This raffle is for existing characters only! This does include characters who have powered art, but not civilian yet!
One slot per-person. You can enter multiple characters, but you'll only be able to win with one of them. I will make you choose which of your entries you want to keep the playing field somewhat fair. This means if you enter 5 civilians, they still only count as 1 raffle spot for YOU as a player on the list. Multiple entries only increases your chances at Colorist's Choice.
Please check the Art Cooldown Registry before entering!
Make sure your form is entirely filled out!
NO PHOTOBUCKET PLEASE. Imgur, dropbox, and tumblr are all free to use!

Let Pach dress your character! She's full of clothing ideas and designs! Just hand over fashion sense and any 'major' nonos ('My character won't wear green because their name is Cassian and why don't you like green, Cass') and let her go hog wild!

As this will be 90% CC, I'm replacing my normal CC slot with a 'I don't have a Civ for my powered character and I've been trying!' slot! If your character is a 'I've had no luck and no civ', post the second header with your form!
