Squire -- Hard glowing ball on the end of a chain
Short circuit - Baikal sends a 'surge' through the length of chain into whomever it is touching. The surge acts like a stun, disorientating the intending target.

Knight -- Meteor Hammer (Still glowing somehow)
Short circuit redux - Same as above, only stronger. It can either impair multiple senses, or knock out one sense completely for a short duration.

Because of the nature of the attacks, Baikal's pool of magic is limited to 15 seconds over all.

The short circuiting sounds like a neat idea, so I'm happy to approve this! Have fun!
