- Derek is ultimately a selfish and compassionate person He can be charming if it gets him what he wants, but relies on his intimidation factor to get the job done. He uses his powers to make things happen and not be some cookie cutter 'hero'. This is real life and in the world when you want something, you gotta take it. That's his philosophy anyway. He is also quite intelligent and introspective despite his bad behavior in school.
➳ What's their backstory?
- Hailing from Honolulu, HI is Superstar Aaron Howl's first cousin, Derek Howl. Derek unlike his cousin has always lived the less privileged life as he has always strayed toward the bad influences in his life (like drugs, not doing well in school, etc.) while his cousin has done the opposite. It wasn't until he had been facing real trouble that his powers first appeared and he used them to get out of said situation (by killing the people he stole from). Since then he's been a big player in Hawaii when it comes to drugs due to his powers. He had to go underground however when another super appeared calling themselves, Tank. Because of this, he decides to relocate to where he know he has family.
