Korbl moved through the thick forests for amusement. Usually he felt himself needing to amuse himself; as many do. Korbl was usually around his adoptive brother White Rabbit but today it seemed he was alone. Possibly Rabbit wishing to spend his time with Mrs. Rabbit, Skyla. It was a peculiar thing; to be bored.
But then again he was just odd and quirky. Every so many steps he'd hear a sound and tilt his head into the direction and then return his dark eyes to the path ahead. He wasn't scared but, well, fidgety much like a crow would be. He wasn't going anywhere in particular either; so when he landed at a wide river he would shrug and take a lap of water. And go from there, hopping and somewhat fluttering his two wing sets to hover over the larger blanks and upon landing at the other side of the river; nodded in agreement to his finding of the river. "Or did it find you?" He'd ask himself with a hum of consideration.

Samnie was more hyped up than normal. This caused her little frame to bounce with the energy. With everyone she knew being busy, she felt going on her own little adventure might be fun! So she went off running through the trees. Every now and then something she was not used to would pop up and she'd pause to look at it with a cautious sniff. It did not take long for her tire and feel thirsty.
Up ahead she could hear the trinkling of water and sprinted toward it with a happy neigh. "Oh good! Water!" She spoke aloud as she closed in on the river and took a drink.
