 This year's Halloween event will be a little different.
Screw ORPs!
No not really...[.01] To participate, just fill in the form below and answer the questionnaire provided.
[.02] Try to keep your questionnaire answers short and sweet!
[.03] Try and answer it like how your character would answer it. You can enter as a Raevan or as a Guardian. Sadly, non-owners would not be able to participate.
[.04] For the actual event, a custom spooky/fun prompt will be written for you according to the info we collected via the questionnaire. It will be posted in your journal with the mule.
[.05] Or if you prefer, we could setup a temporary thread in this section of the guild if your journal is not up to date yet. You can then move your progress into your journal when you're ready.
[.06] You can complete your prompt however you wish. Cramp everything into one solo? Fine. Do several PRPs for it? That's okay too. There are no restrictions.
[.07] As long as you complete them in a timely manner. We'll not be strict with the deadline, but try not to drag it to Christmas.

Do you like Halloween? Yes, it's a wonderful holiday.
What spooks during Halloween are you most scared of? I'd have to say anything to do with killer clowns. That's creepy as ********. Have you seen "IT"? That gave me nightmares as a child. This clown epidemic in our world needs to end.
What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? I'd love to see a fortune teller stall. Where they come to read palms, cards, and other such things for the families. I think that'd be wonderful. But please, get a real medium to do it, none of those fake, 'only for pay' tellers out there.
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? No, I no longer dress up...that is unless Calista drags me out in something. But, personally, I don't tend to dress up in anything. I'm the boring old man of my group. *chuckles* Though if I had to dress up, it'd likely be something very bland and boring, like an old school vampire or Frankensteins monster. Calista would have to force it upon me, though.
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Ah, I would have to say angels and demons, being as basic is that is. The constant struggle of good versus evil and the roles those two play heavily influence today's culture. Even though when we look at good and evil, it's all based on perception. The most righteous angel still has their dark spot just as the most sinister demon has the capacity for good.
Do you like things that go bump in the night? Not incredibly. I'm not super partial to bugs or scary things.
Do you have a deep dark fear? If so, do tell. *sighs* If I have to say it, my biggest fear would have to be a painful death. I already don't do very well with pain, but a painful death, that'd be torturous and probably my deepest rooted fear. Or any death involving water, drowning, or air deprivation. No thanks.
Do you like clowns? NO, NO, NO! No clowns, please, god, no clowns. Did you not read my spookiest spook answer? Clowns creep me the ******** out.
What do you feel about a blackout in a thunderstorm? Honestly, this doesn't phase me. I'll light my candles and have a relaxing and wonderful evening at home.
Do you believe in aliens? In this large a universe, how can you not believe in aliens?
What bug bugs you? All of them? Specifically any bug that can fly or jump. Or spiders, yeah, I don't like spiders.
Gore, yes or no? Yes, because I don't mind gore whatsoever.
Do you like horror movies? List your top 3. Ah, I'm only a fan of the horror genre when I can watch it with a friend. The scream movies are pretty cool, and I have to say any of the paranormal activity movies have also caught my attention. I won't watch "IT" anymore, but I have to say that it was a good horror movie.

Do you like Halloween? Yeah! I liked it even before I could eat the candy. I don't like it as much as Christmas, Valentine's, or New Years, but dressing up is fun and it's great when everyone treats each other nice.
What spooks during Halloween are you most scared of? Oh, anything that jumps right out or tries to grab you is really scary... If I gotta be specific, then um, probably ghosties, 'cause there's so much they can do to us but we can't really do anything to them.
What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? Bobbing for apples! Or, uh, corn mazes! Hay bale rides? Wait, those are all normally at Halloween Carnivals, aren't they...? OH, OH! Face painting! ...Crap. (He laughs. He is not super creative with this kind of thing.)
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? Uh-huh! This year, I'm swapping places with my dog Tango so I'm gonna be the doggy and he's gonna be the croccy. Cesc baked us fake dog treats and everything!
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Gosh, I dunno... all of 'em? Mermaids seem so nice, though. I just like the idea of pretty fishy ladies saving people from drowning!
Do you like things that go bump in the night? Not really, but I don't really think about 'em much? Nita's scared of the dark but it doesn't bother me. I wouldn't like it if things started bumping, though... probably.
Do you have a deep dark fear? If so, do tell. Oh, uh... do I have to? It's-- mm... okay. I'm scared that... w-well, I'm scared of, being completely alone. Having nobody. There being nobody. Just... stranded, you know? That's really scary...

What do you feel about a blackout in a thunderstorm? I don't really mind? It's kind of annoying when I can't charge my phone or games, if the blackout goes for a long time, but it's not so bad when you're all stuck in one together.

What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? DDR, hay rides, corn mazes, pumpkin picking. I love all of that harvest crap. And DDR, which is not harvest crap but is still fun.
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? I was Indiana Jones last year, but I've been too busy to think about what I want to do this year. I guess it depends on what Ursula wants to go as. Short answer: yes, I'm dressing up, but I don't know as what.
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? The ones that lure people places through singing or tricks or whatever.
Do you like things that go bump in the night? I don't like the dark unless I'm in a place I know. So, no.

What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? Pumpkin carving displays/contests, costume making, haunted house/mazes (not that I'd participate in either but they ought to be there), booths selling themed knickknacks (spell components, wards, charms, summoning tools, etc), perhaps crafts of the same variety, a grand spectacle like Nightmare Before Christmas (IE, you take part in the creation and celebration, not just perusing and spending money)
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? Nope, haven't since I was 11.
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Dragons

Do you like Halloween? Yeah!!! It's so super fun with all the costumes and stuff and the pumpkin carving and the cool music! I guess the zombie stuff is kind of weird and offensive though? I just try to ignore it but Dad gets real mad about it. That's kind of funny though I guess.
What spooks during Halloween are you most scared of? I am not afraid of any Halloween monsters because they all look super cool except for undead people, who aren't monsters, and who I see every day in Dad's office anyway... .. . .
What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? Face painting!!!! I want to try painting peoples faces! And food stalls so I can blog about it! And pumpkin carving contests! And souvenir stands! And- And-

What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? I really like kitsune! They seem pretty dreamy in anime and they use their magic in a less boring way than Lorenzo does.
Do you like things that go bump in the night? I mean, most of Lorenzo's clients and Grandpa are technically things that go bump in the night, if we're being rude about it. I like those people on a case-by-case basis. I love my Grandpa, though.
Do you have a deep dark fear? If so, do tell. I am afraid of my phone running out of battery when I super need it, and I am afraid that I look gross and undead, and I am afraid that people won't like me, and I am afraid that Kamisama Kiss will never get another new season.

Do you like Halloween? Yeah! I love all the cool costumes and the awesome makeup looks you can do! I wish I could eat the candy though...
What spooks during Halloween are you most scared of? Umm, I guess ghosts are kind of scary, and like... demons? But only the bad ones!
What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? I'd love to carve a pumpkin! Or maybe a corn maze!
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? Definitely! I'm going as a demon, my costume is so cute!
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Oh my gosh, I just love mermaids. And fairies! And vampires are kind of cool, they're all dark and mysterious.

Can we post in your journal? No, I'm working on a solo that hasn't been posted yet.
Do you like Halloween? Well, yes, but it's more of a holiday I participate in for the sake of tradition. My niece comes over, debuts her costume, we paint pumpkins and leave them outside. If I were alone, I'm not sure I would do very much other than decorate the house and hand out candy.
What spooks during Halloween are you most scared of? God, I hate being snuck up on. Absolutely can't stand it. It's just not funny to leap out at someone and send them into a fit.
What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? They have Halloween Carnivals now? I mean, they probably do and I'm just not as informed as the rest of the world, but... Probably bobbing for apples or fall themed drinks. I know my niece and nephew would love face painting, though. I'd take them to something with that.
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? Yes, only because my niece is adamant that I'd make a great vampire. I've decided that whatever vampire I'm going to be will be carrying a cup of red berry tea and sit in a rocking chair for the duration of the night. I'm not the one taking her trick or treating, after all!
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Ghosts, honestly. Why did they choose to stay here? What could they be holding on to? Are they trapped here? How did they die? I think I'd have a lot of questions if I ever met one.
Do you like things that go bump in the night? My house makes a lot of noises and I'm pretty used to it. However, I'd probably be concerned if something crashed... So really the answer is no. I'd be pretty upset about having my sleep disrupted.
Do you have a deep dark fear? If so, do tell. Oh, God. Falling. Not even just that. Walking up stairs, slipping, and bashing my head open. My body laying there in a heap to fester until someone decides to check up on me. I shudder whenever I think about it.
Do you like clowns? No. The very idea of a clown walking towards me makes my blood pressure rise.
What do you feel about a blackout in a thunderstorm? ... Depends on the time of day? Pretty okay if it's during the day and annoying during the night. I have a drawer of candles to use, so I could still read to pass the time. An inconvenience at most.
Do you believe in aliens? ... Yes. I'm not very confident about telling others about that, though.
What bug bugs you? I'm not very bothered by insects, actually! The only things I don't like handling are centipedes and millipedes. Something with that many legs shouldn't exist, but it's senseless to kill something based on the amount of legs it has.
Gore, yes or no? No. Anything above a large cut is too much for me to handle. Excessive use of blood and guts in movies is absolutely abhorrent. It makes my stomach turn and my blood boil.
Do you like horror movies? List your top 3. Not very fond of horror movies, to be honest. I've seen many "classic" horror films and tolerated westernized versions of eastern films, but I don't find them enjoyable or terrifying. However, as I'm mulling this over, I do recall that I don't like seeing large swarms of birds because of that one movie... Getting your eye pecked out must be one of the worst feelings on this planet.

What activity would you like to see at a Halloween Carnival? Pumpkin carving and mazes and bobbing for apples and costume contests and music and a bunch more stuff!
Will you be dressing up for Halloween? If yes, what? I'm gonna be Storm from the X-Men cartoon!
What supernatural beings fascinate you the most? Shapeshifters! There's so many different kinds, and even Ronan's one technically, though he hasn't changed in a really long time. It's always neat hearing stories from him.
Do you like things that go bump in the night? Sure! I'm up at night a lot, and there's lots of cool things! Though some stuff can be creepy too... (but mostly still cool!)
Do you have a deep dark fear? If so, do tell. ... not being able to fly anymore, and, um... getting really sick or hurt by bugs, or bad things happening to my family and friends... I don't want to think about this anymore.
Do you like clowns? Um... not really?
What do you feel about a blackout in a thunderstorm? Well, I can see the dark so that part doesn't really bug me, and it's something new! It can get kinda scary if the storm's really strong though.
Do you believe in aliens? They're definitely out there!
What bug bugs you? Mosquitoes!!! They're so annoying when I go on hikes, though a lot bugs are cool. Well, except for ones that eat trees... I... I try not to think about those too much...
Gore, yes or no? N-no thanks... I can handle a little blood I guess? But that's about it.
Do you like horror movies? List your top 3. I'm not sure about horror but spooky stuff is fun! Scooby Doo on Zombie Island is really good, oh, and Paranorman! Van Helsing was awesome too, if a little silly, thoooough I'm not sure if I was technically allowed to watch that (don't tell Ronan!)

Do you like Halloween? HELL YEAH! Raz said my colors match the holiday perfectly, and I’m excited for Halloween night! Can’t eat the candy but, hell, the s**t we get to do is fun!
