Hajime took his eyes off Hikari, thankfully, she made the kid feel weird. Plus what'd happened in Kirigakure really still had him confused on his feelings. But for now he'd put that aside, focus on the pink haired guy. He looked him over, eyes meeting his at first, he could tell they were special. Then that pretty pink hair, and his weird tattoo. He seemed like your typical angsty person, but there was something there that felt nice about him, even though he seemed a bit rough.
"Just seeing what all else is in the world outside the Land of Water. Nothing really to crazy. You two are Shinobi?" He asked, taking a look around, noting the other group and the older male. Haji cocked his head, staring at Belamos' hair, they practically had the same color. "Who's the red head over there?" Haji asked Hiroki, hated to seem like he was ignoring Hikari but her lack of modesty made it hard on him.

Ayuna was in the midst of the two with their conversation seemingly escalating, and moved to put his order in with the bartender as if he was simply ignoring a squabbling couple. In truth, Toshio was all ears, but Ayuna was good at putting on airs as the bartender arrived. He turned his head to Hikari and offered her his trademark smile. "Oh don't worry silly, I'm only getting something to lighten our spirits a bit. And besides, the ingrate has had a rough time of it here lately." He would offer her only a wink as he ordered whatever the name of the finest craft beer they had on tap was in addition to their food. He watched with only slight intrigue, however, as Haji joined up at Hikari's request. Surprisingly, his food came out in the short span of time between Hiroki's interaction and the boy looking away from Hikari.
It was hard for him not to wanna bully the child.
"Here we are," Ayuna spoke laying out plates before everyone present, having procured an extra bowl of teriyaki ramen for the newcomer. Everyone else would also get two bottles of beer as well after a masterful display of balance befitting only a server or bartender, he would take a seat beside Hikari. "Actually, the three of us are just wanderers from an old place I don't think you woulda heard of. My name is Ayuna. Yours?" he would ask not even mentioning the food that he had ensured the boy recieved so as not to be the only one at the table not eating.

Hikari shook her head in the negative at the boy's question. "I'm just a dancer" she lied by way of omission. While it was true that she was in fact a certain kind of dancer, Hikari was more than that. She was a ronin, a master-less samurai. One whom had taken up her own personal code to do and live as she saw fit. To be the only one to judge her own worth. "No clue who the red head is, showed up a few minutes ago. My name is Hikari however."
___Well, this was less exciting than Hiroki had hoped. The boy's nerves had worn off fairly quickly, it seemed. Curiosity taking its place even in the face of potential hostilities. There was no fun in toying with the veritable child if he was not going to react in an entertaining manner. "Probably just another half-hearted revolutionary." The man added, piggybacking on Hikari's claim that they didn't know who the person that caught Haji's eye was, before turning with a flourish of his slender hand and plopping back down in his seat. He snatched up his chopsticks and one of the beers in the same motion, taking a swig before returning it and procuring some noodles from his bowl in another. His trademark Hyuga reflexes were getting better, chains of actions becoming almost automatic. "Hey, kid, why bug us? You could do better than this place if ya wanted somewhere to stay." Another gulp of beer, his face subtly shifted closer to the color of his hair. At least they'd gotten decently strong stuff.
Tsuki would let out a heavy sigh. This was such a pain in the a** and at a time like this. Placing her hand on the hilt of her modified katana she would sigh again,"Shes my student in much the same way a daughter is a student of the mother. That being said, there will be no exchange of blows. If a few words is all it takes to goad you into violence then you should work on controlling that before you go around trying to challenge others." Sliding her right leg back she dropped her weight down in a stance that only Belamos would know the meaning off. "If you still insist on using violence to clean the insult off your masters honor, then direct it at me for I have said far worse of him then that little remark Rinka made. Otherwise control yourself and we shall have a nice meal together."
All this chit-chat, all this grand posturing, it was enough to annoy him. He had come here for a very simple task and had rather straightforward goals yet flies that buzzed around him had seemed to make even this a labor. This was without even mentioning Tsuki's own obstinance...or cowardice, he wasn't sure which yet. Regardless, the back and forth going on in the bar. As Tsuki confronted Chigiri he watched with a look of unease until, when she finished, Belamos rose. "Enough." His words carried across the bar- being sufficient to silence the conversation of several bystanders as well. He stode over towards his students and stood before them, placing himself between them and the Hurricane of Blades that was Tsukina. He would look to the swordmaiden for a moment before looking back down to them "Both of you- take a seat and get something to eat." He enunciated every word perfectly, the faintest hint of anger behind his words. After addressing them he spun on his heel and locked his eyes back on Tsuki "And you" He said, striding towards her until he was but a few feet away "If you're in, then you're going to understand something. These are my students and. you were right, my people. They look to me to lead them; to guide them. I care for you, Tsuki, but if you openly disrespect me in front of them again I will carry on without you" His tone- nuetral, his stance, still one of the same regal bearing he always seemed to take. It seemed he was firm in his words, and while he never wanted to leave the woman behind if she would not make a suitable partner, or conduct herself as a noble, he would be forced to.

Haji' cocked his head back, hearing the other guy speaking to Hikari. He gave the man a smile, in truth he was quite nervous. He'd never really made friends with total strangers this fast before. He watched as the obviously talented man balance all the food and drink perfectly. "Thanks! You're pretty good at that, you've worked as a waiter before? Oh and my name is Hajime, you can call me Haji'!" Haji's head turned to Hikari, once more turning pink, his eyes drawn to her body, not like he could help it, then to her pretty blue eyes. "Th-That makes sense! You look like y-you'd be a good dancer. I see, he seems...familiar." He kept the rest of his thoughts to himself how ever, only to bring his eyes to Hiroki, whilst a hand expertly used a pair of chopsticks and scarfed down a bit of his food. "Revolutionary?" He went wide eyed, watching how fast and accurate the pink haired man ate. Then promptly blushed at his last question. "W-Well, I didn't really bug you did I-I? Well, I got directions from one of th-the locals. They said the owner was nice and she might help me out if need be. Sorry for bothering you..." He was frowning now, having taken Hiroki's word's to heart. He was still a kid after all, nervous and in an unfamiliar place. For now he tried to keep quiet and eat his meal. Haji was happy to eat some real food, but he quickly finished it and decided to leave them be.
Standing he made his way closer to that red haired man, he seemed to have an air of power around him. Haji was standing a few feet away now, staring up at him, he wanted to say something but he didn't know what. He gulped, moving a bit closer, as if he was going to grab a bit of his clothing to tug on, "S-Sir?" He knew he was interrupting something important but he had this need to talk with the man, and it wouldn't go away.

Not to be offensive to the other party, just that she had a lot of respect for these two. And even though the woman was also a powerful individual, she just kind of felt like she couldn't respect her after suggesting she'd fight Chigiri in place of her subordinate. A little competition was quite healthy for all ninja's, it was a good thing to see what skills another had compared to others. There was nothing wrong with friendly competition, or even rivalry. She didn't see what the big deal was, if the two wanted to duke it out. How would one's students know to work on a certain set of skills if they never tested it out on others first? On another note, that girl giving her mentor such a look..it really annoyed her too, and even though she wanted to say something as well, she really didn't want to involve herself in a fight. Jenna could sense the hostility around, with Belamos becoming annoyed at Tsukina's threats, the air feeling more like you could cut through it with a knife. She'd turn her attention to her teacher, agreeing to his instructions without any second thoughts. "O-okay!" Jenna answered almost sounding a bit nervous, considering she could sense the all around tension with ease. She'd walk towards a seat, hopping onto the stool and refusing to stare at anyone, even be caught locking eyes. There was already enough fuel to the fire, didn't need to add more. Jenna would order some food from the bartender, and would slowly eat it once it arrived, since she was legit a really slow eater, the kind that takes the tiniest bites. She was kinda tired and hungry after that mission, so this small break was certainly nice and rewarding. Though she could do with a more peaceful environment, but it is what it is. She had just remembered one other thing too, she kinda had no money to pay at the moment. Jenna kinda hoped Belamos would cover the bill, considering he gave the order to eat, and she really didn't want to have to stay and wash dishes to make up the money. Rinka whipped her head around, lifting her mask to reveal a starry-eyed expression. A daughter... to a mother? Was that how Tsuki saw her now? No, that couldn't possibly be it. But could it? The possibility was always there; the only other person who stepped up to defend her like that was basically a foster-parent to her. The little Oni's shocked expression turned to eagerness as she turned to face Chigiri. Her stance changed from a passive contrapposto to a more direct, confident pose; her arms crossed over her chest and a toothy, fan-filled grin stretched across her face. It might even have been a little intimidating if not for the fact that her mask, now pushed back on her head, was causing her bangs to stick up and outward almost like a sea urchin.
Chigiri and Kuro looked deflated as it seemed that everyone here was a coward and wanted nothing more than to have tea and cakes. How boring! The feeling of tension had been building up to a point that it was likely to release in an intense euphoria amidst combat, but the raven haired sword student had been denied at the last minute, leaving her on the edge. Now the decision of whether or not to strike out at Tsukina and lose, but have a good fight in the process...or peacefully enjoy a meal had to be debated about. She finally gave up when Belamos put his two cents in and just slumped down in a corner chair away from the others, grumbling.
Choka needed to spend some time training herself so she stopped by this village's main dojo to do some practice with her greatsword. It had been a while since she'd gotten in any real training. She entered the builing and found her way to the open and spacious dojo. She didn't need any dummies or other training equipment so she just unbuckled her greatsword from her back holster and held it in front of her. She gave it a few swings before going ahead and practicing some basic moves a few times over each. First she'd practice Ju Suto. As she performed the swing, she'd control the swing of her blade to do damage to floor or walls. Next up was Soin, a sweeping technique. It was rather simple and something the Choka had done a hundred times. It was always good to warm up with a move like this. The next technique was a straight stabbing technique called Sasu. Choka would practice the technique with the large cumbersome greatsword like it was nothing. It was clear that this was her weapon on choice.

Soin [ Sweep ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The practitioner drags their weapon against the ground and, by utilizing a quick pivot turn, performs a radial slash. Because of the weapon, the inexperienced have a difficult time stopping themselves. When used above the practitioner's body rank, consumes an extra activation as they stop themselves.
Sasu [ Stab ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: By bringing the pommel of their weapon to their stomach, the user keeps their center of gravity low and lunges out with both arms, performing a quick yet powerful poke. The inexperienced will likely stumble. Treats armor techniques as though they were regular armor. Title: Learn a Jutsu! [x3 D-Rank] Information: You have to start somewhere, don't you? Well, here's the starting point! Learn a jutsu, any jutsu, and you've taken the first step on the road to power! Solo or Squad: Any Minimum Posts: None Note: This mission can only be repeated three times.
The first technique in the next round of three was one that Choka refrained from performing fully as it was destructive and could damage the establishment. She'd hate to be responsible for that and especially didn't want to pay for it. As she slammed the weapon down towards the ground, she would halt her swing just inches before it would connect with the ground. As Choka stared down at her blade and the ground below she could feel sweat pool on her forehead and bead up. A few drops fell from her face and to the ground below. Choka would continue with her training.
The next technique was another good technique for Choka to know. She hadn't practiced it much and needed to make sure she was comfortable using it. They'd lay the tip of their blade on the ground and raise it swiftly with great power behind the slash. Choka performed this maneuver a few extra times to be sure she absolutely had it mastered. Next up was an interesting move that acted much like a counter. Choka would shadowbox using her greatsword to fight an invisible for some time before she could perform the Hiki technique. She'd lift the weapon with her right hand and then use her left hand to brace the weapon as she swiped it across at an invisible target.

Saidai Shinpuku [ Upwards Swing ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The practitioner places the tip of their weapon to the ground, then pulls upward with all the might they can muster. Although extremely powerful and rather swift, an inexperienced user is left open after performing the technique. Treated as complex when interacting with physical defenses, but loses all bonuses and is treated as simple if used above the practitioner's body rank.
Hiki [ Saw ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The practitioner takes their weapon into a single hand, raising the opposite arm to rest the majority of the weight. The user then performs a swift sidestep and attempts to hack at their opponent with a single hard rising vertical strike. Because of the balancing of the weapon against their arm, this technique is extremely fast and offers only a minor window of opportunity for the opponent as it ends. Treated as complex when interacting with small weapons and unarmed foes. ----------------------- Mission Information
Choka would take some time to think about how she was supposed to perform the next attack. It was an attack that projected a blade of chakra out as a projectile. With a few swings and attempts to channel chakra through her blade, Choka eventually mastered the application of the technique. It wasn't difficult and she was able to perform it at a very low rank as to not damage the dojo. As she trained with this technique, she began to feel totally acclimated to using this weapon. Her body was in tip top shape she was feeling good.

Hard Physical Formless [ Trained ] Formless Large Weapon - Greatswords [ Trained ] ----------------------- Mission Information
Choka was ready for something new. She had been using this greatsword for her whole adult life and never once decided to stray from the techniques she had just performed. There was a style she was aware of that worked with one of large fans on a stick called a gunbai. She bgean with one of the simplest techniques. Training for it was simple. She simply held her greatsword by the hit and pointed the blade upward. She would practice now by quickly rotating the blade as if she was deflecting incoming attacks. When she was tired of this training, she moved onto the next. She just started using her greatsword like a large fan and waving it front of her with one arm to send waves of air forward from her swings. She felt acclimated now to using her greatsword in this manner. She continued with the same stance as she took with the first technique. She practiced the same move, but this time would imagine she waited for an impact against the blade before rotating it and deflecting the imaginary attack off the side. With each repetition of the move, Choka was leaning off to the opposite side she sent her deflection. This training would last about a half hour at the most.

Aogukoto [ Fanning ] Rank: X :: Simple Description: The waving of the fan, often to cool a person. Drives away fine particulate matter within half a meter per rank. Additionally, this technique lessens the effects of hazards that cause a fever by one dose for all people within the same range, lasting as long as this technique is maintained.
Mawaru Sokyaku [ Spinning Rejection ] Rank: D :: Simple Description: An alternate take on Uchiwa no Sokyaku [ Rejection of the Fan ]. The user blocks an attack head on, but tilts the gunbai to one side immediately upon impact to deflect the attack after absorbing some of the initial force. Denies descriptive increases to incoming techniques.
