A slick, Superstar Authority-branded booth sits in the middle of a packed food court in one of NHC's many bustling Shopping Stems. The chitin plating-styled plastic is curved and polished, reflecting the many lights attached to it that flash on and off to the beat of Superstar Authority's perky and horribly catchy opening theme song. Clear plastic shelving has been arranged on either side of the booth, touting an array of various knick knacks, lit by more flashing, strobing lights. Around them are plastered signs advertising various businesses, individuals, and of course, Superstar Authority. A long, winding line has been set up before it, marked out with stanchions and a fuzzy grey carpet, for the crowds of trolls who are already lining up to get a better look at the troll lounging in the center of the booth.[/iA few trolls in Superstar Authority branded clothing circle the crowd, passing pre-signed swag out to the crowd.

Frenzz himself stands eagerly at the forefront of the booth, awaiting his fans with his soon-to-be famous smile and a warm welcome! He's decked out again in a fabulous outfit befitting a star like himself; a fitted body suit that ends at the knees, with a bedazzled and shining flames wrapping around his waist and left leg. Fake rhinestones littered his sleeves and he burns bright, a twinkling shining star! Around his wrists were a variety of blinking spikey bracelets, courtesy of his sponsors at Underword, and hanging low on his sniffernode is a slick pair of shades in matching orange and black, courtesy of Lorata Gorgos. With each fan that he meets, he seems to offer genuine enthusiasm greeting them, and grasps their hands in exuberant thanks for their support. To his left is a flame-themed photo booth area for eager trolls to take pictures, and before him are a variety of sponsored trinkets that can be signed and taken!

Civilians If you want to pick up an item, use the code below along with min 100 words of rp. Special requests are not guaranteed to be granted, so if they are not, assume you got your item from one of the booth helpers rather than the idol, and was not able to ask for the specific request.
Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: troll name w link to journal Swag: item requested Request: special request ie 'can you write 'to so and so'', 'can we have a photo', 'can i have a hug', 'do you have this in my blood colour', 'lets fight!!!'
Competitors & Sponsors You can improve the crowd's like for you and your chances of making a big splash (ie winning) by answering requests from civilians. While competitors should be ideally taking as many requests as they can handle, sponsors can also help ease the workload by fielding care of requests that they can logically take care of (ie request for custom signing; can rp 'passing the request along'. request for a photo; 'i'm better to look at, take a photo with me instead!'). Once a competitor or sponsor has replied to a request it can be considered complete, no more posts are necessary from a game mechanics pov (though further roleplay is fine if desired).

Chiara moseyed around the booths, getting a gander at how each of contestants she had agreed to sponsor set their booths up. The blueblood had her redblood assistant with her. It was hard, having to make sure her manager, Ephias, got out now and then. He was just such a shut in, it was nice having this Superstar Competition as an excuse to drag him around. She mad sure he was walking next to her, the two arm in arm, she was never one to miss out on an opportunity to drag arm candy around, even if the candy was especially nerdy.
Chiara's eyebrows went up as she spotted an outfit decked out in orange. Her grin turned predatory as she dragged her "arm candy" over to the orangeblood's booth. "Well!" The blueblood exclaimed as she went up to the little orangeblood's booth. "Your sure making a statement!" Chiara said, the grin reaching to her eyes. She really did like how the kid was so outgoing. After this whole thing she would need to call him in again, keep the relationship going, business wise, and, considering how he grew, personally as well...

Frendo was eagerly greeting and thanking visiting trolls as Chiara sauntered up, and for a moment he didn't register who she was. His hands instantly went to one of the posters made up with his face on it, ready to sign and hand it over, when he finally picked up on who she was. Oh jeez, way to look like an idiot! He let the poster drop back into the pile, and flashed his megawatt smile while busying his hands with straightening the pens in front of him. The blueblood's intense smile and stare were almost enough to unnerve the fearless Frenzz, and he let his eyes focus just to the left of her face, which made it much easier to respond to he.
"Aw shucks, I'm sure tryin'! O'course, wouldn'ave made much've a splash without yur help, so thank ya for dat!" and the help of his other sponsors, but he left that unsaid. Better to flatter the troll before him than to praise those not in earshot. His smile never left his face as he spoke, and the friendly energy came off him in waves as he turned his eyes to glance at Chiara's redblooded tag along. Obviously more quiet then the blueblood, and definitely not eyeing Frendo like a tasty morsel, so therefor not as intimidating. Frendo softened his smile slightly and gave the redblood a little wave before focusin' back on Chiara.
"So, excited ta see what've got up my sleeve? I betcha y'll be surprised," sure, Chiara knew what his expenses were, but the actual walk through of what he would be exhibiting as his talent later in the show was still on the hush hush, and he planned on keeping it that way.
For suspense.
Micillia oh chiara, youre gunna make him blush with that look in your eye
Green Minuet oh hi there person who is not looking at frendo like a tasty treat
(and to keep things smooth timeline wise, the response to philip is in a PRP, happen later than previous posts)
BOOP

Why, why, why, WHY did she have to hold onto his arm like that? Standing beside Chiara, Ephias radiated pure malice. He had not wanted to come to the dumb event in the first place (there would be cameras everywhere and he risked being exposed) but as usual, Chiara had worn him down until he relented. It seemed the only option available to him at the time, but now he wished he had considered an alternative. Like death. When you were dead no one bothered you. You had no need to attend gaudy events, and generally speaking were not put on display as eye-candy. It was a peaceful existence or lack thereof. Corpses had it made, all right.
If the crowds, noise, lights, and Chiara were not bad enough, the redblood also had an acute sleep deficiency to tangle with. He had not slept a wink the day before due to some well-placed paranoia. Then of course, there was the paranoia itself. Since establishing himself in Civisect, Ephias had worked hard to keep a low profile. Every night and every day, he thought about the precariousness of his position. At any moment, he could be found out and that would be the end of it. So, he ducked his head and kept out of the spotlight. And then Chiara hauled him out to a large scale public event like this. The redblood could not have been more high-strung.
As Chiara flagged down one of her stars, Ephias hung back, looking both thoroughly annoyed and bored at the same time. When the sparkly orangeblood offered him a friendly wave however, his expression changed. His mouth tightened, and behind his visor, his eyes narrowed. If looks could kill, Ephias would have murdered everyone within a twenty foot radius.
stringency Nothing personal. Sorry, bud!

Missmatched, orangeblooded, dirty, and tacky.
It was a nightmare for Austri to visit this booth. He was so sparkly Austri was trying way too hard not to touch anything in his booth because of all the glitter and rhinestones all around. Her nose wrinkled before she came too close. At least he had Lorata's sponsored item. And... enthusiasm? She guessed. She forced a smile on her face, expression seemingly eager but it was apparent that her eyes scrutinized every detail of his booth. "He-llooo~" She giggled, skipping the other trolls in line by coming through the outside. "I'm Austri Coriol, representative of Lorata Gorgos's~ You must be-- Fren...zzz.... Aha." She wanted to wince, but she held back. She needed to remind herself that Lorata had sponsored them. Lorata was sponsoring them. "IIII'm just stopping by to ask how you're doing~?" She noted the items he had at his booth on her notepad, taking one of the fruits from one of the food trays and popping it in her mouth, uncaring if she needed to pay. "Since she, aha, obviously can't stop by and visit~"
