Rheaus, bucket in hand, towel over his shoulder, ambled amiably ably into the dining hall. Hopefully they served something akin to Reekfish here. That would be divine. Seeing he was the first there, he had his pick of seating; and any seat he picked would leave him the guy who eats alone at lunch for at least a little bit until the rest showed up.

But that would be later. First food. Lean protein is what the prince required now, and hopefully a dark green on the side; you know, for heart health--or whatever the analogous organ is called in Zoran.

      That doesn't look like fish...

And it wasn't. Rheaus had in front of him a piece of chicken fried steak... Smothered and covered in--stuff. He poked at it a little before sucking it up: the food in Gerudo, the strange nuts and berries the Deku dined on, the bugs! and took a bite.

"... Not bad!" He said, a slight smile creeping on his face.

Bree could smell the chicken a mile away and was drawn to it. Magic really works up an appetite! She saw some other creature there, but didn't dare approach him. Even with the courage beast as her familiar, there was a romancing these nuances required to take root. She grabbed a seat a little bit away from him, but not so much it would seem like she was avoiding him... Which she was!

"This world is constantly dying and bring born again...."

Entering the dining room was a shocker for the other students who had never seen him before. He would not blame them, the name and title of necromancer would send shivers down the spines of those not used to morbid scenes. Even if it was not the name of the necromancer, the mere presence of four full sets of walking skeletons would have people turning their heads towards him.

Seyren walked into the dining hall, his purple, glowing eyes looking around for a suitable place to seat himself. One of the skeletons moved over towards an empty table and seated itself there, while Seyren moved over to the cafeteria lady, who was startled by the number of skeletons following him. Handing Seyren his tray of a mix of veggies and meat (Seyren is not picky with his food), the necromancer walked over to where his skeleton had occupied. The skeleton stood up and stepped aside while Seyren nodded to the skeleton and sat down, a single small, blue fireball orbiting him.

"....Would you like to experience death?"

    "Stalfoes!"

Rheaus immediately jumped up at the sight of the necromancer. He was very much sure he was evil, and that the skeletons who followed him were stalfoes from his universe. The magic users there were either gifted by the goddesses--and they didn't conjure this type of magic, or evil, often times dealing with the dead or spirits; manipulating them, they could be a powerful force to face. Rheaus didn't have his spear, not that it would do any good in the condition it was in, and so kept sight of Seyren. He was prepared to use anything if he had to. But it wasn't just that he didn't have a weapon, the prince had also used up most of his mana in elemental class.

Meanwhile Breanna was frozen. All she could do was clutch her book and place her faith in the Tiger.

Elfriede walked into the dining hall, completely unaware of the tension in the room. Looking around, she went and got in line. Right now she was on auto pilot, not even paying attention to the people or the food she was getting instead she was thinking. What she was thinking about was how she couldn't remember what she was thinking about earlier and why she couldn't remember though she had a fantastic memory, she plopped down at a table and set her tray down giving a slight nod at the skeleton in front of her without really looking before absently pushing her tray away from her and eating some snacks that she had in her bag. She was pretty sure she was thinking about something while she was heading to the dining hall while using the map. Map, map, something dealing with the map. Wait no, it wasn't the map, it was what was on the map. She reached in her pocket, and when she felt nothing she reached in her bag, pulling out her map while she munched on her snacks. Looking at her map she realized that she had circled her classes. Realizing she was just thinking about where her classes were she thought that the mystery was rather anti-climatic. Looking up to actually pay attention to her surroundings, she realized that she was seated next to four skeletons and a dark boy, he was literally dark, while a fish thing and a little girl, Eflriede decided to think of her as little since Elfriede was probably taller as long as she had on her boots, stared at him like they were going to die. That was all relatively new, but the biggest problem was actually on her tray. She had picked just about everything she didn't like, which was pretty much just asparagus touching everything else on her plate and infecting everything with it's disgusting. Glancing at her tray and then the skeleton across from her, she reached out and pushed it closer to the undead. Things that are dead cannot taste, and whether or not it actually are was not her problem, she just didn't want to be near the offending food more than she needed to. Turning away from it and pulling out another snack to munch on, she crossed her leg and decided that she would observe the situation. She would have moved to a different table to observe, but honestly, she already sat down, so yeah. Plus she kind of like the skeletons, they were pretty cool, and the fish guy, well he looked like a fish, so even if nothing actually happened she had ocular entertainment.

A black magic circle slowly formed in the dinning room's ceiling and Kali slowly lowered form it,once though it floated in place form a moment before moving towards Seyren.Kali opened his eyes that witch where glowing a deep purple,he slowly lowered him self next to Seyren once his foot hit the ground the magic circle disappeared and the room seemed to get a little chilly as his eyes changed back to there normal cold gray color.Seyren so nice to see you,I have heard some good things about you.He says coldly as he pulls out a seat and sits down next to him, looking over at the necromancer with a little grin on his face.He then noticed the other people in the room as well and then his eyes fell onto the girl clenching a book and could feel what felt like fear flow form her then he felt some left over magic form the dark magic teacher and his grin widened slightly as his cold gray eyes fixed on her.I think you have scared some people it happens form time to time.He adds not taking his eyes off the girl.

"This world is constantly dying and bring born again...."

Seyren had no reservations regarding the Undine-lookalike and the human. That was the same reaction he got whenever and wherever he goes. The scent of death is misconceived as ill-fated or even evil in ancient literature, so it was not unknown of them to react that way. The Naraid on the other hand, was either not even caring about the presence of four sets of skeletons, and simply sat opposite him, even pushing her food towards one of his skeletons, which reacted by first looking at the plate, then looked at Seyren. If it had flesh and skin, it would have exhibited a face of confusion. Sighing, Seyren nodded, and the skeleton pushed the plate once again towards Seyren, where Seyren only picked it up and added the contents to his already sizable amount of platter.

A cold, uncaring voice that called out to him made his eyes rolled. "Kali. Ice of you to drop in," he said, unaware of the joke he just pulled. The skeletons, however, immediately stood up and assembled to his right in defense, to which Seyren only raised his hand, made a few movements like playing with puppet strings, and the skeletons stood still once again. "I've hoped nothing, but looked forward to you at the very least to learn not to just drop in like that." He then pointed towards the large twin doors and said, "there's a door over there. Use it."

He then looked back at the human girl, then after a short jerking and difficult contortion of his face, a rigid showing of teeth, but unmistakably a smile. "You'll want to eat proper food instead of books. They don't feed a hungry stomach," he said.

"....Would you like to experience death?"

Kali looked over at Seyren and gave what looked like a painful smile at his joke.I will forget you made such a bad joke this early in the year,as for the doors they simply prove to be more hassle then not.He says then his eyes glow purple again as he snaps his fingers and another magic circle formed and out of it came a purple glowing skeleton. Please be so kind as to get me some food.Kali says and his skeleton turns and heads to get him food,he then turned back towards the girl and grins again. I am afraid he's right you know not many proteins or much of any thing in a book. He says with a little laugh as his Skeleton returns with food then disappears just as fast as it came. He looked down at the food and frowned at it.Man I should have cooked my own food forgot how bad this stuff looked but at lest it's good. He says with a lot of sarcasm in his voice.

Elfriede snorted inelegantly at the pun the pointy eared kid said. That was hilarious, especially since it got a little cold when the newest member of her observational studies came along. She guessed by the skeletons and the rather tart conversation that they didn't like each other, but it was at least pretty funny. Especially when they were trying to get the other girl to relax. Personally she thought that books were pretty good, not exactly over food, but the point was that they held a numerous amount of knowledge, so eating or reading was the girls choice. Bringing her attention back to what was happening at her table she glanced down at the meal the the newcomers little skeleton thing brought him. She guessed that everyone must have skeletons and that she missed out on the memo to raise the dead and bring them to school. Maybe she could ask one of them to lend her one to carry her places. She really didn't want to walk anywhere. Hearing the lunch bell she reached over and tapped the arm of the brown haired boy with no asparagus on his plate. "I will gladly eat that. Here have some butter fingers." She said pushing over her small box as a means of exchange, she wanted to eat something with a little more nutrients before she left for her next class, and if Mr. Ice cold didn't want it, well, more for her. Quickly she placed the butter fingers on his tray and took his muffin looking thing, standing up with and bags and exiting the premises with a small half-hearted wave to head to her next class.

"This world is constantly dying and bring born again...."

It was not the first time as well that his words were taken in jest, lest of all lack of common sense. Sighing, Seyren quickly downed his food, which in reality did nothing to satiate his hunger. When Kali summoned a skeleton to grab his plate, Seyren saw an opportunity for a meal. Waiting for the skeleton to place the black mage's food on his table, Seyren immediately stood up and touched the other guy's skeleton. A string wisp of energy escaped the skeleton, dismembering and causing the skeleton to crumble to a pile of disengaged bones. Seyren then opened his mouth and inhaled the mana that sustained the skeleton. The new energy that flowed him him invigorated him, like someone who had just ate. It was satisfaction.

The lunch bell rang, and without any delay, the skeletons assembled and picked up Seyren's bags and books for him. "Fear is the natural course of life, to living beings to fear is essential to survival. It is not deplorable, but rather a normal thing to do," he replied Kali as he walked out towards his next class, World History.

"Ugh...!" Rheaus let his tension go, a little, as the people around him didn't seem to mind the necromancer. "I guess it'll be alright for now..." He sat back down and took a couple more bites of the gravy-covered... thing in front him. It was pretty well alien to his palette, so he decided to stop lest he poison himself. Something in Biology today--what was it?--environments: adaptability of species rests in an animal's ability to withstand new differences in its metabolism. Or something.

Rheaus left without addressing any of them. He just wanted to get out of there and learn. Now it was Lit. That would be his mountain to climb this semester.

"Um... I'm ok." Bree had finally mustered the strength to speak; wrestled it away from her crippling fear, more like. Plus, it was freezing! That could, quantitatively, kill any appetite. "If I keep practicing, maybe I'll be able to stand your magic better," She said to the both of them. Then the bell. Bree took a couple bites and dashed off to her next class.

"Sorry, bye~!" She said as a virtual puff of smoke took her place at the table.

xxx DIMITRI LANDVIKxxx
Shadow Creature | Professor | Asexual | Attire

Dimitri couldn't help but smile when the young blonde mentioned the poem A Dream by Edgar Allan Poe, "I enjoy your taste." He complimented with a smirk, he favored this poem for it reminded him of himself and things of his past. "Shel Silverstine is superlative also," he agreed. "I'm impressed with your dedication to reading after my class. I surmise I've done my job correctly."

When he'd ask the two boys about the group, their answer made it seem liked they'd assume Landvik would want them to sit around and watch it take place. "No," Dimitri answered calmly in return, "but most would. I'm not dissatisfied with your decisions." He could help but let out a chuckle at the challenge that they didn't define to hide as he looked back at them, "You shouldn't make that seem like a challenge, kid." He confirmed, his voice contradicting the statement toward liking the fact it did seem just as that- a challenge. He looked away for a second and flashed his dark eyes up to the sky. He was about to continue before he heard another bell, interrupting him. It was that time already? s**t.

His attention was placed back on Saphira as she spoke up. "Right," he began with a sigh. He didn't exactly mind eating in class but it wasn't a desirable option. "We should probably do that. Let's hurry." He concluding, deciding to drop what he was going to say until they had food in their possession and he began leading the way toward the cafeteria.

Before long, they had made their destination. "It's a pain we were late for lunch," he confirms as he gathers a small group of sweets and fruits on a plate: a few strawberries, jello, cake, and an apple, while plopping an extra strawberry into his mouth and chewing it. "Mm," he softly moaned around the strawberry before quickly swallowing it. "Oh, Drake. I'll have to get in touch with the headmaster about that conversation we had earlier but I might take you up on the offer." he says before picking up another strawberry and taking a bite out of it and putting it on his plate, "I just don't have any desire to loose my job over a brawl with a student." he assures followed by a swallow, gazing over at the blonde male with a smirk. "You understand, right?"

He looks back down to his plate and after covering it with a napkin, he picks it up, safely tucks the napkin under the plate so it does spill and holds it near his chest. "Anyways, I should be getting to class. I'm late as it is, you guys should too." He informs looking over all three of their faces, "If your teachers have any issues with your tardies, have them contact me. See you all later." he pleaded farewell with a half wave of his free hand before turning off and making his way to his classroom.

Saphira smiled, she was glad the professor appreciated her eagerness to learn. It was her mother who had taught her to read and write. She’d learned even more from her teacher. ”Yes, you did. Thank you!” she said with a larger more genuine smile. Saphira always appreciated her teachers even if some weren’t the nicest.

The girl walked in with the men as they went on about the events that took place. Somehow, their conversation turned into a challenge. Men… she thought with a sigh. Even in the friendliest conversations they were always competing with each other. Sometimes they would even compete without saying a word. At times it amazed her but, other times it just confused her. Saphira politely allowed her superior to take his food before she grabbed a plate for herself. She slipped Boots back into her bag. She knew the cafeteria staff wouldn’t be delighted to see a cat near their food.

She was really hungry and everything seemed to look so good, even though she had eaten the same type of food for a year. Since they were late, not everything was available. ”Yeah…” she agree, mentally pouting, ”Wish we had time to grab some food at the café…” she muttered. ”Their food is great!” Saphira grabbed a piece of pizza and placed it into her plate. She followed with a heap of salad and fruit. The girl grabbed a sausage as well. She decided she’d break it into small pieces and secretly feed it to her kitten. Oh, thank you!” she replied when Drake complimented Boots, ”And it’s a she…” she pointed out.

Even as they took their seats, the guys were still going on about fighting. They’d even decided it would be a match where everyone could watch. Saphira silently broke her sausage into pieces and dropped a few small ones into her bag. Then she started on her pizza, taking a couple bites before Landvik announced his departure. She quickly swallowed her bite. ”There is no need to worry for my class professor…” she told him, ”My 3rd period teacher isn’t here today.” Saphira waved back at him, ”Bye, professor, it was nice seeing after so long, “ she admitted. Saphira looked up to Landvik and admired his talent. ”See you soon!” she called after him as he left.

Saphira sighed, now that the professor was gone, what was she to do? Somehow, she was much more comfortable talking with professors than others. When it came to her classmates or students at school, she’d suddenly get nervous. Professor Landvik had been her ‘nerve barrier’ up until now. She had nothing against Logen and Drake, maybe except for their slight ‘ego complex’ but then again, all men had a bit of an ego. Saphira smiled, as she ate and listened to the men’s little debate. They seemed really close and so comfortable with each other. She looked up when Titan squawked. Breaking a tiny piece of sausage, she offered it to the bird. ”Logen, Drake… are you two brothers?” she asked curiously. They seemed so close, it occurred to her that they might be.
