Heh. I see you've got a discerning eye, you want a quality product tailored to your exact specifications. Well I'm certainly the man for the job. I've been dabbling in genetic modification for Pokémon, and I think I've perfected a way to get everything from eye color to markings changed to whatever you desire, within reason of course.
Naturally, there are some Limitations. I can't of course create a Pokémon who's DNA I don't have on file, so this means you can only request Pokémon that have already been discovered.
Since the process is difficult, only one Pokémon per Trainer at a time may be synthesized
I haven't quite worked out how to change the Pokémon's dermis or pelt to colors outside of their natural range, but I heard there's a special item that gets given away once in a while that provides the necessary data for this process to work...

Non-Evolving Pokémon♥ - 40,000g
Two-Stage Evolving Pokémon - 80,000g
Three-Stage Evolving Pokémon - 120,000g
Shiny Hybridization♦ - 300,000g
Shiny Non-Legendary Pokémon - 500,000g
Legendary - 1,000,000g base + 100k for each Pokémon of that species already in existence♣
Shiny Hybrid Legendary♦ - 1,300,000g base + 100k for each Pokémon of that species already in existence♣
Shiny Legendary - 1,500,000g base + 100k for each Pokémon of that species already in existence♣
Edits♠ - and additional 5,000g on top of the custom price.

♥A non-evolving Pokémon is either a single-stage Pokémon with no natural evolution, a Pokémon which is already in it's final evolution, or a Pokémon that would normally evolve, but that the owner does not wish to ever evolve. Please note that if you buy a non-evolving Pokémon that would normally evolve, it will come equipped with an everstone, and you will never be able to use any growth item on it, so make sure you know you won't want to evolve it at a later date.
♦Shiny Hybridization occurs when an otherwise normally colored Pokémon exhibits traits or markings of a coloration that would usually be seen only in 'shiny' Pokémon of the same species. For example, a blue Swablu with yellow striping, or a purple Espeon with green socks, etc. Hybrids have a slightly higher chance than standard Pokémon of producing Shinies or Hybrids in a breeding.
♣This means that say if you wanted to buy a Mew, and there were already two Mews in existence in the shop, you would add 200k to the base price.
♠Edits are limited to accessories such as a bow or ribbon or harness, and cosmetic edits such as Gracie's docked tail.
