Oh! Oh! Charmstar knew a method and was eager to share. When they all sat in the circle, the golden-winged fallen raised his hand, "We can wash our hands with warm soap and water." He beamed proudly at their teacher and looked expectantly at his classmates, waiting for them to give their answers.

Aten crinkled his nose a little, lines forming on his face. Though even still a bright blush flushed his cheeks. He had never done that, let alone even considered it. It didn't really seem like his thing. He hadn't even -- well, really. Whose business was it anyways? The subject made him feel a little awkward. Even more so when he noticed plenty of his classmates seemed unfussed by the idea, or even joked with one another and made immature comments about it. Was he one of the only ones who hadn't ... ? Did it matter if he was a virgin? Aten filled out his worksheet anyways and got to his feet, walking over the paper to his teacher and submitting it, cheeks still flushed.

Kanda raised her hand after the fallen boy had finished speaking. She had something that would help. Or at least she thought it would. She mimicked coughing, not covering her mouth up and then shook her head. Using the same motion, she covered up her mouth and then nodded. "Cover your mouth while coughing," she signed, hoping that if they hadn't gotten it from her miming, the teacher would at least understand her sign.

Hikito frowned when the nightmare ahead of him raised their hand but didn't say anything. They looked like they were coughing, but no sound was coming out. Oh, OH. Hadn't he seen someone who had done those funny hand things before? He thought that they couldn't talk, or at least that was what he was pretty sure he had been told. Shaking his head, he raised his hand as well before blurting out his answer. "We could have the sick people just stay in their room and away from healthy people until they were better. That would help stop the germs!" he volunteered with a grin.

Ellis wanted to like this class way more than language arts. First off, there was an imp teaching it, which made him feel at ease right away. It was also supposed to be about something called "physical education", which dad said meant running around. When he didn't have his nose in a book, Ellis loved to run around.
Unfortunately, his sister-not-sister Amory drained most of the fun out of nearly everything he had ever been asked to do in her presence. Since the moment they had met, the chimera had been alternately standoffish or just plain mean. It was okay when Ellis' father was there to tell her to be nice, but Howard couldn't be with them all the time. There was no one here to protect him. In the lull after one of his classmates' responses, he felt a sharp pull on the fur of his tail. Ellis sat up straight and gave his answer, stumbling a bit in surprise.
"E...Even if the juice looks real good, we shouldn't drink out of other people's cups. Their lips got germs."

Amory sat behind Ellis, her usual neutral and completely innocent expression comfortable on her face, despite her recent imp assault. She raised her hand after he spoke, offering a helpful, "Get enough sleep," before going back to staring holes in the back of her "brother's" skull.

Sprout raised their hand eagerly. Tug of war sounded like a lot of fun! They were confident they didn't even need feet on the ground to help their team win.

Lior hadn't really been looking forward to HPE, but this seemed like an okay task! Hopefully his terrible luck wouldn't affect his team........

Peri sat in class, cross legged, hands on his knees. He listened to his classmates talk and thought about it all. Huh. All pretty good answers, actually. Better than he'd thought of his classmates. But they were all missing a really fricking obvious answer! When it was his turn, he cleared his throat and said proudly, "We can wash our hands with disinfectant! And the counters and stuff. Disinfectant kills germs, like, ninety-nine percent of them or something. So that's pretty good." He wriggled in place, proud of himself.

UGH. That boy was so dumb. Talya couldn't believe she had to sit next to stupid Perigor, the boy who had been so mean to her at Haunted Hallows! What a jerk. But she had to sit next to him, which meant that immediately after his turn was hers. "That stuff doesn't kill all the bugs," she said. "It only kills most of them. It keeps some of them alive so that they can kill you." She shook her head of curls. "The best thing you can do when you're sick is to take your medicine. But since there's no medicine for colds, the best thing you can do is eat lots of soup and drink lots of hot drinks. That way, your im-yoon-ay system is strong and fights back." She ignored snickers at that last remark. They were just jealous. So she'd read stuff in books, so what?

Eileen was hesitant coming into health class but she had to if she wanted to graduate. She looked down at her assignment and signed. She was kinda weirded out by the questions but she answered them to the best of her ability.
Once she was done, she got up, placed her finished paper on the teachers desk and left class.

Samira settled into her seat and quietly listened to the answers being rattled off by her fellow classmates. They were all pretty good answers. Humming thoughtfully, she perked up a little at thinking of something to add. "Since it is cold season, whether or not sick people are around or not, we can do our best to remember to try not to touch our faces with our hands, since it's real easy to get germs on them. Getting germs near our noses or mouths make it easier for us to get sick, so it's something good to keep in mind."
