The purpose of this thread is to list the various staff characters who hold authority in the shop's game as well as recurring NPCs and give descriptions to acquaint the players with them. If a character is listed as available for all RP requests, your characters can meet them, build relationships with them, and/or speak to them about matters relevant to them anytime you want or need to. Simply send the character's player a PM or ask for RP in the main thread!

Physical Description: Average in height and build with a fair complexion and light freckles. Brown eyes, one of which is concealed by white, medium length hair that is hellishly curly and unruly when not brushed or styled. Usually in uniform and often has a somewhat disconcerting smile that falls somewhere between lighthearted and mischievous.

Personality: At a glance, Ben looks like a regular, friendly sort of fellow, but there's something about him that could be described as almost fiendish. He has a sadistic streak and enjoys making people uncomfortable. He's known to make light of serious situations and joke about legitimate threats and dangers. Ben's dark sense of humor is closely tied to his lack of morals, and he has no reservations about handing down death sentences to traitors and setting up fatal 'accidents' for deserters. In fact, he almost seems to enjoy it. However, he is closely attuned to the needs of the organization and is a sharp judge of character, and he knows better than to endanger Team Rocket or its goals for his own entertainment.

Not eager to rush to his death, he accepted the offer of membership and took up the role of offing traitors. Through skill and dedication, he gradually worked his way through the ranks and was ultimately forced to retire from active duty after treatment failed to improve the uveitis that developed in one eye.

One leg is a prosthesis, inlaid in places with wood for decorative purposes.

Personality: Cool and professional, Clover might seem distant or standoffish if not for her tendency to look people in the eye when they speak to her and listen attentively to whatever they have to say. Although executives in general have a reputation for being cold and intimidating, Clover tries to make an effort to be open to hearing and responding to the concerns of anyone below her in rank. When working on mission assignments, she is always open to taking into account the opinions of Rockets to whom the missions are relevant.

Physical Description: She's a little above average height, and her body is somewhat pear-shaped, though her poofy, curly, coppery-red hair evens it out somewhat. Sharp, light blue eyes are set in a round face that almost always sports a wide grin. Her attire consists predominantly of a heavily modified uniform (sleeveless Agent-style top with shorts, wrist-length gloves and knee-high boots, all in Elite colors) that allegedly aids in mobility but mostly just shows off her various tattoos and piercings, of which she has many. She also wears a bandana to hold back her unruly hair, typically in a color matching her outfit but she has a few with elite colors for when she's in uniform.

Personality: Passionate describes Becca pretty well. She is also boisterous, opinionated, loud, obstinate, expressive, and excitable, with a love of explosions rivaled only by her love for her pokemon. As a rather fearless individual, she absolutely loves dangerous situations. While she loves working in Team Rocket, it's less out of loyalty or love of the team and more because they allow her to work so closely with bombs and explosives. Despite this loose form of loyalty, she isn't one to even consider shying away from carrying out amoral orders of any kind, and will execute them without hesitation. While she does care for her teammates (to a degree), she has no love nor sympathy for those who aren't (or who aren't any longer).

History: Not much is known about Becca's history, except that somewhere along the line she developed a love for explosions that bordered on unhealthy obsession. She's been working for Team Rocket for a number of years at another branch before transferring to the main headquarters a year or two ago.

Responsibilities: Her main responsibilities are leading missions of varying size and importance, as well as occasionally performing missions solo or with another Rocket. On top of that, she will also assist trainees and grunts with training.

Physical Description: Fairly pale complexion, violet eyes, black hair that goes down to her lower back with several purple streaks mixed in that's usually pulled back into a ponytail, bun, or braid when she's on missions. Despite being thin, she's fit and somewhat muscular. She wears a neatly pressed Elite uniform while on duty, and when off-duty she typically just wears jeans and tanktops. Whether on duty or not, she endeavors to have good posture regardless, and walks with her back straight and shoulders back, though she's prone to leaning her weight on one foot at times.

Personality: Claire takes her job very seriously, and strives to be the very best that she can be. She has daily exercise and training regimens for her pokemon as well as herself, and holds herself to high standards. Though she doesn't hold others to such high standards, she still expects a certain level of competency and performance; she has little patience for those who show little promise. While she tries her hardest to be professional at (almost) all times, she can relax and enjoy herself with others when it is appropriate to do so. She loves going on missions of almost any kind and loathes having to stay behind for any sort of reason, as she would much rather be right at the front contributing with everyone else. Though she always tries to keep herself busy, she will gladly set aside time to help or work with her teammates. She is very grateful to be a part of Team Rocket and does her absolute best to repay the Team for taking her in, though she doesn't always agree with everything; in those instances, she will follow through on all her instructions without hesitation, but not without some measure of reluctance.

History: Originally a member of Team Galactic for several years, Claire left during a coup and fled to Johto where she immediately joined Team Rocket to protect herself in case Galactic started hunting down traitors. Her history is classified and she keeps her Galactic origins a closely guarded secret, and has even gone so far as to dye her hair and wear colored contacts to avoid being recognized.

Responsibilities: Although his specialty is in weaponry, as one the handful of elites who oversees Team Rocket's technology department, Lucas deals with most of the divisions in some way or another. He's most active in the weapons and engineering divisions, contributing to projects, dealing with issues, and keeping on top of the workflow. Occasionally he will also help with leading missions.
Age: Mid 40s
Height / Weight: 6'1" / 158lbs
Physical Description: Somewhat dulling brown hair that's rarely neatly brushed and a beard that adds to a scruffy appearance. Pale blue eyes and glasses with a long scar over the left eye. Wears his elite uniform, sans gloves, only when necessary, such as on missions. Otherwise dresses comfortably in jeans and sweaters or loose shirts. Just a little on the lanky side but generally fit. Very casual both in body language and tone of voice; easy to approach.

Personality: Although he takes his work seriously, Lucas is very laid-back and friendly. He treats his duties in Team Rocket as he would any other job: something that he just has to do in order to enjoy his free time to the utmost. Being older than the average Rocket, Lucas has a lot of experience, both as a member of a criminal organization and as a person, and is more than willing to give all kinds of advice to anyone who would ask it of him. He has a keen sense of humor, is slow to anger, and generally just wants the best for everyone around him. He does, however, understand that as a Rocket elite, he has certain obligations to the organization, and he will carry them out even if he must do so heavy-heartedly.

Typically found in elite uniform with fingerless gloves, shorts, and leggings but has an abundant wardrobe to disguise herself for any occasion. Typically wears significantly high heels to add to her height unless she's in a position where it would be detrimental. Has a straight posture and a quick stride.

Personality: Rook has a calm and assertive disposition and tends to speak in a clear, somewhat loud tone around unless she's on a mission. She's willing and eager to be helpful to Rockets that are trying to better themselves, but she has no patience for those who are skirting by with minimal effort. Although approachable, some might describe Rook as a little overbearing and too work-oriented. She believes that a Rocket's most valuable skill is the ability to accomplish an objective without ever being noticed, and so her training focuses on agility and stealth over raw power.

Physical Description: Olive complexion with brown hair, long enough to tie into a small and messy bun, and light red eyes. Somewhat sharp features, gaunt and tired-looking. Underweight. Wears an eye patch to conceal a missing eye, but some ugly scarring is still visible around the area, evidence that the wound wasn't properly cared for in a timely manner. Fit enough to just pass training but otherwise somewhat fragile and twig-like.

Personality: Having been through a great deal of hardship, Daniel is a bit world-weary, but he does his best not to let that affect his attitude towards others and generally tries to be friendly and accommodating, even to those who might do him harm. Daniel has a tendency to ramble when speaking and may randomly pause or stutter; though he doesn't dislike others, social interaction can sometimes make him feel a bit flustered and mentally disorganized. His biggest interest is in making the most of his circumstances and enjoying his life the best way he can.

History: Daniel was previously a member of Team Galactic and was aboard the Galactic airship when it crashed. As his team disbanded and its members spread themselves far and wide, Daniel chose to remain aboard the ruined ship, not wanting to risk incarceration by returning to society. He was found by the Rocket mission team that was sent to investigate the grounded airship and was taken prisoner by them. Bearing Team Rocket no animosity, Daniel complied with every order and answered every question and was eventually deemed trustworthy enough to take an oath of loyalty to Team Rocket and ascend to the rank of grunt.

Personality: Despite his stint living with a number of dead bodies for an extended period of time, including that of his previous trainer, Potato is an upbeat and optimistic bird. He is very proud of his repertoire and will perform any at even the slightest suggestion. While he can be loud and obnoxious to some, he is quick to comply with someone's wish for him to cease, and will just as happily sit in silence with them instead. He absolutely adores both people and pokemon, and is happiest when he's in their company, as he dislikes being alone.
Skillset: Remembering a variety of phrases, sounds, noises, and songs, and being able to perform them at will
History: Potato used to belong to a young Galactic woman named Chrissa, but she died after the Galactic airship crashed. The Chatot was left to wander the downed airship with an ever-dwindling number of living people for company, until a team of Rockets traveled to the site to investigate. They came across Potato, as well as a young man named Daniel, and took them both with them when they returned to HQ. Since his original trainer is no longer among the living, Potato has taken to sticking with Daniel instead, and has recently become the medical department's unofficial mascot.
