ok i don't know if the episode on saturday march 18th was the last one or not but i'm really confused.
1. why did they both sacrafice themselves to bring eachother back to life.
2. does al remember anything from when he was in the armor?
3. why is ed alive?
4. WHY IS THE ENDING SO GAY!! THEY ARE BOTH REACHING OUT A A STUPID TRAIN!!!!

Yes it was the last ep, it's how it ends till the movie... It's how the creator wanted it to be.

1. Ed first, then Al, Then Ed again. He sword he would get Al's body back and he did.
2. No he does not.
3. He is on the other side of the gate
4. Can you find a show with a really good ending? I think not.

orphen is better it doesn't have so many loose ends. orphan shows what happened after the events of the show. except for a couple of ppl

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!! It was sad that Ed died though. But then he was braught back to life than secrificed his life again. It was very very wierd.

He Is the First Person to Make a Human bein that is alive Not to mention he Sacrificed their memories 4. Cause your Gay for not loving the ending It was the best ending ever scream

such a let down in my mind they could have done it better i hope that the manga doesn't end like that as well or i'll be very sad

Ed isn't dead - he's on the other side of the gate... basically, in our world. It's hard to explain. I haven't seen the movie although I know someone who owns it. I should ask her if I can see it. From what I know, the ending to the anime is explained in the movie and the movie is about Ed trying to get back through the gate to al... I think. This is what I've heard
