It was his first week at Sovereign Heights and all he could think about was if he would need to transform on campus. Not his new courses or teachers. Not the archery team. Not even if he would make any friends. It was the first time in his life where he was really allowed to be himself and make his own choices and all he could think about was where he could conceal himself if he needed to summon his weapon. Who was he? Who was he becoming? Erytheia didn't know as he sat atop the campus clocktower watching the sun set. If only someone could tell him, but he knew it wasn't that simple. ✪

Finding yourself - that was something he was working on. He had known himself all his life, or at least he had known who he was on the inside and on the outside. he knew what was the lie, the expectations, and he knew the real him. Moving here had added things, changed things...and the additions in part weren't so bad. It was the changes, the things people wanted him to change that bothered him. Some were easy, he even agreed on some, while some other things were just...didn't people understand or see him...know him like he did? No, of course not. Didn't they see the mountain he sat on and the mountain was just things people disliked about him, wanted him to change, wanted him to not be, things he shouldn't do - all things that were negative about him. The pile was daunting and depressing.
He had once been cold to those now his friends, he made new friends via the old ones. he didn't make friends himself. He warmed up slowly to people but once he did...he was loyal and accepting. He was a good friend. Now though...now he couldn't be so cold and closed off, not as a knight. He couldn't be so closed off, and he was doing a good job, but that had caused the whole mountain he sat upon as a storm brewed over head.
He'd had bouts of depression growing up, an on and off sort of thing, but since moving here it had been happening a bit more frequently and he tried to hide it. He was sure he succeeded for the most part even but he worried, always, that Terry might feel it and so he tried, every time he felt it rising up to drown him - swallow him - to stamp it down and hide it.
The day had gone well, classes were classes, and were gone through with a fair amount of ease. But at some point during the few hours he had worked in the early evening the claws of depression had come out of the darkness and took hold of him. The hold wasn't strong, this time, but it was why he was out alone and not out with Erebus or someone else that he knew. It was why he was out despite Havasu telling him he shouldn't be out when he still had stitches in his face, though he hadn't said it in those exact words.
He had his glasses on, since he still couldn't put his contacts in, and he was roaming close to the school he had graduated from last year. Sovereign Heights hadn't been a bad place, though nothing like what he was used to, it had helped and served it's purpose to an extent. He wasn't going to master English in a single school yeah, that wasn't possible, but he'd made great strides and bettered his English skills.
As he neared the school he could feel it suddenly - another page.
Stopping where he stood he took the time to look around, to try and spot this other page. Where were they...? It wasn't likely anyone he knew...he only knew a few pages - right? A few Ganymede Pages...Erebus was a Squire, Havasu also. Xanthus was a knight and so was that Ganymede knight who's name was near impossible for him to pronounce, he didn't think he'd ever manage that name. No...the chances were slim that he would know this page. So someone new...he liked that idea, it brought a smile to his features.
"I can sense you." His words accented but the smile was easy to hear in his voice, in the simple words called out.Meighei I hope this works. Let me know.

The feeling that he was beginning to recognize as the aura of another page like himself filled him as he heard the man speak. Erytheia tried to place the accent, but couldn't. Asian, perhaps? He wondered if the other page would notice his own faint British accent he had never quite completely lost from his childhood. "I sense you as well."The page of Cosmos smiled softly, his golden eyes closing in the light of the setting sun. He wanted to appear friendly. It was not often he met others of his same rank. "What is your name? You can sit here, if you like. I was just watching the sunset."✪

Steeping out into view, searching for the other Page, he spotted them when he looked up - way up. They were on the clock tower...why? They too, like himself, had an accent but it wasn't as heavy nor was it the same. It was like on some of the movies he'd seen....and when he'd watched the London Olympics.
Looking about he took a few steps back so he could jump onto the wall that surrounded the school. From there he jumped for the nearest part of the building he could land and up he went till he was next to the other page.
What a lovely uniform, the detail and colors - the style. It was lovely.
"Venice, you are?" He asked bowing his head once...before remembering to hold out a hand.

"Erytheia." The page smiled and took Venice's hand. It was nice to meet a fellow page and it not be under dire circumstances. Erytheia paused for a moment. He suddenly realized he couldn't quite tell what planet the other knight was from. He didn't recognize anything about the uniform. "Of Cosmos."He looked at the metal heart symbol on the the man's uniform, but it didn't look like the symbol of any of the solar planets. "Who are you a knight of?"✪

"Nice to meet you." When the handshake ended his hand slipped into a pocket of his vest. One it started to get cold out he was going to find a coat he could wear, maybe something long, that was puffy and warm. Deep pockets would be a plus as well.
"Ganymede, moon of Jupiter." He said wanting to not only give the name but also give an idea of where Ganymede actually was...and what it was. Not a planet but a moon.
"Going to patrol tonight? Or just out here...enjoying night?"

"Ganymede? I didn't know that knights could be from a moon or a place that was not a planet in our solar system."Erytheia blushed. He really didn't know what the rules were for knights. He knew each sol planet had knights aligned with it. He also knew that he was a knight of Cosmos, something else entirely. But he had assumed that was the only exception. The page seemed confused. ✪

"A knight can be...a place with a royal senshi - they can have knights." Though he wasn't sure why then Jupiter, Mercury, and the other planets in the system since none had living senshi much less royal ones. He wasn't sure what allowed them senshi but he also wasn't going to ask, it was all just magic.
"Ganymede...Polaris both have knights. Have meet Polairs - long time ago. Very nice princess." He had liked her but he also hadn't seen her in a very long time, he hadn't even seen his own princess in a while. He wasn't sure what he thought about that really, he was conflicted at best.
"Go for walk together and talk?" He questioned the other.

Erytheia nodded and smiled. A walk would be fantastic! "There is a lot I still don't know... but I have been slowly putting it all together... yet as each question gets answered... there is another I didn't even know I needed to ask."The page spoke as he looked around for any civilians and bounded in short jumps down the clock tower so that the two could walk down below. ✪

"It will be like that, long time." He answered. He still had questions, many. It always seemed there was something new, either due to something being answered or something happening. The other would likely always have something new he wanted to know, and something new he'd be finding out - whether he wanted to or not.
"Magic world...many things unknown and much to learn...even by ones involved longer - older." He added after a moment as the other moved to leave the clock tower he moved to follow him down. Glad for it he flashed the other a smile. "Come, we can talk and walk." And then the younger could get back to school and safely tucked into bed somewhere nice and safe, and he'd go home and tuck himself into a nice warm bed.
"I can maybe answer some things...many things I don't know, am new to many things." Being involved in a year might seem like a long time to the other, who seemed very new, but it wasn't as long as others - not by a long shot.

Erytheia had heard a sentiment like that before. You will be searching for a long time. Not all answers will come now. These things take time. "I have been getting that from other knights I meet quite a bit."The page laughed at his own impatience and put his hands casually behind his head as he followed Venice. Perhaps the other page could relate to that too. "You said something about older knights. Have you met many others?"✪

"Is true I have seen. New things learned makes new questions. Fight is very old so many things we do not know...and languages long dead." So it was hard to learn about the past, to find answers. But there were questions and it seemed there always would be. He had accepted it, though he didn't like it. He wanted as many answers as he could get if he was being honest, but he didn't say that.
"I have...one works at city library - Camelot. Much older...is royal. Has more power. Has lot of information - been around long time." He answered while thinking of who else he knew. "Valhalla...have not spoken to much but is knight and has royal senshi partner." So he likely knew a lot as did his other half, those two could prove a wealth of information possibly. The royal was his own even...he just hadn't spoken much to her.
"Gevaudan of Ganymede...was on other side but changed...he and partner many years on other side but knights now." He offered up. Coming up with no one else he shrugged then. "No one else can think of." Erebus, yes, but he didn't know how active his partner had been before they'd met, or how much he knew. "Last two do not have ring...other two do."

Erytheia remembered Camelot. The royal knight had been the first person he had met after his own awakening. He learned much from the man and even more in the months that followed that encounter. "You mentioned a royal senshi as a knight's partner. I have heard of some princess senshi that never appear to their knights yet others that are active in Destiny City." He blushed as he thought about Sailor Cosmos and how he still hadn't met her yet. "Have you met the princess of your planet?"Erytheia shuffled a bit not knowing if that was an appropriate question. "Sorry. I just haven't met anyone yet who knows much about their planet's senshi."✪

"I have...few times." He said nodding his head as if to further confirm his words. Though it had been awhile he had met Ganymede...or Paris as was her civilian name.
"Something of a partner...has to have a royal senshi before knights. So no knights without. Though planets in this system are different - makes no sense." There was, to his knowledge, no Earth, mars, mercury or even Saturn Princess. He was certain if there was a princess of Saturn, Terry would have known about her. But as he'd heard nothing about such a princess he had to figure they weren't alive or maybe they were but not awakened? He wasn't sure what the case was, and had no idea how to figure it out, but he was certain they weren't active that much he was sure on.
"Is ok. I understand." He said reaching out to place a gentle hand on the youngers shoulder and giving a gentle squeeze. "Might be able to contact Cosmos...see if you can meet her." Since it seemed like something the other wanted to do, and he could understand it.

He had long thought of trying to contact Cosmos. Perhaps, with what he knew now, he was one step closer to that goal. "Thank you for telling me what you know. I feel, sometimes, like I am putting together a puzzle that I don't have all the pieces to yet."Erytheia looked to Venice with a smile. He really liked that the page of Ganymede had stopped to just talk. It had been quite awhile since he had been able to do that as Erytheia and not just as Alphonse. "Maybe if I find any more pieces I can share them with you next time we meet."✪
