her, the village went under attack from the neighboring town. Axx rushed to find his friend so he could escape with her and looked around and in buildings franticly unable to find her. A cannonball struck a building he was near and buried his legs under rubble causing some damage to him too. He looked up after the explosion and saw his friend standing in front of a building looking at him while crying. Axx reached out for her to try and comfort her but another cannonball struck down near them blowing them both away.
Axx came to in a hospital room later covered in bandages and still feeling pain from the wreckage he was found under and was filled in on what happened while he was out cold, how they found him half buried under a collapsed building and rushed him to the hospital for the best treatment with the royal doctors tending to him. Once he got his barings, he recalled everything that happened just before that and franticly asked what happened to the girl he was near. The doctor told him that he was the only one rescued. A team sent by his father passed by many others that may have survived just to save Axx and that he was the only survivor now. After recovering, Axx went back to his family’s kingdom silently contemplating what his father ordered and after returning, he confronted his father and asked why he didn't help the people who were hurt and how they had more than enough resources to aid them all. His father simply replied that it wasn’t financially effective and sent him off. Axx was dumbfounded while sitting in his room seeing how the world was a worse place cause of people like his father and family who only cared about money and not other people. How there was so much hurt in the world that he didn’t even realize until that day. After that, Axx started trying helping around the castle more often, wanting to help clean or cook or something but he was either dismissed or caused a bigger mess not knowing how to do those things properly. He was very depressed at first not being able to help or make any else happy but soon found one thing he could do that no one else could.
The next week, he took up music lessons and found he had a talent for the musical arts and started playing his music across the whole castle for all to hear and for a time, things were livelier and more pleasant than ever. His music was lifting the spirits of everyone who heard and it was only matched by his energy and zealous personality. But this soon came to an end when his father demanded that he stop with his foolish hobbies and focus on something that would make the kingdom more money and when Axx tried to talk back to him to say that he wanted to keep playing his music, his father kicked him in the gut and to the floor and said that if he ever spoke back to him again, he would no longer have a son. This crushed Axx emotionally and for a few days, he walked around with a dead expression on his face and just passively agreeing to anything that was asked of him. One day, his father came back to the castle with a small group of pirates in a great mood and talking about making more money than ever before and brought everyone to the meeting hall where he announced that he came into possession of a rare Devil Fruit and could sell it to make an immense amount of wealth or have one of his loyal warriors consume it and send them to crush other kingdoms and steal their wealth like he did to the village Axx was attacked in, and that was the last straw for him.
That night, he snuck into his father’s treasure room and grabbed all the loot he could carry in a bag on his back and was making his way out when he noticed the devil fruit his father obtained earlier that day sitting on a podium, and he decided in an instant to take that as well, shoving it into his bag. He left the treasure room and was making his way towards the main gates when he stopped to the sound of a click that echoed through the halls. He looked back over his shoulder and saw his father and two royal guards at his sides standing in the moonlight let in by the window behind Axx and also seeing his father pointing a pistol straight at him. Axx told his father that he had enough of all this horrible hate around him and he was going to go into the world on his own. His father seemed unphased by his declaration and simply gave him a cold look as he told him that he didnt care what Axx did anymore but he shouldn’t have tried to take his father's wealth, and then he pulled the trigger with a flash and a loud bang. Axx jumped to the shot fired and froze at first, then looked down at his chest and saw the hole in his shirt that was during deep red and spreading across his white shirt rapidly. He looked back up to his father in shock but was only met with an unfeeling gaze and the guards at his sides not moving a muscle to the sight. Axx tried to take a step to move away but the weight of the bag pulled him backwards and out the window falling three stories to the hard dirt below. It didn't take long for a couple of guards to come from the palace and find him lying bloody and broken in the dirt and while he asked for help, the guards ignored him and retrieved the scattered gold lying around him and the bag and left him to die. Before he passed out from blood loss, he looked over to his side and saw that the guards missed the devil fruit that rolled out of his bag and under a nearby shrub and he managed to pull himself over to it and smirk as he took a bite of the fruit knowing that like this, he would lose something very valuable and passed out uttering “Gross…”
It was now the morning and Axx was lying in a barn with bandages around his chest and head from the gunshot and fall and not knowing how he got here exactly. He stood up and walked over to the barn doors and looked out seeing that he was in a small village and then was approached by a young woman asking if he rested well and that she treated his wounds. Axx tried to leave but the woman pile drove him into the ground and told him he wouldn’t go anywhere until he was fully healed, but he couldn’t hear her say that cause he was out cold once again. He spent the next few weeks living in the small village while recovering from his injuries and helping around the barn where he could or using his musical talents to make friends around the village. After he was fully healed, he was liked by everyone in the village and told the woman who took care of him that he was leaving but she seemed sadder than average at the news and showed him a piece of paper. It was a wanted poster. HIS wanted poster with a substantial amount for a reward for his capture. He figured this was his father's handy work for him eating the fruit and came out to to her with who he really was and how he got here. She was surprised hearing all this but it didn’t change anything to her and she would keep him hidden in the village so no one would find him and they could live happily there, especially as he was one of them now no one would out him. But the pipe dream only lasted for a couple days as one of the villagers outed him for the reward and marines came to the town to capture or kill him and as he was found, the woman helped him escape and only asked that he make the world a better place in his own way and he left.
A few days later, he heard about the marines raid on the village to capture him and while there were a few injuries, no casualties were reported and while that was a relief, he knew he could never go back orelse everyone he grew to love there would be arrested for harboring him as an outlaw and he couldn’t do that to the best family he had. After some time sailing and contemplating his options, Axx decided that there was no escaping his fate as an outlaw do to his father’s greed and knew he only had one course of action if he wanted to live up to his own goals and his friends. He retreated into the underground world of outlaws to the world. A place where he would not be hunted by the marines and where he could work to gain the strength he needed no matter how long it took...
Years passed with no sign of him anywhere in the world with most marines and people in general thinking that he died off somewhere alone, but recently he has reappeared looking much different from his old wanted poster and with a strong aura to himself. After his first reappearance, it was stated that he played a concert for the town before taking a small amount of valuables from everyone and claiming that he was going to become the next King of Pirates. Not that anyone should take a claim like that seriously but when he was confronted by a small platoon of marines, he took them out using a strange power and now is out at sea looking to accomplish his goals and nothing will stop him.
