Name: Myrida
Tribe: Shifter
Orientation/Preference: Straight/Males
Stage: Mage
Dreams: Becoming the best bandit in the footsteps of her Father. Maybe start a family.
Fears: Losing her father, losing the family she grew up with.
Appearance: A pretty female shifter. Light grey hair is done up as a few strands whisp around her face. Light blue stone line her eyes, scatter across her collar bone and decorate her stomach in a upwards point.
Notable Features: A double point necklace.
Personality: Mischievous. Nothing and no one is as sly as her, at least in her mind. She is the mistress of tricks. The lady of sly....if she thinks your going to betray her. She's using these skills to become your worst nightmare. Always using her small frame to her advantage she's slipping through trees and under branches to sneak around...pretty much everyone. Even if your a friend you're not free from her little game. Usually in everyday life she's looking for ways to play small pranks or cause trouble for others she knows caused it first. Though this is a flaw of her's it does have its limit, once she sees that her actions have indeed causes harm or upset someone she adores then she stops. She goes into her pranks with no intent to harm, just get a little bit of revenge and maybe entice laughter from others.
Stubborn. Yup. She's not changing her mind about that path. No she won't give that two-timer a second chance. You can just forget about her trying that dish again just because your Momma makes it better. Once she's made up her mind by saying the phrase "Mind's made up." that's all she wrote. This girl won't budge. This is her worst trait ever and most tend to drop her friendship after she's thrown one of her stubborn tantrums. Though she does at times reflect and come to regret her actions, she merely shakes herself free of the depression and continues on. Losing friends hurts her deeply but she feels that only true friends will stay at her side. Once she throws the tantrum its rather hilarious due to the fact that she crosses her arms. Places one heel against the arch of her other foot and just pouts.
Caring. Once you get past her self-delusion and her stubborn backbone....she's rather...sweet. She enjoys the company of others and rarely allows a friend to go without knowing how much she cares. She'll find a random object in the market which reminds her of a friend and she's instantly snagging it to gift to them later. She will always seek to keep her friends happy and upbeat, maybe spoiling them a little more than needed. As for those outside of her circle, unless they were introduced to her by her Father. She's a tad more distant, she'll be upbeat around them, but she would be inclined to be more stubborn with them. Though her little playful pranks tend to get more on the ridiculous side just in case the person becomes a friend later on. Her other two traits influence this one in that regard. Though as caring as she is, if someone she trusts has betrayed or hurt her feelings she'll let the caring slip and they'll know indeed she's upset with them.
Likes/Strengths: Exploring, plotting and generally small amounts of mayhem.
Dislikes/Weakness: Being yelled at. Her Dad upset and sour foods.

-Background-
The Daughter of a young couple during the war, Myrida has no siblings due to her mother's refusal to have another. It was many arguments during her childhood which tipped the girl off to her mother's disposition on children. While publicly the female was a doting mother, behind closed doors it was the young father who took the primary role. Myrida knew this very well, acting like a stubborn brat when outside the home while behaving inside. Her mother was a vauge shadow in her memories as she grew older. The female adult spent more time outside the home in the arms of others who wanted her company. Leaving Myrida to bond closely with her Father. The young male easily stepping into the spotlight role behind close doors. Reading to her when she was going to bed, always there when she woke up. He had his spells of leaving for extended times, but that allowed young Myrida to learn things on her own.
If asked the young male would boast about his baby girl and how she was growing. He to all outward appearances thoroughly enjoyed being a father and everyone knew it. Though Myrida did have her moments where she truly wanted her mother. She started to understand that the female just, didn't want her. Her father was fine by himself. Though Myrida noticed that another male one of the strongest in their group was eyeing her father one day while they were out. Her father was always a mysterious sort. Disappearing for hours when she was small. One day Myrida got the idea to follow him. In doing so she found out why her father could afford the things he did.
He was a bandit.
Awesome! She instantly questioned him after he and his friends were done. The male's shock earning chuckles from his friends as the little girl bounced up and down. She was calm when her father started to explain it was his family profession. She saw it as a means to be even closer to her father, as well as further away from her mother. The young girl noticed that her Father didn't take from those who couldn't afford it. Instead when the gang came across such a person they ambushed, the whole group would pitch in to up their defenses and set them on a safer path. When they returned the male she noticed from before was waiting for them. Apparently he was a newcomer to the woods and wanted in on her father's gang. She watched as the male was welcomed then her father told her the others would meet soon to really test the male.
The guy passed, Myrida watched with others who were a little older than her. It seemed for most this was a family thing...the gang members were all close. Most weren't shifters. Myrida would later ask her father if she could join. Though she understands that being a bandit comes with a lot of negative connotations, she saw the good that her father's gang has done for some. While yeah they did rob from well to do travelers, they never took more than one couldn't survive off of. With that as her example. She wishes to step into her Father's shadow...
He's yet to answer her.
