To understand what's going on, please see this post here.
In short, mass panic has ensued across the festival grounds as rogue senshi have attacked and kidnapped Jade Argent. Following the wake of her disappearance, there appears to be sightings of youma on the fair grounds. There have been additional senshi sightings as more appear to reveal themselves and disappear into the crowds in search of Sparks and their captive.
What does your civilian do? How do they handle the sudden appearance of destructive senshi or the sudden appearance of monsters in such a crowded, public place?
Do they think it's the work of the kidnapper? Or are they, like Sparks and their companions, suspicious of the company hosting the festival and the accusations laid against them?
How do they fight of the, clearly, hungry youma that appear to be hell-bent on eating them when there are cameras recording in every area?
There is no division among the fairgrounds, this thread is a free-for-all for all of the locations that had previously been used during this event.
Please use the following format when posting:
character name - location - general action
If you have any questions, please contact me (Nuxaz) and I will get back to you ASAP. If you want NPC activity, you are also free to quote me and that includes if you want someone to play an attacking youma.

Evren blinked and looked around as everyone started to panic… She let out a sigh as she saw there were too many people and too many cameras around for her to even try to power up and help out. Starting to walk with the crowd she dodged anyone that was running around her.
She wondered to herself if she could go anywhere without some sort of weird event happening. She looked around a bit more as she moved steadily with the crowd out of the corner of her eye she thought she saw a large shadow moving about. “Mmm… What in the world is going to happen…”

Sailor Sylph - was en route to the medical tent but caught up in the crowd - currently looking around for Umbra, Sparks and any of the other members of her team
Sylph had still been at the Snacks on Sticks stand when the crackle of her walkie had alerted her to an incoming message.
It had necessitated her having to politely excuse herself from the Snacks on Sticks stand and she had done so by pretending that she had forgotten her wallet and whilst Sylph wasn't sure if the white-haired woman at the stall had bought her excuse, it wasn't as if she had had much choice in the matter...
Even if the root beer float on a stick really had sounded impressive.
She was here to work though and not have fun and so she had mingled amongst some of the other stalls until she could find somewhere quiet to speak to Sparks.
Umbra had seemed like he was still talking to the woman at the MMA Stand, but Sparks' order to hit up one of the medical tents was a good one - and it wasn't as if she was gleaning anything useful from the Vendor's Alley.
Umbra on the other might have been having more luck and Sylph had dropped a message to her partner to suggest that she was going to go up ahead and that perhaps they should meet at one of the medical tents..
She wasn't expecting the sudden surge of panicked people that appeared to be coming from the direction of the stage area or the sudden flare of youma auras - but Sylph knew that it was bad - very bad...
And it was exactly the reason why they were there to investigate.
"Sparks this is Sylph - do you know what's going on?"
And then she added "Umbra where are you?" She asked into her walkie. "There seems to be something happening up by the stage."
She didn't wait for a response however, instead trying to push her way against the crowd.
Sailor Sparks and Jade Argent with an appearance from Levi (with permission from Felyn) - A secluded Area just outside of the fairgrounds - Menacing
Everything was a mass panic, people were scattered and screams could be heard throughout the fairground. From the shadows, creatures emerged and preyed upon anyone they could get their hands on. Some were able to successfully flee or fend off the beasts and some would watch as the creatures crumbled to dust in the wake of a particularly well placed jab or kick.
Despite the terror, the cameramen were eager to catch everything on tape. Some of them were live broadcasting, others would make edits and air it for another day. Either way, people were being watched as they hurried to safety.
In the midst of the crowd, over by the Levianthan stage was Levi, looking horrified by the turn of events and the attack on the star of the company. His girlfriend, Jade Argent. Fumbling for his phone, he dialed a number that went straight to voicemail, over and over again.
You've reached Chase Black, leave a message -
Levi cursed the man's name under his breath, angry that when he needed him most, Chase failed him. In the end, he called the only other person he trusted. James.
In a panicked but somehow steady voice Levi said, "I need the wolves down at the festival. Now. Jade's been taken." The voice on the other end of the line was a crackle at best, but when he hung up, Levi looked a little less sick. Then, he disappeared into the throngs of people in search of Jade and the senshi who'd taken her.
xxx
Jade was on the ground, lip split from where Sparks' fist had connected with her face. At some point, between being dragged off stage and being taken to a location she recognized as just outside the festival ground, her hands had been bound behind her back. She could taste blood in her mouth and she groaned as she struggled to sit up.
"What are you hoping to accomplish?" She asked, throat hoarse and raw. Her ribs hurt and her temple throbbed. Whatever magic Sparks had used had sent her through a ringer. If she survived, she would need medical attention certainly.
"We know what you're up to." Sparks sneered, pulling the walkie from behind their back as Slyph's voice came crackling through.
"Slyph, head to the area we snuck in, there's a series of trailers we can use a coverage. Come quick, bring the others if you see them."
Then, he looked at Jade. "Did you think you could get away with brainwashing and hurting people?"
((In the interest of finishing this up, if the players of the disposable senshi do not respond within 72 hrs or contact Nuxaz prior their senshi will be NPCed for the gathering and collective death that will occur in this rp.))

Porsha Webber - Leviathan stage - Fighting her way through the crowd
One of the bigger benefits to being the top dog in charge of the vendor booth the league had set up at the festival, was that Porsha could dictate responsibility to the underlings, and excuse herself whenever she had felt the desire to do so. She'd been exercising that right when everything seemed to have gone to Hell. Jade had been set to take the stage, as Porsha drew near enough to see her through the gathered crowd that congregated in a spreading semi-circle around the base of the stage.
She'd managed a greeting, general appreciation for everyone coming out that day, when an apparent surge took out all the electrical equipment, effectively cutting the blonde short, and Porsha watched in horror as Jade dropped, her prone figure blocked from the shorter woman's view. "Jade!" She immediately started pushing her way forward, suspicious, even before the emergence of the senshi responsible.
She wasn't going to get there in time.
Senshi had converged on stage, addressing the now panicking crowd, but Porsha didn't hear them. Her pulse was in her ears as she tried to fight her way forward, throwing an elbow here and there when the bodies blocking her way refused to move. "Jade!" One of the senshi was stooping down, lifting Jade in their arms. "********, Jade!"
The speech ended. Apparent target in their possession, the senshi made their escape.
No!
She had to find some cover.

Captain Aluminite - Leviathan Stage - Teleporting In
Today was quite possibly the shittiest day in Captain Aluminite's life.
He had just finished getting into contact with Prissy and explaining what he could to her about the death of Chase's mother when the panicked phone call from Levi had come through. His stomach had dropped when he mentioned that Chase wouldn't answer his phone and his stomach twisted uncomfortably.
"I'll be there soon," James had promised, rubbing at his face before he let the guise of Aluminite sweep over him again. He reached out to those that he could; Katrina, Suri, and he hesitated when it came to Archer. He hadn't seen the man since the invasion and having only heard what happened he wondered if he would respond to a text message anyway. Instead, he tried the two women he trusted a little more than the wild, wolf-like man.
He hoped that he wouldn't be forced to explain the missing person that was their fearless leader.
Upon arrival he saw nothing but chaos. Having been to the grounds just days before the launch, he had an idea of where to come in and it ended up being behind the stage of Leviathan.
Amongst the crowd he spotted a familiar face. Porsha Webber. She was a decorated officer and if no one else responded to him, she would know who he could get in contact to for immediate help. Sucking in a deep breath, he prayed the second teleportation wouldn't drain him terribly and moved so that he was in closer proximity.
"Porsha!"

General Xenotime - Leviathan - With Aluminite
A voice called her name. A voice she didn't recognize, but Porsha still turned, searching the crowd until she found the captain making his way towards her. She changed direction to meet him, a hand closing around his elbow, and sought to lead him through the mob of people, towards the edge of the stage. It didn't matter that she didn't know him, or hadn't met him before. He knew her, had sought her out, and likely had a good reason for it. A reason connected to what was happening now.
"Name?" It came out as a sharp demand, but the impatience in her tone had little to do with him. Her agent was in danger. Her friend. They had to find her before something awful happened to her. Porsha refused to let this become another situation like the one at the prison.
When they were mostly out of sight she groped for her powered guise, pulling it over herself like a familiar, well worn glove. Only then did she release his arm, turning as she cast out, searching for order auras, and cursed soundly when she found none. "Where the ******** did they go?"

Captain Aluminite - Leviathan Stage - Hiding with Xe
"Aluminite." He responded immediately, instincts and training kicking in the second she had her fingers around his elbow. "Levi called." That was probably all that he could share or need to. "There's - " he stopped, looked anxious as she shifted from Porsha to Xenotime.
He recognized her, but it was impossible not to.
"I don't - " he stopped, inhaling sharply in an attempt to calm himself. This was too much, this was all too much and he could feel himself splitting at the seams.
If Levi didn't need his help, he quite possibly would have fallen apart in front of the general. "There's too many cameras, getting caught on film could be disastrous." And really, with so many of them around it was dangerous to try and power up. Especially for anyone that couldn't teleport to hide themselves. "******** - " he cursed, hand balling into a fist and slamming into the wall they hid behind. His hand broke through the material and sent a jarring shudder of pain through his arm.
It helped him focus.
"I need - I need name. People to call. Levi he's - he's freaking out and our general he can't - ********, ********, <******** class="quote">

General Xenotime - Leviathan stage - With Aluminite
The captain gave her his name, and then seemed to start falling apart. She watched him for a long moment as he tried to calm himself, drawing in a sharp breath, and then smashed a hand through the constructed wall beside them. This is not helpful.
The general made a grab for his chin, drawing him down to her level so she could meet his gaze, and hold it. "Aluminite!" She needed him to keep it together better than this. She needed his help to find Jade. "The cameras will be useless if they aren't getting any power to them. Find the generators and destroy them." Her lips pressed in a thin, thoughtful line, silver eyes skirting to the side. "They're near the entrance by the donation tent."
With the power cut there'd be no cameras to worry about, and no lights. Their back up could arrive under a semblance of cover, without worry of being picked up on film.
As for back up. "Schrol, Cinnabar, Moonstone, Leucite. Try for them, they'll call in their teams. I'll call in mine."
She continued to hold onto his jaw until she was sure he had heard her, and that he understood what she was saying. "This is not the fault of the Negaverse, this is the white moon, all of it." That was the story they would spin to anyone that needed an explanation. To anyone that would listen.

Captain Aluminite - Leviathan Stage - Hiding with Xe
Normally, Aluminite would be a reluctant but composed party, someone that followed orders and could be relied on. After the day he'd been having, it was a miracle that he'd been in a position to be of any help at all. His hands still shook from when he'd pried Chase's mouth open and forced him to swallow that starseed.
The image flashed before his eyes and he shivered, only drawn back to the present by Xenotime's strong hand on his jaw, bring back her attention to him. His heart caught in his throat, fluttering rapidly against his ribs and threatened to suffocate him until his name was said sharply.
Her calmness was all he needed to be able to breath again. "Generators," he mumbled more to himself than to her, green eyes searching the small woman's face. "Right. Take out the cameras and those on our side that are here..." His mind was a whirl but he could process that. He could follow orders, he was good at that.
Retrieve her starseed.
No, no. He wasn't going to think of that, not right now.
"Okay," he breathed, voice shaking slightly but he seemed more put together now. "Got it." He repeated the names in his head, searching for one that he recognized before taking off.

Axton Finch - Donation gate, headed towards Leviathan stage - Trying to ascertain the situation
Things had been fine. Not exactly thrilling, but at least running smoothly, and that was as much as anyone could ask for. Especially when you were stuck helping out as a volunteer at the front gates. This far out, they couldn't see much of anything, but they could sort of hear the acts from the stage, though they were pretty jumbled together. Oh well, it was almost over.
And then something entirely unexpected happened.
There was an odd sound, followed by an explosion. Ax's chair hit the ground in a loud clatter as she jumped to his feet, startled. "What the ******** was that?"
Seconds later the first few people darted past him for the parking lot, then another, then it was as if the floodgates had opened. Something was definitely wrong.
Cassiopeia Lyons - North hydration station - Baffled
"What was that? It had sounded like an explosion, and was that...was that smoke? "s**t." The bottle of water Cassie had just taken from the cooler slipped from her hands, bounced once, and then rolled beneath the table.
"I'm gunna...go see." People were rushng past, looking panicked, heading for the exits. Frowning, Cassie slipped around the table and disappeared into them, though headed in the opposite direction.

Captain Aluminite - Passing by the Donation Gate - Asking for directions
In the wild and panic, Aluminite didn't really know which way he was supposed to go, but still headed in the direction he thought was the correct one. It landed him in the proximity of the donation table and by that table was a single person.
What the ******** was that?
For some reason, that had Aluminite skidding to a halt, boots digging into the hard dirt of the fair grounds. There was a quick assessment and the captain decided that the day couldn't possibly get any worse so he approached the man.
"It's complicated, but I really need to find the generators before things get worse."

Axton Finch - Donation gate - Directing Aluminite
One of these things is not like the other. Axton watched as what he was sure was a Negaverse agent slid to a stop beside the table and turned to him. It had pale brows arching damn near to his hair line, features falling into perplexed lines, and then he remembered that he wasn't powered up.
"Generators?" It was an odd request, so it took a moment for the question to sink in. When it did, Axton glanced around, trying to remember where he'd seen the big, gas powered machines.
"Oh, they're around the corner of that tent." He pointed, stepping away from the table, towards the corner of the tent he'd mentioned, as if he meant to lead the other man towards them. "What's happening?" Surely the other man knew something, or he wouldn't be running around looking so frantic.

Captain Aluminite - Donation Gate - Talking to Axton
It was impossible to hide what he was, not when he looked like a character out of a video game who wore too many layers for what had been such a hot day. "Yeah," he replied, green eyes scanning the man's face in anticipation.
He hated this, there was no way he could know who would actually help him and who were with the senshi.
"One of the performers got kidnapped by those sailor scouts." He explained hurriedly, glancing around him and side stepping someone who shoved past him. "Can't save her with all the cameras and whatnot." He didn't know if that was true because he couldn't feel the senshi anywhere but -
Xenotime told him to shut down the generators and then those around could rally.
