The weather was lovely, his pack was settled in for a nice long nap. Issaly was content with his current situation. Well, almost completely content. He bit his lower lip as he thought over a certain hybrid. Aysun. The strapping youth was a bit older than him. Seemed to know a lot more, than him. Though, Issaly noticed something pretty obvious now that he truly sat to think about it. Aysun was a little dense. Issaly knew that he, himself was dense, but had learned to pick up certain vibes and go with them. A strong one was if someone was paying attention to him. His instincts prickled at his mind as if someone had let water drop along the back of his neck. He noticed that feeling a lot when he was in a market and someone talked to him...as well as got a little closer than he would of liked. That happened around those who talked to Aysun as well. He shrugged chalking it up to Aysun’s animal magnetism. That sounded just about right to describe the elder. Issaly giggled as he sat under the tree. The male was pure raw animal instinct, attraction...everything. He played with the edge of his sash as he leaned back with a goofy smile.
He was a bit more wrapped up in his own little world that the sudden jarring of Ullyee from under his legs startled him into a rather loud squeak. He looked up and around to see what it was that had her react so suddenly. Seeing a flash of a new beast he stood slowly. Gathering his sash around his shoulders as he felt a chilly breeze. Warmth along his back alerted him to Abysio’s presence. He reached up absently to stroke the beast into calmness before he gave a soft call. “Hello? Is anyone there?”
A sharp yowl was his answer as a Prezi jumped out of the bushes. Abysio let out a low growl as Saalin joined him. Issaly rolled his eyes at the two of them, a sharp snap of his fingers twice had them silenced. “Growling is no way to introduce yourselves.”
He stepped around Ullyee to walk slowly forward. “It’s okay. We aren’t going to hurt you.” behind him Abysio gave the small earthling a look that pretty much opposed that statement. As Issaly lowered his hand the Prezi hissed while swiping. Issaly misjudged the range and his hand shot back into his stomach as sharp pain lanced across it. He whined a little as the small beast took off. Looking down at the tiny beads that started to form on his hand he made a face. “Well. That was uncalled for.”
He held up his other hand as he heard Abysio and Saalin attempt to chase the Prezi. “Its smaller and faster than you two. Don’t go after it unless you know what’s around us.” he said while glaring down at his hand in thought. The youth knew what herbs could help with this. So, standing. He set about finding the salve he made a few weeks ago. It should still be...aha. There it was. He took it out and after allowing Abysio to lick his hand clean of blood. He swiped some of the salve over it before wrapping it with a leaf and then cloth. Sighing he stood to make his way back towards where he last saw Aysun. Perhaps the elder could look over it to make sure nothing serious had occurred.
