Once again a grand festival has been thrown on the Academy grounds, and all people from various walks of live are invited! As usual, there are food and refreshments being served, booths for games and wares for sale. What you do is up to you - dance, mingle, drink, eat - just remember to have fun with those you love!

Oh, how he liked to take the time to relax and just enjoy the festivities. Humming happily, Nuka’s ears twitched with excitement, already picking up the slow chatter and music. It was still early yet. He still had some time before the hustle and bustle of the crowd.
The weather was quite pleasant as well. He breathed in deeply before letting out a long sigh. Oh, what a beautiful day. It was worth getting up early, despite spending his time at a club the night before. His feet were still quite tired from dancing. ”Thank you” he chirped as a gift was handed to him. It was a blue boa! How fun. Nuka let out a giggle and slung it across his shoulders. w.c.: 123
Lilly was… well, she was quite excited, to say the least. Like… almost jumping on her feet, up and down excited. If it wasn’t for the hand she was firmly clasping, she would have dashed ahead and ventured the festival all on her own. But, as it was, if she let go of the hybrid’s hand, she was sure Birkita would just slink off to her room.
In fact, it seemed to have taken much longer than usual to find her friend. How odd.
”I’m so excited!” she practically squealed. In a whisper, of course. A welcome gift was handed to her. Looking into the bulky paper bag... she saw a bright vesper plushie. What a cutie! This one will look great with the rest of her collection!
Birkita had tried hiding. She really did. She knew of the festival beforehand. But, always the anti-social one, the geist and chimera hybrid made plans to not attend the festivities. Apparently, her friend had other intentions. ”Can’t I just stay in our dorm?” she muttered under her breath, hand held in Lilly’s hand. She really didn’t want to be here. There were already too many nightmares and daydreams. And it was just opening up!
Letting out a frustrated puff of breath, she tried to ignore the bag that was handed to her. Apparently, there weren’t going to be discouraged and shoved it in her arms. She looked into the bag and sighed heavily. Great. Lilly and her had a matching set. Judging by the excited looks from Lilly, she was going to be hearing this for a while. Birkita gave the Vespercat Plushie an accusing look.
Sisal was quite interested in the Hunter Jubilee this year. Somehow, he had always missed it. Originally, there was just too much work to do. Too much chores around the orchid. And then, it was too cold. Or he was visiting home. Or he had too much homework.
Regardless of the reason, it had all kept him away from this wonderful even. The weather had warmed up quite a bit, though it was still cold enough to wear a hoodie. Still, Sisal was no longer dressed to the point of looking like a marshmallow and it was fantastic. Smiling pleasant, he picked up his welcoming gift. Inside the bag was another small bag… Themed candy bark!. He hadn’t even gotten through the bark from Winter Solstice!
Just because he grew up in a high class family did not mean Nym disliked dirty events like this. In fact, he found them rather… endearing. Never mind that he actually enjoyed the aspect of winning things and just being a part of the energy. That wasn’t something he really wanted others to knowing.
Suppressing a grin, he moved towards the beginning of the festival and was handed a bag. What a grubby bag. Couldn’t they toss in some coin for designer bags? Even if they were gift back, they really shouldn’t be cheap. He sighed and peered inside. There was a tacky orange boa. Nym grimaced.
Ahhh, Soleil loved the Hunter's Jubilee. The sights, the smells, the people. There was so much to take in. It was a shame that their roommate was too busy for it. A date would have been nice.
Soleil perused the stalls idly, taking a gander on everything that they could do before deciding their first move. They were so focused on the pursuit of something to do that they weren't exactly watching where they were going.
Whoops! Soleil shook their head; a few stray hairs falling in her face. "Haha, guess I nearly fell for you," she chuckled, eyeing the nightmare. Not bad looking. Not. At. All.
Their eyes widened as they felt a hand on their shoulder, looking to the side. Their eyes met with a...vespercat? They'd take it. Soleil looked up to the nightmare and gave them a smile, removing the small plush from their hands. "Thanks."
Azure :: 11 odd - plush Azure had left the houses without notice, he wasn't planing to go out to the part unless Beryl would chooses to do so, so instead for the time being he went out only to get something special for her, on his outing he acquired a plush from one of the many stands and felt that this would be one of the things he would definitely give her on such a special occasion, with the plush in his position he began to make his way back to their house setting the plush on her desk warped in a little bow for her too find.

Zinnia ::14 even - trinket zinnia had been out and about getting things ready her's and ever's kids especially gala would probably want candy, so she went out to get some, finding taking so many kids out to the party would be hectic even for two parents. but she only got a bag of peppermint bark since she had planed to bake some cookies as well Azriel :: 2 even - trinket he wouldn't pass up the sweets not for anything in the world, so he made his way to search for some new candy he had not tried yet. candy coins, yum~ Elanor :: 1 odd - plush elanor had been making some delivery for the dress orders she got for the party, while out and about to deliver them one of her customers gave her an exstra plushie! how cute~ Ellunia :: 13 odd - plush ellunia wondered alone threw the acadamy halls she exsplored and tried her hand at a few mini games layed threw out the school leading twords the party, she wasnt quite feeling up to going to it but she managed to win something anyways without going. a soft lil specterfox plush. she couldnt help but adore it as she had many plushies but had never seen one like this Belladona :: 14 even - trinket bella wondered slowly threw the party, staying away from the crowds of people as she watched quietly. she enjoyed watching everyone enjoy themselves but was much to shy and fearful to join the masses in there fun, she felt like hiding so she managed to buy a boa witch she warped around her self and soon with the softness of the fluff she felt a little more secure. Stella :: 3 odd - plush stella was existed, so much so she could barely contain her self, she wanted every fluffy thing she could find! she ran threw the party's games and stands exploring them to the fullest, after trying many games she ended up wining a cute little plush!

Jane stared wide eyed at the conglomerate of nightmares that were much older than her milling the streets. This was a bad idea, a very bad idea. She shouldn't have went. Everyone was all so close. Someone brushed against her, making her jump.
Yeah. Way too much.
She eyed a less crowded alleyway and tried skittering towards it. But she was going too fast, too quick. One leg tripped over the other as she tumbled towards the ground. Her eyes squeezed shut. She was going to get trampled.
Something soft landed on her, making her skin crawl. "No touch!"She batted it at lightning quick speed before looking towards the side. Oh. It was just a vestercat. Unsure, she reached an arm out to loop around it and bring it close.
Jane was about to go. Leave and never come back. But a familiar whisper caught her off gaurd. She whipped around towards the sound, eyes wide. Was that Lilly?! A broad grin enveloped her face at the sight of a familiar dinosaur onesie. It was! She skittered on all fours towards the other nightmare without a second thought, clinging to her leg. "Lilly!" Her eyes zeroed on the hand that was definitely not Lilly's. Who was holding her friend's hand? She scowled up at the person, scooting a bit closer to the driad.
Vega was feeling quite pretty in his new skirt. It was layered with lace and had subtle pink hearts patterned into it. His hair was pulled up into pig tails. And he had a ruffled blouse that hid his flat chest and gave him more form.
Sighing happily, he smoothed out his skirt and walked quickly into the festival. It was… rather chilly. Maybe he should have dressed a bit warmer. But… he really, really, really wanted to wear this cute outfit. He bought it specifically for the event! No way was he going to cover it up now! He hummed happily and was handed a plushie immediately. A cute vespercat! A wide grin stretched across his face.
The streets were usually bare most nights. Tonight, however; was the Hunter's Jubilee. Liv grinned apprehensively. As much as she loved watching people, she couldn't help but think that there were too many people around It was hard to keep focus on just one.
A special someone caught her eye. Her arch nemesis. Her worst nightmare and yet the best entertainment at times. Nym would have to do. She couldn't possibly keep track of all the others. Even if their presence was as big as Nym's.
She sauntered over towards him, approaching his back end. And dieties she didn't regret it. Not one bit. Cackling, she threw her head back. "It-It's going to look great on your fur." A brush up against her skin made her stop laughing immediately. Was that...slobber? Her gaze slowly went down towards her leg, slick with saliva.
Ew, gross.
Liv glowered at the offending creature, appalled. A gryftoo? What were they doing there? "Go away, shoo." she waved a dismissive hand towards them. With one eye half drooped, they licked it in return.
Aias really, really, really did not know why he came. He didn’t even like the holiday. He only enjoyed Winter Solstice. And he had to close his shop for the day in order to attend a festival he didn’t even really like. Sighing, he dragged his feet towards where the crowd seemed to be gravitating, shoulders slumped. Perhaps this was a bad idea after all. He didn’t want to see others. Particularly other elves. What if he saw a relative here?
The anxiety built up in his stomach as he took a gift from someone without much thought. He had gone a few dozen paces before he realized he had something in his hands. He looked down, spying a reddish plushie. Well… it was cute.
Ascal sighed, readjusting his scarf as his wings fluttered uneasily. He shouldn’t be here. He was neglecting studies at the temple for this. He was told to take a break, after many frustrating fails at a lesson. To attend the festival. And since he was barely a disciple, he really had no room to argue.
One of the lessons was to try and not use magic when he wasn’t in attendance with someone. But… he couldn’t help trying. He held out his hand, trying to summon an orb of light… there was a flicker. Excitement filled him. And then, it blinked out. Sneering, he stomped over to some snowcones, determined to take his frustration out by crunching on some ice.
