Abilities: Dreyar could have accidentally killed people with a look, that is before he got enchanted contacts that solved that issue. Now he petrifies with direct eye contact and only if he feels threatened, the effects wear off quite quickly due to the contacts enchantments. He is also one of the most poisonous creatures on the planet, and can kill by biting his enemies, but honestly, he doesn't know where someone has been or touched, so having any part of them in his mouth is a bit of a turn off. He also can speak to snakes, but that's what comes with the title of "King of Snakes".
School of Learning: Major in Magic: Potions/Brewing and a Minor in Medicine: Medicine
Club: Newspaper Club (He's the editor and king President)
History: Dreyar in his early life ate his clutch mates and escaped the next before his "mother" came home. As cruel as that sounds, it is incredibly normal for Basilisk hatchlings to do so. He hunted out his own territory and made a kingdom out of it, the commoners were all snakes of course, but he managed to hold his position as the King of Snakes for his entire "rule" of that area.
Much like other Basilisks, he developed the ability to take on human form in his early two hundreds. The form he has now is the one he will keep for the rest of his natural life,though he occasionally misses being over a hundred feet long, but the chance to wear designer coats and jeans nearly balances that out.
Keeping in line with the rest of Basilisk nature, he went on to further his education and choose to attend at Ashhaven Academy, Making the institution his new kingdom so to speak.
Out of line with his kin, instead of becoming a political figure, he is trying to become a Healer/ Master of Potions and Brewing. He is completely content "ruling" a small area as King instead of a city or a country, and besides, It turns out that Basilisk ingredients cost a pretty penny and are used in quite a few potions and with his limitless supply he is not too worried.
Dreyar has attended Ashhaven Academy since his quest for education started, back in grade one. It was over distance education at first till high-school where he finally transferred in as a resident. His dream is to be able to create a potion or anti-venom strong enough to combat his basilisk venom. one that doesn't require the be-all end-all cures from other creatures, because phoenix tears in his mind are just cheating.
Personality: Due to his "Nature" Dreyar has a bit of a superiority complex, and flaunts it. He only wants the best of the best and isn't going to back down when it comes to getting it. In the mornings you could say he gets a bit "hissy" as he is still cold blooded and never want to leave the warmth. His lack of body heat also leads him to seeking out warmth, and thus leads to him not caring too much for other peoples personal space.
Dreyar is defensive of anyone he deems 'his' whether you are his classmate, his professor or his friend, you are part of his court and he will defend you fiercely against other people. The closer you are to him, the more possessive and protective he gets.
Dreyar is fluent in sarcasm as it is the second language he learned to speak right after snake tongue. He comes off as stand off-ish but really worries over friends and companions when he makes them.
Additional Information:
Likes: Snakes, warm drinks, cuddling, designer clothing, potions and good potion ingredients.
Dislikes: Birds, feathers, ice, the cold, hand-me-downs, people acting above their station, being challenged, imperfection.
Fears: Birds and being lost in a snow storm
Weaknesses:Weasels touching him( fur dander spit anything that is from a weasel) causes him to go into anaphylactic shock and the sound of a rooster crowing gives him a migraine so large he can be hospitalized if not given the right medication and treatment.
Tattoos: Dreyar has two marks on his body, one he was born with and one he had done. Dreyar has a white crown imprint on the back of his neck just below his hairline, this is a mark that all Basilisk have on their bods somewhere marking them as kings. Dreyar also had a snake tattoo charmed onto his body, it moves occasionally but is usually found on his arm coiled up, or on his throat fangs bared.

Abilities: Because of Penny's Species it comes as no surprise that she can fly and flutter about. because her bones are so light to achieve flight, Penny is very fast even when it comes to moving about on the ground. Lesser known information on harpies, is their abilities as wind spirits. Harpies can use the wind to their benefit, such as making gale winds to speed them up, or to tear asunder foe. Penny doesn't have a strong grasp on her wind yet, but uses it infrequently to speed up getting to class on time.
School of Learning: Will be Majoring in Social Sciences when she goes to college.
Club: Cross Country and Baseball
History: Penelope was raised in her flock by the flock mother, and got the same education and two main rules grilled into her head that every harpy gets growing up. The first rule is being: Find a Mate and force him to be yours. The second being : Dominate in everything you do.
Harpies are always born female, so to insure the population never drops they have to search out mates from outside their clans. Many previous harpies came into agreements with Tengu in regards to mating. Penny felt that this was not the way she wished to find her mate, and when she came of age at 13, she left the clans migratory routes to search for her mate in the school system near by, Ashhaven Academy. She hasn't settled on her potential mate candidates yet, but has promised to find him before the year is done... just like she has promised every year before.
Because she left her clan early her magical development has been slightly stunted, but her goals in life other than finding her Mate haven't changed much from other non-migratory Harpies. She wishes to become involved in law enforcement after the institution, whether as a officer or as an attorney she is determined to make sure criminals face the punishments they deserve.
Personality: Penelope is a straight forward shooter, she doesn't blunt her words or actions and comes of as confrontational in many situations due to it. most jokes and metaphors fly over Penny's head, as she takes most everything as literal truth. Though not the brightest bulb in the bunch she makes up for her short comings with determination to see things through.
Penny is mostly stern when it comes to interacting with others, but when it comes to Flock (read as friends) and potential mates (read as anyone between the ages of 10 and 1000 who is single and male) she can be sweet as pie and dotes on them in the hopes of garnering their attentions.
Additional Information:
Likes: Big dinners, watermelons, flying, justice, summer fruits and cold foods, forensic sciences and criminal justice systems.
Dislikes: cold weather, having to migrate, breaking oaths, broken bones, having to walk in the hallways.
Fears: her wings being removed and being caged.
Weaknesses:Harpies have a large metabolism and due to this constantly need to be snacking, if Penny doesn't eat enough, she weakens quickly. She is also incapable of flight if her feathers get soaked, and becomes a lightning rod in situations dealing with electricity, no matter if she is in the sky or on the ground.
Tattoos: Penny has a small tattoo on her hand and when her wings are retracted from outside, the patterns can be seen running up her forearms.
