Welcome to the conclusion of part two of Anthemusa!
Some of you may remember the musical festival that ran and concluded back in Aug/Sept 2016 (Links here) where Jade Argent (journal) was attacked and kidnapped by a team of senshi who ultimately met their demise at the hands of General Xenotime (played by Beejoux) and her allies EXCEPT for one.
Code-named Sailor Sparks escaped the festival and has spent the last year and a half in hiding while trying to figure out the right time to avenge the senshi she led into battle and fought by her side.
Unfortunately for Sparks, General Labyrinthite and Captain Marcasite had lain a trap to catch her and her ally, Mr. Renegade! Their trap was successful, leaving Renegade dead and Sparks to live out a personal nightmare.
She was corrupted.

.
Here's where you come in!
Sparks is the now the corrupt senshi of Electromagnetism and this is a concept/roleplay contest to win her!
Due to the nature of her forced corruption, most of her memories have been completely lost and all she remembers is waking up in the care of her superior officers; General Labyrinthite and Captain Marcasite (both played by me). What this means is that she is a completely blank slate for you to create!

Before we get down to the rules & request, here's some important information to consider before you truly contemplate entering!
Sparks started as a white moon senshi who was corrupted into the negaverse, this means that if she were to side swap again for any reason, she will be LOCKED at super as it would be considered a double side swap.
As she's a giveaway spawning from a personal plot of mine she is expected to remain "attached" to my characters and while I cannot force anyone to do anything with a character I'm giving away, I am treating this like an agreement that you will at least try to uphold a relationship with me. I am very flexible and am willing to work with people, but if you do not think that you are capable of working & rping with me, please do not enter.
She was a quest-fairy kindly given to myself & felyn and she does not come with a cool down.
This is not a shop-run event and is a personal give away which means that while I might consult others when it comes to judging I will be the final determining factor when it comes to choosing a winner.
And a shout out to felyn for working with me on this plot and being a large reason why any of this can happen!
Do not discourage others from participating. Fill out the form completely before posting, that includes the character profile & prompt response. Do not enter/post an incomplete entry. Doing so will disqualify you from the contest. This means no 'reserving' posts for entry. While it is not a requirement, due to the nature of her superior officers, she is encouraged and welcome to work for the company once the restructure is settled! You DO have to pick a celestial body OR mineral name for her. Sparks was a throwaway name used to differentiate her from the other disposables and isn't a valid senshi name! Please don't enter with the intention of rehoming her at a later date. While I cannot control what you do with her once you win her, I do request that if you have issues playing her that you try and work with me first or that she makes her way back to me. If you have any questions please reach out to me and I will do my best to answer concisely! Rules are subject to update per my discretion.

Meet Corrupt Sailor Sparks! Her beautiful Sailor art was done by the talented Beejoux.
To enter to win her, please fill out the forms below and answer one of the prompts! Please remember that despite filling out the profile, winning does not mean that she is approved to play and must be submitted for approval by staff upon winning! It's expected that the profile you enter/win with is the profile you're using when posting for approval

[In lieu of school, she is welcome to have taken up a job within Renegade Media which offers a variety of positions]
Hobbies: What does your character do outside of schoo/workl during their civilian life? Note that this is an activity that they do on a regular basis, and reflects their personality. How often do they do this activity? Why? Note that if it's a once-in-a-blue-moon activity, then it's most likely not a hobby. List at least two, just try not to go overboard.
e.g.
Reading - Matt McMat loves to read joke books in order to come off as a funny guy. He doesn't like to read mystery, romance, or horror books because of the serious tone they take, and thinks they're most useful for making paper airplanes out of. In fact, this is why Matt McMat can't visit the Destiny City Library unattended.
Virtues: These are positive aspects about your character's personality that affects them on a daily basis. Specifically, these are non-physical traits (such as 'generous', 'kind' and 'outgoing') that other people will look up to your character for having. All profiles have a minimum of two virtues (and a maximum of four).
e.g.
Outgoing -- Matt McMatt is an outgoing guy. He's always the life of the party, and tends to love organizing parties for no reason but having parties. He's an effervescent party animal. When it comes to answering a question, Matt McMatt is usually the first to offer an answer even if it isn't correct of what someone is looking for.
Flaws: Second verse, same as the first. Things that are not flaws: 'clumsy', 'hates seeing people hurt their friends', phobias, mental illnesses, diseases, being 'too nice' (unless they are SO NICE that it is an ACTUAL FLAW), etc. Like the virtues, these are non-physical traits about your character that affects them daily, however these are attributes about your character that give other people reason to look DOWN on your character. Your profile must have a minimum of two flaws, and a maximum of four.
e.g.
Selfish -- Matt McMatt can be really self-centered. He thinks about himself long before any of his friends, and whether or not things impact on him. If he finds something boring or not worth his time, he rarely goes through with it to help out a pal. He can be a bit of a fair-weather friend, because he first and foremost thinks about himself.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Hair and eye colors cannot change from civilian to powered form, nor can tattoos or piercings. If your character has a tattoo as a civilian it will appear on the powered art, though will have a glamour to prevent people who have seen both from identifying civilian identities. Hairstyles can change between civilian and powered form; only Corrupted Senshi have vastly different hair between civilian and powered forms (their hair grows extensively in length!) Unnatural hair and eye color are perfectly fine, and there is no need to say they use dye or contacts - your character is free to have been born with blue hair if you want. Genetic heterochromia is not allowed, sorry!
Eyes: Color, shape.
Hair: Color, style, accessories. Some artists prefer references, others prefer being given style words - you might want to keep this in mind
Face: Shape, features -- tell us if your character has a round or oval or heart-shaped face, freckles or not, big ears or not.
Clothes: If you are getting student art, your character will be drawn in the school uniform. If you are getting a civilian outfit, this will discuss the general style of your character! The artist reserves the right to not draw complicated outfits, and this will generally be your work clothes if you are older.
Senshi: Senshi name, then what you're the senshi of. For example: Sailor Venus, Senshi of Love. Names are drawn from celestial bodies such as stars, comets, moons, planets, or asteroids. You must provide a link to the celestial body of the same namesake as your senshi!
Challenge: Goes on the cert. Default is "In the Name of [Celestial Object the Senshi's Power comes from], I'll punish You!" ie, for Sailor Moon her default challenge is, "In the Name of the Moon, I'll punish you!"
Fuku Colour: Main and secondary. Give us a hex code if you'd like. The bodices of Order Senshi (including chibis) will always be white, and the bodices for Dark Mirror and Corrupted Senshi will always be black. Main Color: Secondary Color:
Fuku:
Reference pictures may be used in place of descriptions, but please be prepared to give extra detail if your artist requires it!
Collar -- Plain sailor collar? Does it have a white stripe at the end? All senshi must have a collar! Bow -- You need some form of frontal decoration and all senshi must have some kind of back bow (female) or sash (male). Bodice -- A swimsuit-type bodice? White will be the dominant color for your bodice, unless corrupt, when it will be black. Maybe like a crop top -- maybe a dress? A bikini top? You can have any top you like, pretty much. Sleeves -- Got sleeves? Brooch -- Round? Shaped like anything? Keep this plain for the first incarnation. Bottoms -- Shorts? Capris? Miniskirt? Tea-length cocktail skirt? Your typical school girl skirt? Tiara -- Every Order senshi is required to have some form of tiara. Beaded? Traditional? Woven fabric across your forehead? Corrupted Senshi do not need a tiara; instead they have a black star in their forehead. Choker -- Choker is a classic, or a necklace? Or a scarf? Shoes -- Go crazy? Gloves -- Any gloves? Accessories -- Any accessories? Earrings? Jewellry?
Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.
Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.
Sailor Scout Attack: Name. This is your most basic attack. For example, Sailor Jupiter shot lightning bolts at her enemy from a lightning rod that hid in her tiara.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Name. This attack is an UPGRADE of your first attack. Your first attack is more powerful, and can have a cosmetic change. Ie, Sailor Jupiter's lightning attack takes on the form of an eastern dragon when shot at her enemy.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Name. This is your senshi's most powerful attack. It is different than your senshi's Sailor and Super attack. For instance, Sailor Jupiter's eternal "Sparkling Wide Pressure/Jupiter Thunderclap Zap" enabled her to form a disc/frisbee of lightning that she could throw at her enemy.
Prompts:
Quote:
prompt one: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what Sailor Sparks has been up to in the year and a half she's been laying low.
prompt two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
prompt three: In 750 words or less, write a solo about how sparks and her team came together
prompt four: In 750 words or less, write a solo about why being a senshi and standing against the negaverse was so important to Sparks, consider this one an old 'background' prompt!
Nux, you ask, what is the relationship between Renegade and Sparks?
Good question, I say! The relationship is largely up to you as to what it was exactly. Renegade was NOT involved in Sparks's plot for revenge and he wasn't part of the attack but he has SOME sort of a relationship with her that has him conversing with her regularly and he cares enough on some level about something in relation to Sparks to give her money and help her hide out after the events of ANTHEMUSA: A MUSIC FESTIVAL
Nux, tell us more about Mr. Renegade, who is he and why is he wrapped up in all of this?
Mr. Renegade was the initial founder of the company Renegade Media, which Jade Argent is the 'face' of and Chase Black has recently acquired over half of the company in a buy out and is in the process of stepping into the now vacant CEO role of the company. He was a little bit sleazy, clearly in it for just his own gain and wasn't above using money and power to put himself in better positions. As a result of his passivity and assistance when it came to Sparks, the trio who set him up decided he would pay for his life. Officially, the story is that he's fled the country after being convicted of embezzlement. Only the people in the room where it happened know the truth of his demise.
Nux, Sparks already has her art! Do we still need to fill out the uniform section?
No friend, you don't! You're welcome to delete the fun extra tidbits of the powered uniform parts of the form and simply write, please see art or something to that effect.

Number of Characters: 5 powered, 2* civ Name: Lynarii Amastacia Nickname: Lyn Age: 19 Birthday: July 28th Sign: Leo Gemstone:Carnelian Blood Type: A+ Fav. Food: Fish and chicken mostly, as far as big meals go. Lunch meats, cheeses and Pringles are her usual go to. She also has a horrible, horrible sweet tooth. Hated Food: Green peppers. Nasty little things are deceptive with their beautiful green color but nasty taste. Actually she's not a fan of most green vegetables, their tastes are just not suited to her despite her love of their color. School: Works for Renegade Media - position to be chosen if won
Hobbies: Dancing -- Ever since she was really little, Lynarii has loved to dance. Taught how by her aunt, it's something she keeps up with regularly. Though she has no plans to make it any sort of career.
That said she knows several different types of dancing. Her mastery is of belly dancing, of which her aunt taught her. Growing up she also took ballet, but never went on to earn her toe shoes. Ballroom dancing was the next endeavor but nothing came of it, nor did she have a chance to learn anything new as things in her life began to become hectic.
She'll dance to any music but fast, hard rhythms are her favourite. So if it can be found in a dance club, or is Latin or Egyptian/Arabian in origin, she loves it. As much as she loves dancing, however, she's never competed and likely never will.
Reading -- As much as she loves dancing, Lynarii also enjoys reading. On cold or rainy days the blonde can be seen curled up in a huge chair or in her bed with a nice thick book. Preferablly bundled up in her nice, thick comforter.
She has no specific preference on genres, she likes what she likes, but a good fantasy/sci-fi is usually her number one choice. Horror stories are probably a close second, she prefers them to westerns or mysteries (though there is never anything wrong with a good Sherlock Holmes or Arsen Lupin story). She has a secret love affair for romance novels and keeps those hidden, mostly for fear of being teased about it. The way she usually gets around it is by reading romance sci-fi/fantasy.
Virtues: Focused -- When Lynarii does something, she does it with her whole being, never leaving anything half-assed. Be it work, dancing, or even just helping around the house, Lynarii is dedicated to what she is told to do, or even just something that strikes her fancy. Work is especially done to the fullest, as she owes a lot to the company.
When she does something to the fullest, Lynarii does it to the fullest. Caught up in the perameters of her job or her chores, she can lose track of time making sure she's done absolutely everything needed to make sure what she's done is to the best of her abilities. Back when she was in school a homework assignment that should have only taken twenty minutes can suddenly last up to several hours as she makes sure she's written/given all the correct answers and is constantly checking and rechecking every point made or doing the research to back up her answers. There'd been a couple of times she had to ask for extensions and though her work usually got her a good grade, she readilied accept any penalties this need for more time may cause her. She just couldn't ever bring herself to to cut back or leave things unchecked or half-assed.
While she has managed to curb these issues when it comes to her job, she still definitely throws her whole self into her job and can still lose track of time working. Which makes remembering to take breaks or eat difficult.
Devoted -- She is also dedicated to those she cherishes most, refusing to let them down in anyway. If they need her to be some where, do something for them, or even just make plans for the day, she will do everything in her power to keep to her word. Her friends and family are her life, she'd never want to make them think or feel less of her.
By now, at least when it comes to family, running late due to losing track of time has become nothing short of a regular occurance. And really the only time it becomes any sort of problem or frustration is when she's running more then half an hour or so with no heads up. And it's always met with guilt from Lynarii and a wave of endless apologies.
This also means if she goes into a relationship, it's full on. No maybes, or casuals about it. She gives her full heart and attention to the person she's dating and expects the same in return. She won't stand for a one sided relationship, just because she's dedicated doesn't mean she'll do all the work for it.
There have been a few issues of seeming clingy in the past, the guy not putting as much into the relationship as Lynarii felt he could have. Those relationships didn't really last too long. As of yet no one's tried to take advantage of her dedication to the relationship and her partner, but then again she probably also wouldn't know exactly if some one had tried.
Flaws: What Personal Bubble -- Lynarii knows personal bubbles, knows that not every one likes them being invaded. But for whatever reason she can't ever seem to remember that. Be it hugs to people she knows, or even if she's just met them!, or wondering what everyone is talking about, there's been more then one time some one's had to tell her to back off.
She doesn't seem to hesitate to hover one's shoulder if she's trying to listen in or read over their shoulder, nor does she seem to remember to ask for permission before giving them idle touches. A very touchy feel-y person, she forgets that not every one else is.
People, friends, have had to sit her down and point blank tell her to stop because they don't like something she's doing and she does her best to remember. She doesn't always, but she does give it an honest try. There have been a couple of arguements with friends, and maybe a couple more with people who thought she was getting too friendly with their respective dates. There was also a time or three where some one thought she was trying to be a little "too friendly". It's been a difficult thing to learn but she's getting there.
She does find it a little harder to keep her hands to herself, as it were, when some one is in obvious need of comfort. Touch has always been a big source of comfort in her family when some one needs comfort and she uses that to try and help others, be it a run on the back or even a good hug. And please, feel free to return the favour if she's upset. It'll go a long way to calming her down.
Possessive -- Of all the things Lynarii is capable of, one thing she's never done well is sharing. However this doesn't extend to objects so much as it does people. As far as she's concerned her friends are hers and no one else can have them. Which is to say it takes her a long time to even think of thinking of accepting the notion that her friends can have other friends. She's afraid that if they make other friends they'll leave her behind and it's not something she can face. She tries not to let it show, not wanting to make things awkward, but she has a bad habit of sulking when she thinks no one is looking.
This also applies to her older sister, of which she seems to cling to quite happily, and she gets defensive when people bad mouth her any way.
She really does do her damnedest to try and keep her jealousy underwraps but there are times when she's slipped up or has been called out on it. Though she doesn't exactly get angry, she will try to deny that she's jealous ("What reason in the world would I have to be jealous?" is quite often her default denile). In the end she'd often to sulk at her friends but there has been more then one occasion when anger has come into play. The biggest argument about her jealousy to date is the one that lost her the last boyfriend she had, and she has lost some friends over her jealous and possessive nature.
There has been some guilt, hidden, about feeling jealous towards those who aren't really deserving of said jealousy and she usually tries to make it up to the person in little ways (even if they don't know what the reason is). But she has never picked a fight with any one who hasn't deserved it, she really can't handle that much guilt. She really tries to be as accomodating to the friends of her friends or lovers despite how jealous she may get, if only for fear of losing those people.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Ice blue and round, very emotional. Hair: Short and uneven, it's longer in the front and shorter in the back (think the Major from Ghost in the Shell). Light blue to pink/lilac ombre. Face: Heart shaped face, small-ish button like nose with average lips. Clothes: Cute and comfy though she's good at dressing for the occasion. She does have a favourite outfit however.
Senshi: Sailor Caph, Corrupt Senshi of Electromagnetism (possibly to go by Hackmanite as a corrupt)
Challenge: "I guess we're just magnetic~" "The electricity between us is magnetic~" Fuku Colour:Main Color: Dark Plum Secondary Color: Blue-purple? Fuku: Senshi art already provided
Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Polarized
With a snap of her fingers, a strike of lightning hits a spot on the ground that creates a sort of field that seems to pull in two members of the opposing faction. As soon as they step foot into said field they find themselves unable to move, like two magnets held together by an electrical charge, until the electricity "powering" the field vanishes. As they come together the electrity powering the field causes a reaction that results in shocking those in the field. Though it causes no damage they can walk away from the field feeling tingling in their bodies. Lasts 15 seconds and can be used three times per battle. Field is five ft. in diameter.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Polarized II: Electric Boogaloo
With a snap of her fingers, a strike of lightning hits a spot on the ground that creates a sort of field that seems to pull in a member of the opposing faction. This time however it pulls in three members of the opposing faction, who find themselves unable to move, like two magnets held together by an electrical charge, until the electricity "powering" the field vanishes. As they come together the electrity powering the field causes a reaction that results in shocking those in the field. Though it causes no damage they can walk away from the field feeling tingling in their bodies, as well as a little pain. Lasts 25 seconds and can be used two times per battle. Field is ten ft. in diameter.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Caph's Fury
With a snap of her fingers, a strike of lightning hits the ground where Caph stands. Wrapping around Caph like a barrier, she becomes the field which allows her to move around. The barrier repels members of the opposite faction, shoving them violently (reminscent of a positive and a negative charge meeting) and leaving them feeling like they've been shocked. Though it leaves no physical damage itself, those repelled can find themselves injured if they hit anything as they're repelled. Lasts 35 seconds and can be used once per battle.
1 was recently purchased for me and is currently unarted and not approved at this time? I'm sure it still counts but I wasn't sure so here's this note.
Prompt Four: In 750 words or less, write a solo about why being a senshi and standing against the negaverse was so important to Sparks, consider this one an old 'background' prompt! WC: 560
If she had been the only one injured that would have been one thing. She hadn't been and that was the problem.
Her family had been attacked by the Negaverse before she'd even awakened as a senshi, ironically it would be after that she would become the senshi of electromagnetism. They'd wanted to use them for energy draining practice before taking their starseeds, not that any of them understood what they meant, but her father wasn't going to stand for that nonsense.
He had tried to fight back, to protect his daughters from these hooligans, but they were stronger and honestly the girls had counted themselves lucky they hadn't watched their father die that day. They almost had, a hand shoved into his chest and a cry of pain they'd never heard from him echoing around them. Her sister had found herself drained of energy, probably left to wait until they could try for her starseed as well. She might have found herself next had a group of senshi not shown up and saved them, preventing the theft of their starseeds. They'd even offered to wait until the ambulance came, incase the Negaverse returned once they were gone. She couldn't have been more grateful.
They'd spent the night at the hospital, her sister recovering from energy loss and their father nearly beaten to death. The doctor had said something about their father having had a heart attack as well and it was lucky they'd gotten him there when they did. She didn't know if that was due to the sort of attack he'd gone through or if the stress of having a hand in his chest had done it, but she could have lost her father due to it and she found herself livid.
If her family had gone through this sort of injustice what other families might have? How many people might have actually lost someone due to the Negaverse and their practices? Was this also something that the senshi had to deal with? Just how prevelent was this?
There was no way of knowing from the small bit of information she had but she was going put a stop to this one way or another, even if it killed her. Thankfully before she had the chance to do something stupid as a civilian she found herself awakened by a cat, Sailor Caph of Electromagnatism. Surely she could do some real work against the Negaverse now.
It's slow going at first, learning the ropes and patrols based around her free time because of school. Slower still as her father's health begins to decline, her sister says nothing but she knows; he never recovered from that attack. Eventually she does less patrolling to take care of her father, her older sister off working to pay the bills as her father had to quit work. It's stressful and all she wants to do is get to the people who did this to her family.
It's only after her father dies that she takes up the mantle of senshi again, time freed up and she's full of piss and vinegar again to take her revenge. She doesn't even care anymore who was specifically responsible, as far as she's concerned the entire Negaverse needs to be put down like a dog with rabies.
And she'll stop at nothing to make sure it happens.
Fav. Food: A fully loaded Dodger Dog (it’s a hot dog)
Hated Food: Blueberries and green beans
School: Destiny City University / Temp at Renegade Media
Hobbies:
Donating: Anything you can think of donating she likes to do it; hair, plasma, blood, owned objects. While she isn’t the ‘save the universe with love’ types she does enjoy giving in her own way when she feels like it. Plus she can earn money while doing some of it, so win-win.
Kickboxing: What a better way to let out frustration and keep in shape at the same time. She enjoys taking kickboxing lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. It keeps her mind sharp and allows her to release any pent up frustrations, all while working on her bad a** moves and keeping her body trim.
Baseball:Baseball was something that was ingrained in her from childhood as she grew up watching it with her Grandfather before he passed and it just stuck with her. Watching a game on the television and attending a game in person she sorta grew into the game by chance. She’ll even go to a little league or hit the batting cages here and there. She has no issues sporting her favorite team, the Los Angeles Dodgers while stuffing her face with a hot dog or two while she’s at it.
Virtues:
Magnetic: One of the top things Stella has going for her is her magnetic personality. The fact she possesses the extraordinary ability to attract others with her charismatic ways is truly astounding and one of the reasons she’s able to get away with things most wouldn’t. Having the uncanny ability to win others over with her personality is a valuable asset of hers and she tends to keep at it, no matter what.
Adaptive: Her ability to adapt and overcome anything set before her is truly admirable. Despite having awoken with no recollection of anything aside a couple things she was able to build a life for herself from scratch without much issue. She’s quick to mold into a situation and use it to her advantage, even if it might take a little bit longer to accomplish what she’s trying to do.
Flaws:
Candid: Stella is openly straightforward and direct, without reserve or secretiveness. She’s in no way ashamed of this either, despite the fact that she can say things that can come off as quite rude sometimes. Not caring about how she comes off she will call things as she sees it, but she’ll usually have a smile on her face as she does it. That makes it better, right? Besides, hearing the truth is the best thing for everyone in the end.
Impulsive: Our dear Stella can be quite impulsive with little consideration for the consequences. While this can be seen as a good thing in some ways, it’s really not as she’ll dive head first into something without thinking the entire thing through before hand. But that’s where her adaptive nature comes in to save the day, but still. It can cause for a few hiccups in plans here and there because of her will to just jump right in the s**t.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Pre-determined
Hair: Pre-determined, but in her civilian form it will be about mid-back length, sometimes tied back in a braid or bow.
Face: Pre-determined
Clothes:image for reference She will typically be in a pair of cut off shorts sporting a type of Dodgers shirt with a jacket or button up over top of that. While she doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry she will accessorize at times with a watch or bracelet depending on her mood. Sort of a way to say “I’m here to have fun and potentially kick your a** if I have to.”
Sailor Scout Attack:Corrupt Sailor Zaklodzie’s Electromagnetic Zap: Sailor Zaklodzie targets an enemy and releases a short electromagnetic pulse to cause pain and discomfort, this can be done through contact or shot at them in a small wave blast. It’s not strong enough to destroy anything but it will smart a great deal. Can use the attack three times, about five seconds per zap.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:Corrupt Sailor Zaklodzie’s Electromagnetic Blast: Sailor Zaklodzie releases electromagnetism over a specific target area, that’s no larger than a 15 foot radius, that delivers a great shock wave of pure electric force. It will cause minor damage to the affected area while giving the illusion of electrocution to those in it for a period of about 10 seconds. Those being affected will find it hard to, or next to impossible to, move during the duration of the shock. She can only use this attack twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Corrupt Sailor Zaklodzie’s Electromagnetic Storm: Sailor Zaklodzie releases a massive storm of electromagnetism that surrounds a target area. This will destroy the immediate area and cause a high amount of electrocution to those in its path and likely cause those affected to feel as though they are being hit by a bolt of lightning. Those being affected will find it hard to, if not possible to, move during the duration of the shock The effects of the attack last about 15 seconds and can only be used once.
prompt two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
As pale eyes flashed open she realized she had no recollection of anything, at least not anything aside she was once the moon court and was now part of the negaverse. As to how or why she was where she was, it was a simple mystery. Sitting up took a moment, for as she went to move she felt as though her chest had been danced on by a Clydesdale and she had a splitting headache.
Groaning she thought she might be sick for a moment but it quickly passed the more she allowed herself to just rest a moment. Blinking she looked around the dimly lit room and spotted a pitcher with some water and a glass next to it. Helping herself she nursed the glass of water and walked through the doorway and down the even darker hallways.
Pale hair cascaded down her shoulders and wrapped around her like a blanket and she wondered how she got here. Had she been injured? Perhaps she had been up late and just fell asleep and woke up? Though she had no memories of anything and had to pause, her hand pressed against the wall as she felt weak for a moment. Breathing in and out the moment passed and she came to a waiting room style section and spotted some books laying around.
Curious, she picked up the closest one and read the cover. Stellaluna. Flipping through it she found herself relating, only in the fact that she had no idea who she was or how she fit into this current state of things. Giving a soft chuckle she found her voice and it was a pleasant enough sound, though it was in that moment she became aware she wasn't alone.
Turning, she looked upon the female that stood before her and recognized her for who and what she was. Which was strange given she couldn't even recall who she was. Setting the book down Jade asked her a question, "Do you know who you are?" A deep rooted feeling within her told her no and that she never truly would. It was an instant realization that she was, despite everything, new.
Glancing down at the book she looked back towards Jade. "I'm Stellaluna."
Satisfactory enough she watched as the other turned and she followed her down the eerie and dark hallways to discover her fate in this world.

Number of Characters: 17 powered, 4 civilians, 1 WIP powered Name: Elizabeth Proctor
Nickname: Beth; she dislikes using Elizabeth.
Age: 19
Birthday: December 32st. She's unsure why she chose it but there it is.
Sign: Capricorn
Gemstone: Topaz
Blood Type: A+
Fav. Food: Noooodles. Especially any uncommon type of noodle from rice noodles to flavored noodles, followed up by soup, and suasages.
Hated Food: Broccoli and Cauliflour. It's textural.
School: She's doing sales at Renegade Media for her lord and master boss.
Hobbies:
Drawing -- Beth is a very avid artist. She takes great pleasure in drawing characters and fantasy settings, as well as bands and fashion designs. Drawing is simple, carthic, and pleasurable -- and the girl just thinks it's all wonderful.
Reading - BOOKS! Beth finds getting lost in a good book helps take her mind off of the matyter at hand, and in doing so, it also helps her relax and unwind. Reading is something quiet you can do anywhere that doesn't upset people, and she's more than happy to stick her nose in a good book.
Multimedia = Beth loves multimedia. from gaming to music to movies -- all of it is a glorious, wonderful thing and she wants to consume it all. Beth often wears headphones or makes fanposters for her favorite things, and runsa small blog aside her sales job to advertise new movies, albums, and other media, or to do reviews. It's not terribly popular, but it is something, and after all, media can't be wrong!
Virtues:
Trusting Beth is one of those rare trusting souls. When she makes friends or finds an acquaintance that seems honorable, she desperately believes everything they say is true. HJonesty, integrety -- surely everyone holds themselves as honest, and Beth feels until proven wrong most people are upfront and honest -- meaning she is the friend people don't need to worry about accusing them of lies in a modern era, and that Beth believes the improbable, because she's a good friend, which can truly help her get to win friends.
Lawful The law is meant to be obeyed. Beth is the sort who tries to not break the law of the city as best she can, being one of those who people know will do the right thing, every time, and that she will encourage the right thing as well. Beth believes the law is made to be followed, and she follows it as best she can.
Flaws:
Vigilante Beth expects everyone to follow the law, NOW. And she will have no issues enforcing the law by any means needed -- be it by reporting a problem, or by acting herself. Beth is unafraid of taking justice into her own hands and while she owns up to it? People figure that's just hypocritical, given vigilanteism is considered illegal -- and Beth generally explains it's for the greater good.
Judgemental Beth looks down her nose at people who don't meet her standards. She's a little bit full of herself in some areas, and those who don't impress her are subjected to catty remarks, dry wit, and cold, harsh comments berst left to politics and toXBox live chatrooms. Regardless, Beth will judge you if she thinks you act poorly, or seem oiverly diurty, or just plain offend her, and ity isn't pretty 5to anyone.
Eyes: Ice blue, near white, with light blue lashes framing round eyes. Beth looks remarkably innoicent, but she's not.
Hair: Cotton candy blue, fading into a lavender ombre at the tips, Beth keeps her long hair tied out of her face. Most of her styles tend towards delicate and fantastic -- naturally, her hair is waist length.
Face: Round, pale, with a clear complexion, Beth has an almost childlike face. She's much older than she looks!
Clothes: Beth favors booth with jeans and/or skirts, tank toips, and graphic tees. Most of her things include media on it -- she does favor hoodies in winter though.
Senshi: Corrupted Sailor Hale-Bopp, Senshi of Electromagnetism
Challenge: And then silence.
Fuku Colour: As she is premade, please defer to image. <3
Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.
Sailor Scout Attack: Electromagnetic Burst Hale-Bopp spins in place, pointing her finger forwards before a pulse of magic electromagnetism, glowing blue, begins emanating from her in tune with a heartbeat, reaching up to 4 feet around her in any direction. In this range, any and all magic attacks are immediately nullified, much like an EMP with technology, for up to 20 seconds. She must remain in place for this time, and may use her attack up to three times a day.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Electromagnetic Pulse Hale-Bopp spins in place, pointing her finger forwards before a pulse of magic electromagnetism, glowing blue, begins emanating from her in tune with a heartbeat, reaching up to 5 feet around her in any direction. In this range, any and all magic attacks are immediately nullified, much like an EMP with technology, for up to 20 seconds. She must remain in place for this time, and may use her attack up to three times a day.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Electromagnetic Chaos Hale-Bopp initiates this attack by spinning in acurcle, before swiping in the direction of an opponent, sending a burst of electromagnetic energy at them to attack them directly. This can cause them to fall, and can inflict bruising and shocks on par with static shock. Hale-Bopp will only hit enemies up to 5 feet away from her, and only those in front of her -- fiurthermore this attack may only be used once a day.
prompt two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
It was quiet.
Waking upo in a strange place was an unsettling sensation that left Hale-Boipp anxious and tense, the senshi still powered, but. Lost.
The only familiar sight was Captain Marcasite, whom, while powered remained familiar, was the only thing Hale-Bopp really recognized. It had taken a bit to realize her own reflection was herself, and she hadn't quite worked her name out yet, or how to power down. Everything, really, was a foggy haze, and for that she wasn't ready to leave the place she woke in.
The haze left Hale-Bopp to walk slowly, looking around qith a thought in her mind. She needed names, but while a faint thought to find a cat to tell her her magic naqme was present, she'd been told her non-magic life needed a name,a name that was the only emp[ty place in her job application. A name was her only thought as she hummed, going over the papers again, before a tendril of an ideacrept to mind.
Elizabeth -- or just Beth. Elizabeth Tayler was a good naming source, a fine, pretty actress, but her surname... That was harder. That came from an old phone directory, sand when she finished, Hakle-Bopp sighed, fingers trailing the paper quietly as she looked towards a window, and finally shifted. She just needed to go slow, and the biggest hurder was already handled.

Number of Characters: 1 WIP Powered Name: Anoushka Williams
Nickname: Anka
Age: 18
Birthday: 11/11/1999
Sign: Scorpio
Gemstone: Citrine
Blood Type: B-
Fav. Food: Cola Flavored Gummies
Hated Food: Arugula, that stuff is so bitter and gross!
School: Half time at Destiny City University, with a part time job at Renegade Media
Hobbies: Dancing - The girl loves moving to the music. Almost any music, in fact. Anka isn't much for rap, or most classical, but outside of that, she's likely to be found listening to the music, and moving to the beat. She thinks a day is wasted if she doesn't get to spend at least an hour dancing.
Eating - She can't cook, but oh can she eat. She loves food, almost all food. Bitter flavors are her enemy, but outside of that... Is it strange? She'll try it. Is it everyday food? That's awesome too! She almost always has a snack in whatever purse or bag she with her, and her favorite time of day, outside of dancing, is meal time!
Virtues: Fun Loving -- She loves to have fun, and wants everyone around her to have fun, too. She'll go out of her way to share a good mood, so that everyone else can get a chance to have a share of the fun.
Honest -- Anka hates lying. She hates those who lie, too. She'll got to a lot of effort to make sure she's being honest with herself, and with those around her. She prefers the truth to even a white lie... Because who knows when that so called white lie will turn out to be the most painful falsehood a person ever heard?
Flaws: Blunt -- The downside to her honesty is she can be damned blunt... Blunt enough that some might call her a little cruel, when she's just telling it the way she sees it. Does that dress make a friend's butt look immense, and not in a good way? She'll tell them, thinking they would want to know, because she's blind to the fact that there are times when she should keep her mouth shut.
Easily Bored -- Anka gets bored, way too easily. If nothing is going on, she's probably sitting there, tapping her foot, or trying to get people to do stuff with her, so that the fun can begin. It means she has trouble staying focused when doing those things in life that NEED to be done, even if they're not much fun to do, and she might distract someone doing something she calls boring if she thinks they should and could be having fun.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Pre-determined
Hair: Pre-determined, Civilian hair would be a high ponytail, tied in place with a silver clasp.
Face: Pre-determined
Clothes: Black pants, tucked into knee high, high heeled boots in dark purple, with pale pink laces and trim. Lavender off shoulder sweater like this in style but without the sleeves. Silver Lightning bolt down the front, starting just below the folded down edge.
Senshi: Sailor Eta Carinae, Senshi of Electromagnetism
Challenge: "I'm going to shock you to the core!"
Fuku Colour: Main Color: Pre-determined Secondary Color: Pre-determined
Sailor Scout Attack: Electromagnetic Push Using a burst of electromagnetic energy that pulses from her hand, in an electric purple shade, she pulls an object towards her enemy, causing it to bang into them, doing a minor amount of damage. The object can not be larger then her head, and it must be within a 30 foot radius of her. She can use the attack three times per battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Electromagnetic Shove Having more strength to the attack, she can now move larger objects and hit harder with them. It does more damage, due to the greater weight of what she is moving. The object can now be as large as her torso, and up to 50 feet away. She can use this twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Electromagnetic Slam Eta Carinae focuses on her enemy, hands out in front of her. Both hands show the pulsing purple, brighter than ever, and she directs it at the enemy. It slams into them, and it could possibly knock them over with the force. It can potentially cause a momentary stunning or paralysis, as the electromagnetism temporarily interferes with the body. She can only hit an opponent that is within 20 feet of her, once per battle.
prompt two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
Her eyes flickered open, and she looked around, trying to figure out where she was. What had happened, why she hurt so much, and... who she was. She had vague memories wiggling around in her head, but nothing seemed to make sense and none of it was clear. She pushed that aside, and sat up, slowly, groaning at the way her muscles ached. She tapped her fingers, a quiet rhythm that she found pleasant, as she tried to figure things out. Her lips turned into a frown as she contemplated the issues she was currently presented with. And then she saw someone nearby. They seemed to be asleep, or something, as they did not respond to her moving. She stared at them, and a name swam into her mind. Jade... Jade Argent. Jade Silver, if one wanted to translate, and why did she even know that argent meant silver? The name Captain Marcasite also came to mind, and why this girl had such a stone related theme, the newly awakened woman did not know. She shook her head, to refocus.
Alright, she hurt all over and did not know why. She couldn't do much about that, at least not yet. So she decided to focus on who she was. She looked around, thinking and trying to remember. Nothing that told her came to mind, but the name Anoushka swam up, and she decided she liked that. Anoushka... her eyes fell on a photo of a man, on a magazine cover, and for some reason the name Williams came to mind. Anoushka Williams. This would work for a name, until and unless she could find out what her actual name was.
She stood up, quietly, and moved to a mirror that was nearby, and gazed at herself in it. She found the outfit she was wearing odd, but for some reason the name 'Eta Carinae' came to mind in connection to what she was wearing. So she had... two names? Fine, she could handle that as well. She brushed her lovely, long hair off of her face and leaned in to examine herself. She didn't know much about herself, but she thought she might be pretty, perhaps. Finally, she stretched herself out, trying to ease the way her muscles felt, and noticed that that Jade person had woken up now, and was watching her. She turned and stared at the other woman for a long moment, before Anka said "Where am I? Why do I know you? And when the hell can I get out of here, cause I'm bored as all get out!"
Number of Characters: 11 Powered, 1 Civ Name: Layla Amper
Nickname: Ampy, if you wanted to play with her last name. First name doesn’t have much room to work with.
Age: 19
Birthday: June 11th
Sign: Gemini
Gemstone: Agate
Blood Type: A
Fav. Food: She has discovered a fondness for bread things, especially croissants.
Hated Food: Coleslaw. What is that, and why is it a side in all these restaurants...
School: Destiny City University
Hobbies:
Music and Music Production - It took her a little while to re-learn everything, but Layla has discovered that she’s quite handy with a DAW (digital audio workstation). She has a good intuition for what makes a song sound good, and her Soundcloud is slowly accumulating a list of tracks she has made. She has no primary genre aside from “whatever she can make with the sounds she has.” She might take music commissions if you ask nicely.
Even when not making music herself, she almost always has her earbuds in listening to something. She’s more polite than to have it play when she’s talking to someone, but she gets “music cravings” if she goes too long without music of some sort.
Stream Hopping - Boy oh boy does Layla love her livestreams! It’s not uncommon for her to just roam Twitch, Youtube, or Picarto (but mostly Twitch) for streamers, hop in, and start chatting. As she sees it, livestreams are a place to meet cool people and see cool things in action. If it’s out there, someone is probably streaming it, and you can watch it from the comfort of your home. Isn’t that awesome? Maybe she’ll start a stream of her own someday...
Virtues:
Open to New Experiences - Layla loves new experiences! Since she doesn’t remember much from before she “woke up,” everything is new and interesting to her. She’ll try just about anything once, be it food or activities. If you need a buddy to take somewhere, just call her, and she’ll almost definitely accept the invitation and come along with you.
Gregarious - Layla enjoys being around people, whether they’re familiar or not. She has a knack for finding things to talk about, and she manages to execute it in a way that it comes off as charming and not obnoxious or “chatterboxy.” She is aware of her budding charisma, but doesn’t do anything particularly overt with it, making her feel easy to talk to.
Creative - A combination of an active imagination and her unique perspective on life makes Layla very creative, both in terms of art and logic. Her mental images are vivid, and she has a strong vision of what she wants to make or do before she goes through with it. Sometimes, her not knowing the “rules” of something allows her to find a unique solution to a problem.
Flaws:
Passive - If Layla can’t decide how to act, she just won’t. Big decisions are pretty much a one-way trip to going totally limp and asking someone else to handle it. Even if she loves new experiences and will sometimes seek them out on her own (in the case of her stream hopping), she is easily hampered by indecisiveness or overwhelmed by a lack of information. This tendency often results in people acting on her behalf or speaking for her, and even if she had something else in mind, she won’t object to others doing things for her.
Short-Sighted - “Oh, I didn’t think of that.” That’s a pretty common string of words from Layla’s mouth. It might be due to the memory loss, but there’s a lot that just straight-up doesn’t occur to her when she makes plans or comes up with ideas. If allowed to run unchecked, she could very well create a logistical nightmare that swallows up everything and makes everything wildly inconvenient for everyone ever. She really needs to have her plans checked over for consistency and feasibility.
Handles Distress Poorly - As bubbly as Layla is on the outside, when things go south, she tends to crumble. Stress will paralyze her and make her hide from the world (internet excepted), rejection will send her into lengthy crying jags, and any notion of punishment makes her panic and beg for mercy. Her coping methods aren’t terribly effective; her first instinct is to retreat and hide, and if she can’t, she’ll break down.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
See the art for most stuff!
Eyes: Large, bright blue, expressive.
Hair: Originally light blue, but she dyed it so it fades to a pleasant lavender-purple at the ends. In civilian form, it comes down to about the middle of her back. Sometimes she puts it up in a simple ponytail.
Face: Oval face, clear complexion, slightly tanned skin. Her ears look a bit pointy.
Clothes: Enjoys a simple, cute, and casual style. Likes bright colors (cheery, not eye-searing).

Senshi:Lavendulan, Corrupt Senshi of Electromagnetism- Previously Sailor Nansenia
Challenge: I’m a fundamental force to be reckoned with!
Fuku Colour: Black (Corrupt) Main Color: Purple Secondary Color: Lighter purple
Fuku:
All taken care of, see the art!
Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.
Sailor Scout Attack: E-M Force! Lavendulan extends her hand outward and calls the attack name. A small bolt of lightning shoots straight out; if the bolt hits a target, the target will be pushed back with a brief but strong force. The bolt travels 7 feet out, and will disappear harmlessly if it doesn’t hit anything. This attack can be used three times.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: E-M Pulse! Lavendulan extends both hands outward and calls the attack name. A small bolt of lightning shoots straight out; if the bolt hits a target, the target will be pushed back 1 to 2 feet, then suddenly pulled forward at the end of the push. The bolt travels 10 feet out, and will disappear harmlessly if it doesn’t hit anything. This attack can be used two times.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Electromomentum! Lavendulan raises both her hands and calls the attack name. A bolt of lightning shoots directly from above her to the nearest target in a 10-foot area; from there, it will travel to up to two other targets nearest the first target within a 5-foot area. The targets will feel strong pain from an electric shock effect, though it isn’t severe enough to cause twitching or related effects. The pain only lasts a few seconds. This attack can only be used once.

Prompt Two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
WC: 731
The senshi codenamed Sailor Sparks woke up after her corruption, even if she had not expected to.
The sudden influx of information into her empty mind overwhelmed her to the point of near terror. She knew absolutely nothing about anything, not even herself. It was as if her mind was running a startup routine, checking for basic identity information, and when that information was missing, it dumped a string of errors without solutions into the empty spaces. 404, Identity Not Found.
“Sparks” squeaked in terror and hid under the cover of the cot she had been laid in to sleep off her corruption. Blocking out the flood of stimuli helped her regain her bearings some and calm down. When she finally managed to soothe herself back to functionality, she uncovered one tiny piece of identity data: she had a name, sort of. Nansenia. She didn’t entirely know where it came from, and she also didn’t feel like it was her name in the strictest sense, but it was something, and something was infinitely better that the total nothingness that permeated her head.
She thought she heard someone clear their throat, and slowly, Nansenia pulled herself out from under the cover. The white-haired woman with the soldier-like getup seemed familiar in a way that nothing else did. There was, of course, no answer as to why this was the case, but as the only familiar instance in the room, Nansenia felt compelled to latch onto her. “Oh, um, hi,” she stammered, as if she had just remembered how to speak (in a way, she had). “Are you, um… um…” She was searching for words to describe what she thought the woman was to her. “Did you find me?” That made sense. If this woman found her, that made her like her savior in a way. That would explain why she felt so familiar. It might have just been a way to justify using Captain Marcasite as an anchor point, but in that moment it all made sense. “Thank you for finding me,” Nansenia said. “I think my name is Nansenia. What’s yours?”
The introduction was brief and seemed to get swept aside in favor of explanations and thrusting lists of names at the newly-forged Corrupt senshi. It was here that Nansenia learned that she was now a member of the Negaverse, an organization that was fighting against a loose coalition of ‘senshi’ and ‘Knights’ that was termed Order. She had been one of the enemies once, but now she was on the road to some sort of redemption. The information registered on a shallow level; Nansenia was glad that she was no longer on the “wrong side,” and sort of let the information slide itself into her mind.
As for the lists of names, Nansenia was told that she had to choose a “new” civilian name and a “new” name for her powered self, as Nansenia was her senshi name prior to joining the Negaverse. Some Corrupt Senshi still had their celestial names, but a mineral name would ostensibly suit her better. That sounded fine enough; the senshi didn’t really stop to think about why a mineral name worked better for her.
The sheer amount of potential civilian names dizzied her, so she skimmed through the pages and chose a first and last name that were simple and sounded good: Layla Amper. Murmuring it aloud made the name feel real to her. It was her name, she chose it, and now it was as set as anyone else’s name would be.
As for the mineral name she would take on when she “let her hair down,” a quick look at blue minerals revealed an option that seemed to fit the corrupt senshi perfectly: Lavendulan. Blue like her hair, with lavender in the name. The name couldn’t have sat better with her if she had invented it herself. It was also a really nice, pretty word. Name set!
Some time later, Lavendulan figured out how to power down and marveled at how her hair magically cut itself in half. That would take some getting used to. Sucking in a breath, she prepared to leave the nondescript room she had awoken in, only to be collected by a different white-haired woman who introduced herself as Jade Argent. Once again, that feeling of familiarity returned, and Layla let Jade lead her out into the world.

Number of Characters: 4 powered (3 senshi, 1 knight)
Name: Delilah Diana Samson
Nickname: Maybe Dee? She hopes it's Dee. She likes the sound of that.
Age: 20
Birthday: April 13th, 1998
Sign: Aries
Gemstone: Diamond
Blood Type: B-
Fav. Food: She's still trying to figure that out, but she has to admit she really enjoys anything cheesy.
Hated Food: Apple Sauce. It's a texture thing, honestly. It's somehow both grainy and mushy...
School: She's noted her superior officers work at a Media company, which probably explains why she's going to Destiny City University as a Communications Major.
Hobbies: "Let's get thrifty!" - Having to put a whole new life together comes with a lot of expenses, Delilah's discovered. To get around the clothes expenses, she's gotten really into thrifting. She goes to secondhand stores and even donation-based stores when necessary, spending perhaps far too long searching through their stock for the best deals. People give up some really good clothing, sometimes! The key is finding it.
"Let me Google that!" - Having lost nearly all of her memories, Delilah has discovered she's also forgotten a lot of things. Sometimes, it makes her feel dumb. She doesn't enjoy feeling dumb. Whenever anyone mentions something she can't quite recall, she's gotten really into doing internet deep-dives for anything related to that topic. It can sometimes suck her up for hours, but when she's done, she can definitely recite everything about the migratory patterns of seagulls that no one else has ever cared about.
"Tell me a story!" - Delilah's had to come up with a whole new life story for herself, and it's resulted in an intensified interest in reading (and even narrative video games) as she tries to plug in elements from other sources. She's fairly sure she enjoyed reading before, she thinks (she can never be sure) because of how much she currently enjoys it. Now, though, she nearly tears through books. It's unsurprising for her to get through multiple books a week, from almost any genre. She loves secondhand bookstores when she can find them, because she can get a lot of books for cheap, and she also really loves libraries. There's a part of her that wishes she could just be a librarian.
Virtues: "Gotta be some way to work this..." - Starting from the very beginning and managing to stand on one's own feet requires a certain level of craftiness. Delilah is very good at finding a solution from a start of nearly nothing, whether that means finding the information she needs via the internet or looking around at her environment and guessing what can fit together where. It's also how she keeps up in conversation, piecing things together from what others have said to keep up like she definitely isn't totally lost and confused. Can't prove she is. She won't let it happen.
"I won't give up." - Delilah is dedicated to her causes, pouring her entire soul into whatever she sets her mind to. If there's an obstacle in her way, Delilah doesn't care. She'll lie in wait for the right moment to beat the obstacle down with a club (or maybe find a more clever way through it, that would be the smart way to do it) and then just keep going. Delilah is reliable through and through, and is the type of person who, even years later, will keep persisting at a goal if it hasn't been successfully fulfilled yet.
"Hi, nice to meet you!" - Delilah is a naturally sociable person, and one of the first things she did once she started to settle a bit was work on rebuilding her shattered network. Or building a new one, as it were. She's pretty good at chatting, and is always willing to go somewhere to socialize. She'd like to think she's fairly charismatic, but at the very least, she is friendly, and she's fairly easy-going, willing to accept almost anything from anyone. Being in the Negaverse has made her even more open to that -- she knows some of her co-workers are killers, and that's fine.
Flaws: "Of course I know what that is!" - Delilah lies with an incredible amount of regularity, or at the very least, quickly finds information so she isn't quite lying. She just doesn't exactly have the level of in-depth knowledge or passion she pretends to have. Delilah truly wants to fit in. It unfortunately results in her feeling like she needs to force it, sometimes. And she's willing to force it. She can create whole backstories for her life and her interests out of thin air, and she can establish entire friendships on a fake veneer she's put up for the sake of it.
"Wish I could have that too..." - She's a naturally envious type. Have friends? She wishes. Got some nice shoes? She wants them. Have a part-time job at the mall? Maybe she can get them fired, so she can have it instead. Delilah wants everything that everyone else has, from their successes in life to the people they surround themselves with. It can sometimes make her seem rather bitter, but when it gets the worst is when she tries to act on this envy. Chaos' influence has loosened her morals, and she won't necessarily stop herself when she wants to act, anymore.
"LEEEEEROY--" - A tendency that might have followed her from her prior life, Delilah can sometimes let plans fall by the wayside when she wants to get something done. Even things she has laid in wait to do for months upon end could be entirely thrown away if she sees what she thinks may be an opportunity, consequences be damned. This includes plans given to her by any superiors -- she sees something that she thinks may work in her favor, she's going to do it. Even if she's ultimately wrong. Even if it ultimately causes her more problems than good. Even if it makes others disappointed in her afterwards -- though it might make her cringe in the aftermath, it won't stop her beforehand.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Eyes: Her eyes are an icy blue, wide and round.
Hair: In her civilian form, Delilah's hair is a lot shorter, swinging over her shoulders. At this length, her hair appears a bit more curly-wavy than simply wavy like it does in her senshi form. It goes from icy blue to an electric purple in an ombre.
Face: She has a fairly squared face, with a prominent jawline. Her eyes are a little wide, and her ears are on the larger side, but she has a fairly small, upturned nose. Her skin is the type of pale where she won't necessarily immediately burn, but don't leave the poor girl outside too long or she may regret it. (The one who leaves her outside too long may also soon regret it.)
Clothes: She's mostly kludged together an outfit based on what she can find or what she's been given at this point. Her clothes are mostly from thrift or secondhand stores, but she knows where to shop, and at the very least looks like she knows what fashion is. She goes for comfort more than appearance when left to her own devices, and likes soft shirts and soft pants with a color pattern similar to her hair. When she's expected to be, she'll thrift some clothes for dress up.
Fuku Colour: Main Color: Purple Secondary Color: Blue
Fuku: Collar -- Thin purple color with a single black line towards the center. Bow -- She doesn't have a bow, but there is a hole in her bodice where a bow would be that exposes the crack in her chest. Bodice -- She wears a dress, with a dark purple part up top that splits into a skirt, patterned with electricity. Sleeves -- n/a Brooch -- She has a tiny round magnet for a brooch. Bottoms -- She is wearing a dress! Tiara -- She has a black crack at the center of her forehead. Choker -- n/a Shoes -- She has knee-length boots, ending with metal guards around her knees. Gloves -- She has long, mid-upper arm length gloves, ended by a metal circle on each side. Accessories -- n/a
Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: "Arc Blind!" Prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields is known to cause eye damage, especially in the form of cataracts. When Nembus says the name of her attack and points at an enemy, they notice that it quickly becomes a lot harder to see. In effect, it feels like they have very bad cataracts for 30 seconds, making it a lot harder to attack or defend themselves. Residual effects are at the discretion of the player. (Uses: Twice per battle. Duration: 30 seconds Range: Localized)
Super Sailor Scout Attack: "Arc Burn!" Prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields can cause severe eye damage in the form of cataracts and corneal damage. It can also result in burns. When Nembus says the name of her attack and points at an enemy, their eyesight quickly grows rather poor, their vision obstructed by eye damage. Their skin will heat up, in effect giving them a small flash burn, and their eyes will also feel the same due to photokeratitis. Residual effects are at the discretion of the player. (Uses: Twice per battle. Duration: 30 seconds Range: Localized)
Eternal Sailor Attack: "Nembus' Boil!" Millimeter electromagnetic waves like microwaves can cause significant discomfort to humans. Nembus lifts both arms above her head before lowering them down to her sides. In a 10 foot radius around her, Nembus' enemies begin to feel a faint burning sensation on their skin. As they remain in the radius, it starts to climb, further and further, until it feels like they are boiling from the inside. Their vision also becomes cloudier, making it harder to defend themselves or escape. This effect lasts for 45 seconds, with residual effects at the discretion of the player. (Uses: Once per battle Duration: 45 seconds Range: 10ft radius)

prompt two: In 750 words or less, write a solo about what's going on with Sparks when she awakens with no recollection of anything that's transpired except that she recognizes, vaguely, both Captain Marcasite and her alter ego Jade Argent
In the first moment she woke up, Nembus was uncertain how to breathe.
Tick.
She remembered that.
In the second moment, she forgot who she was. Nothing about her seemed familiar. Who was she? Where did she come from?
That wasn't coming so readily. A breath got stuck in her throat.
In the third moment, she was uncertain what the English language was, what her hands were, what the sky around her was and why it seemed so dark, who the murmurs around her belonged to--
She took a deep breath.
She knew that much -- that was, she knew how to speak. Words still formed in her head, albeit slowly. She lifted a hand to her face. She wasn't sure where she had obtained these gloves, or this dress for that matter, but it seemed pretty enough. Honestly, she hoped she had gotten a decent deal for them...
What?
Her brain was foggy, and she struggled to force it into focus.
What was her name? It felt like swimming through a swamp to dig up what she was looking for. Eventually, a word surfaced. She reached out. She grasped it tightly, and pulled it in. Nembus. Sailor Nembus, in particular. That, at the very least, sounded right. Not much else did. Not much else around her did. How did she get here?
Perhaps someone else knew. There were others there, weren't there? There were people around her. She had heard the murmurs.
Nembus gasped and resurfaced from her mind.
There were a couple people around her, and she didn't really recognize any of them. At least, not readily. Her eyes scanned across them again, attempting to take in their features -- wait, perhaps she recognized one? She squinted at the woman in front of her, a woman with white fluffy hair and blue eyes. She may have even recalled a name, and it formed on her lips for a moment before it left her, lost in the swamp.
She dove.
She breathed again.
Marcasite?
Captain Marcasite. That was a name she knew. Why was she a Captain? What was she a Captain of? ...And how did she know her, most importantly, when she knew so little else? There didn't seem to be any answers floating around that she could find. Why was she important? Why was she of any relevance at all? Clearly, she had to be important. Nembus knew that. Otherwise, she wouldn't know who this woman was.
She just didn't know what that importance was.
Nembus breathed.
Right now, she needed some help. She needed some answers. Perhaps the woman she knew would be willing to provide.
"Marcasite?" asked Nembus, quietly, as she attempted to rise to her feet. "What's... going on?"

Number of Characters: 2 powered (Brendan and Stormy)
Name: Allegra Greylight
Nickname: Allie, but please do give her more
Age: 19
Birthday: November 22
Sign: Saggitarius
Gemstone: Topaz
Blood Type: B+
Fav. Food: Anything grilled with a salad
Hated Food: Overly greasy food
School: will probably start college in the fall, currently works at Renegade Media
Hobbies: Singing - Allegra didn't choose her name just because it sounded nice: music is her literal jam, singing her ultimate passion. She has an impressive range for a soprano and is able to mimic quite a few famous popstars' singing style. Karaoke is a definite yes, singing in the shower an unabashed pleasure, serenading a gift of her time. Sometimes she's willing to lend it out for a cause outside herself. Sometimes.
Working Out - Allegra likes to challenge her body's limits, push the envelope and feel the burn of a good workout. One week she might decide to run in the mornings, the next she's taking a yoga class before hopping to her Pilates instructor. She's keen on keeping beautiful, fit, and flexible, though her tastes towards exercises changes as often as she showers. (A lot.) Ballet seems to be the only almost constant she keeps coming back to, a remnant of the past she doesn't remember. Well, that and battling.
Shopping - It's just as much for work as it is for fun. Allegra likes to take advantage of deals, flash sales, and going out of business clearances. She'll even visit the occasional garage sale if she thinks something interesting might be found, as she buys trinkets to make up meaning for in her life of no history. As a Negaverse agent, she likes to have "costumes" ready for her various personas and invests in a big closet to house them all.
Brain Tweaking - Allegra likes puzzles, riddles, mysteries, even simple little rubix cubes--anything that makes her have to sit and think to figure out a solution. She has a drive to understand what's unknown to her, and completing these challenges validates her intelligence in a way a compliment can't. As such, her room houses Agatha Christie novels, sudoku puzzles, crime noir films, and more to stimulate her mind. It explains also why she sees other people as puzzles to decode and break down into simple parts to understand and put back together.
Virtues: Charismatic: She's not just a beautiful face, she's got a silver tongue on her as well. Allegra is good at drawing a person in with idle chatter, at seeming interested even when she isn't, and at masking her mistakes with a clever twist of words. She has a way of just making someone feel comfortable around her, an animal magnetism all her own. It probably comes from her habit of reading psych magazines on top of it, mimicking body language and knowing just the right thing to say to who and when. Every meeting with someone is a lovely game she can't help but play to win.
Adaptable: Not just physically flexible, Allegra is capable of tailoring both herself and her schedule to whatever demands are needed of her. Most of the time she's the one shifting things around on her whim, but the spontaneity of it makes her a master of managing herself and her time. This also plays into her personable aura, allowing her to get along and mesh with even the roughest types.
Incisive: Quick on the retort and quick to notice minute details, Allegra's mind is a steel trap. She's always hungry to learn, even trivial things, especially about people; people data is especially useful to add to her own charming skills. She prides herself as a quick learner and is able to put the pieces together between seemingly disparate events, for better or for worse. Additionally, she just loves learning in general and is one of those who has an approximate knowledge of many things.
Loyal: To her team foremost, to be specific, though if someone else manages to be an actual friend, she'll take them under her wing. Allegra's go-getting attitude is all about ensuring that she and hers are taken care of. If you fall into the social circle, you can bet she'll be making sure you get the best stuff, heads up on the best deals, a ready teammate for any mission, all the good stuff. She might chew you out for a decision, but she'll follow through if asked.
Flaws: Fractured: The forced corruption on top of being guilty for her teammates' deaths has done a number on Allegra's psyche, even if she doesn't remember it. There doesn't seem to be a "true" Allegra Greylight, but rather a number of variations she puts on display in public, especially when she's trying to captivate a target. While this will work perfectly well in InfOs missions, nothing deeper seems able to take root. While Allegra will maintain that this emptiness doesn't bother her, her sometimes unstable reactions when caught in an incredibly stressful situation can be a hazard. In fact, she's drawn towards anything that lets her feel something, whether it's in a bloody battle or in someone else's bed. She hates feeling like the weak link and does her best to appear in control.
Directionless: Her home and job provided for, her alter ego given the knowledge necessary to act within a team to do it with--Allegra has the trappings of a regular life for sure. But somehow, despite her passionate skeleton of a personality, she has no goal to aspire to. Sure, she'll be active about this trend or that, but everything is fleeting with her; her attention wanders, or she gets bored, or it just doesn't match her taste in that singular moment. Her restless energy gets fed into a variety of tasks that end up having no overarching goal, meaning she needs someone else to feed her instructions before she can truly be productive. At best, she's reading random articles on the internet that may or may not pertain to whatever she's interested in, or retail therapy for the sake of it; at worst, she finds trouble just to have something to do.
Arrogant: Nothing can smother this senshi's pride. She is the cream of the crop, in the best team under the best general, doing a spectacular job, and so on. Even against a stronger opponent, Allegra doesn't feel doubt. It's not even in her vocabulary. In fact, she wants to push things to the limit. She often underestimates the Order faction and is suspicious of any help the Dark Mirror Court could offer, though she doesn't antagonize the latter unless they deserve it. Even the civilians they're protecting against the White Moon Court are lesser, the blissful cattle that ought to be praising and respecting Negas for the work they do.
Consummate Liar: Sweet nothings are Allegra's favorite words. She won't bat an eye when it comes to luring civilians into places of danger or to be drained, or spitting out a blatantly false story just for the hell of it. Most often, however, this manifests in Allegra's inability to take the blame. It was always this or that which got in the way, she couldn't have possibly made a mistake! Sometimes she lies without even thinking, although to someone who doesn't have a memory and isn't in touch with her true self, who's to say she isn't telling the truth every once in a while?
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Icy blue, cat-like in slant
Hair: Pixie cut, light blue to violet, with a bit of an upward swirl (kept short to better get wigs on)
Face: Soft lips, a button nose, a round cupid-like face
Clothes: Frilly camis, colorful and sassy tees, skirts, long tops with short shorts: her clothes range about on a spectrum, showing skin isn't a deterrent. Likes to follow European fashion. Sunglasses and/or bracelets often an accessory. For her made up persona "on the job", however, anything goes.
Sailor Scout Attack:Overcharge Columbite's hands glow with electromagnetic energy that she can launch out up to 15ft. If an electronic is struck, it overloads and is unusable for 1 minute; a cellphone would simply create a small zap while a light pole may cause the glass to break and fall on someone. If it hits a person, it's akin to getting a small shock but is ultimately harmless. Naturally, it if hits anything non-conductive, the ball simply dissipates. Columbite can create up to 3 orbs per battle. She may choose to "detonate" it while in her hand rather than throw it, in the case of touching someone or holding an appropriate object.
Super Sailor Scout Attack:Surge Columbite can now create 4 balls, and the range has increased to 20ft. The balls remain the same in properties, however she can now combine two into a larger projectile. In this larger form, the side effects double: electronics still overload and lose function for up to 2 minutes with the risk of an electrical fire now at play, and if a person is hit, they experience a painful but brief jolt.
Eternal Sailor Attack:Amp It Up! Columbite exerts an electromagnetic aura and effectively stimulates her muscles (via the iron in her blood) into overdrive. For 30 seconds she has the physical strength of a General or Knight, and her speed is boosted by about 25%; additionally, those affected by her bare fists may find that the blows come with an uncomfortable tingling sensation as if shocked. Whether she can control her new stats is an entirely different story, as it still hurts like hell running straight into a wall. She may use this twice per battle and has a cooldown of two minutes between, with the second use having smaller returns on power boost (+10% speed, Captain/Squire level strength). After each use, she becomes more exhausted as the strain on her body catches up, and her blood will also be slow to clot as well if she receives any wounds. After both uses, she will be completely useless in battle.
prompt two: wake up(WC: 735) Sudoku made the pain easier. Physically, she had to concentrate more on the puzzle than the brutal ache in her head and chest which, while distracting, was a challenge she refused to give in to. Metaphorically, it was a lot easier to fill in the gaps on the page than it was trying to figure out what the hell had happened, and more immediately rewarding at that. She imagined something was supposed to be happening eventually, and when it did, she would latch onto it like she had latched onto the apparently proffered puzzle book on the table before her, alongside other magazines, fill in the blank in her memory, and get one step closer to figuring things out.
But until then: she just had one more row to finish.
She was aware of her surroundings, of course, in the same way she was aware that her body was one big magnet for pain: dully, with grim acceptance of the present unknown. It was clean, but it wasn't quite sterile. Not a hospital. She couldn't smell anything in particular, but she did hear a lively tune somewhere in the distance. If anything, it felt like an unused office room, though with instruments she couldn't decipher the meaning for. Crystals seemed to be a theme, however, so maybe something New Age.
So, perhaps she was in a business building of some sort. So why not a hospital? She paused in her mathematical musing to give herself a once over, but nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary, aside from the fact that she could have sworn her ribs were broken or her head split open. No blood, no bruising, nothing. A medical experiment go awry? The place did scream secret facility. And yet, she didn't feel bothered by it. Why would she, when she was still alive, still idly finishing the Sudoku square, still waiting, still able to? The woman looked about through mirrors, past furniture, her eyes sharp and sharper still by pain. Whatever her presence meant, she could wait. And she would devour what information she could until Godot came.
They had left her phone behind, if nothing else. YouTube's recommended videos seemed cacophonous in the near-silence of the office, but it was all empty parading: no favorites, no history, no account, only next after next video, a blur of faces that held no meaning. (Her own reflection in that black mirror, even.) Whatever their causes, she saw them for what they were: meaningless spectacle. caricatures. simulacra. She ate it all up nonetheless. There was nothing but nothing inside, after all, and like sought like.
There was just one face she happened upon that had taste in the bland upload mix: one Ally Argent, siren with a sailor, parody singer and, most recently, real talker. She watched as the woman concerted herself through a horrible tale of a festival gone wrong and wondered why she of all people was familiar. Had she been there with Ally when the attack was sprung? It might explain the mystery pain, and try as she might, she couldn't think of any other leads. What a cute little face, she thought as she skipped to a different Ally Argent video. She felt an impulse to slap it and then kiss it better.
Why? She paused the video, and the lilting tune from before was all that echoed in the room. Her foot tapped idly to the beat as she thought. There was another face coming to mind, just barely. A splash of pink. Color, she decided, color was the reason. There was possibly life behind those eyes in her head. She wanted to take it in, turn the grey void she had into something worth looking at. Maybe that was the experiment that brought her here: maybe her inner null was freakishly curious to a shady scientist. She smiled for the first time at the thought.
Well, she'd better have a name ready for the eventual meeting, then. She hummed along to the tune as she wrote variations on the space around the cleared Sudoku puzzle. Variations - recapitulation - sonata - cantata - no. She wanted more than to sound, to sing. She was the song, the sound of life, the allegro allegory of existence--or she would do her damndest to seem like it. Why not cover the veneer of emptiness with something lively? The inner grey with an outer light?
