Description: A jutsu born from the mind of the Monster of the Mist. Due to his extreme affinity with water Hersek often found himself surrounded by it and using it in his fight. However, since water is such a good conductor of electricity and lighting, and Hersek often found himself applying water to his body or diving into bodies of water he was at an extreme disadvantage against raiton users. Tired of getting shocked every fight he got into, Hersek came up with an idea of using his own raiton affinity to reverse the effects of the water he used. By combining his lightning release with his water release and small understanding about how conductivity works, Hersek (and any other users of this jutsu) uses his chakra to severely reduce the concentration of ions in water, ridding the water of its free electrons. This effectively insulates the water and prevents it from conducting electricity. Note that this technique does not make someone who is using water as cover immuned to lightning based attacks, but rather greatly reduces damage and preventing the remaining electrons within the water from being charged. With this ability the water will no longer act as a current for electricity. This can be done to both natural water or water created by Hersek, but he must make physical contact with the water.

Description: As the jutsu sounds, one can create multiple arms made of water. The water making the arms is compressed to increase the density akin to that of stone, so that if they were to hit someone it would be with considerable force. The number and length of arms created is dependent upon how much chakra the user wishes to implement in the making of said arms. The arms can be created from any natural source of water, assuming there is enough water to generate the arms, or created from water that the user generate themselves. If the arms are connected to the user’s body then the arms are also capable of using the user’s chakra to cast jutsu as if they were an extension of the user. Lastly, the arms are telepathically controlled by the user.

History
From birth Hersek was destined for greatness and power. A direct descendant of the former Demon of The Mist, Hersek's name was known quickly, but it wasn't just because of his relation to the Demon. Hersek was one of the first children to be born outside of the clan's own members, his father being the foreigner. As such Hersek's parents were both killed by members of the clan and he was adopted and raised by his uncle Shirauko. Shirauko, fascinated by the stories of his grandfather, wished to share his obsession with Hersek often telling him stories of how powerful he was, this became fuel for Hersek's early lust for power. Shirauko cared for the boy in his own aggressive manner, beating him day in and day out, but then rewarding him with treats and gifts. This of course left very specific imprints on his young mind that would one day carry on into adult hood. Throughout his childhood, Hersek was shunned by his clan for not being pure and was picked on by the other children, this created a need for him to prove himself by being the strongest and the best. Often Hersek would fight with the other children of his clan in such vicious ways that would often lead to injuries such as broken limbs, one instance Hersek even hospitalized one of the children by almost beating him to death, for which Hersek suffered severe punishment. Detached from most other people and treated like an animal by others, Hersek became the monster that his own clan made. Desperate to prove himself worthy of the clan name he left the care of his Uncle at the age of thirteen and swore his loyalty to the head of the clan who offered to bestow the name Hoshagiki upon him if he did everything he was told to do. Hersek accepted and began serving under and training with the head of the clan who molded Hersek's raw potential into a destructive power, one to fear. Hersek was turned into an assassin for the head of clan, killing his first man at the age of fifteen and discovering that he had a craving to do it again and again. Mission after mission Hersek lost more and more of his humanity, all that began to matter to him was the strength of the next opponent he go to kill and earning his surname. When Hersek reached the age of twenty he had acquired the title "Monster of The Mist", there were few in the village who had not known his name or how he got it. Hersek's missions always had a tendency to end with dozens of enemy ninja dying and him returning covered in their blood while wearing an insane smile of satisfaction. As time went on, Hersek's obsession with Kisame also grew and he desired to be exactly like his idle to the point that he began to desire to become the next wielder of the sword Samehada, however he never got the chance. Instead he had to settle his obsession in other ways, the first of which was still getting his surname. Hersek's loyalty was to be tested as the head of the clan commanded him to kill his own Uncle, and without hesitation Hersek did it. This surprised the head of clan as he expected at least some form of resistance or hesitation from Hersek, but at the same time the head of the clan was also so very pleased with the weapon he had created. What the clan leader didn't know is that Hersek was only loyal to himself, it was't the desire to be one with the clan drove him to want the name anymore, it was he desire to be exactly like his great grandfather. Time went on and Hersek never did earn his surname, but he knew how to have patience for something he really wanted. Hersek was told that his final task to earn the name Hoshigaki was to go into the corruption and kill what remained of the clan that had been horribly mutated by the corruption.
History (Continued)
After braving and successfully surviving the corruption, Hersek had tracked down and killed a large number of the mutated Hoshigaki clan, soon after which he found himself in an odd position. Hersek had gotten lost in both his obsession to be accepted by his clan and physically lost in the corruption itself, his attempts to remain alive put him through several ordeals and eventually corrupted him. Through this corruption he found a new home in a cult and became the sage of wrath for a goddess of chaos and destruction. This new found power did not take long to go to his head and soon his began to crave even more of it, allowing himself to become arrogant and reckless, so much so that he returned to his village and murdered the head of his clan. In this poor state of mind, Hersek attacked the former Kazekage and was defeated and captured with no intent on staying that way. In a fit of rage Hersek's arrogance and stupidity got him killed in fight with an Uchiha. Two years later Hersek was brought back as a warrior to fight against a dear friend of his, but was unsuccessful and truly resurrected by the same friend. Since his resurrection complications of his body have place him in a coma like state for the past 14 years.
