Furthermore, there is also a time limit to how long the user can fly, as the wings disappear after the user's Magic Power is depleted. The users can also change the speed in which they fly, but the faster they go, the more Magic Power they consume.
- Transformation: A Magic that allows its users to change his or her appearance. While this magic is a deep and complex art, basic Transformation Magic is relatively easy for mages to learn.
-Max Speed: By using Magic Power the user increases their speed to the extremes, allowing them to fly a distance relative to the amount they used. This speed can be used to dodge incoming attacks. While using this spell, the user can also carry one additional person. However, this spell is restricted by the amount of Magic Power the user has. Once the user runs out, they will collapse.
-Max Speed Attack: While flying and using Max Speed, the user strikes the target with their head, dealing a strong blow.
-Whirlwind Attack: The user flaps their wings so hard that it actually creates a whirlwind able to blow back opponents

Personality:
Kokuei is a shy and quiet little one. He is most vocal when he thinks Kaya is acting in a rash manner, when he sees an injustice occur, or when he is around others from the Fairy Tail guild. Although Kokuei is more cautious than Kaya, he is also very protective of her- to the extent that he will forgo his usual cautions and rush in headlong to prevent her from being harmed.
Background/Biography:
Kaya found Kokuei's egg while journeying across the continent of Fiore. It had been near the ocean, nestled tightly in some rocky outcroppings where the waves could not reach it. The egg was unlike anything Kaya had ever seen before. Odd silver markings painted the otherwise white surface and the size was abnormally large. Intrigued, Kaya took the egg back to the cave she had been occupying at the time. The egg ended up hatching that night, introducing a young cat-like creature to the world. The young Dragon Slayer picked up the little one as it glanced around curiously, taking in everything at once. Its dark fur with blue streaks reminded Kaya of shadows dancing off of the ocean so she named him "Kokuei." From that day onward the duo were inseparable.
