Alec had ran to the park from his old house, although most would probably consider it a far distance since his house wasn't so close by, he considered it a good work out; in any case he did have speed like powers that made him run much faster than the average human. Deciding to come to the park every now and than was rather odd to him, was it because he looked like a dog and was in fact, a demon dog. He couldn't help but wonder if the park was his go to spot, just because he in a way was rather similar to a dog, and what dog could pass up a walk in the park? "Tch." He would say aloud, finding it ridiculous to even be thinking about that, and even questioning why he picked a park of all places. Anyways, it was rather peaceful here, a break was in order at the very least. The Sabertooth guild hall got annoying to be in sometimes, everyone was rather loud and destructive. He enjoyed breaking things, but sometimes he needed a break from all the noise and chaos. Alec would leap onto a tree branch, sitting on it and enjoying the breeze that touched slightly into his rather long silver hair. He would lean back against the tree with his back touching it, scratching the bridge of his nose some before closing his eyes. Although he looked asleep, he wasn't. Alec was only resting, he was always alert at all times, considering how his mother died while he was taking his eye off of her for the time being, he swore he would never take a moment to take his eyes off everything around him ever again. Alec's mind began to wander from there, wondering what everyone else was up to today. Probably out doing jobs. He was going to take up a job because he hated sitting around, but today was just a nice day and he must as well take advantage of the beautiful weather by giving himself a well deserved break. And avoiding anyone who might piss him off. Some of them existed within Sabertooth, rivals which he wouldn't even consider, since he deemed himself the more victorious one, while in reality the others were way more stronger. He just couldn't admit the truth, because he wanted to believe he was the strongest of all.
Sitting down on the tree relaxing was starting to bother Alec, he was itchin to do something, anything at all. Lazying around doing nothing was more annoying than having too much bothersome things to do. Switching to sit atop the tree, he'd jump and stand upon it, his eyes grazing the park where others were enjoying some nice picnics. He could smell there delicious scent of food from miles, sniffing at the air as he wanted to just go over and devour all there food from them. At the very least, he was going to attempt to sneak up and steal some, as he hopped off of the tree and landed quite beautifully to the grass. That was, until his phone buzzed through his pocket, pulling it out to glance at it. The contents read how there was some accident down in third street promenade where a burning man was a flame. He'd scroll through, his gaze eventually catching the one he recognized instantly, known as Andrea King, the girl his elder brother always had an obvious crush on. It couldn't of been more obvious, you can tell just by when he is talking to her. Sneering teasingly, he would decide to leave the park and head off to his location. He could smell the guy miles away, he always had such a distasteful fowl smell to him. Maybe he could have some fun, head there and embarrass him so much. Alec could really care less about the news, what was more important was getting back at the dude he couldn't even bother to consider a sibling. Though he said he disliked the guy, he'd never show how he really felt. Snickering, he'd smirk before running afoot towards the hospital he could smell his scent inside of, his plan taken into action.
Walking down the path within the confines of the part Saber enjoyed the sunshine that had poked through the clouds. Through her beat up mask her amber eyes would gaze upon the onlookers, she hadn't heard the news of what was going on. Figuring it was only because of how she was dressed, a thick heavy cloak covered her body and a mask hid her face, the hood upon her cloak hid her hair and make who she was even bigger of a question. She wasn't entirely new to this world, Saber had been lurking in the shadows for at least a good solid year. Tracking her daughter and keeping an eye out for the dreadful man she bore a child with. She knew d**n well that the male was still alive, she hadn't had the chance to kill him; making it even more important that she lurked around in cloak and mask. It was dangerous for Saber to reveal who she was before knowing where the dreadful man was. Even if it made her look suspicious to all the people around her, it was important. Walking futhing down the path The cloaked woman would come to a stop surveying the area around her. Keeping an eye out for any trouble or for her dear daughter. The average sized woman would only hope that her child was doing okay, she felt like an awful parent and a terrible love. She not only ditched the person she loved with every fiber in her body but she forced her daughter to live alone for so long in a place she knew no one. Her hope was to work on mending all the hurt she had caused once her daughter's father was dead. Shaking her head from the current thoughts Saber would move to a tree. Leaning against it she would continue to get odd looks from people, her ever vigilant gaze watching every move of every person that came into her vision. They weren't dangerous but she certainly didn't want any problems from any of them.
After much wandering around the masked woman felt it was time for her to move on. It wasn't great for her to stay in one area for to long, less she either meets her daughter or a man she hoped never to see here. With twitch of her fingers a book was summoned into her hand underneath her cloak. Her lips uttered quiet words which cast a spell. From on her back wind gathered and turned to crystals, elegant crystal wings formed on the outside of her cloak. With a stroke of them she would burst forward, leaving the part from where she had stood.

Ignis Turbo creates a spinning inferno that burns the target or anyone/anything that gets to close to it, if Ignis Turbo gets dropped on top of a target it instantly incinerates the target. The tornado moves in whatever direction it pleases but will always end up heading for the target.
» Ignis Grandinem (Fire/flame hail)
Ignis Grandinem creates medium size flaming balls that rain down upon the intended area from the sky. Anything caught in the affected area will have flaming hail rained on top of them, burning those that get caught under the spell. The flaming balls come down fast and close together, the balls themselves are about 19.97 m (65 ft 6 in) in diameter. Affected area is about 1 mile radius or smaller.

Sanitas Ignus is a healing spell, it cauterizes major bleeding wounds. Although it it's a healing spell it still hurts as normal cauterization and can leave scars. It can be used both on the user or on others.

This spell crests a disk of water about half the height of the caster, this disk reflects spells back at the opponent, it does not block or reflect physical attacks though.

This spell creates a chasm underneath the target causing the target to fall in before the chasm closes, sealing the target in the earth. The target will get trapped in a pocket deep within the earth and will suffocate if they do not make it out.

This spell allows the caster to create cages of different sizes from crystallized light. The cage bars are incredibly hard and if grabbed will cause 3rd degree burns from the intensity of the light. The light being given off by the cage is also incredibly blinding on the inside, blinding whoever is stuck there and making it difficult to see and escape
» Lux Lamna (Light Plate)
This spell takes light and crystallizes it into flat disks that can be used as a platform to run on while crossing deep trenches or large canyons. These plate can be held for however long the caster want to hold them but the moment the spell is dropped the disks fade away until there is nothing to stand on. These disks can also be placed just above water and will move around with the waves allowing the caster to cross over any large lake without having to swim or walk around.

This spell simply takes the crystallized like and turns it into a trail that follows whatever the caster is targeting. Whether it be a person they are tracking or an item they want to find, it simply just lights up the correct bath the caster should take.

This spell turns the user and up to three target characters into phase-able ghosts. Those being target by the spell are still alive but take on ghost like qualities. Physical attacks against those that have this spell cast upon them do not effect them, those being effected by the spell can faze through solid objects, and become almost invisible with faint traces of color and shapes being seen. Magics such as light, heat, time, and cold magic can still effect those that this spell is cast upon, and in addition those the spell is used on become temporarily sleepy.

The user can summon up to 35 spirits of the dead in the area, the ghosts summoned are armed with some sort of weapon or not at all but they do not have any spells. Physical attacks do not effect the summoned ghosts but spells do, the ghosts can also inflict physical damage to those they are targeting.

This spell takes water in the area or from the air an crystallizes it into thick solid walls that aren't see-through. More specificity this spell creates a large maze that is 10m tall, 4 miles wide, and 4 miles long with a clear magical cieling at the top of the maze, preventing anyone to jump out. The crystal water walls are 8 ft thick and will reflect spells that are cast on them back to the original user. There is only one way out and the maze changes every other post and if the spell is used in a city or a town the walls move accordingly, avoiding destroying buildings and using other structures as extra obstacles. The spell will last up to 7 posts (from the caster) unless the caster ends it early or all those in the maze got out. This spell can be used in combination with other spells.

It was just another one of those comfortable days. A nice day to go out for a walk, play around with friends and family. You know the days I'm talking about... probably. It seemed to be rather nice and peaceful in the park (or as peaceful as a park could be around this time of day), filled only with the noises of people playing. Though this repeated noise was suddenly broken by the sound of someone beginning to sing rather loudly. It was a rather familiar song to those that had listened to older music (late 70s music, at least), although it wasn't exactly the same person singing that wrote the song. The original artist was, of course, Queen. The person singing currently was not Queen, although that was easily guessed considering he looked like none of the members. Instead it was a man dressed in a red coat, with snowy white hair and a pair of headphones in, deafening himself to his own voice. That's probably why he was singing so loudly; though his voice wasn't exactly horrible. It was just louder than it needed to be. He was singing "Don't Stop Me Now", and was beginning to just get into the song when his headphones managed to get snagged on a low-hanging branch that he was passing by.
"Ah, son of a fu- trucker!" the man exclaimed, stopping himself when he suddenly realized he was in the presence of children and other people of various age. He chuckled sheepishly, giving a rather awkward wave before pausing his music, tucking his headphones and such back into his pockets. "I really need to start paying attention to my surroundings more often when I get like this..." the man thought to himself, scratching the back of his head. He didn't exactly give off the aura of a powerful Mage after this little incident; but a powerful Mage he actually was. Although he was an Independent, he was roughly equal to a Guild Ace in power, and had a rather terrifying Magic to back up this rank. It was one that wasn't as well-known as Dragon Slayer and God Slayer Magic were, but it worked along the same lines. He had what was known as "Devil Slayer Magic", a Magic which was created to- of course, slay Devils and Demons. Though that wasn't to say it wasn't useful against normal opponents, and was still a rather powerful Magic in its own right. Though when he battled using it, he underwent some rather... odd changes to part of his body. Those who had seen him in battle gave him a name he was known very well for.
"Demon of the Stars..." one man muttered, pushing his family behind him, as if expecting the man to attack them at any moment. This just caused the red-coat figure to scratch the back of his head and sigh, before continuing to walk forward once more. "Yep, that's me." he muttered in a rather defeated tone, seeming to have given up on changing their opinion of them. He didn't really mind that much, and even had some people that knew he was actually a good guy. But sometimes, it was rather difficult to change everyone's opinion of you so quickly, especially as an Independent. If he had joined a guild, possibly one of the more "famous" ones, he would probably get a better reputation. But that wasn't really in his best interest right now. He had other things to worry about other than what guild to join. The man put his hands on his hips as he looked around, trying to find a place to relax, before spotting a Japanese-based garden. A small smile crept onto his lips as he walked towards it, seeing it was nearly empty of other people. "Ah, reminds me of home. I should probably go back and visit Kyoto again one day..." the man muttered, taking a seat on a bench and starting to relax.

A figure watched from the shadows. An unfriendly stranger who had avoided being seen as much as possible as he'd travelled through the city in search of his target. Leaning against a tree, he glared at the man he'd been looking for, happily strolling through the park and singing at the top of his lungs. Noticing the man come to an abrupt stop, the stranger took it upon himself to grasp his chance. With cat-like agility he whizzed past the devil slayer, snatching the headphones and hopping up onto a low tree branch. "So, the Demon of the Stars listens to as much bullshit as he talks," he smirked, dangling the cord in his fingers before dropping it on the floor, "Do me a favour, slayer, and keep your shrieking voice to yourself when you're in the van," he said, launching himself forward. His arm reeled back and his hand burst into brilliant red flames as he swung for his target, aiming to hit his chest.

Of course, as with all good things, his relaxing had to come to an end. From nowhere, a mysterious stranger had decided it would be a great idea to take his headphones. Had his music not been paused currently, it would be blaring out right now, which would've made him even madder. The man scratched the back of his head, trying his best to keep from looking rather angry. "Now look. You can take my headphones, you can take my phone, and you can even beat me up. But I won't forgive anyone that disses Queen like that." the man stated, watching as the figured dropped his headphones. Well, that seemed rather easy, so he had figured the man just wanted to talk s**t instead of fighting him. Though he was dead wrong for as he went to approach the headphones to pick them up, an attack started flying towards him. He barely had enough time to dodge, causing him to get himself knicked in the chest. "Oof, fire, huh? Man, good thing I managed to move, though you still managed to get me..." the man muttered, rubbing his chest. From that attack alone, he had guessed this man to be slightly higher ranked. A-Rank, maybe? Hell, maybe even an S-Rank. But... he didn't really have time to ask questions.
"Well, all things considered, I'm not gonna guess you're just some random Independent Mage who's pissy because I'm a lot more popular than you... even though it is rather... negatively. Though I would guess you're a Dark Mage... dunno which guild. And I... don't really care." the male replied, finally getting himself into a fighting stance. This was all purely hypothesis; stuff he guessed just from the way the Mage acted and talked. He had a feeling he was being watched earlier, but had decided to just ignore it. Maybe that wasn't exactly the best choice, but now wasn't really the time for regrets. "But now... let me show you exactly why I'm called the Demon of the Stars." he replied, beginning to inhale deeply. As he did so, a sort of ring seemed to appear in front of him, just a few feet from his face. It seemed to be partially translucent, and closely resembled the rings of Saturn itself. Although in moments, Caedis opened his mouth, spewing forth an onyx stream, reminiscent of a starry sky, which seemed to enlarge as it went through the ring, to become more powerful and cover a wider area. This was the upgrade to his Celestial Devil's Rage; Rings of Saturn: Cosmic Rage.

The stranger rolled his eyes. This man honestly cared that much about what he thought of a band? "To be perfectly honest, I couldn't tell what it was with the way you slaughtered it with your incessant squawking," he sneered. The fire wizard knew that this man was going to be a challenge but he wasn't entirely sure of the level of difficulty it would prove to be subduing him. He was fast, that much was a fact from the way he moved to dodge the punch, almost avoiding the hit. The stranger stopped a safe distance away and stood before his opponent with a smug expression. "You're right, I'm not independent. I'm part of a guild that'll soon be standing on top, trampling the other guilds in our wake and crushing the independents that refuse us," he informed the slayer. Watching carefully, the fire wizard watched the devil slayer inhale deeply. He'd seen this before in the footage the scientists at the lab had collected. Something akin to a dragon roar was coming and he was ready. Or so he thought. As translucent rings formed in front of his opponent he wondered what it was he was witnessing. This wasn't in the notes but maybe they'd missed it because they were so delicate in appearance. The man released his attack and it was a LOT bigger than expected. As the fire wizard dived out of the way, the intensified attack range widened, striking his shoulder and causing him to roll across the ground. <********> he cursed under his breath, "Impressive. That one wasn't documented at all." He hummed a small laugh. This would be an interesting fight. What else had those ridiculous lab rats missed? Rolling his shoulders, the dark wizard shot forward again, this time his legs set ablaze. He jumped into the air, reaching his targets chest height and swinging his feet to try and hit the man with two blazing kicks.

Man, this guy was really starting to make him angry. Maybe the stranger was just jealous because he was a horrible singer, and he (Caedis) sounded much better. Although the way he had spoke of the guild he was a part of (thank the gods he got that part figured out) truly made Caedis what, exactly, this guild was. It seemed he would have to research some more, and gather information before he had decided to get into any more fights with mysterious strangers. Although he managed to get himself lost in thought and, as such, took not one, but two flaming kicks to his chest, causing him to slide backwards. "Damn, this feels worse than that time I tried to give myself a stone massage." the man said, remembering a time he though it'd be a grand idea to place a rather large hot stone on his chest. He didn't realize they were supposed to be placed on your back... and they were supposed to be little. He rubbed his chest, patting it a couple of times before facing his opponent once again. "Well, you've done a right job at making me angry. So I'll show you a few more... undocumented attacks." the man replied, although he was unsure what the stranger was talking about. Had someone been studying him for some reason?
Well, now wasn't the time to think about that, for he would have to finish this rather quickly, in case some sort of back-up decided to show up. Now wasn't the time for any ultimate attacks though, because they'd likely put him out of the loop for a day or two; especially one that involved the use of his hands. "Don't be expecting anything too fancy now, though. I'm not going to show you all of my tricks." the man chuckled, beginning to inhale once again. Although this time no ring showed up in front of his face, likely causing a mis-identification that it would be his "Devil's Rage" this time. Although of course this wasn't the case, for as he opened his mouth and released the built-up celestial energies, they seemed to form into two large "balls" about midway towards his opponent, roughly the same size as Caedis himself. But his attack wasn't over; for as soon as the energy was released from his mouth, he began charging up his next attack. Celestial energies began gathering on his fist, as he was charging up to ready a punch. Without warning, he ran after the celestial orbs, and would send his fist flying after (possible) contact was made.

Landing nimbly on his feet again, smoke curling into the air as the flames dissipated from his limbs, the stranger laughed at the man's comment about hot rocks, "They might have lacked in your spell database but man were they right in saying you were a few sandwiches short of a picnic." His face was the picture of smugness, enjoying the knowledge he'd angered his target. When people were angry, they usually made mistakes. "Oh, I am so scared. Whatever will I do?" he said, feigning fear. The fire wizard watched the devil slayer inhale again. He was going to use the same attack? "I thought you were going to show me something n...," he was unable to finish his sentence before two sphere-shaped balls of energy built up, "Ah, now that's new." He bent his legs slightly, ready to leap in the safest direction, wary of the distance he may have to run but not wanting to move too soon. The two spheres flew towards him, hurtling through the air and closing the space between them quickly. He wasn't sure which direction to go. Would they follow him in any direction? Or would simply jumping out of their path be enough? Behind the attack, the fire wizard could see his opponent rushing towards him. Making a split second decision, he jumped straight upwards, using his fire to propel him. But it wasn't quite high enough and as the top of the spheres collided with his shins, he was sent spinning to the ground. He scrambled to his feet and dusted himself off. "Missed me~" he sung, seeing the devil slayer punch the area the dark wizard was originally standing in. He ran forward, his fist coating in flames as he went to punch the back of his opponents head.

Man, this guy was just trying to make him angry. And, needless to say, it seemed to be working. One attack after the other either managed to miss completely, or just barely scraped his opponent. He slapped his cheeks in an attempt to force himself to focus, watching as all of his other attacks did almost nothing to the man. A quiet growl escaped from his lips as he put a hand to the side of his head. "I need to start focusing and stop messing up like this. Just take a few deep breaths..." the male muttered to himself, beginning to inhale and exhale deeply. Although the next taunt managed to reach his ears and caused his blood to begin boiling once again. "Why you little-" his sentence was cut short as he started to turn, just in time to see a fiery fist flying towards him. He barely managed to duck to the side, the heat of the flames searing his face as he rolled off, standing back up quickly. "Hey, attacks from behind are dishonorable! You should be ashamed of yourself!" the male exclaimed, clenching his fists.
He looked down at his hands, a heavy decision now weighing on his shoulders. Maybe it was time for an ultimate attack. Sure it'd likely cause property damage, but if it his his opponent, or even if it missed, maybe it'd give him an upper edge. Or maybe even scare his opponent off! It seemed to be one of the only choices he had left. "Alright, it looks like you've forced my hands. I really didn't want to have to do this, but it looks like it may be the only way." the male spoke, shrugging his shoulders. He held both of his arms out in front of him, palms facing each other as he began to gather celestial energy in them. Up and down his arms and across his hands, onyx energy that seemed to sparkle began to gather, making it seem as if he had transformed part of his body into a starry night sky. He then clasped his hands together into a singular fist, the energies seeming to grow stronger as he brought his hands down to his right side. He then, without warning, dashed towards his opponent. Embodiment of the 88 Constellations... Cronus... Smasher!" he exclaimed, bringing his clasped fists towards his opponent's stomach. Even if the attack missed, the power energies would cause a linear path of destruction in front of him, causing sever damage upon the terrain. Hopefully everyone had evacuated by now.

The fire wizard was finding his opponent more amusing by the second. Not only was he talking to himself but slapping himself in the face. How ridiculous. He was meant to be strong and able to fight but he was actually letting the dark wizards words get to him so much, he was failing miserably. "I thought you were supposed to be equal to a guild ace and yet I'm still standing, fairly unscathed, might I add," he said, indicating to his minimal injuries, "I put you at an A-rank at best" he sneered. He laughed loudly, "Dishonourable? Give me a break. If you fight with honour you lose, just like you are right now," he scoffed. The fire wizard watched Caedis cautiously as he took a stance that he did vaguely recognise. And it wasn't good. "Is... is that an ultimate attack?! Are you crazy?! You'll destroy everything!" he exclaimed, unsure whether the celestial devil slayer was just threatening this or there was true intention behind his actions. This internal question was answered when the independent mage took action, yelling his attack loud and clear. He was actually doing it. He was risking mass destruction for the purpose of winning. What a fool. But he wasn't the only fool. The surprise had caused the dark wizard to lapse in reaction time and he screamed as the attack hit him at full force, sending him rocketing backwards, scraping across the ground. His body was hit by flying debris and his skin was torn by rocks as he hit and grazed against them. By the time the fire wizard came to a halt, he was a long distance away from Caedis. He was in immense pain. His whole body felt like it can been run over by several trains as he lay there for a good while. As he ever so slowly sat up, he promptly threw up a wave of blood. A result of the impact from his opponents fist, "Damn you," he snarled, blood bubbling through his teeth as he spoke, "You'll pay for that," he added. Not even necessarily meaning himself but he knew that Sabertooth members were nearby. He'd scouted the area beforehand and there was no way they hadn't heard the commotion. He would be on a world of trouble even if he won this fight. But it wasn't over yet. The fire wizard gathered energy in his hands and slammed his fists on the ground as he sat there, sending two lines of burning fire towards his opponent that joined midway to him to make a wide river of flames that travelled towards Caedis.

The pain from the force of that impact had just as much of a drawback on Caedis as he expected. Thankfully though it wasn't for naught, and his hit opponent square in the stomach, sending him flying back a fair distance. Although Caedis could only stand there, the recoil from his own attack rendering him unable to move as much as he wanted. He felt as if the blood in his arms had been replaced with fire and razor blades, running up and down and causing him a lot more pain than he was expecting. "Note to self... never use that attack unless it's an absolute emergency..." the male muttered to himself, watching his opponent begin moving again in the distance. Even after that powerful of an attack, he still decided that he wasn't going to give up? Man, this guy was either batshit crazy, or had an absolute death wish. Caedis had began to clench his fists, but cried out in pain from doing so, realizing his hands had been rendered nearly unusable now. Seemed that he wouldn't be able to deliver any physical hits with his fists now. He looked up again to see the river of flames that flew towards him, but his body still wasn't responding as quickly as he had hoped. "Son of a b***h..." the man muttered as he reeled himself for the oncoming pain.
Now he understood the old saying; hope you suffocate on the smoke before the flames kill you. The pain was a lot more unbearable than he had hoped, but he finally managed to escape, patting himself down rather painfully. "Well, I won't be able to use anymore attacks like that needless to say... guess I'll need to rely on some different ones..." the male growled, holding his right arm out. He began to charge up for a Metero Fist, celestial energies gathering on his fist. But then, the same rings that had appeared when he used his roar before appeared once again, this time covering his arm. The smallest one hovered around his fist, with the medium sized one going up and around his forearm, and the largest seeming to wait just in front of his fist. He then reeled back, gritting his teeth in pain as he launched his fist forward, the three rings meeting up before causing the energies around his fist to shoot towards his opponent like a missile. He then took a deep breath, gathering celestial energy in his mouth and releasing a normal stream of celestial energies from his mouth.

The fire wizard was breathing heavily. His chest felt like it was in a vice. And as he laughed at the devil slayer's ridiculous dancing to put out the flames from his body, he wondered how many of his ribs were cracked or broken. "I bet you thought I was going to be out of commission after that attack," he said with weak breathy words that unlikely would have been heard by the average human ear, but loud and clear to a slayer's heightened senses, "You can't put me down so easily," he growled. He smirked, looking at how his opponents arms were hanging loosely, "Seems like that did a number on you as well. What a weak fool. Not able to handle your own spells. Pathetic," he spat as blood trickled down his chin. He hated to admit it but he was starting to feel woozy and the figure of the slayer was becoming blurry from this distance. Not good. And what was even worse is that even through the gritted teeth that hit the obvious pain Caedis was in, he was still attempting another attack. "How? You were just useless, so how?" he uttered. As the dazzling waves of celestial energy urged towards him "You may have won this round, but there's a whole war on its way to you. You're an abomination that only has one use in this world and you'll meet your destiny with my guild master," he shouted, his lung aching as he strained his voice, <******** Y-," His voice was drowned out at the attacks hit him and his world went black as he rolled across the grass, coming to rest another twenty metres away.

Caedis gave a quiet sight as he heard his opponent continuing to speak. At this point, the Dark Wizard was just a man whose bark was much worse than his bite. There was pretty much nothing left that he could do to win. The battle had been decided with that ultimate attack, even if it did cause Caedis damage to his own body. Even after pushing his body through pain even more, he still managed to come out on top, standing above his opponent. "I can handle my own power, that's not a problem. It's just that there are things that even humans are unable to handle." the man replied, watching with bated breath as his opponent finally connected with his opponent. He had heard the man continuing to speak, but at this point, his words meant nothing to him. He heard the man try to yell out his final insult, but it was drowned out by an explosion from Caedis's attacks, finally marking the end to this battle. The man slowly moved over to his opponent's body with a slight limp, kneeling down and using his left hand to check if the man still had a pulse. He breathed a sigh of relief as he felt the pulse, revealing the Dark Wizard was still alive. "That's good. I may have gone overboard, but at least he isn't dead." the man said, getting up before beginning to walk away again. But he didn't get more than a few yards away before falling to the ground, unable to move any further. "Well damn... should've seen this coming. Guess I'll just... lay here now..." he said, closing his eyes in hopes of getting some rest.
