Functioning Mechanics: Cronos is a ball-roller type A.T. Equip with exactly six rolling wheels in the shape of nice fancy dress shoes. One singular rolling wheel takes the back heel while the remaining five divert from the top of the shoe in a triangle design. Cronos is set inside the ball rollers, meant to always be turning and moving. The wheels store heat inside them as they move, working like the flame regalia to store and amplify friction as a friction based ignition system, amplifying the flame effects in the users run. Cronos shoots out heat through the bottom of the users A.T's and thus blasts out high intensity flames whenever the rider is moving. Only the user may actually see the flames as the ball-rollers bend light as they turn, making the idea that there are indeed no flames.

---Road Tricks

----- {Oh Time! l E}
-------► The very basic of all Apollon Riders tricks. Fairly simple in process, the Apollon rider generates amass sense of heat. Time' is just the influence of heat, light, and other Flame based riding aspects to produce abnormal effects. In this beginner instance, the user uses a visual phenomenon known as "Total Reflection". Using the heat build from the Flame Road, the user will cause the temperature and humidity of the air about them to heighten, bringing it to the extent that they become invisible temporarily. This, being the same principle under which mirage's and heat hazes work, is a more discreet and less flamboyant way of producing the road's effects. This is an E Class trick.

-------► By this point, the Apollon rider has control of their heat and updrafts that they can create a shield of heated rising updrafts. This shield takes on the image of a large grandfather clock and a set of gears. These updrafts are more physical than illusion based, able to take high impact damage and slow it down, giving the Apollon rider the chance to block an attack or to escape impending danger. This move is highly effective against projectiles but can "slow" down physical attacks as well. This is a C Class trick.

-------► In the final stage of the Apollon Riders advancement, the user has what some might be a full control of "time". By making full use of the "Over Rev" principle, the rider is able to make near-instant strikes to the opposing riders body. These strikes are so fast and pinpoint a persons body that they make the target immobile. Due to the high movement and speed, the person affected feels as if time has stopped, their perception slowed to a point where they can no longer perceive the Apollon rider. It is as if their eyes have been tricked with high moving lights and pure force. In order to use this move to the fullest, a rider must keep moving. The moment they stop for any reason, the trick ends and must be used again. This is an A Class trick.

-------►: With activation of the Regalia, the user can add more flames and friction to their run, adding more and more light to bend and manipulate. By constantly moving, the Apollon rider is considered to be moving at such a fast pace that they vanish and re-appear. This is simply the rider popping in and out of heated pockets the regalia creates. Due to the immense heat of the Apollon regalia, a wide blast of heat is sent out in the immediate area. Anyone caught within suffers the same affect of being in a large mirage that takes on the image of a large clock tower. With this in place, it allows the Apollon rider to jump into the different air pockets and appear to vanish in and out of "Time". This is an [ Infinity Atmosphere ]

----- {Supersonic Speed Tunneler Supreme Burst Dash l E}
-------►This desperation maneuver is used as a last ditch effort for riders in a subway tunnel or near an active railway train. The rider will press their trecks against the pantograph electrically powering the train, sending an overtly powerful surge of electrical energy to overexert the air treck motors. Despite causing wear to the user's trecks the engine output is instantly pushed to the limits, reaching max. The rider is then afforded a sort of pseudo-sonic speed, the air trecks nearly working on their own to drive forward at immense speed rates. The trick is best noticed by the widened streak of sparks and electricity that spreads out behind the user's thrusting run. If used more than once without at least basic AT repair then the air treck motor burns out, wires are short circuited, and burning from too high an electrical discharge causes the wheels to melt. The AT's are essentially forced into the red wear zone upon completion of the run.


-----{Super Stride IV Sonic Boom l F}
-------► This basic ground technique is used for evasion in a run as well as a manner of striking enemies on either side of the user with ease. The trick is usually practiced by criss crossing bottles or cans, performing rudiment 'Karaoke' styled feet transitions with the skates at top speed. The result is the ability to zig zag in short bursts to the left and right, able to veer with at least a seven foot distance between each strides beginning and end point. This allows the user to evade incoming projectiles of small size or maneuver to melee attack enemies in rapid succession. Ducking, spinning, and crouching are common variations of movements for this trick. This is a valuable asset to the rider's vocabulary, no doubt.

-------►A simple offensive trick designed to make use of centripetal force. The user plants a hand on the ground and swings their feet like a pendulum to strike the opponent's mid-section with a deceptive blow strong enough to knock the wind out of the diaphragm. Originally designed to work in tandem with the trick "Oh! Time!" this trick works twice as effective when both are used together.

-------► An inertia driven attack that combines the speed of the Air Treks with the high energy momentum developed from a high speed run to drive devastating kick through the opponent, sending them flying off in the opposite direction. The method in which is performed is very similar to the trick, "Giant Swing of Time," and similar to its predecessor works twice as effectively when used in conjunction with "Oh! Time!"

    A gift to Zane Jr from his father after being rescued from the NYPD. A smaller piece from your more typical engines. However what sets this engine apart is that it is always spinning at full speed, allowing for quicker reactions and less work required for tricks that require movement.

      Functioning Mechanics: Hades has a simplistically functioning 'fasten on' design made up of the apparently decorative skull front mount. In reality, the Regalia holds the entire road's basis of creation in this singular part. The attachment is mostly based on the front wheels super heating from a friction based heat build up similar to that of the Bloody Road's "Zero-Max-Zero" mechanics. In this process, the Regalia first suctions air, compressing and heating it to the point of supercritical liquefaction. The gas-turned-liquid is then able to be released by a flurry of repetitive kicks, firing off the substance as a laser straight beam or, aptly named, 'cannon'. Though a regular AT user can imitate the process the Regalia allows them to actually create and house this liquid for max pressurization effect. Hatch Venom also allows for a less stressful process of release upon activation, taking components of the [ Infinity Atmosphere ] naturally to create a more efficient run.

---Road Tricks

----- Air Stream!| D
-------► The beginning riders of the famed Death Road begin their aggressive journey with a very volatile (but necessary) skill. The natural run of a Death Rider is composed completely of powerful strides. This characteristic is combined with the mechanical effects of insane braking heat released at incredible speed rates. Though the more inexperienced riders are not yet at a point where they can properly propel the heat, they can expel it in a 'nitrous stream'. By building a massive amount of heat through acceleration of their natural run, the heat will naturally cycle the circumference of the wheel, gathering as a light glowing tint of orange. The layered heat is released in specifically timed strides wherein the user stomps and tilts forward, pressuring and braking with the front wheel for a brief second. Despite the instance of braking in the trecks, the user actually shows no sign of having attempted to stop. Instead the nitrous stream funnels out from behind the trecks, forcing a massive speed increase to reach max in a matter of moments. The release used in the Air Stream trick is a juvenile version of the more powerful, compressed, ones used later on. This trick can only be used every other post. This is a D Rank Trick.

-----Air Canon| C}
-------► More experienced riders of the Death Road have mastered the physical technique required to control their chaotic run. At this point the rider is skilled enough to perform a different type of 'release method'. Specifically, the signature method of the Death Road. Similar to the bloody road's "Zero-Max-Zero" theory, the Air Cannon requires the user first gather breaking heat through their run. The accumulated heat is amassed as a potent aura of vapor (liquified air). In what would appear to be the blink of an eye, the user will snap kick. In said motion the heat is removed from the treck, suspended momentarily, then propelled by a second powerful kick. The resulting beam of heated air has potential to dent sheet metal, completely sear through clothes, and burn flesh if with full and sustained contact. This is a C Class trick.

-----{Air Magnum l C Rank }
-------► This trick was designed in order to eliminate a clear weakness in the Death Road's "Shell(s)". The rider is able to effectively create a stronger "Shell(s)" through charging during a Air Stream/Torrent run. The user gains rapid momentum, by maneuvering themselves around at high speed to gain the heat needed. Then by going into the high speed braking and release method of the death road the user adds a powerful twist kick. Not only do they increase the power of the kicks, they also conjure a higher level of heat/speed in order to give these shells their punch. The angle in which the shots would be fired from the air treks normally is changed. Though changing the trajectory this way gives an added bonus to the shells. Not only do they travel at a higher velocity at farther distances, it allows the user to concentrate the kinetic energy of the shells at the point of impact. These shells can punch holes through various types of defensive shields, walls, barriers and the like with the proper force, drawing a bit of the defensive ability out, then forcing it's way into a weak spot. This is a A rank trick



-----{Air Gatling l A Rank}
-------►Death Riders of the highest level have reached a point where their abilities are able to be broken down to their basis for use. In this uncommon, but innately powerful, technique such is expressed. Like in the earlier learned release method, the user is required to kick multiple times in rapid succession. The motion, however, has changed. After a build of heat from acceleration, the user will arc a kick, braking at the same time their treck leaves the surface used to gain friction. As if performing the 'Air Stream' trick, the user releases a film of heated air. This film, however, is made up of the same vapor as in the 'Air Cannon' trick. The user then releases a massive array of snap kicks, aiming to constantly puncture the film left before them. The resulting effects appears as a bullet stream of heated air beams. Despite being small, the accumulated bullets fire with an intensity far beyond that of the earlier Death Road techniques. This bullet stream has potential to both dent and puncture sheet metal. Each compressed air bullet that make up the Gatling fire evaporate upon contact with flesh, leaving noticeable singe marks and bruises. This is an A Class trick.


-----{Max Output!l IA Rank}
-------► With the Hatch Venom Regalia activated the user's run enters a state of absolute freedom. The [ Infinity Atmosphere ] affords the user a nearly unbarred amount of access to their arsenal, doing so by consistently and subtly vacuuming air. In the natural process undertaken by the Regalia the trecks of the user gain a constant heated aura. The vapor fumes of liquified air appear to exude from the mounted piece of equipment, showing that the inside 'liquid storage unit' is overflowing and working at max potential. This is an [ Infinity Atmosphere ]
• [ C Rank ] and below Death Road tricks do not affect the wear of the King's Air Trecks.
• [ B Rank ] Death Road tricks increase wear by [ 5% ]

This trick can only be learned after the rider has learned Air Stream! By using the same principal as Air Stream, the rider uses the layered heat that is released at a specifically timed stride. The user gets in two long strides to build up heat in both ATs right before a jump. Using the heat and air collected, the user stomps with both of their feet tilting forward to keep momentum. The user instead of being propelled forward is lifted into the air like a rocket. If not used right it can cause extreme strain to the knees after the first use. This trick is to compensate for the lack of jump power the rider may have.

By riding behind or using another rider as a shield to break the wind. At that chance the rider will use that time to gather speed and heat for another boost of acceleration. Once enough heat is built up around the wheels it is then exerting and gives the rider a generated boost in speed

Personality: Estelle is extremely motivated to climb the ranks of ReqiCo and will always lash out at those who insult the company by whatever means. She holds the world of storm riding as close to her as possible, hoping to become one of the faces of the activity one day. After volunteering for one of Flora's new toys, she's somewhat hesitant and shy as a result of her body and mind not used to the many hormones and genes that her new body's mind is subject to.
Backstory: Estelle began life as Eugene Moreau, son to an athlete popular in his hometown. He idolized his father's work and desired to become a great athlete like he was when he grew up fully. His father saw the boy's wish and pushed him along as hard as he could to bring about a great change in his physique. His son had a feminine quality to him, a gift from his mother who he has very little knowledge of to this day. This did not discourage young Eugene from his dream as he trained for years in order to achieve his dream. Sadly, he seemed quite inept in most areas of competition. He grew tired easily and often needed to break after a simple set of twenty reps. While he could hold his own when performing, there was little he could do that could match the raw power his father held over him. His father pushed harder and harder but his son's potential would just not bloom they way he wanted. Giving up around the time of high school, Eugene's fit shape helped him win over many suitors during his time there while he sought to further his passion for computers after listening in to a friend's IT class. It was there in which he discovered air trecks and his fascination with them after riding in his friend's ATs during a lunch break. He devoted himself to his new craft yet still made time to keep himself fit enough to make it appear as if he was straining himself to his father's wishes. Their relationship only became more strained as time let on. The final straw was when Eugene brought his boyfriend of a year over to meet his father. After a session of remarks thrown around, the boy ran away from home and soon, the country itself as he retreated to the new homeland of AT technology. Upon his arrival, he continued his studies at a local New York school before hearing about ReqiCo. seeking internships. He quickly applied and passed the interview in a matter of weeks, eager to begin his new life. Eugene had grown comfortable with his life until he overheard several workers complaining about a lack of volunteers for the boss's "new development". Hoping to leave a good impression in the company, he swiftly volunteered and became the first to receive the bite from Flora's project. After his sudden gender transformation, he refused treatment out of "personal reasons" and used the chance to seperate himself from his father, going under the name "Estelle".

-------► The unique riders of the Ring Road begin their journey with the realization of a very basic, but extremely innate, 'talent'. The link tuner has a natural affinity for 'time', having the degree of attention to such details that they are in tune to perfection in keeping time. Despite its simplicity, having "correct timing" is the basis of a Tuner who both examines and aligns with their sense of rhythm. This talent extends into an ability to recognize familiar riders by the sound of their A-T. This trait works best when the tuner has personally worked on the skates.

-----{Quick Fix l C}
-------► With the introduction of tool usage in the tuner's inventory, they can take advantage of their natural talents to a more advanced level than any time prior. Though tuners are not judged by the speed of their work, but by the quality, they also may find themselves in dire need of the former. For that reason, the user may implement 'makeshift repair' tactics, performing their tool based run with increased efficiency as a result. With the usage of a tool similar in appearance to a stenographer's typewriter, the tuner can get a physical read of the Air Treck's current state, allowing them to mentally diagram and optimize necessities in repair based on a number system read out. What the tuner does afterward is assessed the necessities in treck wear, performing a quick repair based off of the diagnosis. If incorrect hold of the necessary materials, the tuner can go so far as to fully reassemble what would've appeared to have been an unusable pair of skates. However, the repair does not account for a full maintenance check up and will show quicker wear than usual if left unattended. A quick fix can only be used on treks in the yellow or red "zone", and from that point on, the amount of wear caused from every trick is doubled until an out-of-combat tune is performed. (The x2 wear stacks with each Quick Fix applied to the treks)

Her friendly nature means she will not purposely seek to harm others, and she is even able to make serious people join in with her fun. However, despite how simple-minded she appears at first, Napua is a complex person with some rather difficult to understand views; for example, she believes if two people share very different views, it is better they go their separate ways.

Napua does not seem to mind what happens to herself; she will take others throwing food and drink or spitting on her without fighting back and laugh at her own misfortunes. However, she will never forgive anyone for attacking her friends or family. While she loves a good sparring match Napua is against the idea of needless bloodshed, even if honor is involved, and will only step up for a fight when a friend is in danger. However when facing those that fallow the Blood Road, Napua changed dramatically going so far as to actually wish to end the Storm Rider career. She admires those who have courage, as she feels a connection with them.

Despite being calm and brave most of the time, Napua sometimes reacts in ways that are not always fitting in what others expect of her. These include panicking when things go wrong (with parties or non-dangerous moments) or shrugging off people's angry disposition towards her off to greet them in a friendly and honorable manner.


Backstory:
Napuaonalani Keopuhiwa Jones was born the second daughter of Kaolulani Pai, a former Recon Sniper in the Marine corps, and James Jones, a former Navy Seal. The two met after the both left the service and went to Hawaii, Kaolulani returning home, James looking for the opposite of home. After a few years the two were married and had a beautiful daughter Puanani Hawihawi Jones. Puanani was a free spirit and a few years later a wonderful role model. Napua and Nani were inseparable for most of their lives, even being 4 years apart; they surfed, did hula, and later they got ATs finding their wings. Unfortunately this happiness was not to last Nani left for college in New York, while there she was in an "accident" at least that's the official report. However months later in a sister talk she confessed to Napua it was no accident but another rider that carved up her leg bad knocking her into traffic. Nani's left leg was crushed by passing car, though she was going through physical therapy the doctors confirmed she'd never have full use of her leg again.

After hearing that Napua started working out with her parents learning the training regimen they both went through in their boot camps. While they were concerned about her sudden interest they were happy to share their knowledge. This continued throughout her high school and straight up until she left for college in New York and staying with her sister. Napua claimed she wanted to move NYC to help her sister but it was actually to find the rider that caused the "accident".

The user must first break the barrier into low pressure system allowing for smooth riding. Utilizing their perception on the wind currents the user is able to tap into a air stream while combining their tail wind to amplify the speed and distance covered by their jumps. That is the fundamentals to the trick, but the trick itself is to rush full speed using those fundamentals before tossing all momentum gained forward while keeping balance to surf the air. This is a fast moving jump which can cover a vast distance.

The user of the trick lifts the front of the AT while reeving their back wheel. Having some control of the wind being produced, the user begins to form a small ball of air the size of a marble. Keeping this ball of air between their wheels the user can propel this ball like the bullet from a gun by kicking. Once the ball makes contact the momentum of the ball is pushed through the target causing slight internal damage. The majority of the damage is done to the surface of the body causing bruising and some swelling. The user of this trick must specialize in a form of martial arts that is prominently kicking. The user is only able to produce one bullet at a time. This is meant to be a quick surprise shot to the target. As skill increase the user is able to fire more rapidly.

A simple movement trick to give a near instant change in direction to the user, whether on the ground or in the air. Through simple interfacing with the air the user will throw out their arms out and send a medium sized burst of wind. The burst of wind, when combined with a small quarter spin will allowing for the rider to make very sharp turns with little to no turning time. Using this trick too much however will cause extreme stress on the leg and abdominal muscles resulting in the inability to move your lower body. [Ain't momentum a b***h?]

The Gaia Rider will first start by gathering vibrations from their engines and start to transmit them as they throws a kick. The kick would be timed so that the vibrations burst forward through the air treks just as the kick connect with the opponent wherever they hit them at. This doesn't have much of a blunt effect, nor does it do heavy battery damage. The vibrations that are transmitted through the body are aimed to hit a certain way so that they disrupt the enemy in some ways. The effects vary depending on where the attack lands.
Head: Severe Headache, minor concussion, depth perception knocked off, equilibrium out of balance, medical attention required
Chest: Lung spasms for one post, can't breathe correctly
Belly: Rumbled intestines, gut pains for three posts, not severe, but difficult to maneuver at full efficiency
Arms: Muscle spasms, unable to throw punches or block for two posts
Thighs: Muscle spasms, cannot kick or use tricks above C-rank for two posts
Calves: Muscle spasms, cannot jump and cannot use tricks above C-rank for two posts

-------► The very basic of Gem Road riding. By creating a tremor in the ground, the Gem rider can connect with other A.T's using the properties of piezoelectricity. This connection allows the Gem rider to resonate with the other A.T's in the area and match them, shutting them down or simply paralyzing the A.T's. This paralyzing affect locks both/all riders in place once they hit the ground/have been on the ground for one post.

By combining the users control of wing and gaia road abilities, the Jade road rider gains the ability to bring the earth to the sky. By creating a tremor, the gem road rider causes the ground under them to crack and break. Through the use of their wind manipulation, the rider forces pieces of the ground up, ten small shards of earth to be exact. The rider must then follow up with a kick, sending the shards forward. This move has an offensive and defensive property to it, as the user may kick up the shards around them to take oncoming damage. These shards do have a weakness. They cannot hit anything slippery, sliding right off, leaving Smell road riders invulnerable to this move, as well as the shards being forced off slippery surfaces. (Oil spills. Ice. etc.)

Using this technique, Storm Riders rapidly propel themselves up a wall using a series of push-offs and spins to keep up momentum. This gives riders the ability to overcome walls thought impossible with a straightforward jump, and may even save them from falling.

This is a melee-based variation of the Spinning Wallride Overbank 1800, made for close to mid-ranged combat. The user makes use of whatever walls, ceilings, or flooring a room or space can provide for them, confusing the enemy with extremely swift wall hopping and riding maneuvers. The user will propel them self up a wall with the natural corkscrew crouch but may alter the maneuver by springing and inverting their body to continue the run along another surface without any loss of gathered momentum. This accumulates into a range of stunted, chaotic, run maneuvers that give the impression the user is highly focused on aerial and jump based attacks. Contrary to this belief, the constant change in surfaces is a sign of surface/ground based rider skill. The user can easily perform punch or kick based melee strikes but also has the option of throwing all the gathered force in their run into one volatile, unexpected, slam with the legs or entire body.

The "Moon Walk" skill is a supplementary one, becoming usable at any point in time after learning. This AT riding skill is an advancement upon the user's reverse riding. With this ability, the rider can skillfully ride backwards with the same versatility as they do forward. The rider is only required to keep track of their rear every so often, making sure they can tell where they're going. The higher rank the rider is, the less frequent this glancing back is required. Riders of [ B Class ] and above appear to not even have to look where they're going over. Their general skills allow them to ride backwards with optimal efficiency, only needing a single look of whatever is going to be behind them to keep track of what's going on or could happen. This pertains to things such as cars, ledges, or other obstacles where the user could simply maneuver over them as if to have predicted their coming.

    While she loves AT's, Napua is a Hawaiian girl through and through so she felt a normal phone wouldn't do if she decided for a quick swim. Thus she went for a phone that's a bit harder to lose, after all it's attached to her wrist.

    Napua has half a large shark's tooth hanging from her neck the other half is around her sister's neck. They found the tooth as kids and got matching sister necklaces made from it.
