I really think we should do some guild cleaning. I was just looking at all the members and at least a fourth of the members of this guild haven't posted anything and another fourth haven't been active since July. Just my opinion.
I agree, this guild has so much potential I'd hate to see it go to waste by inactivity. I think we should send out a mass pm or guild warning via announcement. Give people a chance to explain their absence and what not. Then we just go from there. Anyone whom hasn't posted since.. July or earlier should be removed from the guild right off the bat. It's been two months for them, if they haven't posted since then they probably won't post at all.

I know some of the ones who haven't posted since July have reasons. My little sister (DeathNinja[somenumber]) is one and it's because she doesn't have constant access to a computer. I think lilyxblossom had a reson for inactivity, as well. But a mass warning is a good idea. And after that either individual warnings or termination of membership.

...Actually, one individual in particular under the non-posters I find hard to believe hasn't posted a single thing. We were incredibly close rp partners and he himself is a heavy Rper. Plus he's online every day to check up on his own guilds. I'm not gonna remove him yet, I wanna see whats up 'cause he could be a huge contributor to the guild.

I looked into the dorms to see which characters were inactive to open up spaces for newly accepting characters and face palmed because I came across something that's going to make our job a lot harder..
Some inactive posters changed their user name since the last time they posted.
I know only some of them have links and thats because at one point my computer kept crashing because of all the data it was processing at once so I had to stop half way. And these are just the females.

I know that BlueNinjaBuster literally just changed her name to LoveIsChloe. And then she bailed. Only a few have responded (either verbally or just quitting) to the anouncemnt. Some even joined back in after realizing the guild wasn't dead. I don't think we can really rely on where they last posted unless it was a situation of where they got stuck and didn't do anything. There should be a tab at the top of any page that says "Guild Members" and in there you are able to sort the members by their latest post. That's what I did in order to compile the lists. But I see your point. It could take a while but we could retrace their "paper" trails and find out who's who.
That's actually how I found out who quit and who changed their user, I even did a global search and got nothing

Hm. I'm gonna go through student profiles right now and line profiles up with users who are iffy and are no longer here. We can start by clearing those.
