Walking up the stairs, Matilda couldn't help but feel a penetrating sense of foreboding. She had hoped to find someone, anyone, to talk to. Yet the only residents seemed to be the lurking creatures around her.

Just as she was about to enter one of the rooms, a thudding behind her announced the arrival of an enemy.
"Wonderful, looks like you're here again," the woman sighed as she reached for her frying pan.
