STEP 2: HERE AND BACK AGAINNow, this is an survival rp exercise. The requirement to get a successful artifact is you must post 600 or more words, follow one of each step, and not run out of food. )
- At the start of the quest, each player in your party must roll 5d10 Add up all party member's values. That is the amount of food they carried with them. If your party runs out of food, you will have to head home, it's no good to die out there in the wild... (QUEST FAILED, RETRY AGAIN).
- If your Knight runs out of HP they PASS OUT and are considered OUT of this quest. That means they do not get the award. A group can choose to continue on without him/her or head back and abandon quest to redo.
- If you are doing this with a group, EACH person of the party must roll for each stage once before progressing to the next stage. If there is no post after 8 ooc hours, then you can skip them and they are considered KO'ed.
- Now, all players get one extra reroll. That means if you are solo OR group, and you do not like your roll, you can reroll ONCE. This applies to PER player, and does not consume a turn.
- If you have attempted and FAILED this three times in a row, you may skip all the dysentery rolls meaning, if you roll for that, reroll instantly. This only works for the next expedition you do, and after that resets back to no skips.

- Your party starts the trek forwards, the path out of Camelot is extremely dangerous and full of rugged, mountainous terrain. Be careful, a single misstep will cause you to loose anything and everything! Each player must now roll 1d4 and match it to the dice results below. Make sure you are rping everything. You can also spend unlimited time just rping back and forth before going to your next dice roll.
Rolling a 1: You accidentally slip, almost fall to your demise off a mountain cliff, and drop some of the food! Roll 1d6 to see how much food you lost.
Rolling a 2: You encounter a wild *animal here* that is extremely rabid and ferocious. It blocks the path and attacks you! You take -10 damage!
Rolling a 3: You accidentally ride into a bees nest. BEEEEES. Your horse runs away, making it extremely hard on you. Every turn you take, you must subtract 5 food from the caravan, starting next turn.
Rolling a 4: You catch some medieval version of dysentry and feel extremely sick. You need to be sent home IMMEDIATELY (QUEST FAIL for that person, they will have to retry again either single or with another group).
gaia_crown [ Step 2: The Winding Forest ]
- The forest is extremely confusing, and there is a myth that dangerous elves lie in these forest. Dangerous arrow-shooting elves and giant killer spiders. If you don't follow the path, you will get lost forever in the forest labyrinth. Each player must now roll 1d4 and match it to the dice results below. Make sure you are rping everything. You can also spend unlimited time just rping back and forth before going to your next dice roll.
Rolling a 1: A giant spider scares you so much you drop whatever it is you're eating! -5 Food
Rolling a 2: Someone seems to have left food on the road for you! How nice! +10 food.
Rolling a 3: Your horse gives up on you, running away. Every turn you take, you must subtract another additional 5 food from the caravan.
Rolling a 4: You catch some medieval version of dysentry and feel extremely sick. You need to be sent home IMMEDIATELY (QUEST FAIL for that person, they will have to retry again either single or with another group).
gaia_crown [ Step 3: The Dwarven Mountains ]
- You enter a giant mountain labyrinth. Dead skeletons, rusted armour and the bodies of fallen knights plague each step. You swear you could hear the sound of something horrific echoing in the far distance. Each player must now roll 1d6 and match it to the dice results below. Make sure you are rping everything. You can also spend unlimited time just rping back and forth before going to your next dice roll.
Rolling a 1: You accidentally step on a loaded booby trap! Arrows rain down on you, and you take -20 damage!
Rolling a 2: You accidentally step on a booby trap as giant axes start swinging at you! You take - 5 damage!
Rolling a 3: You accidentally step on a booby trap as snakes start chasing you! Why did it have to be snakes... -10 damage
Rolling a 4: You hear a horrific roaring noise and when you look behind you you see a terrifying beast made of fire chasing you! In your horror you lose half the remaining caravan food.
Rolling a 5: Your horse gives up on you, running away. Every turn you take, you must subtract another additional 5 food from the caravan.
Rolling a 6: You find a small supply crate from the last group of knights who tried to attempt this! +10 food
gaia_crown [ Step 4: The Mountain Summit ]
- You've done it, you've reached the mountain top! Now just to climb the highest hill and try to get that rare artifact, this better be worth it. Each player must now roll 1d6 and match it to the dice results below. Make sure you are rping everything. You can also spend unlimited time just rping back and forth before going to your next dice roll.
- This quest is NOT considered complete until EVERYONE has rolled. IF anyone does not roll they fail the quest but if you succeeded with everyone else, you can go ahead and claim the prize!
Rolling a 1: Giant unexplainable eagles start attacking you! Ow! You take -10 damage for yourself.
Rolling a 2: In your excitement to get the artifact, you drop one of the bags of food! You lose ALL OF YOUR FOOD. QUEST FAIL FOR WHOLE PARTY.
Rolling a 3: You accidentally shout a little too loud in excitement and unleash an avalanche! -10 damage for WHOLE PARTY. If anyone in your party hits 0 they FAIL THE QUEST
Rolling a 4: Just as you're about to touch the artifact, you catch some medieval version of dysentry and feel extremely sick. You need to be sent home IMMEDIATELY (QUEST FAIL for that person, they will have to retry again either single or with another group).
Rolling a 5: Somehow, you made it safely. Somehow.
Rolling a 6: An old man claiming to be a wizard hands you some food. Thanks, you guess? +10 food.

Experience taught Koray many things. The first being always make sure you were prepared for all things. Like your horse running away. Your food being bad and making you sick...or even some guy you met randomly tossing you over your shoulder like a sack of potatoes. That last one made the youth grimace. Not his best moment that was for sure. He leaned against the stable wall as he thought over what he needed. 1. Rations. He glanced to the bags at his feet where he stored them. Check. 2. Medic Kit. He leaned down to flip open one back to examine the supplies. Small flask of ale, wrappings, salve...few other items in there for headaches and minor aches. Check. 3. Steed. A glance over to Mortimer eating...without his saddle. Partial Check. ...He mentally added on 'Saddle' as number 4. Then pushing off he sought out the mounts personal saddle. Dinged up and scratched in places. Koray ran his fingers over them with a smile. Proof of their adventures together. He looked back to Mortimer. The stallion locked eyes and both nodded. Time to go. QUEST STATUS Food remaining: 23 YOUR HP: 50/50

Koray and Mortimer started off. Koray hearing that same sound from before...wait...what was. The youth blinked at the wolf which stepped out. Leaning to the side to look at Mortimer. The two shared a nod before Koray swung Yilidirim into his hand while Mortimer took off in full gallop. The wolf was surprised then charged. Leaping over them Koray smacked it to the side. Not before the wolves claws nicked his shoulder again. Great...he was so going to get a scar on that shoulder if this keeps up. The monsters seemed to like trying to take his good arm off. As Mortimer made their way through the forest, Koray could of sworn he recgonized these branches. Shrugging the male started to eat a apple. Offering the remander to Mortimer. The horse started eating only to flick his ears in memory of this moment in a past adventure. The horse started looking for a certain branch. Hoping that they didn't....they passed through a few thick branches. Koray holding an apple as he used his arm to fend off the leaves. Sighing he brought the apple back up only to stare at a spider. "OH CRAP NOT AGAIN!" he flailed the spider off. Mortimer blinking as he just kept going...well they found it again... After flailing off the spider a second one dropped onto Mortimer's flank causing the stallion to start. Bucking off Koray into the brush as he took off. Koray scrambled up and sighed... "Oh crap. Next time...spare shoe to kill spiders with..." he muttered darkly as he rubbed the back of his head. He picked up a fallen piece of fruit before putting it in his pack then walking the rest of the way. QUEST STATUS Your horse gives up on you, running away. Koray ate the fallen apple without much thought or care. The male got nearly to the top and saw the artifact. Finally. As he took the steps towards it he flinched. Oh crap...he held his sides. Did that spider bite into the apple. Oh...he looked around for the path back home...spotting it he ran down it without another thought. Hoping Mortimer was there. Spotting the steed he whimpered. Mortimer's ears perked up and the stallion was at his knight's side. Koray easily swinging back into the saddle as they took off back to the castle. Koray would have to try again when he was better. After a few days rest Koray was ready to go again. Mortimer was a bit more cautious but would follow the Knight to the end of this thing. He didn't really have a choice. The kid was hopeless alone.... QUEST STATUS *SECOND ATTEMPT* Food remaining: 21 YOUR HP: 50/50

Oh no...the two stopped as they saw the wolf. Mortimer felt Koray twitch and the steed went into a full gallop Koray easily swiping the beast. Funny this time it was Koray smacking his head on branch which hurt him...Mortimer heard the grunt but knew the knight was fine... He's done worse. As they drew closer Mortimer nearly stepped on a bag. The steed stopped, leaned his head down grabbed said bag then tossed it up to Koray. The Knight blinked..."Well, what have we here? Walking through a path Koray moved a branch only to hear the click of a trap. Mortimer bolted but not quick enough to avoid the blade nicking koray's arm. The knight urged the steed onward, wrapping a strip of cloth around his arm to patch it up later. They were almost there...they were so close. Koray felt a bag get caught on a branch and as he made to tug it back. The strap ripped and the bag fell away. Koray paused before looking at Mortimer...the horse didn't blink but went straight down the path back home... -FAIL- QUEST STATUS *SECOND ATTEMPT* In your excitement to get the artifact, you drop one of the bags of food!
