Alec walked up to the building and stared at the structure before. He was excited about being at the academy, but at the same time he was a little nervous. An academy meant a lot of people and he didn't do too well when it came to large crowds. Making friends was also hard for him, since he was shy about talking to people. 'Here I am. I finally made it to the academy. I'm not really sure about all of this.'

Alec was busy staring at the school, unable to see the girl heading straight for him. It wasn't until he felt someone hit against him, that he noticed the girl. "Excuse me. You're the one that ran into me."'Who is this girl? Don't tell me that she's a student here.'

Alec grabbed her hand and gently pulled her up. "It's....f-fine. Are you h-hurt?" He was always shy when it came to talking to people, but it was a lot worse when he talked to girls. "I'll try." Alec said, smiling a little. "Is there something on your mind? Although, it would seem like you've met Helia."'People tend to walk off and not pay attention after meeting him. It's not his fault after all. The guy has been through a lot.' He turned his attention back to the building and smiled even more. "It feels a little strange being here."

"That sounds like Helia." Alec said, shaking his head a little. "He's not as bad as he seems. The past three years have been really hard on him and he hasn't really gotten over it. It's weird being here because this is my first time at this school. I've been wanting to come here for a while now, but I never really had the courage to. I'm a little shy around people." He smiled for a moment before thinking about Helia again. "Helia can be a great friend, but he has distanced himself from everyone. Let me guess, you heard you him playing his guitar."

I was only warning him about a darkness that is coming for him."She shrugged again."It's my first time too. Here the teachers are easy. Easy or not, it's a school to learn."

"I've known Helia for a few years." Alec said. "He wasn't always like that. Up until three years ago, he was a great person to be around. Helia used to love having people listen to his music. He lost someone very dear to him and hasn't been the same since. Don't let his tough guy act fool you, he's actually really nice." When Lizzy mentioned darkness, he looked down a little. "I've already sensed the darkness within him. And I know that he hasn't told anyone about it. He's fighting back, but I'm afraid that he will lose."

"He lost the girl he loved." Alec said. "She was his first love, not to mention that she was part of the darkness. They definitely loved each other. Once she was gone, it was like his entire world was shattered. He was never the same afterwards." Smiling a little, he thought about the people he knew. There wasn't a whole lot, but it didn't matter to him. "I don't have very many friends. It's hard to make a friend when you're shy like me."

She was starting to get tired, but she wouldn't let it cross her face. She looked over to Alec and nodded."Understandable. Just be yourself and you will find friends."Elizabeth brushed some hair behind her ear."Anyways, I am off. I was headed somewhere when I ran into you. You should go find your dorm if anything."
