Kyrian was sure of a few things as he sat there waiting for Mano to return. First a foremost was that Toriu was not a patient little Radaku. Not at all, Kyrian had spent the last several minutes to a few hours watching the green Radaku pace more than Kyrian brushed his hair! The second was that he didn't mind the thought that perhaps Mano was off with a new...conquest. At least that's what he remembered one of his clan calling a new partner for the day. He shrugged not really phased by it anymore...

The youth had long gotten accustomed to the ways of his more...lustful companion. Partner. Kyrian smiled softly. Mano was his partner in the young man's mind. Always will be. He looked up as his eyes drifted around the small road-side market. Things were peaceful here...for now...he supposed.

Bisera looked from side to side at the things that were being sold in the small market and he found himself a bit overwhelmed. There was so much to look at, so much to buy, and he wasn't even sure where to start! All he knew for certain was that he wanted, no needed, pearls! Not a lot of them but enough to know what a 'good' pearl was so when he went hunting for them himself he'd know which ones were worth making things out of. That was the first thing he meant to look for... after that, well, he wasn't really sure. He supposed he'd figure it out as he went.

Starting forward he went straight for the booth that was selling pearls and much to his delight it would seem that they came in a few different colors. There were white ones, some off white ones, pink ones, and the most rare seemed to be the black ones. They were all so pretty and he was instantly in need of a few of each. He should be sure to get some of the black ones because if they were so rare he might not find some of his own. After sifting through each of the colors he gathered up those that he wanted, moving to the one in charge of the booth and started to negotiate a trade with him.

Kyrian saw something shocking to him, another wind male! He perked up instantly upon seeing the smaller male. Bouncing up as he saw him with the pearl merchant. Ohhh....Kyrian talked with that nice man before. The native Matorian's were a good bunch, typically Kyrian could preform for them in line of payment if he was short a coin or two. There was one merchant that only wanted to hear a few bars of his flute in line of a small satchel of food. The bard popped up as Rukeia flew to land near the new wind youth. Kyrian coming up not too long after.

"Hi there!" he said after he saw the other was done with the trade. He didn't have a good head for haggling like Mano did so he tended to stay out of that part if he could.

Turning around as he was greet Bisera had expected to see another Matorian there, possibly trying to sell him something, but instead he found another member of the Wind Tribe. His dark eyes went wide, his mouth falling open a little, before he said, "W-Wow! I didn't expect to see another person from Sauti here." Mostly because he hadn't seen anyone from his tribe here as of yet outside of those he was traveling with. Lots of the Water Tribe, a few Fire Tribe, but this was his first meeting with another member of his tribe for so long. To the point it made him feel for a moment homesick.

Shaking his head he told himself not to let his emotions get the better of him. It wasn't as though he was alone after all, he was with Xarnith and the others... or at least he would be if he hadn't wandered off. Not that he was worried since Xarn always found him. Taking a couple steps closer to the other man he said, "What brings you to Matori?" He didn't look like a warrior, he was far too pretty for that, and it instantly had Bisera's attention. He was thinking about what jewels would look nice on his skin, what jewelry he'd like to make for one such as this, and various other ideas that instantly came to mind.

Kyrian chuckled at the other. "I know, its been a long while since I saw another Wind Tribesmen. My partner, is Matorian, and I have been here for a while. I got used to seeing such pretty blues." he said absently as he looked around. A few merchants chuckled before the wind male held out his hand. "Kyrian. Come, sit with me! Talk! I'd like to learn how you've been liking your travels."

He gestured to the still laying down Radaku. "Toriu, my Radaku, is a perfect recliner."

Bisera gave a little smile and said, "Oh? Your partner? Are you guys in business together?" He asked in a curious manner as he looked at the hand that was held out to him, reaching out to take it. Giving a smile he said, "It's nice to meet you, Kyrian, my name is Bisera." It was always nice to meet new people but this was even more so... the young man was so lovely and it gave him so much in the way of inspiration for his own work.

Following along after him he moved to settle down with the other guy, giving a glance around the area, taking in the scenery before his attention was back on Kyrian once more. He gave him a smile and said, "I've been enjoying my travels very much. I've been moving a bit slowly, so it's taken me some time to get from Sauti to Matori but it's worth the time spent. I've been collecting various materials so it can at times take a lot of time."

Glancing at Toriu he gave a smile and said, "He's pretty. One of the friends I am traveling with has a janarim and we are raising a cute little perzi kitten together too. They are with him right now though."

Kyrian blinked, then held his sides as he giggled a bit. "Oh no, sweetie. Partner. As in...uhm..." he thought about it. "Life Partner, mate...there's a whole host of pretty words for it." he said with a dreamy little smile. He crossed his legs, letting his hands resting on his knee. He tilted his head as he watched the younger male, a small cascade of gold spilled over his shoulder. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Bisera."

He listened to the other curious. What sort of friend was this other person? "...Bisera. What...type of friend is this person? A close friend? A...bedroom friend?" he waved a hand in front of him as if to wave the questions away. "I just...I was curious! I mean...you said your raising a kitten with this person. That's...not something normal friends do..."

He usually put his foot in his mouth at the start of the conversation. Yup. He was totally doing that right now. He just...wanted to know. It was his curious nature...that and he felt a few bars of a lovely song from listening to the other. Perhaps a little more into the relationship and he could craft a little song for the pair? Maybe it was a blooming romance? Oh...he drummed his fingers on his knee as his mind whirled.

There was a moment where Bisera felt a little confused as the other man laughed, starring for a moment as he started to explain what he'd meant. It took a second but it finally clicked for Bisera and he said, "Ohhh... I see! I apologize, I was a little confused by the term." He murmured before he gave a smile, "Well, that sounds nice." Especially when the words went along with that dreamy smile that the other man had on his face. The 'partner' must be something to elicit such a smile or so he would think.

"Huh? What is Xarnith?" He asked, tilted his head to one side as the other asked him about Xarn, his dark eyes going quite wide, his cheeks going red, as the other asked if he was a 'bedroom friend'. It was something that had him shaking his head rapidly, "Oh! No, no... not Xarnith. He's nothing like that... huh? It's not something normal?" Bisera looked for a moment confused, not quite sure why 'normal friends' couldn't raise a kitten. It wasn't a normal thing? He found himself thinking on it for a long, drawn out moment but didn't really get it. Xarnith was his friend, his protector, kept him from getting lost, and sure he could be cuddly on occasion, but that only tended to be when he was sleepy.

Giving a bit of a smile before he said in a hushed, if slightly embarrassed tone, "It's nothing like that. He's my best friend... and... I guess if I am doing it wrong it's because he's my first real friend outside of my family. I didn't get out much as a prentice. It took me a while to get brave enough to do a lot on my own... and after I left home, that was when I met Xarnith."

Kyrian couldn't help the giggles that left him, oh this one was adorable. He waved his hands. "Its alright....I suppose friends can do whatever they want together. Typically raising a infant of any type is...well...it leads others to assume. That perhaps there's more there." he drummed his fingers as Rukeia landed to allow Bisera to snuggle if he needed it. Kyrian blinked. "I am not picking on him!!" he said as she leveled a look at the youth.

Kyrian sighed. "Sorry, if it seemed that way Bisera." he said as he looked over the small market. "What is it you do, may I ask? Not many people buy in bulk like you did with that merchant." he tilted his head. The beads of his earrings clicked as the bells made a soft sound.

SwordOfTheDarkOnes

Bisera gave a little shake of his head, "No, that isn't something that Xarnith would think about. He's a very serious, devoted warrior sort." He found himself thinking on it for a moment, what it might be like if he actually was interested in more then just being friends... maybe if he was a woman? A thought that had him wondering what he might have done himself if he was a girl. Would he chase after Xarnith? Any woman would be lucky to have him that was for sure.

Lifting a hand he started to pet Rukeia as she came to stand next to him. Giving a smile he said in a reassuring manner, "No, no, I don't think that you're picking on anyone. It's alright." He didn't want the other man to think that he was offended or something.

"What do I do? Oh! Yes." He lifted up the little bag of pearls that he'd bought, giving a little smile as he realized that he was still holding tight to the bag. He needed to put it away into his heavy pack along with everything else that was within it. He set to work doing that as he said, "I am a jeweler... or at least I am working hard to become a really one."

Kyrian perked up. "Ohh...that's fun! I have a friend back in Jauhar who's a jeweler." he tilted his head to show off one of the earrings. "He taught me enough that I managed to make my own earrings." the youth chuckled. Rukeia settling into the smaller youth's lap as she relaxed into the petting. Kyrian hummed a small tune. "I have faith you'll get there. With such a strong friend behind you." he added on.

The youth slipped his flute out, thinking as he knew soon he'd have to get a new one. His Father would stress the importance of Kyrian crafting his own flute or lute or what have you as he struck out on his own. He glanced up to Bisera. "I'm a Bard...well, not a complete one...not yet." he blushed a little. "I have a thing about preforming in front of a large gathering...though being in Matori has really helped with that. Maybe this land will help you as well." he smiled. "So, Bisera...are we lost at the moment or just watching the clouds?" he asked with a light giggle.

Bisera leaned in to get a look at the earrings that Kyrian had made, giving him a little smile, "They look nice." He always loved to see the way that others created things because it helped him learn by studying their techniques. Lifting a hand he traced a finger across the earring that Kyrian was showing him, quite interested in it. It was something else and the way that it was made showed a lot of care and attention, which made him smile before he settled back down and was once more petting the nondwa.

"It's kind of you to say that. I mean to keep at it and, if I am lucky, I will be as good as my father one day." Of perhaps even better... though that would take some time and a whole lot of hard work.

As Kyrian produced a flute his eyes went wide, with Bisera leaning forward a bit, a looking off keen interest on his face. A musician? How wonderful! It had been some time since he'd been able to sit down with one of them he thought to himself. As Kyrian mentioned that he was an 'incomplete bard' he smiled and said, "So it seems that we are both working hard to reach our dreams." He was glad to see that he wasn't the only one and prayed to Chi that they would both reach the dream they were reaching for one day soon. As the other asked if they were 'lost at the moment or just watching the clouds' he couldn't help but laugh before he said, "Well... it might be the former since I often find myself lost. Xarnith went as far as to train our perzi to find me because I so often wander off."

Kyrian chuckled. "Oh, that is adorable..." he said as he blinked at the sight of a Prezi kitten at Bisera's feet. "I take it that's your finder...?" he pointed down. Toriu blinked as he looked at the small thing. Fractis' collar had a bell attached as the kitten mewled to be picked up. Kyrian glanced to Toriu to see the Radaku...scared...he looked at the tail and nodded yup. Toriu was scared of a kitten. This was going to be something to tell Mano later.

"Their adorable." he said with a smile as the kitten easily took the small gap Rukeia left it.

Bisera nodded his head when the other mentioned it being adorable that the kitten had been trained to find him... before pointing out said kitten who seemed as though he was doing his job. Giving a smile he reached out to pet him before gathering him up into his arms, ever mindful of both of their crystals, before giving him a kiss on the nose, "Yes, this is Fractis. That means that Xarnith should be along soon as well since he's never that far behind." He glanced around for a moment, finding it a little odd that he wasn't right there with him... but maybe he'd gotten slowed down by something and Fractis just refused to stop?

Allowing the kitten to rest in his lap, petting him as the little one settled down he said, "He's getting to be a master at finding me, as though it's the best game of hide and seek and he's the master finder." Bisera couldn't help but to find it quite amazing that the kitten had been able to find him all the way out here near this small caravan of merchants. He must have left his scent and footprints behind heavily enough that he was able to be tracked down. It really was quite impressive.

Digging into his pack he got out some dried fish, breaking off some pieces for Fractis before looking over at the puffed up radaku. Giving him a smile he said, "It's alright, radaku, Fractis is quite a sweet heart. You don't have to worry about him."

Kyrian chuckled as he watched Toriu. "He's just not used to a tiny beast like that adorable kitten." the bard cooed over Fractis from a distance. He knew better than to try to pet a tiny beast that wasn't used to him. As he looked around he swore he saw Mano's hair. He shook his head as he looked back to the other. "Well...shall I play you a little tune to celebrate our meeting?"

He wanted to see what would flow from this feeling he had in his chest. It was uplifting to meet another Wind with so much hope in them. He felt the world wasn't as soul crushing as he had started to believe.
