	Happy 4th of July! Hello Revolutionists! July 4th marks the anniversary of America's official independence so many years ago, but here at P:ER we would like to celebrate more than just a historic event. Independence day means a lot of different things for different people, like celebrating our veterans, and how we must make sacrifices and stand for what we believe is right, even if it's difficult. To represent this historic change of allegiance, we are allowing members of the guild to transfer their character's starter pokemon obedience to any pokemon in their party. This transfer is available per character, please quote a mod and mention what pokemon the transfer is going to. If your character declined to take a starter pokemon, you may give any pokemon obedience instead of a transfer. Notice: Characters that have yet to be introduced, i.e. have not made an entrance post in any of the eight labs but do have their profile already made, may still switch their starter obedience to a pokemon they have already claimed.
