Gabe was out doing some neighborhood cleaning. He had the day off tomorrow so he decided to help out around the neighborhood. He had caught wind of a gang breaking in a convenience store and took them by surprise. His get-up was reasonably budget for now, motorcycle jacket and pants over a hoodie all black. But his most identifying features was his mask, made of natural looking wood it was featureless other than a mouth in a small grin, it not like he needed eyeholes anyways, the plants where doing a honestly great job doing the seeing for him. He wanted to look creepy to the crooks and the seemed to work better than he thought he just hoped he didn't look like a villain, he couldnt exactlly tell. He had them all restrained hanging upside down by strong thick vines that now looked like they owned the place. There where enough plants here to confirm he got them all and the city trees saw no back up was on thier way. It be an easy enough clean up he had left commands with the plants to wither away when the police would go cut them down. He left these crooks to wiggle around as he went to the next crime scene. He had a police scanner running in an earpiece. There was a house fire, sadly that was a bad idea for his plants. But there was a small shoot out he likely could take care of so he headed that way noting to himself to try and get balistic gear for under his clothes.

He was walking during that time, just musingly to himself, mind you. He had the habit of doing that and with a charming smile and nice nifty walk to his stature full of swagger, he had not the slightest care in the world. He had the camera strapped around his neck though, so clearly he was out for business. It seemed to have come his way too when he noticed a figure walking around like they were dressing to impress, but what particularly he was now curious to find out.
Crime rose a lot at night, that was a given. Ferek was not with the company of others, which could strike some as odd, but hey, maybe he was some journalist looking to get more in within his pay grade. Maybe, but not in his case. Well, just a little.
Either way, this figure was walking about to clearly handle two of the situations laid out before them and the panicking figures they were around: Either the house fire or some nearby gunshots. Had Ferek cared himself a bit to be the detective?
The camera itself began to float in the air, going to a high angle as much as he willed it while he himself took to another alley and essentially vanished, though truth be told, he only began to float and soon soar into the night air, his clothes seemingly twisting from the hoodie he wore into something else.
Because he was in the air, his first priority, clearly, was the fire. He began to descend almost as if he were walking down stairs, only, he was in the air. With a raised hand. orange energy emanated and projected outwards, the male using them as means to provide stability and of course clear out the fire. One by one, some began to leave out from the fire. Still, his mind was a bit focused on the person he had briefly seen. Another time, mayhaps. The camera snapped from afar, displaying his heroics.

The fire and the shooting where close to each other and as he had expected the plants near the fire where sending messages of Oh my god Its a fire ahhhhh! He had arived quickly on rooftops by making plant bridges to cross on. He had the plants follow him and was able to use them to also disarm the crooks before the saw him. He left them stuck to the wall of the alley that they had decided to use as thier gang shootout. He left the gangs to face each other on either wall. Mabye they could work it out.
After Gabe finished the plants notified him that someone was saving them from the fire. Curious he went towards it and perhaps he could still help. He approched the scene and was able to get a clearer view of the area the plant seem to see their saivior up in the sky. He turned his head to that direction more to indicate he knew they where there, he didn't actully see them. But he assumed he was a good guy seeing as he was killing the fire not stoking it.
While the fire was still going Gabe heard from a higher window that a kid was crying. He bolted over to under where the window was. He used some seeds he keep with him so he was able to grow a plant to take him up to that window where he crawled in. He kept the plant by the window to locate the kid. He scooped up the kid who promptly hugged him. He went back to the window and had the plant lower them to safely. The kids mom ran over to claim her kid and Gabe also recived a grateful hug.

Everyone for the most part appeared safe, but who was he to leave it to chance? Maybe someone else was trapped inside. He glanced down to see the mysterious figure saving individuals from the fires all the same. He would inquire about his motives a bit further, but the vague thoughts of panic and fear clouded his mind from focusing in and all he was left with doing was going inside the inferno.
He didn't need to worry much about inhaling the flames. The mask he wore paired with his own creations made forth from his telekinesis kept him safe. It was the voices of others, those that began to plague his mind that he was more concerned about. They might not have come to his mind correctly, but he knew when they gave warnings. In this case, something told him not to open the door. Instinctively, his mind created the scenario for him as a construct of orange light tore through the wall next to it. He flew inside, carrying the coughing figure back outside.
"Everything's clear" he said aloud, his hooded face examined the masked figure below once again and the male walked downwards as he had done before rather than float down. He took into account the various flora and fauna sliding away and coming faster in several locations faster than a wild kudzu.
"A mind that bears no ill-intent, though we might nneed to talk about that mask cause it's really painting another story" he chuckled, though he was still floating, a bit lazily as he moved around the male a bit, his voice moving around with him, which probably made it drag around, something he personally liked doing, whether he knew the figure before him was blind or not. "And can grow the Amazon within a few seconds. To whom do I call you?"

Gabe and the other super were able to get more people out untill the coast was clear. At that time he was approached by the hero that was helping him. "Yea it a bit of a budget work in progress. I'm not exactly a fashion designer. Though I must be scarier than I had planned though it does hide my face quite well " He said. The plants told him the guy was moving down and around him but where he heard the guy was slightly off, which was confusing. Prehaps that some part of this guys ability. "Havn't used it much yet but I go by Evergreen, it's kinda dorky but accurate." He said introducing himself. "May I know your perfered name? I rather not just use hey dude." He asked courious himself.

"Evergreen...Interesting."
He hovered around for a bit, examining the male for a bit, taking in the sights of the costume more than anything else really.
"Maybe I know a thing or two about designing" he shrugged. "Maybe, but we'll see how things turn out, like now."
On cue, more gunshots were sound off nearby, which prompted the male to activity, beginning to float. He looked back towards this Evergreen figure
"You can call me Cosmo. Captain Cosmo. Care to joinn me i this little venture?"

 The eyes are useless....
"You can't do worse than me." Gabe said shrugging which was true he didn't even know if the jacket or pants had accent colors, not like he could use the plant vision for that. "Well then Cosmo if you're flying I may need to speed up I can only go so fast on my own, you did get to the fire first" He definitely wouldn't be able to keep up with someone flying. Following this Cosmo character He made paths for himself with the plants he would still use the plant to help boost him along. When they got there he could restrain most the shooters very easily with Cosmo doing the rest. The plants themselves didn't like getting shot at but he could heal them and some could take a bullet very well if not out right block it. A few of the crooks hung by the street lamp while the other ones he got where pinned to the wall.

The thought of actually giving this person a lift phased through his thoughts. Getting by on plants was probably an interesting sight to see however, but already, this Evergreen was on the move with these plants. Ferek simply moved onward, a bit faster than the individual, but letting his camera snap pictures all the same. Finally, he arrived to the crime scene ahead of his accomplice.
He assessed the situation and he did so quickly. Drug deal went south apparently in the park, specifically the ball court where basketball was being played. Ironically, it was such a rubber ball that began to float around in the air, shooting forward as it hit several gang members heads, bouncing back and forth between them as much as Ferek willed it.
He was far from done however as his telekinesis went to the next stage, orange constructs appearing as bullets already soaring were halted by the barrier, protecting the innocent lives that would have been hit by mistake. He waited for the sirens nearby to intensify before letting his hold on the detained figures loose.
"Doesn't matter how fast a person can get to a destination. It's what they choose to do the moment they arrive and you've shown your skills all too well."
Again, no hostile or hidden intent emanated from this male's emotions. Either he was good at it or it just meant that clearly his passion was for the greater good.
"Fighting alone however. That's not something we should keep doing."
He extended a hand outwards towards Evergreen as if inviting the male to take it.
"Perhaps you and I can take this conversation somewhere a bit more privately?"

"Sure is this place close?" Gabe said before he took the offered hand. The city had lots of trees that kept him updated on what the figure was doing and if anyone where to sneak up on them. "I assume we are flying?" He asked. He wast too trilled with not touching the groud seeing as he couldn't judge the height very well.

He nodded.
"It's very close, but..." he pointed towards the sounds of civilians beginning to pour over at the fact they were rescued as well as the matter of the police beginning to inquire. "I highly doubt summoning plants to leave is the most convenient of methods. Not when there are most wanting to follow you to the ends of the earth right now."
When he offered his hand, this Evergreen individual would feel a grasp around his, but it was not Ferek's hand that helped him up. It was the male's mind itself. He only soared, took them away in the night air, enough to elude past the cops and other worshipers masked as bystanders, before bringing them to a rooftop.
"And here we are at last" he stated, bringing the male down to the ground gently. "I'm certain by now you've heard the reports of Olympia beginning a crusade once more against organized crime. Where do you think you fit into any of those spectrums?"

He was quite nervous until they got to the roof top. He understood the need for it, he didn't exactly want a fan club. "Well if you guys need me im more than happy to help. I have a day job i would like to keep. But yea stuff like tonight I can do." Gabe replied. "Is there a special headquarters of awesomeness." It be neat if they had a base but it had only been a week or so scince she made a public statement so he be suprised if they did.

Ferek smiled, landing down, his feet resting on the granite crafted roof. That went well, his mind detecting the hint of nervousness within the male before him. However, there was a trace of honesty to his words. He genuinely wanted to help out.
"Hard to find sincere people as of late, especially given the recent events of burglars, bank robbers and mass murderers." He walked towards this Evergreen figure, sizing him up a bit more. "The base itself is being constructed as we speak. We're just on patrol for the time being. However"
He lightly tapped Evergreen's shoulders, though his hand never made contact with the male. His mind did instead.
"I believe I can personally help you start making a brand out of yourself, Mr. Evergreen."

"Getting in on the ground floor am I?" Gabe joked. I do appricate the compliment. He was then lightly touched on the shoulder and presented with the offer of a rebranding. Do I get an action figure. Cause that would be cool."

The idea of having his own toy did seem like a reasonable idea. Every good hero had one apparently. That and a set of comics to read on their incredible "adventures" with.
"Hey, don't think too ahead of yourself, kiddo" he chuckled, clearly joking. "You first need to find someone that will want to start drawing you up in your very own comic."
He looked out onto the city, night coating the air and the colorful lights beginning to take form. The first thought was to check out the Surplus store. They had plenty of things there to find.
"Say, you have some casual clothes? It probably would be a bit weird to see a man clad in costume parading through---" he cut himself off in mid-sentence when he saw the wannabe heroes parading through the night to start their own patrols. "On second thought, maybe they won't give a damn. Let's check out the Surplus store and see what we could find? I have a little something floating around in the bank to spare."
