Lelyna awoke with the sun. She didn't know how her body knew that the sun was rising, but she always seemed to wake as the large ball of flame arose over the horizon. As soon as it's golden rays began to bathe the land, the birds would awake and sing their songs. It was possible that Lelyna’s acute hearing picked up the chatter and arose to the sound, but she was never sure. It only took her a moment to realize that her roommate, Willow, was still sound asleep.
Smiling to herself, Lelyna quietly slipped out of bed before moving to her closet to grab one of her usual outfits to wear to class. Whilst she was brushing her hair, she heard a distinct yawn outside her door. Laughing lightly, she knew exactly who was outside her door and what they wanted. Slipping on her shoes, she grabbed her bag and headed for the door. Stepping outside of her room, she made sure to quietly close the door before turning toward Mikhail, her eyes open for him to see. Unlike many others, he didn’t seem to mind her grey eyes.
“Good morning, Mikhail.” She said with a small smile. Clasping her hands in front of her, she tilted her head to one side. “You seem grumpy today…” She didn’t need eyes to know that he was grumpy – Mikhail was always grumpy, but he was especially so when they missed a rendezvous with one another. Reaching out, she grasped his upper arm. Trailing her hand down, she slipped her hand and arm through his to hook them together lightly, so they could walk together with ease. “Don’t worry, Mikahil. I’ll let you make it up to me.” She said with a teasing smile. She want upset, not in the least, but he didn’t know that…

Willow had walked Lelyna to her class, and went to her own afterwards. She stood there for a few moments, looking to see if her redhead professor was there. He wasn't, and since it was quite late, she decided that class was probably canceled. She had soaked her cut with heated water, and took medicine. It wasn't a large cut, so it was already doing better. Willow tried to start painting, but gave up after the drowsiness effects from the medicine kicked in. She laid in bed, and sleep took hold of her immediately. She woke up to the sun rising, and with half closed eyes she watched Lelyna leave the room. The way her roommate talked made Willow immediately know that it was Mikhail, his royal highness. Gag. He was a total jerk, in Willow's opinion, but she never sad anything to her roommate. It seemed to Willow that the prince had a soft-spot for the blind girl. Willow couldn't blame him. She herself had been secretly crushing on her roommate, even though she told herself that Lelyna fancied the Prince of Valor. It was early, and the medicine still had her tired, so Willow put her face back in her pillow and went back to sleep.

-Enter Lelyna into Lelyna & Willow’s Dorm Room-
Willow was such a wonderful friend and roommate. While Lelyna was lying in bed, resting, Willow was getting them both something to eat. Willow was always looking out for her, just like Mikhail. Smiling to herself, she found that she was truly grateful for such wonderful friends. Lelyna had to wonder if she’d made another friend today; Silme.
The little fae was an extraordinary being. While using her raiment too often or for too long would weaken her at best and harm her at worst, Lelyna found that she wanted to help the fae regain her memories. The good news was that Lelyna had sensed the memories within her, the bad news was that it would take a lot of time and effort to get them back in order. In any case, she was willing to try.
Rolling onto her side, Lelyna cuddled with her pillow, feeling suddenly very sleepy. Yawning slightly, she drew her blankets over her, not bothering to change into her sleeping clothes – she just didn’t have enough energy…While she waited for Willow to return, Lelyna found herself slowly drifting off to sleep for a nap.

Prior time skip:-Enter Willow & Lelyna's dorm- Willow returned to the dorm in good spirits. She had gotten some good gossip for sure, Gin and a first year, dating?! It was a shock. She had managed to get some fruit, bread, and butter. But when Willow got to the dorm, she found her roommate asleep in bed. Not wanting to disturb the girl, she quietly placed the food on the table and ate about a quarter of the loaf. Willow didn't eat much, ever. After eating she combed out her hair and put her kimono on. She looked at her sleeping roommate. How different people looked in their sleep. Lelyna seemed small and innocent to Willow, this thought inclining her to walk over and place a light kiss on Lelyna's forehead, before blushing in embarrassment. No one was there to witness, but Willow was embarrassed nonetheless. She quietly drew the curtains and snuffed the candles out, before laying in her own bed and drifting to sleep. After time skip:Willow woke up, tired from a long night of reading. She was quickly filled with energy when she remembered the festival. In Willow's eyes, this was the biggest day of gossip of the year. She wanted to get out as soon as possible, so after eating a light breakfast from the kitchen, she headed out. -Exit- ══════════════════════════════════════

Under Kayl’s insistence, Lelyna got up out of her seat and held his arm as they left the classroom. Her keen hearing picked up on shouts and barked orders off in the distance. Concerned, she frowned deeply and clung lightly to Kayl’s arm as they walked through the school, heading away from the commotion at the courtyard. Lelyna remained relatively silent as they walked, absorbed in thoughts of the Gala and speculation as to what could have happened in the courtyard to cause such a commotion.
Kayl’s inquiry drew her from her thoughts and made her sigh. “Yes…I had hoped that I had time to ask my mother to make me a dress for the event – she is a very talented seamstress. But there is no time. I think Willow might have something that I can wear…But if not, then I will have to decline the invitation and forego attending. The last thing I want to do is embarrass Mikhail at the Gala.” Part of her knew that Mikhail wouldn’t really mind if she wore a simple dress, but this event was important to her – she’d asked him to accompany her.
To Lelyna’s surprise, Kayl asked if she was willing to skip her Music Class the next day. Lelyna, puzzled by this request, reluctantly accepted and promised that she would wait for him at her dorm room in the morning. After saying goodbye to Kayl, Lelyna went inside to rest. Given the turbulent day, she found she was a bit exhausted.

After washing her face and brushing her teeth and hair, Lelyna dressed in a simple outfit before donning a warm cloak for the day. She suspected that Kayl was going to take her somewhere on the grounds, perhaps to cheer her up after yesterday’s bad news. Releasing a heavy sigh, she frowned deeply. She needed to talk to Mikhail about the Gala. As it turned out, Willow didn’t have anything that fit her, so there was no chance of borrowing one of her roommate’s dresses for the event.
Seated on her bed, Lelyna nervously picked at her nails. Silently she wondered they the Academy hadnt given the students more time to prepare for the event. Formal dresses were not something that everyone had hanging in their closet, and not every student had the means to purchase a new dress on such short notice. Frowning, she shook her head. In all honesty, she should have known that she needed the gown – it was a Gala after all and she had heard the rumors. Fidgeting a bit, Lelyna waited for Kayl to arrive.

Willow had been spending a large amount of time in the forest lately, so much she had elected to skip her Knit class the day before. She had figured she'd be able to catch up easily, she usually could. Why spend so much time in the forest? A simple answer, curiosity. Ever since meeting Silme, she had grew more and more curious about the fae, leading her to begin heading out into the Eoana Forest to try and find signs of fae. Of course, being Willow, she didn't tell anyone about this, and ended up having an awfully hard time finding anything. The only inkling of fae activity she noticed was an odd buzzing sound she heard one day, but she figured it was a bug and nothing more. Willow couldn't actually see the fae, so she could've been being stalked by them the whole time without ever noticing.
She had returned to her dorm around the same time as Lelyna, who asked her to borrow a dress for the gala. Sadly, Willow didn't have anything that would fit the small girl, and after cleaning up, they both went to bed. She arose bright and early today, she had remembered the gossip party Gala was later today, which gave her an extra boost of energy. She could only imagine how much she may learn from simply attending. She woke a bit before her roommate, so she had time to change into her outfit for the gala and for combat. After putting it on, she brushed her hair and teeth, finishing just as Lelyna woke up. She was putting on her boots as Lelyna finished getting ready, and the blind girl seemed anxious, or nervous. Willow cocked her head.
"Are you nervous about the Gala?" She asked. Was Lelyna really that worried about not having a dress?

Lelyna tilted her head toward her roommate and shrugged her shoulders lightly. “Well…Yes. Im the one that asked Mikhail to the Gala…I’d heard the rumor well before the official announcement had been made, so I asked him, if perchance the rumor was true, if he would go with me. I thought I’d have time to ask my mother to make me a dress, but the Academy only gave us a day to prepare!” Lelyna said as she fidgeted and nibbled her lip nervously.
“I wanted this to be special…but now I fell like if I don’t find something suitable to wear, I’ll just be an embarrassment. Mikhail is a Prince of Valor! If he’s seen with me, wearing a casual, mediocre dress…well, I’d hate to hear all the whispers…” She knew, deep down, that Mikhail wouldn’t care. That he would think she was beautiful in any dress she chose to wear…but this was a formal event and she wanted to impress him.
“Kayl asked me to skip music today…Im not sure what he has planned.” Lelyna said with a small frown. She suspected he was going to try to help her in some way, but at this point, the Gala was only hours away…

Quietly walking up the halls leading to the ladies dorms, Kayl likely would have felt a bit out of place if it wasn't for the fact that he was heading to Lelyna's room to pick her up. It wasn't the first time he'd walked her to or from her unit, but each time he came through these halls he half expected someone to stop him to inquire about his presence there. No one ever did though. He had to wonder if it was cause they knew his purpose for being there, or if it had something to do with his 'stature'. Either way this day it was for the best, as he was running just a little bit behind his intended schedule. He didn't want Mihkail showing up and causing a fuss. Walking quickly down the hall, Kayl looked to his shoulder once more since Sylrenya had decided to join them on their little adventure. Kayl's hood was propped up over his head, creating the warm cove that she loved as she comfortably sat on his shoulder, kicking her legs playfully.
"Almost there," Kayl said aloud as he smiled lightly. "I think Lelyna will be pleasantly surprised, as will Mihkail" Kayl said to Sylrenya, referencing their task for the day. After Lelyna shared her worries, Kayl had thought of a solution, and suggested that she accompany him to town during the day. She was hesitant to agree, as she would have to skip her elective class, but one question seemed to change her mind. 'Don't you want to surprise Mihkail?...'
Her reaction was adorable. She both blushed and went shy for a moment as she thought about Kayl's question. he hadn't outright said what his plan was, but with a little thought she likely would guess what he meant. After getting her to agree he went home for the night, letting Sylrenya sleep in her 'spot' once more. Arriving. at the door, Kayl knocked lightly and waited for Lelyna to answer. Once she was ready to go, he would escort her to the front gates, where a horse and carriage was waiting for them.

It seemed Willow's question had triggered a flow of answer, probably Lelyna trying to let out some stress by talking out what was wrong. Willow listened carefully, and this time it wasn't only for the gossip or rumors she could spread, it was also because Lelyna was her friend. Willow contained her disgust when Lelyna mentioned asking Mikhail out to the gala. Why did everyone cute have to either be a gay male or straight woman? It was a sad world.
Lelyna continued to explain that she wanted the event to be special, but she thinks it will embarrass Mikhail if she wore a simple dress, as he was the Prince of Valor. Willow's opinion on Mikhail: A stuck up sarcastic brat. Lelyna's opinion on Mikhail (or what Willow thought she saw him as): A gorgeous, charming human being. What did the girl see in him? Willow may never know.
Lelyna said there would probably be whispers if the Prince of Valor was seen with a girl not in royal looking clothing. Willow could probably start those whispers, if she really wanted. "Oh, I heard that Prince Mikhail was going to the Gala with a commoner" She could say, but, Willow actually liked Lelyna, so she wouldn't. Though it would be awfully fun.
Lelyna then said that Kayl had asked her to skip music today, which meant Willow would be going to Combat, as she honestly only attended Music because of Lelyna.
"For one, I'm sure Mikhail won't care what you wear, if he really loves you." The cheesy words of encouragement left a bitter taste in her mouth. "And, Kayl's your friend, so I'm sure-" Willow was cut off by knocking on the door.
"That must be him." She said, standing up and walking to the door. She opened it and gave a slight nod to Kayl before leaving.

Lelyna perked up at Willow’s words. She was right – if Mikhail really did love her, he wouldn’t care what she wore, beautiful gown or otherwise. However, that didn’t mean that she didn’t want to at least try to find something suitable to wear. “Thank you, Willow…” Lelyna said with a kind smile. She was truly grateful for her friend and roommate.
Nodding at Willow’s next words, she jumped a little at the sudden knock on the door. Chuckling a little to herself she smiled sheepishly. “Yes, I do believe you’re right, Willow.” Arising from her bed, she moved to her roommate and gave her a gentle hug. “I’ll meet you at the Gala, Willow…”
Willow answered the door before promptly leaving to head to class. Following her roommate, she caught Kayl’s scent and smiled. “Good morning, Kayl.” Taking his offered arm, she walked with him through the halls and eventually arriving at the front of the Academy. Much to her surprise, Kayl had arranged for a horse and carriage to take them into the city. “My goodness…I wasn’t expecting this.” Lelyna said a bit nervously as Kayl helped her inside. Truth be told, Lelyna had never ridden in a carriage, on the back of a cart maybe, but never in a fancy carriage like this.
Seated next to Kayl she felt a bit awkward. Kayl was taking her into the city, likely to help her find a gown, a gown that she wouldn’t be able to afford or repay if Kayl offered to pay for it. Fidgeting lightly, she felt a bit of anxiety at the fact that she’d not only skipped class, something she never did, but had also failed to tell Mikhail about her plans with his best friend. Lelyna was sure that Mikhail would be worried about her when he didn’t find her in her room or at class. That worry would likely make him very grumpy…But she hoped that whatever Kayl had planned would help improve Mikhail’s mood once the Prince fetched her for the Gala.

{ - Enter Lelyna and Eryli into Room for New RP Day - ]
After parting with Mikhail, Eryli and Lelyna had spent most of the night talking and catching up. It had been a handful of years since they’d seen one another, and it was nice to just chat and hear the news from back home. Lelyna’s mother often sent her letters, which Mikhail read to her, but it was different to hear about everything from her friend; Letters could be so limited, information wise.
Luckily, Eryli was more than happy to tell her everything and answer all of her questions. She was relieved to hear that her parents were in good health and that their tailoring shop was doing well, business wise. Lelyna had no doubt in her parent’s skills, especially her mother, who made some of the best dresses in the Kingdom. Speaking of which, she needed to talk to Kayl about repaying him for his generosity…Oddly enough, she hadn’t seen him since the night of the Gala.
Eventually, the two friends fell asleep in Lelyna’s bed, cuddled close, just like they’d done when they were little girls. By the time morning came, neither seemed ready to get up. Humming lightly in her sleep, Lelyna cuddled close to Eryli, seeking her warmth. Although it was a warmer day outside, Lelyna’s room was a bit chilly. Tugging the blankets, a bit higher, Lelyna yawned lazily, completely content with lazing the day away.

~ Eryli awoke on day flip ~
After a long night of catching up with Lelyna, chatting about their experience between them... It was as if they hadn't been apart after so long. Even after being apart, the two were still so close, one may mistake them for sisters. Eventually, they'd fall asleep, huddled together until dawn.
When the sun rose, Eryli was the first to wake. She looked over at her friend next to her, still fast asleep. She tried carefully to part herself from their embrace without waking Lelyna. After waking up and stretching, still in her dress from yesterday, she would leave the dorm for a while.
The Elementor would later return with a tray with two plates. One was merely a few slices of bacon with eggs. The other being what Eryli knew was her friends favourite... Eggs Benedict, consisting of slices of english muffin with poached eggs, bacon and topped with hollondaise sauce. In order to wake the sleeping Diviner she would put a little extra strength into her foot, pushing the door shut with a semi-loud slam.
