The female sighed as she gathered up her things for one last training outing. Kissing the twins as they sleepily woke for the day. She hummed as she walked out of the caravan. Going back to where she found the small colony of Poscuta a few weeks ago. Cracking her knuckles she smirked to herself as she spotted a few already. A smirk matching her own was given back before the creature took off, Eirlys chuckling as she didn’t run towards it. She just kept walking slowly, calmly, easily. She wasn’t going to let herself get tripped up around here again. She brought a few snacks to try and entice her little friends once again.


Sitting down she set them out as she ate a little here and there. Glancing around as she chuckled when a few more came out to sniff at her food. She pushed a small plate towards them, causing a few to skitter away. One in particular stayed around. Boldly poking at the food before taking a few bites. Eirlys chuckled as she watched it sit down to eat more. Tossing a few things behind it to the rest of its family sitting behind it. She felt sorta bad that her end game was to eventually take this little beast from the colony. Though with how it watched her, she figured that it was well aware of her end goal. She hummed a few bars as she watched the tiny beast for a few more moments.

The female took a deep breathe as she stayed there a few more moments. Watching the beast as it watched her. There was a long pause, a staredown of wills. Eirlys didn’t move for a few more moments till she saw another of the tiny little things come into view. She made to stand, both Poscuta’s jolted to a stand offish sort of stance before taking off in opposite directions. She made a soft sound under her breath before she took off after the bigger of the two. Making sure not to rustle too much in alert to her presence. The female groaned when the beast she had sights on vanished off to her left. She slid to follow, not finding much purchase in the soil.


She slid in the soil. Landing hard on her side she let out a sharp swear. She looked up to the seemingly smirking beast with a glare.


“Oh, this is enjoyable to you huh?” she grumbled as she slowly stood. The tiny beast truly did snicker at her. The female blinking in sheer shock before she growled out. “Oh...you think that’s funny?!?” she crouched down to take off after the other. The beast dodged her, letting her take a tumble into the grass behind it. She rolled then laid out before deciding to just walk away.


“We are so not done here!!” she called out to the beasts as she went back home.
