Champ de Mars ~ Event Starting Point The Champ de Mars (English: Field of Mars) is a large public greenspace in Paris, France, located in the seventh arrondissement (English: Administrative Districts), between the Eiffel Tower to the northwest and the École Militaire to the southeast. The park is named after the Campus Martius ("Mars Field") in Rome, a tribute to the Latin name of the Roman God of war. The name also alludes to the fact that the lawns here were formerly used as drilling and marching grounds by the French military.
Ever since the Star Sapphire Ring embedded itself into the Tower, the Champ de Mars has become something of a phenomena. Pink Crystals erupted from the ground into large, twisting spikes and began trapping innocent people within their cold but loving embrace. A huge Pink Crystal Wall erected itself around the lawn and it is now actually really hard to enter without looking appropriately or flying.
There a scores of trapped people littered on the lawn but all in all, it is eerily quiet. The whole world is holding it's breath...
(Always Enter & Exit the Event through this thread.)

Larfleeze sensed a new power surge throughout the universe, as the loss of Carol Ferris literally shook the universe. The ring now hopeless and alone seemed to be on Earth, and so a return was simply inevitable for the alien. Flying through the universe, fully recovered following his bout with Charlotte Bellrose he made it to Earth without a single distraction. Larfleeze's pursuit of the ring was dangerous and he knew that this was about to be an emotional spectrum war ground. As he entered Earth's orbit, he located the ring in the so called city of love. Paris. France.
A wave of smell hit Larfleeze as sped across the planet ignoring all of it's inhabitants. A huge structure in the middle of Paris seemed to be the ring's resting place. The tower was covered in violet crystals and the flickering light of love stood at the top. He hit the ground running, seeing a reporter just before the huge structure he approached her nuzzled his nose into the camera and shrieked, "This is not a matter for you humans!"
Then Larfleeze flew through the Champ de Mars, now covered in crystals and entered the tower.

Vera give a throaty sigh. So Paris the city of L - O - V - E was proving to be sincerely annoying, no it had nothing to do really with love, lovers or parisians themselves. What made the dark maned vixen vexed, was her searched had pretty much met a dead end. Pretty much literally in one case of a lead she had. Her mother had sent her to this lovely "love place" to find a set of very powerful cards. Something in her mother scrying had pin pointed the city of lights, so bam of course, Vera was very clearly told that she must drop everything and head off. This deck of cards were not to fall into anybody else hands. So yet again Jacqueline had brought upheaval to the young teacher's life. Sure she was a daycare teacher, and not a college professor , but hey she loved her job, she loved being able to corrupt the young... (I mean molding them). She honestly found great joy in her work and had a deep love for her students. She enjoyed watching them grow and learn about the world. She loved teaching them about it, every new class was dear to her in a way mostly likely she'd never feel for anybody else. This upheaval however, had become a common thing after the heroes of the world had gone missing. Her mother had taken it upon herself to guard the mystic artifacts, which in some odd way made Vera her own personal Indiana Jones.
Vera had taken on the mantle of mystical artifact hunter beguilingly, if she had wanted to do this with her life, whelp she would have! Yet her mother had made some very good points, mostly to do with the fact that if any of these artifacts fell into the hands of the wrong person ... namely not her, the world could come to an nasty end. Vera was pretty sure not all of the artifacts she had gotten in her tomb raider side job, were indeed world ending types. However she did know her mother a had flare for the dramatic and she had taken on this job soo there that was. Yet if this kept as it was going, she would have to put her real life job on hold. Which deep down broke her heart, to give up the great love of her life, to be her mothers magical blood hound. Honestly she could tell her mom to shove it, but what if in some messed up turn of fate ( which from her very good understanding of fate and it's a*****e ways was sure could and would totally happen) a student of hers got harmed by one of these mystical items. What if she could have stopped said item form doing its horrid work? She might just have to put her love for teaching on hold to help her possible future and past students, indeed show them a greater love, but breaking her own heart.
She could be a b***h, just say the hell to it all and live out her life happy on her own island... she did have some choices. But for now she was going to find those bloody cards. She was grumbling about cards and fate as she got dressed, she had been sleeping most of the day, it was now that happy hour that most people that got up to magical shenanigans would be starting their day. So a good time to find new leads and the like. Vera had thought about turning on the tv to see what the world outside was up to but she, rolled her eyes and thought, like it matters right now. She fumbled with her iPod to get her hunting groove on, rolling her thumb to The Jimi Hendrix Experience and head out of her somewhat musty motel. To be hit with an odd sense like something tugging at her pulling her to walk down a path way to ... the Eiffel Tower. A Violet Haze had gripped her vision and she felt love wrap itself around her heavy heart and it seemed to speak to her there, come to me Vera Ravencoft, come to me ...and as quick as the haze and love consumed her, it disappeared just as fast.
"What the F was that?!" She said loud startling a very old man whom spilled his over priced wine all over the patio table she was standing by, outside the ratty motel. He gave her a look of disgust. Which Vera didn't even notice as she was freaking out, nope she didn't like things getting into her head and she like them messing with her emotions even less. "Oh your soo not getting away with that whatever you are." She once again said out where folks could hear her and a few other people on the patio were now giving her looks, the old man gave the universal hand sign of crazy and pointed to Vera which the others all wholeheartedly agreed with, as Vera just ran off. Jimi Hendrix still flooded her ears with his unearthly music as she round the last street between her and the Eiffel Tower. "That can't be good." She said in a hiss and thought about turning right back around, and thinking that seemed just a bit above her pay grade. She closed her eyes for a moment and her nicer side won out, that was one big a** powerful something for sure and a lot of folks looked like they were in trouble. Plus whatever that thing was it had invited her after all, it was only polite to say hi back right? She walked trough the towering pink hued crystal by finding a vague okay sized space and made her body just a little bit more flexible with magical means to get through it.
To behold the tower just as these lyrics played through her head
All along the watchtower Princess kept the view While all the women came And went bare-foot servants too Outside in the cold distance A wild cat did growl Two riders were approaching And the wind began to howl, hey.

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Evra McNalle The Huntress ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// There was a rumbling roar heading for the Champ De Mars. The sound was rarely heard in Paris, or even the entire country oof France. Soon, the source of the sound was visible. A classic Amercian Harley motorcycle roared into the area and came to a rumbling stop.
The bike's rider cut the engine and swung one leg off. Standing next to her vehicle, the biker chick removed her horned helmet and hung it from the handlebar. This woman, with fire-red hair and a long sword slung across her back, was Evra Mcnalle. She was the daughter of a murdered IRA gunrunner, an Assassin trained by the feared Ras' Al Ghul and most recently a lethal Vigilante in Gotham.
She couldn't really explain why she'd been called here, but she'd flown here in the belly of a military cargo plane and disembarked immediately to get where a voice in her head had told her to go. Now, standing before a field of pink crystals Evra still wondered why she'd come here. It seemed she wasn't the only one here either, the assassin spotted another woman find a crevice just wide enough to move through.
Approaching the same hole the other had found, Evra waited a few minutes before slipping into the crevice herself. To pass though, however, she had to take her sword from her back and hold it before her. Making it through with a few tugs and an annoying scrape on her abdomen, Evra slung her sword across her back as she saw the woman who'd entered before her.
"Oi! Voice in yer head call yeh here too?" She called out, a vague Irish accent coloring her voice. Evra didn't know what to make of their seemingly common interest in this place, but she was ready for any situation that might arise.

▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐ Madi had decided to come to Paris on a whim. Two of her Peace Corps friends, Lisa and Chris, had decided to travel to the city of love for a few days after their time in Guinea was up and invited her along. She knew she didn't have nearly enough money in her savings to justify the trip, but she was fond of her friends and one last hurrah before going back to the States sounded like a good idea. Besides, she wasn't going to be starting her new job as an ESL teacher until the spring, so a little delay in returning home wouldn't hurt anything. Except her wallet, but she'd deal with that later. Currently, she was busy unpacking her bags. She had sent the bulk of her things ahead to her parents' house so she didn't have much, but it was enough for her to get by. Three sets of clothes (undergarments included), a couple pairs of shoes (in case one pair was rendered useless for a time), hygiene related products and other such necessities. She even brought along a first aid kit just in case. No one could ever say she wasn't prepared. Though as prepared as she was, Madi never would have been properly prepared for a feeling of violet love to wash over her and whisk her away halfway across the city to the… Eiffel Tower? It was violet and covered in strange crystals but it was definitely the Tower. She stared at the sight in front of her, completely baffled by it all. How did she get here? What was happening? She looked around in a vain attempt to get some sort of clue as to her current circumstances, but found nothing of note. No, wait, there was something. A woman - two - squeezing their way past the wall. Did they have something to do with this? They must. Maybe. "Hey!" She called out as she ran over. With some work she managed to wiggle her way through the opening. Madi cleared her throat to get their attention, then preceded to ask in French. "Excuse me. Can you tell me what is going on? Do you know?"▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐

"I'm the one that you need and fear"
"Now that you're hooked, it's all becoming clear"
Status: Confused Location: Paris Streets; Eiffel Tower - Event Entrance Company: Vera, Evra, and Madison
Paris, France. It was always regarded as the most love-borne place in all of the world. It was here that every couple and hopeless romantic sought the feeling that sent forward butterflies in the stomach and jitters in the hands. Love...such a coveted feeling among so many...and denied to so many again and again. And yet..for some...there was no love, in or out. Some had any scrap of love ripped from their very soul by a life forced to burden unimaginable grief and uncertainty for all of its years. A life that had never known love as anything other than a lie...a falsity that plagued the world..a tool that man used to get what it wanted. Such a torn....wretched...shredded life that it was a miracle that it could even be called a life any longer.
This was the life that walked alone among the dark streets of Paris. The streets that most avoided due to brigand and thieves that preyed on tourists. Tourists were the only ones stupid enough to explore the outer city alleys and the darker streets. Perhaps Alessandra was just stupid, or perhaps she simply did not care about the warnings given to all tourists. A ripe young twenty years old, Alessandra stood a mere five-feet and six inches tall. Average height for a woman, yet her beauty was above average. Skin, miraculously unmarred given her past, that was tanned to a beautiful hue, with shoulder-length reddish-orange hair. Eyes of sky blue that peered out at a world that had always been so cruel to her from the very first day.
Wearing knee length sky blue and white striped tights, under a pair of very short black shorts held up by a sky blue belt, Alessandra seemed to be comfortable with her body. Her top, something akin to a hooded jacket, was fastened only to just below her decent sized breasts and was trimmed in the same sky blue color. Pulling the hood up on her head, Alessandra's black and sky blue shoes carried her down the street as her face peered straight forward, moonlight occasionally glinting off of the lip ring on the right side of her lower lip.
It was dark and quiet as Alessandra continued to walk, aiming to find a fairly cheap hotel to stay the night at. Suddenly, her vision was tinted light purple, a violet color that felt....warm. 'Alessandra...my poor child....hurt so deeply for so long....feel my love....embrace my heart....and come to me....come.' The warm and loving sensation, something Alessandra had never felt before, left the woman in a state of awe, and then shock as she was jerked upwards, and then set down gently only a second later. Staggering on her feet, almost falling, Alessandra's eyes watered and she quickly wiped them, looking at the would-be tears with a slight hint of shock. Dropping her bag off of her shoulder, Alessandra finally looked up and around.
There were others here...and here was? The base of the Eiffel Tower?!? And what were with all of these violet crystals. They covered the area and the Eiffel Tower. Towards the top Alessandra thought she saw faint red and yellow glows, dismissed them for lights on top of the tower, and looked back at the others. All apparently females. Moving through the tiny opening was easy for Alessandra's thin frame, just as it probably had been for the other three. Hearing the tail-end of one girl speaking French, Alessandra cleared her throat behind the women before speaking. "Violet light? Weird feeling? Voice in your head?....and then...just here. Was that just me?
O.O.C.

\\\ Evra McNalle The Huntress ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// With the woman she'd followed seemingly ignoring her, Evra turned to the dark skinned lady who'd followed her through the crevice. Looking her up and down, the Irish assassin answered in flawless French.
"I have no idea. I heard a voice in my head calling me here, but no explanation was given. What are you doing here?" Evra was a skilled linguist thanks to the insistence of Rhas' wanting his Assassins to be able to understand as many languages as possible. She continued giving Madi an inspecting stare, waiting for her answer.

"Ah, yes," she started uncertainly, gaze moving between the two redheads. Voices? Violet light? Instant teleportation? That sounded like what had happened to her. She had to admit she was thankful she wasn't the only one to experience such a strange occurrence. Unfortunately, they appeared to be just as confused by it as she was. "It is like she said," she continued in French, motioning towards the new arrival. She decided to clarify, uncertain if she could understand English. "We encountered a violet light, experienced an odd voice and then were suddenly transported here."That is what happened to me as well," she told the new arrival in English. She didn't wish to leave her out of the conversation should she not speak the language. "This is all so strange. I don't know what is going on."Madi glanced around the area, feeling uneasy. There was a strange feeling hovering about... fear? Her eyes landed on one of the many people trapped within a violet crystal. Could it be a fear of being trapped? Were these people still living or was she only imagining it? She approached the crystal and, after a moment of hesitation, rested her hand upon it. "These people... do you think they still are alive?"▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐▐

Vera was transfixed for awhile there, not noticing whom was round her as the music in her ears was clearly blocking out any words or sounds. Short of being shook or tap on the shoulder, it would have taken a sonic boom to get her notice at the moment. Her eyes were stuck searching the tower and saw a few shifting of lights above in it, which she couldn't quite place. All that she could sense with her magical gift was something old, however the crystals themselves didn't give off a magical feel at all. So her "spidey senses" as small as they might be didn't really help her understand what was happening. She tried to run through her all be it small catalog of oddity which might cause pink crystal. She even closed her eyes a moment to try and better file through her knowledge, as if that would really help. She was drawing a blank, no she didn't know what this stuff was out of her forced magical studies, which proved not but as much use as her mother had lead her to believe.
When she open her eyes again, she saw not one but three other woman around her? Where the hell did they come from? she thought. Her bright eyes widen in shock and she took out her ear bud to hear the newest newcomer say "Violet light? Weird feeling? Voice in your head?....and then...just here. Was that just me?" She paused a moment not sure if she wanted to share her own happening with this violet light, but her wish to be mysterious in all things was somewhat diminished by the fact that yeah it seemed like she wasn't too special with this thing, whatever it was. As the other ladies about were talking to each other about the matter, she listen when they was an pause in the conversation, Vera say oh so elegantly, " s**t, hello all. " She waved a ear-bud filled hand at the others around her, as a form of an apology for not notice them all, also showing them why she hadn't. One of the women ( the one whom had been speaking in French a moment ago) had asked a pretty good question, one that Vera had been thinking too. She shot in a reply to her, after her "formal greeting" to the group, " I honestly don't know... Though I could try something and see if they are? Not sure if it would work but it worth a shot? However its going to take some time and I am not too sure how safe we all are here. I think we might want to check this place out first to make sure we aren't going to get trap like them? C'us how helpful can we be to them if we are trap like them, right? But if someone is willing to watch my back I could try it. "
She turn away form the other woman for a moment and spoke up, addressing the group adding in her two cents. " Yeah, head voice pretty much say come here to me too and kinda did this love whammy on me, so I take we all don't have a clue whats up with it. I would gather that we all got some part to play in this odd happening, since this thing called us all here, however that's all I've got on understating this." She took a moment than went on to say putting her music player away, "Whelp let start out what something we do know... our names? Plus it would be nice to call you guys something other than hey you. I'll even start." She give them a somewhat friendly smile, you know that one that you reserved for complete strangers, " I am Vera. " She waited awhile for them to give up their names, if they wanted to whether they were real names or not didn't matter to the raven maned woman, she just need something to call them like she said.

It was the day the entire planet stood still, holding its breath for what was to come. A large chunk of Paris had been frozen in time due to a mysterious pink light that fell from the cosmos and bathed France in it's glorious pink hue, turning anything and everything it's light touched into majestic crystal.
The light had fallen from the heavens and struck France at it's core. The Eiffel Tower in Paris. Crystal Spires erupted soon after adding to the beauty of the place. Multiple people were trapped instantly in the crystal, unaware of what had happened. Just moments frozen in time. And it was up to time, on whether or not they could bounce back from this. If humanity could bounce back from this. As it's done so many times before, with each catastrophe and 'end of days' the human world has dealt with thus far. Humanity always bounces back. And it has to.
The Champ De Mars grew silent. A wall of crystal erected, trapping dozens of civilians in it's pink hue. A lone female stood apparent among the rest. All of the other civilians seemed calm, preoccupied by the things they had done before trapped. She had been running. Running towards the Tower. With camera in hand. She had shown bravery in the face of the unknown and while being trapped in the crystal was not a 'actual' punishment, the girl had been punished. Her camera had been destroyed. The lens had been damaged by the crystal and laid broken on the floor apart from the rest of the camera.
The girl's crystal body erupted into the entrance way of the tower blocking it from the world, at least from ordinary means. ✦▐ with;; ✦▐ thoughts;; ✦▐ ooc;; Hope this is okay.

\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Evra McNalle The Huntress ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Call me Evra." Was the only thing she said in response to Vera's suggestion.
Striding further into the field, the Assassin pulled one of her crossbow pistols from it's holster, spinning it on her trigger finger as she aimed ahead. Evra wasn't very talkative at the best of times and even less now. She wanted to find out what had called her here and then leave. Being of Irish decent, she didn't particularly like being in France and would much rather go back to the cesspool of a city she'd come to call home. Gotham.
Keeping the crossbow ahead of her, ready to fire an explosive bolt, Evra approached the entrance of the Eiffel Tower and saw it was blocked. Moving closer, she peered into the crystal and saw a feminine figure within.
"Vera, if you think you can free these people from the crystals, start with this one." Evra ordered. She could feel a pull from the tower and inferred that whatever had called them all here was at the top. Stepping back, the Irish Assassin lowered her weapon and looked around the field again, waiting for the witchy-looking woman.

A brief flash of disappointment crossed her face when the lady revealed she was also clueless as to why they had been drawn there. She had thought for sure at least one of these women would know. That meant having to discover the reason and it seemed they would be seeking it out together. She was actually a bit happy about that; she didn't know how well she would manage if she had to do it on her own. "My name is Madi," she managed to say before Evra stepped away from the group and further into the field. Her eyes narrowed, glimpsing the crossbow pistol. "Is that a weapon?" She asked aloud, looking to Vera for confirmation. Why in the world would she been carrying a weapon around. She suddenly wasn't feeling so sure about her present company. ’A family vacation… they said.’ Izabella thought bitterly as she stormed down the streets, hands clenched into tight little fists as she dodged people left and right. ”It would be relaxing… they said…. You earned if after such a stressful semester in school… Just one day… ONE day. Wizard, what have you done to me… why can’t I have one normal day?” Cussing under her breath, the teenaged girl ventured on through the streets, navigating her way to the scene without so much as a second thought about what she was doing. What was she doing, anyways? There wasn’t much that the girl knew about the situation apart from what was circulating through the news – crystals… lots and lots of crystals, lining the Champ de Mars. But it didn’t stop at that – no – the whole entire place was now apparently blocked off by a wall of crystal. This wasn’t some random military drill, nor was it likely the work of any particular individual that Izabella had ever encountered in her short career as a hero. Not at such a large scale, not in such a public place.
It would have been breathtaking had Izabella taken the time to stop and admire, but her official title for now was anything but tourist… she had a duty, one that she promised she would perform under any circumstance… even if this was technically her time off. Did superheroes ever get time off, even? Even tiny teenaged ones? Probably not. Finding the entrance wasn’t much of a struggle for the girl, nor was the act of actually slipping through the wall, given Izabella’s tiny stature, but what she witnessed within was beyond description. Beyond anything she could have imagined. There were people… living?? Dead?? Izabella wasn’t sure, but what she was sure about was the fact that she wasn’t alone. The sound of voices – female voices – lingered in the air, drawing her attention further down the field near the entrance of the tower, to where the small group of them were congregated. ”Hey! You guys!” She shouted, waving to the group as she ran towards them. ”It’s not safe in here… you should leave, there’s a little exit back there by th—uhh…” As she approached the group, Izabella realized one of them was armed.
Slowing her approach, Izabella eyed Evra suspiciously. ”Are you….?” Unsure of where she was going with the question, Izabella took slight pause. What was there to even ask? They were in the Champs de Mars, surrounded by a massive crystal wall, in a field littered with civilians trapped in crystal spires. The group was standing by one individual in particular, also encased in crystal, blocking the entrance of the tower. At a walking pace now, Izabella drew closer to the group, as cautious as ever. Lowering her voice to raspy whispers now, as if the very mention of it would invoke some ungodly infestation of demons, the girl kept her gaze locked onto Evra. ”…evil?”

| "So much for time off..."
If Ms. Chievous was good at anything, it was being attracted to trouble. And an Eiffel tower encased in handfuls of pink crystal spikes of doom? That was trouble spelled out and stamped on her face. Especially since the feeling that drew her here was still echoing hollowly in her chest and made her think of people she didn't necessarily want to remember right now; not Marcel - because thinking of Marcel made her think of blood spilling over the sand-blown cobblestones and her dark head of hair rolling across the execution grounds and the way Lyta had felt her heart shatter into a million pieces - and not Imran - because thinking of Imran was a thousand times more painful than thinking of Marcel because with Marcel at least she had know she had died, because Marcel hadn't been looking straight at her the moment the iridescent light of the teleporter closed around her and she had woken up on void Earth. Ms. Chievous felt equal parts angry and hurt and confused and maybe, on some levels, curious. The supernatural oddities of this world never ceased to amaze her or fail to draw her in.
It would've been silly of her to approach this place without engaging her Knightmare mode, even if the bright dreamy colors of her 'other' form - pastel purples and teals and pinks and heterochromatic eyes - drew (unwanted) attention, because even if it turned out to be nothing but a harmless artifact causing this confusing, it was better to be safe than sorry. Her human form was very weak, after all, and Ms. Chievous did not have a death wish. There was much she still needed to accomplish, and she was no where close to doing so after all. She wasn't stupid enough to touch the crystals; this wasn't, as humans liked to say, her first rodeo, though the temptation was certainly there. She wondered if her hand would pass straight though and she would be able to touch these people, pull them out, even as logic reminded her of the silliness of that train of thought. Rolling the lollipop between her teeth, she twirled a lock of her cotton-candy-purple hair around her finger thoughtfully. Crystals with people embedded inside them, and the addition of that heavy-light feeling in her chest she had only felt around two people in her nineteen Cycles. Perhaps this was an 'emotional' phenomenon? She was certainly brought here because something had triggered her emotions, though she had no memory of her feet bringing her here. A supernatural black out? Even more suspicious.
She began to circle around the perimeter of the tower to find a way through the maze of crystal people, and found a group of women who seemed to have been drawn to the abnormality, same as her.
Maybe.
"You guys work pretty slow huh. Anyone need a hand? Not like, a literal one, because I dunno if touching these things trap you inside them too, but you know, a metaphorical one? I might have one of those lying around somewhere." Ms. Chievous knew the pros of team-work - even if having an entire company that followed your every order might have spoiled her a little - and besides, it wasn't like she would be able to scale this entire place by herself. "Help" was dispensable and objective and - at the moment - required. The pastel-haired female scuffed a shoe on the grass at the edge of one of the spires, trying to determine how far into the ground it was rooted. If she used her powers in Knightmare mode, maybe she could even pull it out? She had never tried her powers on something of this scale before, but trying to pull the person through the crystal seemed a little too risky, even for her. "We could stand around and talk about what's going on and who's on who's side if we want, or we could, you know," she jerked a thumb over her shoulder at the crystallized girl blocking what she assumed was the entrance to the tower. "Storm the hold and figure out what's going on and then talk later? Just in case this is another alien invasion or mad scientist or whatever evil some crazy's concocted?" The lollipop clacked against her teeth as she rolled it around with her tongue again. "Or you could ignore me, if you think I'm a crazy, that's fine too." Oddly enough, she didn't look particularly bothered by this, shrugging her small shoulders in a fluid motion. She blinked her gold-magenta heterochromatic eyes slowly and it dawned on her that she hadn't introduced herself yet.
"Also, I'm Ms. Chievous by the way. My name. Personality too, probably. Kind of like the word, but like, not. Spelled m, s, full stop, capital c, h, i, e, v, o, u, s. Nice ta meetcha. Now. Evil pink-crystallized tower of doom anyone?"

"In fearful day, in raging night, With strong hearts full, our souls ignite,When all seems lost in the War of Light,Look to the stars- For hope burns bright!" Derek flew into the area, his eyes gazing around in thought as he studied the crystals. He had been flying overhead when he had noticed violet lights reflecting up into the sky, and it peaked his curiosity given the fact that the tower was now covered in crystals. 'Well, I'm guessing this isn't just a new trend, but the question is what the crystal could be.' Derek thought as he landed at the edge of the area, his gaze soon landing on a group of women that hadn't been covered in crystal. "Well, guess Detroit isn't Rock City anymore." Derek spoke to himself as he looked at the area, his mind already in thought as he examined the crystals. He couldn't deny that the crystal was similar to what he was shown through the power battery's knowledge of the violet power rings, and even more so from how it seemed to glow in the same form. However, he was also wondering in his head why a sapphire had appear now, and why leave a handful of people around it's area. '...Unless it's a ring looking for an owner, but that's still speculation until given further specifics.' Derek thought as he gazed back at the women, his thoughts now deciding he might as well head over. 'Guess we'll figure out after asking them.'With that set in his mind, he soon raised himself off the ground a bit and flew over to the group. "Any of you know what happened?" Derek asked as he made it to them, his own gaze going through them as he poured his hope into his ring to try and discern the cause of the crystals. "So then, who wants to be hit by a ray of hope?" OOC: really sorry about the wait and the short post, severe writer's block.
