Chiara was pumped and ready, at the same little dance studio place she had met Fellah the night previous. Dance battles always made her feel alive, let her indulge that aggressive part of herself that she tried to keep locked up tight. It was a time to let out some steam, and with no consequences. Its all just a dance battle, no hard feelings, no strings attached. Unless of course someone decided to wager a favor. Favors were worth more than gold. "You ready? Just come at me!" Chiara called as the redblood walked in, the music already set up.

Fellah was dressed for this, looser fitting clothes, but still with an obvious country flair. I tank ripped down the sides with a denim mini vest. He had on a stetson and the usual cowboy boots, but his pants were some very loose fitting casual slacks. Had to make sure to keep on brand for the upcoming competition.
He came through the doorway, took a deep breath and tried to get into the groove of the music. At least Chiara was starting to get the idea of what his brand was, he definitely could work with this much easier. "You got it Chiara," Fellah said, broad smile, convinced to bring his A game tonight. He was definitely starting to morph from feigned confidence into some modicum of real confidence. The farm troll bound into the beat, and on the beginning of a chorus he swept his leg up in the air toward her shoulder.

"Now were talking!" Chiara yelled out as the other troll attacked her. She hopped up and down a bit to the beat and then returned the attack, this time sending her kick down low an excited grin all over her face.

This...wasn't so bad! Usually Fellah had quite the reservation about fighting, but this was just more fun than anyone trying to actively kill each other. Sure blows hurt, and it was a brawl, but it didn't feel so...intense. It didn't feel like that Battle Royale sweeps and sweeps ago. It was almost as if something finally clicked into place with the redblood. There were ways to practice violence without trying to be well....violent, but before he could really ruminate on his revelation Chiara went for a sick sweep at his legs. While one buckled underneath him, the farm troll sprung backwards catching himself on his hands and catapulting himself back up in a hand spring, legs shooting up at Chiara's chest for a direct hit. "Think I'm gettin' the hang'a this." He said with a smirk and wink.

Chiara snorted as she tried to regain her balance. "The hang?" Chiara said, almost indignantly. "Looks more like your a natural!" The blueblood was a little glad she didnt wager a favor on this match, tho giving Fellah a favor wasn't a bad thing. Really, anything that tied trolls to each-other was a good thing in Chiara's opinion. With a little more waving of her hands, Chiara managed to regain her balance, but missed an opportunity for an attack.

A natural? Well Fellah wasn't all too sure about that. The farm troll flushed a little, the compliment throwing him off his game and similarly missing an opportunity for a strike. "Flattery sure is nice, but yer jus' tryin'a throw me off'a my game ain'tcha?" He laughed a bit, regaining his position and waiting for the next verse to start up. There definitely was more of an ease to his movements. If nothing else the thing to take away about Fellah was he was a quick learner. He may not have started with a whole lot of brains, but he's been sponging up a surprising amount of real life knowledge since starting on his little journey toward fame.

"Whaaat?" Chiara said, fake hurt on her face. "Do you really think i would go so low," Chiara stepped back, if she had the ability to cry on demand now is when she would use it, "as to deceive someone in a dance battle?" But she couldn't cry on demand, so instead just grinned mischievously as she aimed another kick at the boy.

The banter was fun, but even Fellah wasn't dumb enough to fall for the feigned indigence. Though to be perfectly honest if he hadn't already met her a couple times he probably would have. "Riiight, all in good fun and competition right?" Fellah said, flashing that trademark charming smile as Chiara's kick met with his flank, but not missing a beat, the redblood took hold of Chiara's leg to give it a twist and pushing himself off into a spin, still trying to keep on top of the purpose of a 'dance' battle.

"Woah!" Chiara exclaimed as she was thrown onto the ground, flat on her face. "Where did you learn all this? I thought you were a farmer!" The blueblood tried to catch the redblood's hands while he had her legs, and flip him as well.

Fellah chuckled a bit, he honestly had to think to figure out where these reflexes came from. "I ain't to sure. Guess ya gotta build some reflexes when yer bailin' hay and got moobeasts chargin' at ya. Gotta know how to take 'em..." He was saying as she flipped the redblood with her, but lacing an arm around her back to reverse it and pin her to the floor. "by the horns." He was still shocked that he was having such a good time with this. Maybe there was more to this whole city life thing than he had originally thought.

Chiara burst out laughing. He pretty much had her, but she wasn't ready to give up yet. It was turning into more of wrestling than dancing, but that was fine. She wiggled out of his reach, but not before kicking his hands away. "Maybe i should get myself a farm, sounds like a good place to send all the excited wigglers who want to be dance battlers!" She managed to escape and stood up. "Why rent a gym, when they can train on a farm?"

Fellah laughed, "Well I guess some practical skills are useful in other areas after all. Get yer wrigglers double prepared with a proper farm experience. It'll put some hair on yer carapace," he joked, obviously having a good time. Fellah made a grab for Chiara's hands as she pushed away but narrowly missed. "Alrighty then, let's finish this up right proper then." He said, getting back into a stance and picking up on the music's beat.

Chiara raised an eyebrow at the redblood, her grin as big as ever. "Proper?" She asked as her attack turned dirty. She acted like she was going to hit him up high, but instead changed her attack at the last minute. "Save that for the stage!"

"The stage? Chiara, ain't all'a life a stage?" Well now he was just at ease, though he could tell they might both be getting close to a finale. As Chiara did him dirty, he responded with a dip to the beat and a small sweep to try and get her off balance.
