now that we are beginning to understand the new MP trends (insanity) maybe some have figured out what are good investments!

since i am a student, it is pretty difficult to spend cash on GC. i still have a little bit to work with though. around 100B gg for spending.

i believe the items with loots of recolors are super great to invest in. all the marionette restrung, counterfeits' etc.
Some of the many wig items seems to be doing well also.

what do yall think??

Having recently come back to gaia in the last six months or so i have seen so many changes in the market but i have been more or less keeping a close eye on things. Your best bet is to keep an eye on the the graphs and such.

Then you need to regularly check the worth of the items you have and try to remember the fluctuations. Because if you have items like the wigs and such then you will be bale to tell what is doing well and what is not.

Also before you but an item try and think of how its market place worth has change to see if it stagnates or not. For the moment however i am going to suggest in long term investments as they will increase substantially over time however the risk with that at the moment is that everything else is increasing in worth at more or less the same rate.

the market place right now is more volatile than it has ever been and that is the problem. As for items you are better off going for the slightly older items because the newer ones just dont in my seem to have the same effect on the marketplace but that could just be opinion. also dont go investing in items that are really really expensive, you would be better off with multiple investments in items that are worth a little less, because that way if you make a loss on one you are likely to make it back with another.

I hope this has been of some help but to be honest i am not the best investor so feel free to take or leave my advice.

yeah ive been watching it pretty closely.
it seems to be extremely difficult to invest. the new cash shop items always have a pretty high value when they came out, (especially when it comes to the recolors) but i see that people get tired of these items pretty quickly as they seem to go out of style after about the 3rd recolor release in the cash shop. So the only way to make money quick would be having to purchase these items then resell them almost immediately before people get over the fad. Super bummer... but items like the horns of the demon seem to rise pretty steadily.. i just wish i knew of a couple more items like those that cost a bit more (so i can invest a larger sum). But ive been looking at the ancient katana which i use to consider a solid invest, and even that seems to be going down in worth.. the only other item i would consider a solid invest as well, would be the angelic halo (which is waaay out of my price range) and other assorted rare wings (also out of range). What it really comes down to is... i believe the MP is seriously wacked.. and im not sure if there will be any solid investments in the near future : /

hey broke b***h, honestly I go with mid to long term investments cuz you just forget then find out that you missed out on a lot so go back to short investments but fall into impulse buying so its a loss loss for me. however cuz of all the hoards I sold it for pure then refocused on my avi in the first place like always to keep me on track. so I guess we are on the same boat but the riches gained goes back to the soul where you're broke with no type of influence but look good
