This is a powered revision for Cepheus -- although the civilian material is the same, her powered side is a completely different person!

Senshi: Sailor Mab, Senshi of Soot

Challenge: Cut to black!

Main Color: Black
Secondary Color: Uh -- like, velvet red? Curtain red?

Fuku: Something inspired by the Emcee in Cabaret? I'd like her to look like some sort of presenter -- stage magician crossed with actress! (This does not include her facial makeup. Please make her look nice and less menacingly clowny than the Emcee.)

Collar -- Plain sailor collar? Does it have a white stripe at the end? All senshi must have a collar!
Bow -- You need some form of frontal decoration and all senshi must have some kind of back bow (female) or sash (male).
Bodice -- A swimsuit-type bodice? White will be the dominant color for your bodice, unless corrupt, when it will be black. Maybe like a crop top -- maybe a dress? A bikini top? You can have any top you like, pretty much.
Sleeves -- Got sleeves?
Brooch -- Round? Shaped like anything? Keep this plain for the first incarnation.
Bottoms -- Shorts? Capris? Miniskirt? Tea-length cocktail skirt? Your typical school girl skirt?
Tiara -- Every Order senshi is required to have some form of tiara. Beaded? Traditional? Woven fabric across your forehead? Corrupted Senshi do not need a tiara; instead they have a black star in their forehead.
Choker -- Choker is a classic, or a necklace? Or a scarf?
Shoes -- Go crazy?
Gloves -- Any gloves?
Accessories -- Any accessories? Earrings? Jewellry?

Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.

Attacks: These are your senshi's abilities, which will be used in battle. These abilities correspond to your senshi's element. Think of it as a "summary" of what your senshi can do in one word.

Sailor Scout Attack: Lights Out!
Calling her attack, Sailor Mab claps her hands and points at a spot -- a five-by-five cube, centering on that spot, is suddenly filled with a thick black soot. Anyone entering/caught inside the 'cloud' will experience difficulty seeing until they're removed from its' radius -- like they put on a pair of glasses that weren't theirs. Sailor Mab can use this attack twice per battle.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Cut to Black!
Calling her attack, Sailor Mab claps her hands and points at a spot -- a eight-by-eight cube, centering on that spot, is suddenly filled with a thick black soot. Anyone entering/caught inside the 'cloud' will experience severe difficulty seeing, rendering them unable to do little but pick out silhouettes, until they're removed from its' radius. Sailor Mab can use this attack twice per battle.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Mab Backstage Blackout!
Sailor Mab calls the name of her attack and snaps her fingers, and for 30 seconds, all sources of light in a ten-foot radius around her cease to function as a thick black soot appears to emanate from her -- the sun goes dark, lights turn off, magic doesn't glow -- effectively blanketing her in a moving blackout that centers on her. Sailor Mab is the only person who can see perfectly through this magical darkness; however, if she attacks an enemy, the darkness will release regardless of whether the duration has expired. Sailor Mab can use this attack once per battle.

I was interested as setting up Mab as a counterpart to Juliet, hence whiteouts/blackouts -- if you can think of an alternative sphere that would keep the attack, that would be lovely!

Would Volcanic Ash be alright? I'm assuming yes, due to the fact Volcanic Lightning and Volcanoes are both valid spheres, but wanted to make sure <3

Would the Gloaming or Dusk be acceptable spheres? Gloaming means 'to grow dark', so it seems like it'd be fitting! Sorry to bother you over this so repeatedly >>

Kyu says both are perfectly fine, although she was worried the Gloaming overlaps too much with spheres since it's both twilight AND sunsets AND night -- would minor wording changes to make her the senshi of Soot to make her a more applicable mirror of Sailor Juliet be acceptable? If not, I will stick with Dusk biggrin Zero Dream hasn't been in Moonshop in a very long while, so I'm not worried about Deneb Kaitos.
