Okay so Renato, has gone awol? and the art committee needs to get up and running if we dont want to do everything at last minute and cry. The fundraising committee is talking about holding an art action atm is anyone interesting in participating in that? link

As an FYI I'll be organising a mini-comic for the event around July 1st, but i'll jump off that bridge when I get to it

To be perfectly honest, I have no time. Otherwise I would! I have a lot of experience with hosting rooms and committees so let me know if no one else is available but I'm graduating college so it's nuts XD
But I can do a small participation in the art auction.

I would be happy to contribute as long as it doesn't happen during a bad time (i.e. the art won't be due in the second half of May...)

Hey all, I'm quoting everyone so you know we're now looking to make art and graphics for the rooms. By now most rooms should have finished their characters so it should just be a matter of assigning you all to a room. Do any of you have preferences as to which rooms you want to work with? I know some of you have already organised to work with a room, and that's fantastic, but for those that haven't got anything sorted out yet, it's time to work that out. This also applies to graphic artists of course, as each of the rooms will need graphics too.

Okay so we need to clear this up. Spindlen I was under the impression I was doing art for the Global Warming room, but now I'm just heavily confused.
My guess is that Spindlen, you talked to Mae about doing art? If that's something you've organised with Mae then I'm happy to let that stay. If you'd rather be the sole artist on a room though, as far as I know the fantasy prison room doesn't have a designated artist yet, but if your heart's set on pirates I'm not one to argue lmao. Knowing Brokuto as well as I do I think they're probably just doing art for that room because they can/to have something to paint, and not necessarily to be the main artist for that room. There will be some rooms that double up, because I know quite a few hosts this year are artists themselves (everyone in my room is an artist/graphic designer, it's crazy). It's not a bad thing, as most rooms have a gallery post on the front page to display all the art. In any case correct me if I'm wrong and we'll work this out.

PinkieKitty I'd be more than happy to do the art for our room. I'd do the graphics if I had more spare time, but art I can do. That works for me! I can do graphics quite easily so I'm fine with that. I might do some ball themed art as well but if I do it's probably just gonna be for funsies and would take a back seat to your work.
