With slight curls of blu-ish lavender hair framing his face Kentaro tends to wear a sleepy or bored expression. Like most of his family he keeps a golden hair clip in his hair, more specifically, to hold up a sloppy wolf tail. He doesn't have any noticeable muscle tone and is considered lanky and tends to have slouchy posture, causing him to convey a non-serious attitude towards others. He has tan skin with a round face and freckles covering the bridge of his nose and around his eyes.

Perѕoɴαlιтy Kentaro’s family is a group of very exuberant and strong willed individuals, but it seems Kenny broke the mold on this one. He is quiet to the point of almost never speaking. He isn’t afraid to say anything he just isn’t quick to start talking at all. He is calm and well composed 99.9% of the time, even as a baby he was cool as a cucumber in an ice bath. However his calm hides an inner passion he himself doesn’t know he has and when it shows itself it surprises even him.
Hιѕтory Kentaro, or as he prefers to be called Kenny, is the youngest child in the Hakan household. His older sisters, well his whole family for that matter, have big names in the world. His family is a group of master specialists, each relative able to masterfully train and battle with a specific type of pokemon. In case of his family the fire-types are what have taken root their hearts. His father, both uncles, grandfather and even both of his sisters are all fire type specialists. His oldest sister Kenna works at a design firm in the Kalos region while also an avid trainer and combatant in the Frontier League. Her other sister Koru is an intense battler and, in his own opinion, the strongest trainer he’s seen since his father. She earned the title “Frolicker of Flames” and travels the world continuing to hone her skills. He however; has no name yet.
By the time he was born Kenna was already in the Kalos region and Koru started her pokemon journey and he was home sucking his thumb. He enjoyed his carefree life at home. He played with his father’s pokemon and the wild pokemon wandering into the backyard. As he got older he started to think about things with the way they were. He was surrounded by great people with passion and dreams, but no matter how hard he tried he just couldn’t muster up any of that. He didn’t know what kind of goal he wanted in life. Of course he was only 8 but by the time most kids in the world turned 10 they already had a pokemon and were running off to their dreams. One day he actually shocked his family by saying to his parents, “Oh I don’t need to catch any pokemon…”
To them it sounded like he didn’t like them or had no interest in them, but to him he just wanted to convey that with all the pokemon they have at the house already he didn’t need to catch any of his own as he enjoyed their company. He passed the age of 10 and still he kept this stance and it went on for years. His calm and mellow attitude was worrying the family that something was wrong. Nothing was, well kinda, but he just wanted to find his own thing, but he didn’t want to make anyone worry about him either. When summer rolled around after he finished school his parents thought it would be good for him to go on a vacation with them to see his relatives in Sinnoh. While he didn’t think he needed to he complied and went along with his parents to visit. He wasn’t surprised to hear that his cousins Staci and Stanton were doing so well with their careers, but Stanton approached him on what was going on.
There wasn’t anyone his age in their family right now but he did look up to Stanton like a brother, so he confessed his worries and insecurity. Stanton suggested he go on a pokemon journey. He shared his disinterest in going on one, but Stanton stopped him and told him that it was more than catching pokemon. He explained a journey was an opening to the world, to find oneself and along the way bond with pokemon and open new relationships. He could keep one pokemon with him the whole time but it was so much more than he was thinking. By his persistence Kenny decided to stay in the Sinnoh Region. By permission of his parents he went to see if he could “find” his own journey. Before he did he took a job at one of Sunnyshore’s cafés as a waiter to save up some money for the rest of the summer. To his surprise he found a like for cooking during this time, but when summer ended he still decided to go on a journey.
