Brother says, "Hey there, friend! C'mere, c'mere!"A young, excitable buck is here, prancing back and forth as he cheers and tries to gain the attention of passers-by. He's chosen a stretch of land that's fairly flat, and there seems to be a strip of marked off land - scratched by eager hooves - with twigs and a few bright feathers stuck into the soft ground to mark off what seems to be some kind of ... track? A collection of rocks of all sizes and shapes lays behind him, including a rather large boulder that he appears to have decorated with a messy combination of splattered clay and brightly colored this-and-thats. Thank you mindsend for the cute decor~

Game Mechanics and Rules
This is a very simple RP response booth! To play, you'll roll two dice - 2d8 - to get a prompt. The first half is what Brother asks your kin to move down the lane he's set up; the second is how well they succeed. Everything else - from how they react to how exactly they succeed or fail and why - is up to you! Brother gives out one (1) token per attempt, once per day, regardless of success or failure. The game is in the attempt! ++Particularly entertaining or valiant results may get a (hand drawn) trinket from Brother! This is dependent on my personal time. ++If you'd like an RP response from Brother, feel free to quote me in your kin's attempt at his game! Until I'm feeling better no responses, ahaha. Roll 2d8! Type: 1. A small, hoof-sized stone. Is he joking? 2. A little pile of pebbles. He said you have to get them -all- across that line? 3. A hare-sized rock. It's probably not too hard to move. 4. A stone about the size of your chest. That'll take some shoving... 5. A weird rock that's about the size of your full torso, but super dark and full of holes. 6. A rather unwieldy long stone, roughly the size of your back leg. 7. A cracked, rough sandstone about as big as your head; it seems pretty fractured, but he wants you to get it over the goal in one piece... 8. A big boulder, easily twice your height! He says you just need to budge it a little, but -- how did he even get that here? He - he had to have set up the booth beside it, right? Level of Success: 1. You fail, miserably. At least he's good humored about it. 2. You don't quite make it, but Brother cheers you on anyway. 3. You get at least halfway to your goal. 4. So close! You were just about to succeed! 5. You did it! Just barely, but the colorful kin seems super excited. 6. Hey, a good success! It wasn't as hard as it looked. 7. Woah, you did great! How did you get so good at rolling stones? 8. Amazing! Spectacular! You take your token, wondering if Brother is always so enthusiastic.

Given TrinketsNone yet. This is also where I hide my shame for my basic booth. I am not good at thread decor.

Soothe had to admit she was a bit confused by the purpose of this booth at first - an empty field? Well, there were feathers - and that big rock had colors on it, which probably meant...paints, of some sort, perhaps. But she couldn't see any materials anywhere - in fact, most of what she could see was rocks. This clearing already had plenty of rocks, right? It became much clearer when Brother explained the task at hand in what was probably an overly bubbly tone - but maybe that was just because Soothe was an early customer. Oh, she thought - it was a little like that coconut thing from last year, right? Soothe had ended up enjoying that very much, so it stood to reason that this would be the same, right? This stone, though, was much bigger than a coconut. "I don't think I'll be able to push it far," she said, but the buck's enthusiasm encouraged her to keep going. Still, by the time he was done counting she was only halfway down her track. "Thank you anyway," she said, nodding as he offered her a token. Why not take one?

Waves Crashing Down worked her way slowly through the area. She wasn't sure why she showed up anyways. A soft touching of feathers reminded her, Who Who was still with her, guiding the blind half acha. A small rock? She had to do what...Shifting her shoulders in a shrug, Waves moved the rock with her nose. If it hadn't been for her owl, guiding her over the area, she probably would have tripped or even worse. Push it the wrong way! Happy that she made it to the end and that Who Who didn't take off with it, she pranced a little dance.

 Fresh blinks a couple times at the holey black rock, and the size of it alone made her iffy. Until she inspected the holes closer and could feel her skin crawl. She leaned back a bit after attempting a sniff. She presses her hooves against and and then immediately flings herself off despite Brother's cheers and kick and squeal loudly in the mud, dragging her feet after her in a vain attempt to get the phantom squick off. Trypophobia seems to have gotten the best of her; better luck next time. >__>;

Traveler was wondering how on earth this was going to come to pass.
The stone was, he could see, relatively large. He nudged it with his head, and then, when that didn't work, he tried shoving it forward with his shoulders, and then his flank, and then his hooves. When at last he was in a puddle on the ground, panting and sweating, he decided maybe he needed a new strategy.
None came to mind so hard labor it was.
Traveler did make it, finally, in the end, though it took quite a while.Quote: 4. A stone about the size of your chest. That'll take some shoving... 5. You did it! Just barely, but the colorful kin seems super excited.

Silent Secrets stared at the tiny pile of pebbles in front of her. She knew she needed to get them across that line on the far side of this....well whatever this track was. She picks up the pebbles and with all her might tosses them. She watched as they came crashing to a stop just short of the line on the ground. She thought she did pretty good and was hoping Brother would think so too.

Five Hundred Flowers didn't put too much thought into what she was doing here. She was a lithe little creature, not one for pushing stones, or even trying to. Still, she had the spirit of her mother inside of her heart, and really couldn't say no to a challenge.
"Oof! This thing's tough!" She cried, her muzzle already coated with dirt. "Has it even budged an inch? I've been pushing it this whol-"
She paused and raised her head, finally realizing that she had been pushing the earth beside the rock instead of the rock she was give, and felt heat crawling to her cheeks.
"Oops." Quote: 6. A rather unwieldy long stone, roughly the size of your back leg. 1. You fail, miserably. At least he's good humored about it.

Try looked at the stone thoughtfully, eyed the distance that the rock needed to go and sniffed at it a moment, as if somehow that would make any bit of difference on how well he might do. Still, after the sniffing and the eyeing of the distance he circled the rock a couple of times, to get a feel for it, nudging at it with his nose till it felt "just right" only to circle it a couple more times, hoofs prancing about it lightly. He backed up a bit preparing to run at the rock and head butt it, only to stop at the last minute deciding that would hurt too much to do. So, he did the next best thing and he turned around, lining up his back right hoof to the rock, and swinging one leg forward then back, this was repeated a couple of times, before he.... circled the rock again, coming to another stop and rotating the rock once more and realigned his hoof. He breathed in, and as he exhaled he finally kicked out with his hoof, feeling the impact of hoof to rock and he turned as it went flying hoping (and somewhat expecting!) it to have gone further than it actually did. Oh well. He'd have to try this again another time he wagered, and thanked Brother for the token he was given for the attempt.

Stepping carefully around the arranged stones and feathers, selects a hare sized rock, Reaching for the Moon peers at the colorful boulder. Tilting head one way, than the other, returns to humming and dances the rock down the track with little hoofkicks. Starts to huff and puff a little, as the idea was a bit too grandoise and show off but is trying to make the handsome kin smile! When the rocks click together, she tosses a grin at him and ducks her head shyly.

He - he had to have set up the booth beside it, right? && Hey, a good success! It wasn't as hard as it looked. Sorrel walks up to the buck, giving him a flirty grin, "You look like a frog I licked once." she says, giving him a wink. Sorrel gives the boulder a look, not easy for sure, but also nothing she can't handle, she is, after all, nearly all muscle. Giving herself a shake, she sets her shoulder against the stone behemoth, digs her hooves in, and gives a mighty shove. It moves a tiny bit, but she keeps pushing, partly to be sure it can be noticed, but mostly to show off. Gathering herself she gives another shove, just as hard as the last, and manages to push the bolder another inch or so. She straightens up, panting a bit - mostly through sheer force of will to take normal breaths, it wouldn't do to seem like it was hard after all - and grins at him "I can budge it over some more if you'd like." she offers, giving him another wink and cheeky grin.

Heart still pounding from the Maze hunt, Gentle Beauty blinks a she's called over by an energetic young buck prancing in front of a selection of rocks in front of a cleared out area. Once the game was explained to her she was offered a hare sized stone to move.
Giving a few tests of different ways to move it, she settled on resting her head against the stone and pushing, head twisted sideways to keep from dragging her snoot in the dirt and mud as she lowered herself down to roll it.
The push was... A bit of a headache as time went on, and occasionally she'd get twumped on the nose with a rogue stick, and she couldn't really see where she was going, but she was doing fairly well and picking up speed as she moved.
Then the Rock caught on a root and stopped suddenly, cause her to stumble over it and land on her stomach, legs splayed out on either side as if she had slipped on ice, her chin resting right in front of the finishline and her leg held up in the air by the stone she had been pushing "oof... Well that was close"

Flame Lily prances up to this weird dirt track like thing, where a nice but excited buck is dancing around. He tells her to choose a rock so she does. Upon looking closer, they notice that she has chosen a rather big rock, with an odd shape to it. The weirdest thing about this rock is that it is full of holes. Some holes you can see through and some you cannot. Weird. Flame Lily lifts the rock and tosses it with her might. "Go rock go!" she calls out in her singsong voice. Her and Brother watch as the rock falls a few inches in front of them. She tried her hardest, and that was the best feeling in the world.

"I'd like to play too, if that'sh okay..." Swallows was curious about this gathering, now; he'd wandered in, following the sounds of many kin and the unusual smells of such a crowd, and while he couldn't see the myriad adornments and bright trinkets that swamped the, well, area of the swamp, he was enchanted by the sheer number of bodies moving about, the excited sounds and scents that assaulted his senses. The cheering young buck caught his attention, and after a few moments of explanation, the azure buck was quite keen to try, if only because of the younger male's enthusiasm. After a bit of help finding the line, the hard whump of rock on ground caught his attention. He leaned his head down, sniffing and nosing at the thing until he had a general idea of its shape and size. "Jusht ... make it to the end?" While he wasn't quite sure how far the end was, Swallows was more than willing to try. The stone felt small enough under his hoof, and with a bit of patient positioning after feeling out the drawn line for the starting position, he turned and sent the stone flying with one hard kick of his back leg. When he heard the rock thud a good distance away, followed by Brother's whooping cry, he was filled with a proud warmth; even if he wasn't sure if he'd actually made the line or the booth's runner was just being nice, it didn't matter - what did matter was how embarrassedly happy he was over succeeding at the small game!
