SCHOOL GREENS Because not everything can be inside a building, ya know? They're called the "greens" because it isn't pavement. But it's not always green. The grass kinda comes and goes depending on the season/if the gardeners give any ******** yourself a bench or lay out on the ground. It's your call.

Prim Rose was starting her first day on the job, and she couldn't be happier. Finally, her hard work was paying off. She had waited years to have a land of her own to look after and care for. Sure, it wasn't as big as, say, the rain forest, but it was a start! From now on, this nymph will be taking care of the schools gardens and all things flora. Though she was eager to get started, she felt the need to introduce herself to the residents. One mustn't barge in and act like one owns the place. Prim practically skipped into The Greens, wishing she had the time to say hello to each and every blade of grass. She opened her arms in a wide, welcoming gesture, beaming to the open yard "Hello! It's so nice to meet you! I'll be taking care of you all. But don't worry! You're all in capable hands." Though to the untrained ears, she was met with silence, but to Prim, the area was bustling with excitement. She had her work cut out for her.
Golden moments in the stream of life rush past us, >>>>>>>> and we see nothing but sand...
Celestial light struggled to filter through the thick canopy as rustling leaves shivered in the cool evening breeze, their stirring like ghostly whispers. Dense foliage covered this part of the grounds--the intermediary between school and forest, the hybrid strip of undergrowth where grassy turf gave way to an overgrown thicket of trees.
A figure towered over the fallen boy, clawed finger tapping a pale cheek in mock surprise. "My, my, what have we here...?" the unctuous voice came, slithering through the eardrums to nestle in the brain's crevices. "Someone who doesn't want to take Underworld Studies...? Too bland, is it for you now? Not broad enough?" A malevolent sneer, not so unlike a sickle moon, shone on the female's face. Glittering rubies narrowed at the shape of the ballroom building beyond before peering eagerly, menacingly, down at the cowering student. "Well. I'll show you--and the rest of this school--to mock me..."
Just then, a shadow eclipsed her smirking face, drawing her gaze upward. "...Eh?"
"Stand down, Lucy."
A growl escaped the other's throat at the interloper standing between her and her prey. "Step aside, old man." Her eyes glimmered dangerously as she waved him away. "There's nothing you can do to stop me. I'm going to devour his soul," she indicated towards the boy behind him. "...and then demolish this inane school once and for all, hahaha!"
"I'm giving you one last chance," the robed man dug in his heels, standing firm, voice like ice. "Renounce your malice, and you can walk away."
"What makes you think I'm scared of you, headmaster?" She spat that last word at his feet before proceeding to gesticulate, "...Always parading around, talking about justice and equality, shielding the weak...." Her anger rose with each accusation of the man's virtues. "It makes me just want to--"
Michael deftly turned as curved talons sliced the air where he stood previously, ripping the gold hem of his jacket. Pity. An unnatural breeze tugged at his clothes, the black fleeing from his vestments to give way to blinding white, as strands of gold threaded themselves about his hand, weaving a winged hilt, then a gleaming blade--a blade that struck true down the demon's side, leaving a laceration of light from whence flesh charred and crumbled into naught but ashes.
"Requiescat in Pace...."("May she rest in peace...." )
As his weapon unraveled itself, his mantle yielding to gravity once again, Michael approached the remaining party looking rather ordinary in his usual black and gold. Helping the glossy-eyed male up, he enjoined, "Go, my child." Stern, concerned eyes sought the other's gaze, as if to assess mental state. "You've had a little too much to drink, and the night grows late," he planted the suggestion into the student's head, a hand gently resting on the boy's shoulder before letting him go. >>>"...May you walk ever in the light," Michael quietly bade, watching the other's silhouette fade away.
Turning to trek toward the building hosting the ballroom, he stole a quick glance at his pocket watch. Wrap-up time already.... Lending a hand with tear-down and cleanup was the least he could do for having "abandoned" his shepherds so.
...angels come to visit us, and we only know them when they are gone.

tl;dr> Porting to the side of a student in need, Michael interrupts the beginnings of a disaster. The antagonist, a teacher who's lost her way to hatred and malice, strikes first, only to leave herself open for a fatal blow from Michael. Crisis averted, Michael sends the student on his way before heading to the Meet 'N Greet just in time for cleanup (aka the event's end).

Kujira sat under the tree, looking over one of his new text books for his class. His little sister Sierra sat in his lap, looking around sadly. She sighed softly, causing her older brother to look at her. "Something wrong, sis?" "I miss mommy and daddy... and the castle... this isn't anything like the gardens at home..." She sniffed, on the verge of tears. Kujira sat up more and wrapped his arms around his little sister. "Shhhhh, it's okay. That's why I'm here. So you aren't so lonely. Mom would never let you come alone. And he's always watching us from any of the forms of water that is around. You know she has to stay on the castle grounds at all times or our home would vanish." Sierra nodded and cuddled up with her brother. "I know... but... but it's not the same... none of our cousins are here... I don't have anyone to play with or talk to other then you... and you're going into really hard classes..." The dragon chuckled and smirked down at his sister. "True, but I am also older then you. Come on... let's take a nap like he used to do at home under the old tree. That might cheer you up." After thinking it over, she nodded and cuddled up with her older brother, both soon fast asleep under the old tree.

Matheo tried to to stare any longer as Shizu smiled and laughed. He was still having a hard time believing his evening ended up like this. He really did think all he would do tonight was read a few chapters of his book and head to his room to pass out. Even though his night did not turned out as planned, he was definitely satisfied. This woman... This temptress, is beyond my expectations. His thoughts were cut short when Shizu called him her handsome escort, teasingly reminded him to get his book and held out her hand to him.
He ignored the blush creeping up his face and quickly turned to grab his book and turned back to Shizu. He was hesitant to grab her hand. Mostly because he was embarrassed, but also because they were in public. While Matheo was no prude, he did feel rather self conscious at times. In the end, he took her hand, too tempted to feel her touch again. "Thank you for reminding me. I have a feeling that I would be rather forgetful around you." He gave her a small shy smile as he started to lead her to the exit.
~~TIME SKIP~~
It did not take long for Matheo and Shizu to make it to the school greens. He didn't speak for a while, just simply enjoying her company and the warmth or her hand in his. Occasionally, he would take a peek at her and for some reason, she looked even more stunning bathed in moonlight. The observation brought a poem to mind and he wondered if it would be too cheesy... or creepy to recite it to her. Matheo just knew he has been making a fool of himself the whole night, so why not end it with a bang. Summoning up his courage, he spoke softly, "The half moon shows a face of plaintive sweetness, Ready and poised to wax or wane; A fire of pale desire in incompleteness, Tending to pleasure or to pain:- Lo, while we gaze she rolleth on in fleetness, To perfect loss or perfect gain. Half bitterness we know, we know half sweetness; This world is all on wax, on wane: When shall completeness round time's incompleteness, Fulfilling joy, fulfilling pain- Lo, while we ask, life rolleth on in fleetness, To finished loss or finished gain." When he finished, he took a quick look at Shizu and then quickly looked down at his feet. He was beyond embarrassed now and started mumbling apologies. "S-sorry... I just thought of it and... Well.. I- Sorry."

[Mood]:Delighted//Thoughtful[Health]:100% [Location]:School Greens [Wearing]: Same outfit from ballroom.. [Thoughts]:Matheo needs more confidence then I thought, he is also quite the charmer~
Shizu really did wish that he could read people’s minds. Alas, it was not one of the powers his species had. Well, one he didn’t have. Sometimes he swore his mother had it at times. That, or it was a mother thing. Just like having eyes in the back of their heads. A slight shiver ran through his body as he thought over it again. Instead, focusing his attention to the charming man in front of him.
Once again, Shizu let out a brilliant smile and a laugh that sounded of bells as he watched the male’s reaction yet again. Though, he was simply delighted when the male chose to take his hand, enjoying that he once again could feel the male’s warmth. Shizu was not one afraid of public display’s of action. Though, he did have standards on what all he would do in the public eye. Holding hands was safe in his book. Forgetful around me? Oh darling…if only you knew just how forgetful I could make you.~ Shizu gave a light giggle at his words, having thought of how little the male knew of what he was capable of. Though, Shizu was not one to use his powers willy-nilly. He always needed a reason. He then spoke softly, ”It’s my pleasure,~ after all I would hope you would do the same for me if I had something lying around. Where as you might be forgetful around me, I would be distracted by that charming smile of yours and perhaps forgetful myself.”~ Shizu was not sure if his words made quite sense, he was trying to tease Matheo a bit, though it was also slightly true. Matheo had an enchanting smile for when he showed it, and Shizu liked how Matheo’s face seemed to grow a bit brighter when he smiled as well. Then again, most people he noticed when truly smiling, their faces did the same. Dimples were the cutest thing to Shizu. With his thoughts now on different smiles, he followed Matheo out their hands entwined together.
~~TIME SKIP~~
It was a short walk to the school greens, but to shizu it felt longer than that. He was enjoying the warmth of Matheo’s hand in his, for it had been a while since he had done such a thing. He occasionally glanced at Matheo, smiling softly at how he almost looked like a prince with the moonlight surrounding him. With a silent hum, Shizu found himself turning his gaze upward to look at the moon and stars above. He did enjoy looking at the sky at times, and the night was perfect so far. Having Matheo holding his hand, gave a romantic feeling which Shizu enjoyed. Though, he might be doing this for the moment because the male’s reactions were enticing. His thoughts were broken when he heard the male speak softly. His gaze remained upward, a smile coming upon his features as he recognized the poem. To be honest, Shizu was quite impressed, though he found himself being more drawn to the male because of doing this. Really…Matheo~ you are a strange one. But that is what makes it fun. As Shizu heard the male finish, he saw how he then looked quickly at his feet in embarrassment and started to apologize. Someone really needs his confidence boosted… Shizu knew just exactly how to do that. Pausing in their walking for a moment, he took his free hand in an attempt to put a few fingers under Matheo’s chin to lift his face up to him. He then spoke in a gentle voice, his eyes shining. He was about to put on a performance by one of his favorite play writers, Shakespeare. After all, Matheo wasn't the only one who knew how to do such things.
"Shall I compare thee to a summer’s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate. Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, And summer’s lease hath all too short a date. Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines, And often is his gold complexion dimmed; And every fair from fair sometime declines, By chance, or nature’s changing course, untrimmed; But thy eternal summer shall not fade, Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st, Nor shall death brag thou wand’rest in his shade, When in eternal lines to Time thou grow’st. So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.” Shizu blinked and paused after saying this, the blinking ending the ‘scene’ and he spoke again, if allowed his fingers trailing from the male’s chin to rest on his cheek. “Matheo, you shouldn’t apologize for something you thought of doing. One must live without regrets. Christina Rossetti is a wonderful poet and you made her words your own. Also, if that was an attempt to swoon me, I believe you to have succeeded.”~ Shizu had to end with teasing the male again. It was his way. He then removed his hand from the male’s cheek and began walking with him again, them getting closer to the dorm. He wondered if the male quoted poetry often. If so, it was something they could talk about. Shizu would not mind having a conversation solely quoting things. Though, he really only did this performance because he was complimenting Matheo. For indeed humans grew old, yet somehow though they might seem to think so, Shizu thought they always remained beautiful even with the wrinkles.
OOC: Oh no worries, I understand that real life gets busy haha! There's never a rush. Matheo's response was wonderful. I'm being serious in what I put. I really would do an entire conversation of quotes from multiple things. My sister and I once did a conversation with movie quotes xD. I'm glad you liked my reply. I'm really embracing his character haha. He's also one to randomly do a performance. He's a drama queen wink So sorry for how long it turned out. P.s you can post in dorm area.

Dorm Room
Opening his eyes, Klein realized that he had woken up way before his alarm. He groaned as he turned onto his side, telling himself to sleep just a couple more minutes. He laid in bed and just stayed silent but he deep feeling of sleep tugging at him didn't come so he reluctantly sat up in bed. He yawned as he looked over at his roommate's bed. He shook his head and moved his foot feeling something heavy sitting atop it. Realizing that it was his laptop he reached over to set it against his desk. He couldn't believe that he had just left his laptop on his bed like that. It could've fallen to a horrible death. It had all of his pictures on it, ready to be edited. If he had lost those files he would've been angry.
Getting out of his bed, Klein walked over to the full-view mirror and stood in front of it. Even with his hair messed up and tired eyes, he still looked as handsome as he was fully energized. There wasn't a good-looking option lower than the highest when it came to Klein. He looked at himself in the eyes and gave himself a smirk, reaching up his left hand to run through his hair. "Still looking good as ever, Klein." He said before walking towards the bathroom to get ready for the day. Since he couldn't go back to sleep he might as well get started on the day.
After a shower, Klein grabbed his camera and set it up. He checked his lenses before twisting it on and turned it on. Facing it towards himself, Klein gave a huge grin before taking a photo of himself. After pressing the shutter, Klein turned it around to examine it. "God, I look amazing." He replied, taking a glance at his roommate. He raised the camera up and snapped a photo of his roommate's bed before lifting up his back of books for the day and heading out. He wasn't at all surprised that there were already people. Normally people didn't sleep in on the first day of school because they were just so excited to get the school year started.
School Greens
The sky was so clear and the temperature was slightly chilly but it was something that Klein knew that he would get used to. The familiar scenery filled his eyes as he raised his camera every now and then to snap a photo. He had tons of pictures from his last year at Ashhaven and he planned to do the same this year. He could tell, from reviewing old photos, that he definitely had gotten a lot better to capturing his own art. Klein continued to walk through the greens not straying from his path. He even walked through a pair of girls that had been jogging, no doubt gossiping about the cute boys that they had seen at the Meet and Greet yesterday. He didn't even have to turn around to know that they did a double-take whenever he passed by them. He just had that effect on people. "Too bad they weren't worth my time." He muttered. He glanced down at his watch to find that he still had plenty of time before his class started.
[[ ooc :: Feel free to interact with Klein. He's not the first person you would want to talk to so early in the morning, though. ]]

Prim was bustling around greeting the plants. It was a bit chilly today, but not enough to create a frost over the flora. The nymph was thankful for that, as extreme cold could put the plants in danger. She had to be prepared for such a thing though. Prim wondered what kind of tools were available to her, as her magic could only do so much. She could ask plants to move, but most wouldn't be able to penetrate through frozen soil. The girl still had a lot to learn if she wanted to fulfill her goal.
Prim stood up, wiping her dirty hands on her dress. She noticed that a few students have emerged from their dorms already. She expected most to ignore her presence, but would love it if she could create friendly relationships with them. She remembered going to school herself, and it wasn't an enjoyable experience for her. If she could brighten their days with happy green areas and gardens, then she would feel like she had a bigger purpose than just taking care of the plants. Though, she was quite satisfied with that task alone.
She spotted a particularly pretty student among the others, his hair reminded her of buttercups. Once she was in his line of sight, Prim waved at him cheerfully. "Good morning!"

Klein looked at his surroundings and would raise up his camera every now and then to take a picture of the scenery. There weren't any human subjects that he was particularly interested in taking a shot at because the only person he deemed worthy to raise his lenses upon was himself. Too bad he didn't have a clone of himself somewhere. That would be a lovely sight. Nobody would be able to resist the charms and looks that Klein had. As he thought about clones, Klein grinned to himself. 'With a clone I'd be able to thrust all of the unworthy subjects on him while I ruled the kingdom.' He fantasized, looking down at his camera to look at the photo that he had just taken. He lovely the way that he had captured the sun's glare in his photo, illuminating the background and creating a sunny texture of the flower that was planted by the poor employees of Ashhaven. He was content.
With a jolt, Klein stared at the being that had told him 'good morning'. He gazed down at the person, a girl, with grayish-green hair. 'Like the color of mold.' He thought, disgusted, but he kept the look off of his face for he was merely surprised. He couldn't remember who this person was but it wasn't in his best interests to memorize all of the plebes at this place. Klein grinned as he raised a hand to run through his blonde locks. "'Morning to you. Forgive me for not remembering your name. If it's important it'll come back to me." He said, the tone of someone in the royal family rich in the bass of his sound. 'Always give your people hope.' He told himself with a smile. He glanced past the girl and stood where he was. The view was perfect. He turned on his camera once more and raised it but the lenses immediately zoomed in on the girl. He frowned a second before smiling as sweet as he could to her. "Would you mind stepping about two steps to your right? You're blocking my view." He asked.

The girl shook her head at his seemingly sincere apology, "It's okay, this is my first day! My name is Prim Rose of the Valley, but…since that's a mouthful, you can call me Prim!" She looked at him, noticing that he was a bit distracted with taking a picture. Before she could say something else, the boy asked her to move out of the way. "Oh! I-I'm sorry", she said as she moved a few steps over. "Is this better?" She watched as he took a picture, glancing at the view he was so intent on capturing. "It really is wonderful here….", she said dreamily. Prim turned back to the student, "Uhm, I'm going to be the Academy's gardener from now on. So…if you notice something that needs attending to, feel free to let me know."

As the girl started to introduce herself, Klein just watched her. She seemed to be overly happy to be at the school that he was a bit surprised. Of course, it was the first day of the school year and that reaction was normal but Klein had been at this school for a while so it died down pretty quickly. He just wanted to graduate now. With so many students at the school Klein didn't think that he would run into this person again so he just stood by as she continued to stand near him like they were friend or something. It gave the people hope whenever their rulers stood beside them and pretended that they weren't just trash. Hey, if he could give people hope without it dampening his appearance then so be it. It was only a few royal moments of his time. Truthfully, Klein probably wouldn't remember this girl's name seeing as how he was already forgetting his own roommate's name but he kept it to himself. It would ruin happy the gir---Prim, was.
After taking his picture and clicking back on the review button to check it out, Klein heard the girl say that she was the gardener. He glanced up at her, eyes immediately roaming to here lips. 'Bad idea.' He scolded himself as he swallowed hard and looked away. He didn't understand the sudden attraction. She wasn't his type and he had already had his crave filled at the event yesterday. 'Why do you do this to yourself?' He asked himself before setting his camera against his chest, cupping it with his right hand. "Huh. I thought that you were a student. You barely look like an adult." He admitted before taking a look around. "If I see something ugly here I'll let you know for sure. I can't be seen going to a school with a mediocre setting. That's unheard of and my family name will be tarnished in Hell." He told her as he walked a little closer to her to set his hand down on her shoulder, giving her light pat. "So don't ******** up. I know a thing or two on making things look their best so if you need help picking things out, I suppose I'll give you the permission to come ask me." There was no doubt that he didn't treat her as someone older than him or worthy of his actual time but to let her come up to him was a huge advantage for her, he believed.
Looking down at his watch, he sighed. Class was going to be starting soon but he didn't want to be cooped up in a room with people not worthy of breathing the same air as him for about forty-five minutes. Needless to say but he was definitely dreading this the same. At first he thought that he was going to enjoy himself a little bit but now all he wanted to do was go around and find all of the best picture taking places, snap those, then head back to his dorm where he can gaze and just edit the pictures that he took from the event all night. He glanced down at Prim. "So what are you supposed to be doing now?" He asked, not really interested in her answer but really questioning why she hadn't left him yet.

Prim smiled at him and shook her head, "No, though I'm probably not much older than most of the students here". The boys next statement was a bit surprising to her. "Ugly?", she thought to herself. Prim was more concerned with the plants health than their appearance, even though the two usually go together. All healthy plants were beautiful to Prim. She also caught on that the student was from a wealthy, maybe even famous, family. Nothing else would explain his high standards. Prim happily accepted the challenge either way. She wasn't here to fool around, she was here to work hard and to make these plants thrive. It was then Klein pat her shoulder, speaking to her rather condescendingly. However, Prim was more shocked at his language than his attitude. "I…I won't.", was all she could manage. She appreciated his offer, and found it very nice of him though others wouldn't see it that way. Prim looked around. The number of students around the area were starting to thin out as it was almost class time. She was going to mention to Klein that he should be on his way, but instead he asked her what her duties were. "Today I'm going around campus to see what I'm working with! I'm also getting acquainted with the plants, they seem pretty happy for the most part.", she smiled, not getting the underlying meaning of his question. Suddenly, her eyes widened, "Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't even ask for your name."

Klein was kind of shocked that Prim continued to speak to him. Normally, people would find some way to let him be by himself. It was mainly because of his off-putting personality but he merely thought that they were just giving him space and couldn't find the words to say to their majesty. Seeing her continue to talk to him was very surprising although calming at the same time. He made it a point not to look in the general direction of her face because he knew that if he even glanced at her lips again he would push their faces together until his craving was over. It really sucked when he was born with the urge to do the dirty but there weren't any worthy people to do it with. 'Just imagine her playing around in the dirt' He told himself as she explained to him what all she was going to be doing. He hadn't gotten word of his classes starting up yet but he could see all of the rest of the people running towards their classes, unprepared because they didn't go find their classes before today so most were lost. That was the good thing about college. You didn't have to stay in a classroom for eight hours. His classes were spread out throughout the day but he was completely finished at five.
Prim had finished with her to-do list and suddenly looked at him with such huge eyes. Klein couldn't help but stare at her in the eyes as she asked for his name. He scoffed slightly, a bit offended. He put a hand over his chest. "You don't know my name?" He asked her slowly. He paused for a moment, not sure of what to say. Of course, he had to go a little bit easy on the girl especially because she literally had been living in the forest until now. He softened his look and gave her a pleasant smile, doing the best that he could to continue being a little bit civil. "It's Klein Seitz, the next Incubus ruler." He told her, not going to mention that he was only half and that his family had basically abandoned him until a few months ago because nobody else was able to bear an heir for his father.

The student looked shocked that she didn't know him. She simply shook her head and shrugged at his question. Learning his name and position, Prim was only mildly impressed, but Klein looked so proud of himself that she faked a dazzled expression. "Wow, a ruler, huh? What a responsibility.", she smiled encouragingly. Royalty seemed glamourous, and definitely an important part of a monarchy, but it just didn't seem to measure up to taking care of flowers in her world. Now, if Klein was an environmentalist, she would be completely entranced.
People were nice, and helping them was an important and noble task. However, nature was ever constant and more resilient. In fact, she found many forrest nymphs had trouble controlling overgrowth rather than helping plants bloom. Though, in this day and age, concrete jungles were more common. Prim knew that it was a phase, and eventually, nature will reign as the dominant landscape once again.
Prim was now daydreaming of ever growing and ever changing forests, as dense as could be. Her days would be filled with adventure and wonder. Nymphs would be more present in balancing harmony within nature, and helping all living things. Snapping back into reality, Prim realized that the student was still there. Most of the others had cleared the greens. She looked up at the boy and smiled sincerely once more, "It was great meeting you, Clyde, but I should get back to work. I'll see you around!". The girl waved as she turned to leave, so unaware of her mistake.
