 Oh. Oh no. You're at it again. Somehow, you didn't learn your lesson last year. So you're back to Gecko's Kissing Booth, Mock II, and ready to smooch some frogs. ...That IS why you're here, right?

The OOC SetupOnce a day, you're welcome to roll one ten-sided die! Depending on your roll, you have 150 words to reply to the prompt and earn yourself a genuine spending token! 1. You kiss a frog. Gross! Gecko, however, is pleased. She gives you a token for your effort. (+1 token) 2. You smooch that frog on its froggy lips! Who's afraid of a frog?! Not you! (+1 token) 3. You kiss a toad. This is COMPLETE UNACCEPTABLE, and Gecko spends a stupid amount of time lecturing you on why toads are THE WORST and frogs are THE BEST. When she winds down, she still gives you a token. 'For listening'. (+1 token) 4. Please do not passionately kiss the frogs. Gecko is... disturbed by your enthusiasm, but still. You kissed it! (+1 Token) 5. You kiss the frog. What? Not everything in life is dramatic! (+1 Token) 6. You kiss a turtle. Gecko finds this hilarious, and tells everyone she can. (+1 Token) 7. You kiss... THAT Frog. The infamous Frog. The Frog which rumor states will get you drunk. Gecko, discouraged by Fair Hunter's anger over kissing Frog last year, gives you two tokens if you promise not to tell her. (+2 tokens, you are NOW DRUNK for the rest of the day) 8. You give Gecko a smooch. She giggles nervously. You argue that being a Gecko is like being a Frog, or some other silly nonsense like that. WHATEVER. You smooched a cute doe. You don't need a token. 9. You smooch Geck OH MOTHERFATHER THAT'S NOT GECKO, WHAT IS A CAIMAN DOING AT THE BOOTH!?! WHY WOULD YOU SMOOCH A CAIMAN? THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST IDEA YOU HAVE EVER HAD. Gecko watches you dumbfoundedly as you run away. No token for you! 10. You kiss Gecko, and heck, she's in a good mood! Username: Pi(e)gxels Dice Roll: 4. Please do not passionately kiss the frogs. Gecko is... disturbed by your enthusiasm, but still. You kissed it! (+1 Token) Kin name: Stinging Itch Response: After popping into the booth last year and gaining his little friend Sunkissed at the end of it all (his first and most loved little frog), Itch decides he’s going to give it another shot this year. He peeks around at all the booths and the quiet hustle and bustle at the opening point, and puckers his lips at the sight of the booth. “Oh, look, you’re back! Hopefully I succeed a little more often this year… and… is that a caiman??” He eyeballs the grumpy looking creature out of the corner of his eye. He blinks, then closes his eyes, clearly disturbed, and attempts a smooch. “I LOVE FROGS.” He shouts loudly with an excited enthusiasm. Clearly he is pleased with his ability to actually smooch a frog, as opposed to last year wherein he made some clear mistakes… or missed entirely. Sunkissed merely wogs quietly at him and watches, unimpressed.

Username: Variable Nonsense Dice Roll: 8 / fail Kin name: Echoes of Summer Response:Frogs? Frogs? Who would want to kiss a frog? Echoes wasn't sure what in the world this whole thing was about - winter fun or not, kissing a frog was just gross. The only reason he'd wandered over in the first place was because of the unusual doe running it, but when given his turn he had to give her an incredulous look in lieu of participating. However, a thought did strike him before he turned to leave and quit, and he stepped closer to give a playful lick to the doe's cheek. "Close enough, right?" he teased, before wandering off to see what else was around.

Well... sounds.. fun?" Leaning past the lovely boothkeeper, squeezing eyes tight and aiming for the nearest frog! Unfortunately with eyes closed tight, she misses and smooches a turtle - right on the shell! Blinking and pulling back, peering at what she kissed, blinking again and glancing to Gecko. As Gecko begins to burst out laughing and calling out gleefully the silly tell, she blushes and scoots away, a bit overall embarrassed by missing a kiss!

(+2 tokens, you are NOW DRUNK for the rest of the day) Kin name: Waves Crashing Down Response: Waves Crashing Down, feeling great about making it to the end of the last game? Moved on to another booth. This one about trying to kiss a frog! She was at the worst disadvantage of so many other kin and her owl was off doing something else. Taking a deep breath, the acha doe leaned forward to give something a kiss. She wasn't expecting that kinda kiss or response from the doe running the booth. With the tokens in her mouth, Waves started to stumble away. Not being steady on her hooves, the doe leaned against something, calling out "Who Who...WHO WHO!" She needed the owl to help her. Next time she is keeping the owl closer to her, especially for something that got her feeling funny. Moving again, in what she hoped was the right direction, Waves finally heard the soft sound of the wings from her owl. Sighing, the doe waited for her friend to land on her shoulder and guide her to a place for water or food and gave the owl the tokens.

(+1 token) Kin name: Scatters Joy Response: Scatters Joy approached the booth, her eagerness telling in how she trotted from left to right. Already she was ready to try and 'kiss' this booth owner. She leant in and instead of getting a friendly smooch, she... kissed a toad? "Eugh!" That was definitely not something she had been anticipating, and already the revulsion of the act was shuddering down her spine. To make matters worse, the booth owner began to lecture her about the vast differences of toads and frogs. As much as Scatters Joy assumed this had to be painful to some, learning the world of frogs or frog-look-alikes was interesting! She nodded with excitement as Gecko shared knowledge about them. "I see. So that's the differences, huh? WEll, then I do feel bad for being foolish and kissing a Toad instead of a frog. I can only imagine I have insulted many frogs just now by my act of carelessness." Tomorrow she would try to improve.

(+1 token)Kin name: Thief Response: Thief isn't terribly sure what booth he's standing in front of but he takes note of the word kissing and thinks that sounds all right. It's been a long while since he's had someone to flirt with and he's enthusiastic as he swishes his tail. He approaches carefully as the blurry world before him is a mesh of watery colors until he sees a flash of orange and another splotch of swamp green. Instinct warns of the orange and he turns towards the green splotch, angles his head and-- "A bit wet," he decides with a chuckle. It takes a moment before he's informed that he's kissed a frog and he blinks wearily, a touch confused, before giving a hop of amusement. "I'd have rather a doe but beggars can't be choosers, they say." With that he takes his token and wanders off in search of something a bit bigger and less amphibious.

He tried not to think about it too much, Traveler of Stars frowning off into the distance as Gecko rambled on to him. He couldn't say that he didn't understand her being averse to them; toads were rather disgusting things, and he really, really didn't think that kissing them should be something that was repeated anytime in the near future. As it turned out, his patience was well rewarded in the end. Traveler of Stars smiled at her pleasantly as she passed him a token, bowed his head in a gesture of respect and gratitude, and then ambled off, wondering if there was anything else to eat to wash the taste of toad out of his mouth. You don't need a token. Sorrel is so very excited to see the frog booth again. She prances up and without even thinking plants a smooch right on Geko's cheek. "Tomorrow I'll kiss a frog, today I just wanted you to know I think you're totally cute and to say thanks for the frogs!" she grins at the other doe and gives a wink before turning and going on her way.

Lore tipped her head, looking over the assembled animals on the booth with cool judging frogs. Why would she ever want to kiss a frog? Everyone here was slightly weird. Still... she did want to go shopping... she really did. And to go shopping she needed tokens. She gave the orange doe a look, why did she like frogs so much? What was about amphibians that were so fantastic? They were king of slimy looking, all wet and blubbery. She huffed, shut her eyes and puckered up, kissing one of the frogs on their frog lips. Ugh, somewhat rubbery and gross but done. She kissed a frog, it was sort of gross but she wasn’t afraid of them. She did brush her muzzle against her leg to make sure any frog slime was off. She gave a soft hum and looked at Gecko demandingly, she kissed he frog. Token now. Thank you.

"-HIC-" Walking away from the coughing bean booth, Gentle Beauty finds herself at the kissing booth. A rather silly but simple game, that, for some reason, was mostly frogs with a few other critters in it. Picking an individual amphibian that seemed to be lonely, she gave the creature a gentle smooch on the forehead.
However soon she had her ear ringing after being scolded for kissing the toad, and how horrible they were compared to frogs. G.B kept her silent wondering why there was even a toad in the collection if Gecko hated them so much, but she walked off, her hiccups startled out of her, a token richer for listening.

(+1 token) Kin name: When the Rain Comes Response: When the Rain comes sauntered over to the booth after winning a couple tokens, feeling quite proud of himself. His eyes scanned over all of the amphibians lying around, his nose scrunching in distaste as he watched several kin kiss them. The only thing he decided he'd kiss in this booth was the doe that seemed to be running it. Rain placed a chaste kiss on the side of the orange doe's cheek, only to be met with another kiss! Smiling hazily, he received his token and pranced off to the next booth.

(+1 token) Kin name: Flame Lily Response: Flame Lily prances up to the lovely booth that reads, Kissing. Not entirely sure of what or who she would be kissing, she closes her eyes and nuzzles the closet thing to her. Whatever or whoever it was she kissed they sure had a soft touch. Her eyes suddenly flutter open and she's starting at a great orange buck. Where'd he come from, Flame Lily wasn't sure, but he sure did give good kisses. In fact such good kisses that he gave her another one for good measure. She grinned at the buck and fluttered her eyelashes at him. "Thank you for the greatest kiss ever!" she blushed. She looked back around her to see if anyone was watching. Thankfully everyone else was busy kissing other things to notice the deepening redness in her cheeks. She slowly turned around and started to walk away all the while thinking to herself how wonderful her day had been so far.
