[ OUTSIDE- AT THE SHED ] (EMOTION: MADNESS) All your senses scream at you not to approach this shed. It is locked. A loud wailing voice continues to knock against the rusted chains of the shed. Hands, multiple, long hands, attempt to slide out from it. A sign crudely painted on the shed says [ INFECTED INSIDE - DO NOT APPROACH ]
MOB SUMMON
[ MOB NAME] YOUR SHADOW MOB HP: 15 HP Mob Autodamage: It only attacks back when you attack it, doing the SAME damage to you as you did to this mob. For instance, if you roll and do 5 damage, it will do 5 damage to you. This applies to everyone attacking it. Mob Special Ability: This looks exactly like you do. Who it takes the form of is the person who "summoned" ie: rolled it. It is able to talk and mimic the identical actions of you, the only difference other than it being much, much more sinister and sadistic is that it is also semi-transparent, fading to grey, around the edges. Other than that there is no difference between you and this apparition. Mob Loot: Roll 1d4 to see what you get: 1: Junkyard five card: (http://halloween.thesporkedken.com/loot/card_5.png). Add to journal and use here 2: Junkyard six card: (http://halloween.thesporkedken.com/loot/card_6.png). Add to journal and use here 3. A potato on the minis site. Redeem it here! 4. Bottled water on the minis site. Redeem it here!
Rajni was pushing them forward, but she still felt like she ought to talk about the visions she had seen just in case. What if something happened to be pertinent? Sure, it had been a random collection of s**t, but then again their world had already been turned upside down; going down the rabbit hole wasn't exactly out of left field anymore.
But before she could get a word in, however, Taysia spotted movement. Clicking her flashlight on, she pointed it towards where she had seen a flicker and was rewarded with a hiss and a growl. Weird to see it use her face like that.
"Live one!" she called as she brought out her shovel. "I mean, undying one, whatever!"
Fantasia's flashlight had at least proven to be very useful in these two on one fights against shadowy apparitions. Now the next improve would be to not have to fight shadowy apparitions anymore.
Rajni had been zoned out, staring again at the ghostly figure (You left me, just like-), but as soon as Fantasia called out she snapped to attention. She couldn't afford to keep getting distracted like this- it was going to get her killed and she knew it. At least Fantasia was keeping an eye out for danger. This was why Rajni firmly believed in two people. Two was a good number.
She slammed the crowbar into the creature's back, and it found a good purchase spot in the shadowy flesh on the end of the rusted turn in the crowbar. Rajni dragged it down, rendering the flesh undone as she did so and eventually dissipating the creature. Rajni had nearly grown desensitized to all of the gore. There was no place for the squeamish in the apocalypse.

She had just been preparing to really dig the shovel head in again when Rajni pulled some Dragon Ball Z s**t and sliced the thing in half. With a rusty crowbar no less. She was in awe for a few moments as the creature flopped to the floor in two ugly almost halves and then dissolved into oozy nothingness once again.
"Holy s**t, that was cool," she breathed. Maybe she had been lucky indeed that she hadn't pissed Rajni off that bad yet.
Crouching down, she stretched an arm out to the spot it had fallen (still strangely squeamish about touching it even though she didn't bat an eye at its gore) and grabbed a third card. Where were these even coming from? Were junkyard people dying to them in spades or something?

"Taking a life is not cool," Rajni said begrudgingly. It was necessary, efficient, any number of adjectives, but not cool or something she enjoyed. Her job had been saving lives, not taking them.
She moved the girl away from the corpse, seeing the dissatisfaction on her face. "What are these cards you keep finding?" she asked Fantasia, curious of their numbers and meaning. Maybe the cards had something to do with the outbreak? No detail could be spared.
Rajni on the other hand found another potato. So many potatoes. At least she wouldn't go hungry any time soon.
