 Here is where all those accused of any crime, as well as the who accused, will go and try their case. There is no jury, only me,Annette, the king and my royal advisors. Here we will decide whether or not you are innocent or guilty. It is also here where my people come to me with their issues

Robin walked into the courtroom, as night continued on outside. "The Michealis Family will hear your case. May you present the correct evidence in the next of shadows and prove your innocence." says Robin, almost like a prayer. The Royal advisors bowed as Robin entered, and stayed silent as he said the prayer. The accused was there, chained and starved by lack of blood; to prevent escape. "Now, as I understand it, you are accused of treason. May you present your defense now."
"As time goes on, your only wish will be to turn back the clock."

Azmerelda C. Michealis Queen and Ruler of Nightvale
"You can't defend what you don't believe"
Suddenly the doors were pulled open and in a loud voice you heard"All Hail for Queen Azmerelda Ruler of Nightvale"Then everyone rose as Azmerelda walked in donning my courtroom attire to those who didn't know me well. Azmerelda looked graceful and elegant as always. But to whose with the ability to read surface thoughts or those who knew me well they could see how heart-broken Azmerelda was to hold a treason hearing. As Azmerelda walked toward my judge seat. Every row of people sat down as Azmerelda passed them.
I then sat down and sighed"I assume, your king said the hearing prayer correct?"I asked and looked at the knight standing to my right. He nodded and i did as well"Good. We shall start now, May the accuser step forward and present your case."I said then waited
"Make sure what you believe is true, a believable lie told enough times can become the truth"

 Ashe Septora Vincente - Royal Guard
Ashe stepped up and bowed to the Queen and King, as well as giving a curt nod to the other viewers present. A treason... the worst kind of act out of all. She stood at her place, wondering on how to start.
"My King and Queen, I, Ashe Septora Vincente, stand here today as a witness to the treason that I have seen happen under your reign. It is an unforgivable act, and I demand that justice prevail." She pointed at the accused vampire as she explained what she had seen happen.
"This traitor aided a mage, and started teaching his abilties to that mage. This was enough to warrent punishment, but there had been another witness with me, another guard. He died by this traitor's hands and almost killed me in the end. If it hadn't been for my fellow guardsman that had protected me, I would also be long dead and no one would be of the wiser." Ashe closed her eyes before looking up again. "I saw everything happen and reported to you immediately, my Queen. There is no reason to put off punishment."
She chanced a fleeting glance at the King before bowing and stepping away, one hand on her sword. She would have revenge for the death of her fellow guard, may the King and Queen be willing.

THE ACCUSED
being on his knees the vampire would be focusing his gaze to the ground, when finally the three members of the court would arrive and speak up, he just seemed in his own moments. Soon the accuser Ashe would step up and present her case, this made his eyes go up at her "Typical...knight claims they saw everything" he stated muttering, as he wasn't sure exactly what to say, they didnt speak to him directly and they were probably going to speak after her but to him he simply called her out "they have all the power" he muttered again before his gaze went to the three, his first look went to nagi, she seemed creepy, expessially with the eye, he never saw her before so he was abit curious who she was but his main focus went to the queen and king as they were the ones doing this case, perhaps he could convince them he was innocent, but he doubted it, in his mind the knight was in a more trusted position because she was a knight, his own personal reality of the hierarchy.

Azmerelda looked at the accused with a heavy heart hoping that it wasnt true. She sighed"I have heard the plantiff make his case. Now the defender will state his case, and then we will have a short recess and when we return I will give the cerdict the judge panel has decided on."She said as she looked at the defendant.
"But Make sure what you believe is the honest truth, a believable lie said enough can become the truth"

Robin herd all of the important facts with his eyes closed. This was typical. He expected weak defense. If he really wanted to be free, he had to cast doubt on Ashe, or something. At this point, his opinion wasn't going to change. "Defendant, state your case, and present your evidence." says Robin evenly, signaling it was the defendants' turn to try and prove his innocence. He was glad Ashe was there for this; that made it quite easy to decide, after all. Robin opened one eye to take a look around the courtroom, before crossing his arms and listening intently once more.

Cleric Saphire Ashe Septora Vincente - Royal Guard
Ashe crossed her arms, waiting to hear the excuse. There obviously couldn't be a reason to jutsify murder, whatever the reason was. There could be something that woul make her reconsider a harsher punishment maybe, but a murder was a murder. And what was he....
"I did see it. Or would you deny even that?" Ashe narrowed her eyes, turning to him. "Well? What is your excuse?"

the man glared at the knight "I defended my self nothing more" he told her bluntly "Her 'friend' that she claims i murdered, came running at me when i was simply talking to a new accosiate of mine...he just became a vampire a few days ago...and i was helping him understand his powers by explaining it" he told the court "but for some reason the knights came running at me screaming at the top of their lungs calling me something, and it wasn't anything nice as they had their weapons already drawn, so whe her 'friend' came closer they attacked, i simply drew my weapon and defended myself, my associate was scared so he ran...i have no idea where he went and hes probably hiding in an alley because they attacked us under false pretense" he told them "Which i find ridiculous because its not a crime to help fellow vampires learn how to control and use their powers" he stated finishing

Robin sighed loudly. "All of this is heresay and conjecture, defendant! If you cannot produce sufficient evidence to support your statements, you shall be held in contempt of court. And," continued Robin a stern look across his face, "as you already know, contempt of court is 50 lashes.So choose your next words very carefully." warned Robin. He was tried of the constant back nad forth of yes and no. He couldn't decide properly with just that.

"A royal guard coming to you for training his powers???" Ashe raised an eyebrow skeptically. "That..... is the funniest thing I've heard all day. We are chosen to be royal guards for a reason, one of them being proficiency with our skills." She put a hand to her forehead, shaking her head in exasperation. He just dug his own hole, hadn't he. Not that she was going to complain. "I bring this sigil of the mage as evidence." She'd ripped it off from the running form and it was partial but it would do.
