So I've been wanting to start a Pokemon GO thread in here but was nervous to, just cause it's been around so much lately and likely will irritate some - sorry in advance sweatdrop
ANYWAY So anybody in here playing, what have y'all caught so far? Ever played the original games? Favorite Pokemon? Idk - whatever you chat about.
Personally I never got into the original games, they were never really introduced to me when I was younger. I did however watch the show every now and then, and I think a movie.
And as far as my collection goes so far, I managed to catch a Clefable near Mcdonalds yesterday. Was 400 something CP, and I've since upgraded it to 554 CP. I was so freakin' happy, my highest before that was a 230 eevee.

I can't play even if I wanted to, my phone has no more app space, and even if it did my phone doesn't support the game (sister has the same as me and tried to download it, but it refused her). Everyone I know is playing it, so it's a bit sad... Though I'm not entirely sure I'd be too interested in it, since it's so different from the console game I grew up playing.
But, maybe one of these days, about the time the craze calms down, I'll be able to play it and get a cute little Eevee for my phone (I always end up late to the 'latest thing', come in just when everyone's like "Oh, so last year, now we're into Pop Rocks")

Pharaoh Cyanide I can't play even if I wanted to, my phone has no more app space, and even if it did my phone doesn't support the game (sister has the same as me and tried to download it, but it refused her). So today I got to level 8 and got one of those lure incense things. The ones that drop the pink confetti and other players can see it.
I'm gonna go to some populated pokestop area on my birthday, the 28th, and drop it there.
I've never had a big birthday party, so thx pokemon

Ara loved the console games and didn't plan on doing pokemon go but tried it out anyways. It's pretty fun.
Not sure what's rare but I've found a 495 tauros, a 100 venusaur and got an aerodactyl out of an egg.

I got Pokemon Yellow and a Game Boy Color for Christmas when I was 8 and I'm 23 and still playing the games so I was excited to check out Pokemon Go!
The coolest things I've caught so far are a Jynx, a Vulpix, a 570 CP Clefable, and a 260 CP Eevee that evolved into an 860CP Flareon heart
I've had plenty of trouble with the servers, the game freezing, glitches, and all that jazz but I've still been having lots of fun with it.
Charmander and Vulpix were my first favorites, though with the tons of new generations of Pokemon I have a lot of favorites now!
