          [General Information]

          Name: Selina Kyle
          Nicknames: -
          Titles: Catwoman
          Age: 26
          Birthday: May 5th
          Star Sign: Taurus
          Gender: Female
          Race: Human
          Moral Alignment: Villain
Personality: Personality-wise, Selina is a woman of many faces. As a master manipulator, Selina is more than capable of passing off her lies for the truth and creating fantastical stories and personas or identities for herself to aid in her heists. In that respect the woman is devious and not to be trusted, and in the rare chance that she does come through on something, nine times out of ten she'd take what she wanted and leave before things got too serious. She's the kind of woman to use a companion as bait for a clean getaway if such a situation ever occurred without so much as a half-second of hesitation. Selina is not above using her own sexuality as a weapon, and wields it exceptionally well. She has charm and beauty for days and will flaunt it like none other.

          [Personal Information]
          Height: 5'7"
          Weight: 133 lbs
Occupation: Thief, Cat Burglar, Masked Vigilante
          Sexuality: Heterosexual
Likes: Shiny and Expensive Things, Cracking Codes, Manipulation, Success, Playing Dirty, Sensuality and Sexuality, Femininity
Dreams: None in particular, pretty much just to live a happy, fulfilling life... whatever that means.
Dislikes: Losing, Being Repressed/Told what to do, Being trapped/caged, Emotional Attachment
Fears: Losing her loved ones (which is why she rarely ever opens up to anyone or accepts them into her heart)
Darkest Secret: he truth about Catwoman's past is not one known by many people and not a story that Selina is willing to share with just anyone. Much of the stories she tells to others are lies. Most of it is a subconscious defense mechanism that prevents her from getting too attached to others: she believes that the farther away people are from the truth, the more easily she'll be able to betray them should the need arise.
          Favourite Food: Sushi
          Favourite Drink: Milk
          Least Favourite Food: Anything deep-fried
          Least Favourite Drink: Water
Loyalties: Selina's loyalty is... virtually nonexistent. She does things for herself and only in her best interest, which sets her apart from most individuals with ulterior motives. While she may appear to be on your side, one should never be fooled because at the end of the day she's more than likely to stab you in the back and run off with the spoils or her personal things of interest. That being said, when people truly gain her trust and forge a real friendship and bond, Selina is known to go to great lengths to protect them regardless of the risks or ramifications.
Intelligence Level: In terms of her intelligence, Selina could be considered a genius in her own ways: the woman has a high aptitude for learning and a surprisingly logical/creative mind in that she has the innate ability to deduce, deconstruct and bypass or disable even the highest of security measures. Though she may not hold any fancy college degrees or have physical and official documentation to prove her intelligence, those who know the woman already know better than to doubt Selina's skills or her brilliance. Growing up on the streets of Gotham taught her to be resourceful - to make do with what little she had and ultimately power through and live another day. Her survival instinct is virtually unmatched, and she knows almost better than anyone when to walk away from a fight and will not so much as hesitate when she needs to flee the scene and spare her life. Selina is conscious of her own personal limitations and shortcomings and will work around it in the face of adversity, but she is also disciplined enough not to show even the slightest of doubt when she's under pressure.
Dominant Hand: Right, though Selina taught herself to be ambidextrous early on as it made pickpocketing and thieving that much easier.
Strengths: Self Preservation, Resourcefulness (both in and out of combat), Lock Picking, Hot Wiring, Hacking/Tampering, Tracking, Stealing and Thievery in General, Disguise and Acting, Seduction, Manipulation,
Weaknesses: Selina's greatest weakness is perhaps her inability or reluctance to form proper relationships or friendships with others despite her deep-seated yearning to have someone be there. This is due in part by her belief that relationships lead to exploitable weakness, which can only lead to heartbreak and more traumatic experiences.

          Cherished Items:
          - Whip: Catwoman employs as 12 foot bullwhip and shows great proficiency in the use of it as a weapon. She normally keeps it on her person, but may also carry it in her boot or in a small backpack.

Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint: Selina believes that it's a dog-eat-dog world out there, and if you don't take control of your own life then you'll be consumed, chewed up and spat out like everyone else. She believes that if she wants something done, then she'll do it herself instead of relying on others or waiting for an opportunity to present itself. She's not above a little flirtation or flaunting her sexuality to get what she wants, and takes pride in her playful and flirtatious nature, believing it's more of an advantage and a trump card of sorts than anything.

Religious Viewpoint: Selina isn't one to be devoutly religious, though she considers herself a Catholic.

Romantic Viewpoint: Romance isn't really a top priority in Selina's agenda. If anything, she's more like to sabotage any form of relationship she did end up getting into for the reasons stated above.

          Biography
Selina was born in the slums of Gotham City to a somewhat large family. Her mother was Maria Kyle and her father was Brian Kyle and they were... less than ideal to say the least. Maria tended to spend more time with her cats than she did her children, and would eventually commit suicide when Selina was young. Her father was only a little better, but Maria's death had been hard for him and he seemed to take it out on Selina in particular. Selina resembled her mother more than her sister did, and this stress eventually culminated to Brian's death from alcohol poisoning after struggling and ultimately failing to cope with his life. She was the older of two sisters, though after their parents died the children were separated into different orphanages. Selina, however, managed to escape that fate for a short period of time after deciding that the conditions in the orphanage were less than favorable. Instead, Selina chose to live on the streets, fending for herself as best as she could. There, she began her career as a petty thief and a beggar. At that point in her life, Selina honestly believed it couldn't have gotten any worse, but when she'd finally gotten caught by the authorities and was taken to Juvie.

Selina claims that Juvie was the sole place where the girl seemed to belong. She hated it with a passion, but her time there allowed Selina to reflect on who she was, and what she wanted to do with her life. Though she wasn't quite sure what she wanted to do with her life, Selina had ultimately decided that whatever she did, she would never get sent to any institution ever again. Upon discovering that the Juvenile Hall had been embezzling funds, Selina took any opportunity she could in an attempt to expose this to the media and the public and discredit the facility. Breaking into the records room in the dead of night, Selina managed to make a run for it with the crucial files at her disposal. It was then that she'd decided what she wanted to do with her life - to break into places and essentially take things that weren't hers. Not for any particular reason, mostly just for the thrill of it all.

By then Selina was about 15, and she found herself on the streets yet again, though this time with a different outlook. Her crimes became more and more elaborate, and as she began to master her own body and did things she'd never thought she was capable of doing, Selina's fascination towards the concept of superheroes began to grow. For the first portion of her life Selina was mistaken for a boy due to her attire - baggy sweaters and loose-fitting jeans - but as she grew more and more confident with her skills, an entirely new persona was forged from the memory of her mother: Catwoman, the sexy, sultry, graceful, nimble and skillful burglar of Gotham. Years were spent towards crafting this persona and honing her skills with various individuals around Gotham, but it wasn't until around the age of 20 that Selina knew she'd finally made it into the big leagues - her first encounter with Batman, Gotham's caped crusader himself. It was at that point where Catwoman's emotions were sent spiraling out of control. For the next year or so, their frequent encounters left Catwoman divided in terms of where she stood with the concept of love and relationships. Had she fallen for him? This was a question she'd never be able to answer.

After Batman disappeared along with all the other heroes in the world, Selina receded into the shadows, taking a break from her life as Catwoman in order to reflect and tie up loose ends. She'd eventually return, however, as the Legacy initiative became more and more known to the world. With no real sense of direction as to where she wants to go, Selina has taken up her old ways yet again.

          N/A

          Enemies:
          ○ Bruce Wayne (Batman) | Good | It's Complicated
Selina's relationship with Batman was... complicated to say the least. Nine times out of ten they found each other on opposite sides of the playing field, and they've both shared a number of fights both against each other and with alongside each other. In that respect, Catwoman can be considered an enemy of Batman just as Batman is an enemy of Catwoman, though it's not nearly as simple as that.

          Family:
          ○ Maria Kyle | Neutral | Mother
Selina's mother was the inspiration behind her 'Catwoman' persona. She was inspired by her mother's distantness, interpreting it as an escape from the reality that she was living, but Selina decided that she was going to be much stronger than her mother had ever been. Instead of living in her own little world, she'd bring that fantasy into reality, and from those ideals the masked burglar of Gotham was born.

          ○ Brian Kyle | Neutral | Father
Selina's relationship with her father was volatile. She knew that he never liked her or cared for her after the death of Maria, and it was from him that she believes her trust issues stem from. Really, if you can't trust your own parents, then who can you trust?

          Romantic Relationships:
          ○ Batman | Good | It's Complicated
The very fact that Batman is an enemy of hers makes it somewhat difficult for Selina to have a proper relationship with him, but that never stopped her from having a little fun here and there. Initially reluctant at first, Catwoman eventually caved in and gave into her own personal feelings of attraction towards the man, and though she had considered living a normal, married life with the likes of Bruce Wayne, Selina could never bring herself to it. They were just too different.. but it was maybe that difference that made their relationship so strong.

Claws: Catwoman's gloves and boots contain special retractable claws which are formed of a strong steel which extend from and retract into her gloved fingertips and boots when she triggers pressure switches. They can shred a bullet-proof vest, punch through an aluminum frame car door, or dig into porous surfaces to climb.
Whip: Catwoman is highly proficient in the use of the bullwhip. She employs a 12 foot long, black leather braided bullwhip which is normally carried on her person either in her boot or in a small backpack. She also carries a cat-o-nine-tails which she wields with expert proficiency.
Pistol: In the rare event that Catwoman's whip does get taken from her, she carries an American Derringer Model 1 on her.
Caltrop: On some occasions, Catwoman may be seen carrying and using caltrops, especially when she needs to make a quick getaway.
Bola: Typically used to entangle her opponents from a distance.

          [Other item Information]

Burglary Tools: Among her burglary tools, Catwoman is known to use ropes and other forms of restraints, duct tape and other assortments of gags, sleeping gas, knockout darts, high-tech and low-tech equipment like infrared goggles, etc.

          [Ability Information]

Peak Human Physiology: As a result of years of endless conditioning and training Selina's own bodily functions are said to be enhanced to the absolute maximum of a human's potential - that is not to say she's anywhere close to the level of a textbook 'superhero', her strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, durability, accuracy, dexterity, intelligence, reflexes, sensory systems, speed and stamina are merely at the point of exceeding anything that could be classified as 'normal' or 'average' and may at times appear to be supernatural depending on the situation.
Hand-to-hand Combat: Selina has years of extensive training in martial arts and various other forms of combat, having been trained by masters from all around the world. Her experience in combat has proven to be an asset in many occasions, and her deadly precision and speed make her an asset to any side she fights for.
Acrobatics: One of Selina's greatest feats lies in her ability with acrobatics. As an accomplished acrobat and athlete, Catwoman has no trouble employing tricks and techniques in combat to both confuse and disable her opponents. Her ability to perform virtually any form of acrobatic movements have been noted by many opponents in her past, and some even claimed that her acrobatic prowess was virtually superhuman.
Stealth: Having been compared to the likes of any feline, Catwoman is said to be one of the stealthiest criminals to ever hit the streets of Gotham. When she doesn't want to be seen or heard, then it's nearly impossible to trace the woman's movements without some extra technology to help. This is one of the reasons why she's such a successful thief.
Thievery: Selina made a name for herself as Gotham's foremost master thief and burglar. Yet it's not really in her style to rob from a bank, no. She'd be more likely robbing from some rich government official or businessman than directly from the citizens of Gotham. Her targeted objects tend to be anything from priceless jewels and cat-shaped artifacts to important documents and classified files. There's no real sense of direction as to who she hits or why she does it - Catwoman tends to steal on a whim.
Disguise: In many cases, Catwoman uses disguises to assist in her 'projects'. She has dressed as both men and women, young and old and played the parts to a T.
Feline Empathy: Catwoman has a natural affinity to cats. Feline species tend to flock to her and accept her as a friend in any given circumstance, including larger cats that are traditionally believed to be hostile towards humans. This allows her to calm injured cats, train them, befriend them, and form strong bonds with them.

          [Weakness Information]

          ··Nᴏ. Dᴏɴ·ᴛ sᴄʀᴇᴀᴍ. Sᴜʀᴠɪᴠᴇ.··

Mortality: At the end of the day, Selina is a human and suffers from all the limitations that any normal person would - fatigue is one of the big factors that limit her as she doesn't have some infinite supply of energy she can simply tap into. Selina is susceptible to death by disease and sickness, blood loss, advanced age, and all other things that humans can die from. She's by no means a one-woman-army either and is more like to run from a fight that she knows she can't win than to continue on stubbornly.

Eobard Thawne was born in the year 2463. He was a special boy from the start, having an IQ 211. He graduated college at a young age. But he was fascinated by the Legends of The Flash. So for his PH.D he learned all could about the mysterious Speed Force. Eventually he began to start experiments, trying to tap into the Speed Force. One day though, in a turn of events he tapped into the Speed Force, starting to harness its power. As he did so he became Professor Zoom, a criminal Speedster but the Flash would stop him each time. Through training he eventual got fast enough and ran into the past. Upon the discovery of Time Travel he hatched an idea. Returning to his time he collected a few items. Now he had the means to remove The Flash from the equation.

Eobard ran back in time to when Barry Allen, The Flash, was a young boy and killed his mother. Sadly for him he had become trapped for a time. Being trapped he vibrated to age himself a little so he could hide as he regained speed. He had spent twenty years in the past, which partly drove him mad. As the insanity of knowing what happens become reality before his eyes he became insane. Going back to his younger self he became Professor Zoom once more. Committing crimes on various scales as the desire to return home grew more and more. And thus birthed his idea to become The Flashes rival so he can eventually steal The Flashes Speed.

Over the course of the race against The Flash he partly enjoyed it. His own speed and skills growing so he could make The Flash run and work harder. But when all the heroes vanished he began to run all around. Eventually he figured out a way to get them back, but it was just reversing and running back in time. Shrugging at the idea he ran and ran, stealing what he wanted. He mostly ran though to find a new rival, a new Flash, so he could steal their Speed and return to his own time.

[General Information]

Name: Lois Lane
Nicknames: "Lois does just fine, thank you"
Titles: Superwoman
Age: 33 (Immortal technically, but chose that age to match the actual Lois Lane)
Birthday: August 17
Star sign: Leo
Gender: Female
Race: Demigod by birth, Amazon by title and heritage
Alliance: Villain
Personality: Just like Lois Lane, the original, Superwoman is stubborn, hard working and hard getting. She is cunning, manipulative and of course lovely. Like her actual counterpart, Diana Prince, she is aggressive, a champion and someone who will ultimately do what needs to be done. She is charming and deceitful, pulling many to her ploys and schemes. To these reasons, she is a Crime Lord of the Crime Syndicate, employing many Made Men to carry out goals. Like Diana as well, she is empowering to women. The difference is she wants them to realize their best potential by being powerful. Take control over the man made world through any means possible and seize it for their own. Only the strongest men can survive.

[Personal Information]

Height: 5'2
Weight: 120 lbs
Occupation: Investigative Journalist
Sexuality: "Whatever I feel like it should be."
Likes: "Power, of course and how to effectively organize it."
Dreams: "What's power without a man behind it? Our children will certainly become powerful from our strength alone or maybe I can just delve into some magic and make something happen all the same with someone of the same sex. Whoever helps me accomplish my means"
Dislikes: Wonderwoman
Fears: Anti-Monitor (Destroyed Earth-3) Other than that, she fears nothing. After all, she ruled Earth-3 with an iron fist alongside Owlman and Ultraman.
Darkest Secret: Replaced the actual Lois Lane of this Earth. Whether this Lois is still alive or not remains to be determined.
Favourite Food: Urban food like pizza to some of the classier things
Favourite Drink: Blood red wine
Least Favourite Food: Poppyseed Chicken
Least Favourite Drink: Soda, but that's not much of a dislike.
Loyalties: Crime Syndicate, but also to herself
Intelligence Level: An Amazon posing as a journalist on her Earth. Those two things alone makes her mind highly formidable. She is able to pull most to her quips and charms relatively easy without having to use the Lasso.
Dominant Hand: "Right, of course. This thing was just made for cracking this bad boy of Submission."
Strengths: Manipulation
Weaknesses: Her plans being revealed will cause her aggressive demeanor to expose itself. She also takes "weak" individuals lightly, casually toying around with them than finishing them off. She can be easily surprised.

Cherished Items:
Lasso of Submission

Philosophical/social viewpoint: "Power drives us and makes us stronger. Did you think that women had to be weak!? Ha! The meek shall not inherit the Earth!"

Religious viewpoint: gods and goddesses exist through every realm because they created every realm of Amazons and Thalarions. Lois is the daughter of Hades, which explains why her appearance is darker compared to Wonder Woman's, so asking if she believed in deities in the first place was just preposterous.

Romantic viewpoint: She thrives off power. Owlman, Ultraman and Mazahs (Shazam) were three potential candidates. Owlman because of his intellect, Ultraman because of his power: Mazahs won out because of both traits, but Superwoman clearly can choose again on this world. Men, Womenn, heroes, villains are all fair game. Whoever can sire a powerful child like the last will more than likely be eyed by her.

Biography
Traditional History

Void Biography (because this bio is vague (Traditional), I shall expound on it a bit using rule of inverse (Everything Wonder Woman is, Superwoman is the opposite of)

Lois Lane is the child of Hades as opposed to Zeus, born on Themyscira like every Amazon. Like Diana, she trained to be the strongest, but by her heritage, she was proven to be very aggressive and dominant in what she desired. She triumphed over others, proving herself worthy to wield the title of champion of the Amazons and wielder of the Lasso of Submission. However, she was not given permission to leave the islands. Just yet, anyways.

Her time came the moment men crashed with their planes and mechanical devices on the island. It was a weakness to show resolve, which some women did, feeling sympathy for this outsider known as Steve Trevor. It was her right to lay down the law. With her eyes, she melted the skullcaves in on the Amazons who proved they could not do the unthinkable and slay the outsiders and with her Lasso, she made this man kill himself. Now proving herself effective to handle the outside world, her mother gave her the full blessing: Go out to the world and dominate. Bring it to the Amazon's rule.

Lois Lane was her name and she snuck into the human society by being an investigative reporter. It was there, she met him, the last child of Krypton known as Ultraman. When they first fought in battle, he was amazed by her prowess but as time went on with the Syndicate, she met Owlman and the even powerful Mazahs. There, the deceit among all three began.

Earth-3 was destroyed, but Owlman had a plan. He always did. Using sorcery, he trapped them all within the confinements of a box, letting some fool unleash them out onto a new world when the time came by their misunderstanding of destiny. Superwoman was one of the first to emerge out into the world, but Owlman was waiting on them. Things ended sourly before, a huge revelation that ultimately blew up in her face, leaving Ultraman all the more cautious of her and Owlman even more illusive. She flew off to Metropolis to look for her counterpart. She was just like her, from head to toe. A reporter that worked for the Daily Planet. The only difference was that she was not an Amazon. She had no power. Well, that was debatable given that her father was in the military and her younger sister very much the same. But what about this Lois? Superwoman deducted that if it was anything like herself on Earth-3, the person of power was Ultraman. To her surprise, neither this Lois or Superman was around. She played that to her abilities all too well.

When "Lois" returned, it was the highlight of the year. This investigative journalist was back in the spotlight, getting the nitty gritty details most valued her for, being an ankle biter to this Lex Luthor at every turn. Nobody was ever the wiser about who she really was and so she played this out for years until she began to make some effective moves. Now, she's back to working with the Crime Syndicate members present on this world, ready to seize it for theirs. As much as she would have liked to easily do it when there was nobody to question their power, she preferred a challenge, especially from another Amazon or someone from the Paradise Islands.

The main three, Superwoman, Ultraman, and Owlman himself also have a distinct liking and profound hatred to each other.

Enemies:
Justice League | Good | Counterparts
The Syndicate and the League are opposites. Wonder Woman has her Lasso of Truth, Superwoman has her Lasso of Submission. Superman is weak to Kryptonite, but powerful under the yellow Sun. Ultraman is empowered with Kryptonite and extremely weak under the yellow sun. Need anymore be said that they're all polar opposites with different morals?

Family:
Lucy Lane | Good (Superwoman) | "Sister"
Her sister after she adopted the false moniker of being this Earth's Lois Lane. She had to feign tears when news struck that this Superwoman had vanished alongside other heroes.

Samuel Lane | Neutral (Hates the Justice League, but ultimately does what he thinks is good for the commune of the American society) | "Father dearest"
Such a weak frail old man. Does she really have to pretend this is her father? She can only play this game of charades for so long, but what can she say? He does have "power" with the military. Maybe she could put that to use with a little help from her lasso.

Relationship explanation

[Weapon information]

Lasso of Submission: Earth-3's Lasso of Truth. Deemed worthy to wield it, Lois Lane uses it in her efforts to seize control of Earth. Those who are bound under it will find themselves to submit to her power and obey her every words. Just like the Lasso of Truth, any Amazonian or true god/goddess who are not demi by birth and attained such a godly status will be able to resist the effects of this lasso. Same with individuals like New Gods or those form Apokolips. Even those with the strongest of wills have submitted to this lasso.

[Other item information]

Item name: Any item that is neither a cherished item nor a weapon would go here. For example armour, med kits etc. Please include an explanation for each item.

[Ability information]

Ability name: Amazonian Physiology: Superwoman is just like Wonder Woman, from head to toe in terms of abilities. However, to say that Earth-3 Amazons are similar to Void Earth and Earth-1 Amazons would be a lie. Superwoman bears the title Super for a reason because she does not need blessings from goddesses to grant her more power. She has it already from being the child of Hades (opposite of Diana being the child of Zeus). Only weapon she carries with her is the Lasso of Submission. The rest will explain itself from coming from this physiology.

Superhuman Strength: Superwoman's strength levels are above that of a Tamaranean's strength level, but below that of Superman, Wonder Woman, and Ultraman. She is able to send figures like Black Adam flying, but if they match her strength level to the above aforementioned, they can easily outdo her. To these reasons, she is effective at using deceit and other ploys in a fight against stronger opponents, her Lasso being one of them.

Heat Vision/Laser Sight: Her title is Super for a reason, often seen as being a Pseudo-Kryptonian. Superwoman can fire lasers from her eyes to extreme degrees, rivaling Ultraman. One of the reasons why he admires her powers as well as hates her to no extreme measure.

Superhuman Durability: She can take blows as well as diss them. Regarded as the Woman of Steel, Superwoman is able to deflect bullets with relative ease, but fighting against others that can match her strength like Black Adam or even Superman, can wound her just like she can to them.

Superhuman Stamina: Superwoman is able to get back up without tiring for days, just like Diana. Just like her however, any toxic substance that enters within her body, she is not resistant against.

Flight: Superwoman is able to fly through her divine heritage. She is able to move fast or slow depending on her mood. Fighting through the air is also something she was trained to do, making her tough in even aerial combat.

Superhuman Sense: Her senses are heightened to a huge degree. She can see from far distances, hear from far distances. She can even smell. These things allows her to dodge bullets if she chooses to do so, but she never does. She's too arrogant to do such a thing.

Superhuman Agility: Champion of her realm, Superwoman fought to be the very best so that she may set herself out onto the Human realm and conquer it. By her status, her agility is that beyond of a normal Amazon. She has extreme reflexes and balance that is capable of making her counter hand to hand blows to even weapons.

Immortality: The Amazons were gifted immortality on all Earths. The people of Themyscira lived forever, though could be killed in war or in an accident. This is very well the same for Lois of Earth-3

Divine Veil/Empowerment: By her heritage, Superwoman is naturally blessed with a veil that makes her immune to magic attacks done on her. However it has it's limits because she's not able to deflect everything done to her, like non magical attacks. She's able to sustain damage.

Self-Sustenance: So long as she stays on any Themyscira, she does not require food, water or any other form of nourishment to maintain her health and vitality. Although they are not susceptible to the throes of hunger, this does not mean that Amazons don't consume food for enjoyment. The Amazons frequently hold great festivals wherupon food is served.

[Weakness information]

Foreign Bodies:: Just like Wonder Woman, none of her abilities mean nothing if she's exposed to a foreign toxin. Superwoman has been shown to be subdued countless times with knockout powders or relaxing substances.

Non-Magical attacks:: She may be a fierce fighter like Wonder Woman and magical attacks done on to her may prove to be ineffective, but in an inverse sort of akin to Superman, she is not safe from non magical attacks. People like Lanterns or even Kryptonians to a Speedster: If it can damage her skin, it's guaranteed to work against her. To these reasons, anyone non-magical is a better opponent to fight her. However, a super powerful magical being is capable of negating past this divine empowerment if they are able to absorb it.

Biography

Owlman's Traditional History

Biography for Void Earth

As it is ever decided upon, every Wayne has a fail safe. Like Batman has avoided the clutches of certain death on numerous occasions, so has Owlman, which now brings him to the verse of this Void Earth. Owlman has mastered the way of traveling through to other universes in order to expand the find a suitable environment for the Crime Syndicate of America: A world that is similar to theirs and just ripe for the taking. Owlman often lurks in the shadows of Gotham City long enough to gather intel of this world. He knows that the heroes have slowly begun to vanish off bit by bit, something he didn't need to hack in to the Batcave to gain access for when it was Nightwing who had unfortunately discovered him. Although Thomas knew very well this wasn't his Talon, like he had done before, he still attempted to make amends to this Grayson. Mid-fight, which left Nightwing on the losing end, Owlman attempted once more to talk to the male but in the blink of an eye, he was gone, his body fading away into presumed nothingness. What was remarkable, however, were that the supposed villains still remained. This allowed Owlman to step up his plans a bit further.

Among his lurking in the time frame that Batman had finally vanished at last, the male had grown intrigued about this Earth's counterpart to himself, Thomas Wayne, Jr. He broke in to the Batcave undetected to access Bruce's files to know if "himself" was truly weak. What the figure discovered upon was a name of Lincoln March and a location to a facility hidden within Gotham's ancestral walls; the sewers of Old Gotham. What he discovered were the leaders killed and none other than his counterpart himself reigning over to rule the Court. Impressed, Owlman withdrew the notion of killing him...for now, instead lurking as he does best to bide time for the big reveal. Him and Superwoman both.

Batman and Owlman are both similar except Owlman is a cunning madman who is much stronger than Batman in several aspects because he doesn't have that particular off-switch that Batman keeps mentally that prevents him from becoming like the rest of those he would otherwise fight in the name of Justice.

Everyone else | Good or Evil | Those who would oppose the Syndicate
If anyone wishes to argue against the Syndicate, they should understand their points are moot and they should otherwise shut it. This isn't a negotiation; it is supremacy. Those who would oppose because of their views, such as the Rogues of Central, The League of Assassins, A.R.G.U.S., and even the League themselves will find themselves having a common enemy.

Family:
Martha Wayne | Neutral | Mother
Unlike the loving Martha Wayne of Earth-1, this Martha is snobbish with plans to horde the fortune to herself and plan Thomas Wayne, Sr. demise. Thomas Wayne Jr. takes the liberty of shooting her first.

Thomas Wayne, Sr. | Neutral | Father
Thomas Wayne Sr. is too busy with his job to help support the family. It was no love lost for Thomas Wayne, Jr.

Bruce Wayne | Neutral | Brother
Alongside his mother and father, Bruce was shot first by Alfred when he began to steer away from the plan Thomas advised in killing their parents. Thomas took the final shot and despite his change of heart, it cannot be determined if this Earth-3 counterpart to the Batman Bruce would have even been good or not.

The Outsider | Evil | Butler
The Alfred Pennyworth of Earth-3 and a member of the Crime Syndicate. Because of a fatal encounter with the Earth-3 Joker (Hero in this world), he was revived by Owlman, but it left him with a permanent laugh, usually seen after he is done speaking with a "Ha."

Romantic Relationships:
Superwoman | Evil | Ex-Romantic
Wonder Woman's counterpart. While they are on a first name basis, even going as far as to become intimate, Thomas is aware of Lois's actions that she otherwise attempts to hide from everyone else. He is a Wayne after all.

[Weapon Information]

Owl Suit: Unlike Batman, Owlman only has need of one suit. This suit is extremely versatile, air tight and reactive to almost every situation. If the lights go out, Night vision turns on instantly. If Night vision fails, Thermal vision activates and so on and so forth. As seen when engaging Batman, if anything toxic of any form were to near his face, a filtered mask instantly appears. This suit enhances his natural abilities with various devices that increases his natural power to far greater levels than attainable by his own power levels, making him a well rounded opponent. This suit is also extremely durable, able to take blows from Superman himself even and prevent telepathic users from being able to see what goes on in that mind of his.

Utility Belt: The contents mainly remain the same; items such as plastic explosives, nerve toxins, batarangs, smoke bombs, a cutting tool, a grappling hook gun, and lockpicks. The belt has also its own automatic security systems and with his genius intellect, the top hackers are unable to access in to his suit and gun because of this belt.

Gadgets: Other than his Plasma Gun and A.I. system that feeds into his suit, Owlman currently has none, but this will be upated in roleplay as he breaks in to various facilities.

Owl Claws: Gauntlets that are fit to Owlman's forearms and hands. A jerking hand gesture, sets off a trigger mechanism to extend and retract six inch curved, slender, single-edged blades. These claws serve as his grappelling hook, which can dig into any surface and provide support to launch him into the air.

Plasma Gun: Owlman's main weapon that set himself apart from Batman and even though he also has a utility belt, this gun comes with several features. It can be used to open up portals when he has accessed enough energy to travel to another universe, but it's main feature is the ability to fire out plasma in the form of exploding bullets or in on beam ray. To those with healing properties, unless you lack a proper form of durability, this weapon is fatal because of the fact that the plasma will still keep on burning once it has made contact, preventing the healing/regenerative capabilities from kicking in. This is how he got rid of the Court of Owls Talons.

Talons: His equivalents to Batarangs. They are shaped like claws however and he is able to fit them between his Owl Claws like actual talons. They may be smaller than batarangs, but they were extremely sharp and their curvability offers recurves. They are capable of cutting through various materials easily in a matter of seconds as seen when he began organizing crime in Gotham during the Crime Syndicate's invasion.

[Ability Information]

Genius Intellect: Like Batman, Thomas has an extremely high IQ and uses that when he's fighting, or trying to find villain and hero alike. He has trained himself to be more of a detective, realizing it came with the job. He is capable of observation, forensic investigation, and inductive and deductive reasoning. Given his lack of superpowers, he often uses cunning and planning to outwit his foes, rather than simply "out-fighting" them, though with his suit, he can send Bane and other brawn opponents reeling.

Imposing Will (Fear) : Like Batman, Owlman has an unnatural aura to him that sends shivers down most spines. This menacing will can even appear like it's an aura radiating off of him and on numerous occasions, just him approaching someone will cause them to erupt in fits of fear and despair.

Master Tactician and Strategist: Thomas is an accomplished strategist. He is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation.

Advanced Hand-to-Hand Combat: Like Batman, Owlman is a master of over 300 Martial Arts, from the usage of weapons to just the traditional hand-to-hand. Like Bruce, he's had nothing by time and wealth since the murder of his family by both his and Alfred's hands.

Manipulation: Getting people to do what he wants without letting them know it. This includes scheming, seduction, and other such machinations. Owlman was born with a poker face on. He can lie as easily as breathing with no tell-tale signals of it, such as dilated pupils or an accelerated pulse. The only person who can truly match him at this game is Bruce Wayne, the original and actual Batman.

Advanced Weapon Expert: Martial arts training has given her more than adequate skills to use any object she can find as a weapon. He is skilled with knives, swords, and blunt objects but has no issue using anything He can if his claws fail him, which is why he has his trusted Plasma Gun.

Acrobatics: Despite his appearance, his joints are extremely flexible, making him a skilled acrobat and the suit dedicates itself to those needs.

Danger Intuition: Thanks to enhancements, he can sense nearing dangers and sense unwanted or hectic threats to their well-being, acute danger, potential immediate danger, evade danger, and impending danger.

Multilingualism: Owlman is fluent in various languages, both alive and dead.

[Weakness Information]

Human Clause: Despite his enhancements, Owlman is a human all the way through. If a person can get past that suit of his and what he has done to enhance himself, they can effectively wound him.

Theory of Opposite Irreletivity: Because this created theory has caused him to become a tad nonchalant, Owlman would not care if something was to actually happen to him. As it is to him, nothing actually matters because it will occur again and out of this occurrence, it will be much worse. That being said, if he were to die, another Owlman would merely venture on to the same path and succeed where he had failed, but he won't fail.

Battle of the Minds (Outwit): Just because Owlman is the superior version to Batman, this has not stopped the latter from getting the upper hand on him before. Owlman is human underneath all of what he wears and he who dares it, prevails. Will you step in to the abyss like he did and not blink?

Biography

Lex Luthor's History until now

When the disappearance of the worlds heroes began, Luthor realized eventually Superman would disappear too, and he didn't want his archenemy leaving without him saying so. So he set up Superman to challenge him one last time, which involved an illegal trade deal of chemicals that was going to be administered to the people of Metropolis, and he purposely led a trail of breadcrumbs all the way to somewhere of his choosing. And like he planned, Superman traced it all to him and found him in his Warsuit, ready to go one more time with his hated foe.

The battle was one of their most intense, but just when he had Superman on his knees, and he was about to finally kill him, Superman disappeared, denying Lex his final victory. But like any refined, classy man, he moved on, glad that Superman was gone, even if it wasn't by his hands. That still means that he can do whatever he wants now.

The 5 years since that day has been him basically expanding his business power until he has shares in every business in the city. He has also decided to modify his Warsuit, give it a new paint job, and when crime started rising, went out to inspire hope in the people as "Superman". This is all so he can basically get unanimous love by the people of Metropolis so they don't see the shady deals that goes on behind the scenes. For he plans to let the whole world know that he will be the champion they want.

[Weapon information]

Weapon name: Weapon explanation and description, Include factors such as range, piercing strength, etc.

[Other item information]

Lex Luthor's Warsuit: When he feels he has to fight hand to hand, he will turn to his trusty Warsuit. The original one was created on Apokolips as a gift by Darkseid, but he has had many others over the years. They all have one thing in common: they are all built to fight Superman. Thus they have a lot of weapons and systems that use Kryptonite.

The Suit has the following abilities:

Superhuman Strength: While not as strong as Superman under normal conditions, it can be a match when Superman is weakened by the kryptonite weapons. It can easily overpower Batman and Deathstroke.

Superhuman Durability: The alien armor is able to survive direct blows from Superman, however it can still be destroyed by the Man of Steel eventually.

Flight: Normally through thrusters in the feet.

Force Field: Generation all across the armor and seemingly unprotected head from the torso of the powered armor. Or as an energy shield from the left gauntlet. Combined with the armor itself, it creates enough defensive protection to survive Superman's godly strength.

Energy Projection: Lex uses an arsenal of kryptonite to exploit their ability to weaken Kryptonians; allowing Lex to even the odds against the otherwise invincible Superman. The most recent version only has green Kryptonite blasters housed in the palms of his hands

Energy Blade: Housed in the right gauntlet, made out of kryptonite fueled plasma.

Kryptonite Energy Spikes: Under armor of the right arm.

Kryptonite Weapons: Lex sometimes carries around a large spear or axe with the blade of the weapons made out of kryptonite.

Kryptonite: Lex Luthor always has Kryptonite on hand in case someone like Superman shows up. Luckily he learned his lesson and carries the chunk around in a lead lined case so he doesn't get poisoned.

[Ability information]

Genius Level Intellect: Luthor's intelligence is nearly unrivaled, making one of the smartest minds on Earth. His many plans and plots to attack, maim, and generally bring ill will towards Superman were all subjects to a major plan to find a way to end the idea of Superman as well as the Kryptonian himself. Luthor has solved complicated equations in a few minutes and holds a myriad of masters and degrees. He's found cures for diseases in deep thought and found ways to better mankind while still profiting from its destruction.

Business Management: Lex Luthor is one of the most shrewd businessmen in the world, a trait that has earned him an immense fortune second only to entrepreneurs like Bruce Wayne and Steve Dayton. Unlike Wayne however, Luthor is not above using cutthroat tactics, unethical practices and illegal operations to maintain the success of his business empire. At the height of Lexcorp's power, Lex Luthor virtually owned every business enterprise in the city of Metropolis.

Political Science: Lex Luthor's corporate skills applied just as sharply in the political arena as they did in the boardroom. As President of the United States, he groomed the best candidates to serve as his cabinet members and knew the intricacies of bureaucratic politicking as well as any other former Chief Executive.

Leadership: Although Luthor's tenure as president ended in scandal, he successfully guided the nation during the massive alien invasion. He's led a large amount of supervillain teams and done so quite effectively.

Science: Lex has solved complicated chemical equations in seconds. He understands the variety of powers associated with the human metagene and manipulated it for his own purposes. He claims he found a cure for cancer as well as AIDS but holds them in his personal notes to better bank on it's research.

Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic): Lex Luthor is also trained in hand-to-hand combat, though his personal Amazon fighting instructors consider him a sub-par combatant with poor form. He has single-handedly fought with Nightwing and Batman, although he only won these fights due to such advantages as Nightwing being drugged and him still wearing parts of his old armor when he fought Batman.

[Weakness information]

Massive Ego: Lex Luthor has a huge ego, and is arrogant enough to think he can't lose, even if he is beaten many times before. Well most of the time he gets away, so it can be a case of losing battles, but he would likely say he'll always win the war.

Cannot Comprehend his Foes: Lex has issues comprehending the motives of those he fights. He always has glossed over the idea of Clark Kent as Superman as in his mind, why would any god want to be someone like Clark?

Human: Lex Luthor outside of his Warsuit is just as vulnerable as any average human. Lex tries not to be put in these situations, but sometimes even his mind can't forsee everything.
