Eije's childhood was one filled with stories of adventure. Monsters, gods and the goddess, Chi: her father wove stories of grand proportions when he returned from protecting their home. Her mother had died during childbirth, and her grandfather was distant, so she was babysat by family friends often. When her father died, he willed her his swords. They were withheld by her grandfather, who wanted a man to "wield them for her." She followed suit, planning to have the swords no matter what. She was then engaged to her best friend, Viveka, much to their chagrin. He later ran off with a lover and she was disowned because she couldn't play the part of the dainty housewife. Now she explores, Sauti and Tale, hoping to repay Viv's father for his kindness and to make herself a stronger person who is truly worthy of wielding her father's swords.

Name: Namidu Species: Sailscale Gender: Male Personality: Skittish and clingy, the poor boy unfortunately doesn't handle new situations well.
History: Born in captivity, he's been though his share of owners. After being abandoned a number of times, he tends to suffer from severe separation anxiety. He was found by Viv in Sauti, who unfortunately, wasn't expecting a familiar any time soon. Viv then gave him to Eije, who happily took the sailscale and keeps him by her side at all times. Namidu has a more extensive wardrobe than Eije to compensate for the travelling. He swaddles so well for Zena!
