 Nyria was having a wonderful day, as always. She was gently humming to herself as she slithered her way through the bar, cleaning merrily as if there was nothing that was going to hold her back. Her children were already grown enough to spend most of their time at the Academy, and even though days were a lot quieter, she still couldn't help but keep herself upbeat and happy. She removed a discarded newspaper from the counter when she noticed that it was flipped open to a section about the Stonebank opening for more imbues. She quickly scanned the contents, and couldn't help but wonder if she should imbue again. She already had a lot of children, and they were a handful at times, but she couldn't help but want an even bigger family! Maybe she should look into it?Embi-lamb Sorry it's kind of crap, I wasn't sure how to begin it! xD Roxy could just walk in or maybe they had an appointment?

 Roxy opened the back door of the bar, wandering her way in through the back of the small stage set up in the bar. She had accidentally left behind the amp of one of her band mates and had swung by to come and pick it up. She figured it wouldn't take long. There was a chance Nyria would still be around cleaning up ... maybe the twins would be poking around. Then again, it was past their bedtime, and really -- rather unlikely they'd be skulking around the bar. Roxy didn't know how much Nyria would be in to allowing her kids in to the bar, despite how neat and clean she liked to keep the company. Lost in her thoughts, Roxy made her way up the stairs of the back stage, hooves clacking lightly against the wood floors as she drew the curtains back and made her way out on to the stage, spotting the amp, and the lovely, kind-hearted Nyria still working away, scanning over a newspaper likely discarded by someone earlier in the day. "Hey, Nyria!" Roxy spoke up, attempting to alert the Naga to her presence so she didn't turn around and spook at the sight of her. "I'm just grabbin' my amp, and then I'll be headed out. Unless ... you need some help?"

Embi-lamb lol I actually had a conversation with Moor last night that she would bring her kids to work and if people didn't like it she'd show them the door. Of course, she would probably tell them to go to the back if anyone was being disruptive or was drunk. But I see her very much as wanting the kids to see what she does for a living, especially since it also doubles as a band venue.
"If you'd like to help, Dear! But please don't feel like you have to! I know you have things to do!" She continued on, humming a tune to herself, but for some reason it was like she forgot the newspaper altogether, leaving it exactly where she had picked it up earlier, although it did relatively little to distract from the mess of the rest of the bar, people had a way of being even messier than her children were.

Roxy didn't even give it a second thought. The hybrid set the amp right back down on the stage and walked towards the naga, hopping off the edge of the stage with a small little 'thwap' of her hooves. Once her balance was regained, the hybrid strode over, arms outstretched in a bit of a show, a grin plastered on the woman's face. "A doll as always~! Of course I'll help you. It's no trouble at all. I have nothing better to do at ... 3 in the morning anyways! I am a musician afterall. I don't get up until at least 2pm tomorrow afternoon. There's loooots of time to give you a hand! What do you need done?"It didn't take long for Roxy to close the distance between them, though the newspaper as she neared swiftly caught her attention. One of her outstretched hands scooped the opened paper and noticed the article about stone imbues. The bapho-geist-imp mutt gave a rather lucid blink as she peered at the article curiously, then back to Nyria. "Thinking of having more, are you?" Roxy let her other arm fall to her side, motion at Nyria with the paper. "I guess some of your kids are starting to get older now ... don't wanna be an empty nester, eh? Why risk it. Plus ... I guess ... nagas. Like to be. Yunno. Mothers. In charge of their family. N'stuff. Gods, I hope that doesn't sound racist. I'm sorry." Roxy promptly dropped the paper, shoving her hands in to her jean pockets and tried to distract herself and remedy her social blunder. "Soo ... yah! What can I do? Direct me an I shall aid you!"Koiasi Omg that's great. Jaxon would hiss at everyone, aha!

Embi-lamb lol Jasper would be the exact opposite. Always cheerful, always welcoming and talking to people. They'd probably try to get their twin to be the same, lots of drama! hahaha
For a moment, Nyria blinked and turned to look at Roxy with an almost confused expression, and then, without warning, she burst into laughter so loud that she had to hold her stomach. "You... are.... simply... amazing..." She said between breaths, trying to slow her breathing so she could catch more air. "Some.. might find it... racist... But it is.. true." She started to regain more of her voice. "You're right, though, so I really can't say much about it. I guess I'm really transparent, aren't I? I do love children, and I guess the upbringing in my culture doesn't help that." Her lips widened into a toothy smile. "Have you ever thought about having kids yourself, Roxy? I'm sure you'd make beautiful children." Well, of course, she had to throw a compliment in there, Roxy was a gorgeous lady after all.

"Gotcha!" Roxy didn't wait long before the hybrid swooped in and started to gather up the left over litter from the patrons that had come and gone. Tucking the newspaper under her arm, the hybrid gathered up a smattering of beer bottles and carried them over from the bar to the bag nearest Nyria. The sudden laughter that erupted from the naga made Roxy jerk with surprise, but soon a small bubbling laugh escaped her lips. "I wouldn't say you're transparent. I just see the way you look at your kids. It's a look of pure love. Someone born to be a mother." Roxy dumped the bottles in to the bag, the bottles clattering against each other. "Me? Kids ... well. Not really? I mean. I'd be fine with helping someone else out to have kids. I've just always been so focused on my music and trying to make a real career out of it. I don't really think my lifestyle is all that suited to kids. I think it'd be unfair for me to have 'em and make them be my groupies, yunno?" Roxy grinned at that, hoping the comment seemed innocent enough. "Thanks. For the compliment, I mean -- never considered myself exactly 'beautiful' ... I know y'meant the kids, but that kinda implies I have beauty to bestow on them m'self. I've always considered myself kinda average. So, thanks for the ego boost."Koiasi Jaxon is a brat. He'd probably try and slither away from Jasper XD

Embi-lamb Awww... That'd make Jasper sad, they just want to be friends with everyone! Especially their own twin. lol
"I know I'm not exactly a traditional mother and a lot of people would have problems with the way I raise my kids, but I want them to have access to the things I do in my life, even my work. They need to see life for what it is, it isn't always lovely, but it's what you make of it." She set out a couple rags and grabbed a few cleaning bottles, offering a set to Roxy. At the statement, she just chuckled more and gave a knowing grin. "Oh, it was definitely a compliment. You are a very gorgeous lady, and if anyone tells you differently they're just blind. I wish I could be as beautiful as someone like you." She gave a quick wink and set about cleaning off the bartop.
She swiped the towel along the edge, making sure to get it shining when she looked up from what she was doing, considering the statement that Roxy said. "Well, I would say that I would absolutely love to have your children." She said it purposely in a way that made it sound like a come on, just to see how playfully Roxy would take it, though she meant every word. "Only if you'd like to do something like that, I can understand not everyone is comfortable with having children with someone they're not with. I wouldn't even make you stay or become their parent, if you wouldn't want to."

Her head was suddenly swimming, the hybrid's entire body seizing up. When she returned to collect their forgotten equipment, she hadn't expected ... well, this. There was a few, long moments if silence before Roxy was able to form words. "I'd like that. I mean, might as well with someone you know, right?"And Roxy certainly hadn't expected that. Was that how she really felt? Was she really talking about having kids? Nyria did say she didn't have to play a part ... but, what if Roxy wanted to? Would that be just as weird? Wait, was this weird? ... No. No it wasn't. It seemed ... perfectly normal. "I think you've got a great mother technique, Ria. Roxy smiled smoothly, her body relaxing fully. "I'd be honoured to imbue with you whenever you'd like. Just lemme know so I can clear up my schedule, yah? I'll need to rest for a while afterwards. Don't wanna have to cancel any shows."Koiasi Jaxon doesn't make friends easily at aaalll! Sounds like the two are yin and yang!
