Narumi Misuhara Abyss Traveler Hello I havent done one of these before or know exactly what to say. but im just going to ask if any of what i list is able to be done. question 1: Are you guys in the future or soon able to fix the npc shops? by fix i mean can you make it so the shops that wont let you pick the ammount of quanity for example Loyals shop if i want to buy bundles from him or other goodies im not given the option like i could in the old gaia for any ammount i wanted. so if i wanted to buy 5 bundles or 10 but because i cant set a number i basiclly have to keep pressing 3 to 4 buttons each time i make a purchase just to get another bundle etc. im not sure how many shops atm dont let you pick quanity but yea I hope you can do something about it. 1. No. The Gcash amounts reflected are automatically assigned based on how much gold the item is placed for. It's a bit outdated and something we can look at updating in the future. Most of the rewards from the tired spender give female biased rewards and are useless unless gifted/sold. Same thing with shop, it would help if you would make a male/female section in such case. Hey there! Almost all of our items can be worn by both genders, so I don't foresee a gender specific tab in our future! However, yes, many of our items are more feminine. This is actually because a large majority of Gaians are female! However, we have been trying to make more unisex items that work for both genders since we want to give our male Gaians love too. Princess Angelishia Zemalia ShopsIs Loyal's going to see an update this month? It seemed like for a while we were getting fairly steady updates. I'd love to see more items in there and it's a great gold sink. We may, but all of our focus right now is on the Halloween Event! So it might be more like November before you see one. Narumi Misuhara sup-qt Shops With the shops, the current default setting it to show both human and animal items together. Is there a way that we can have an option to change this default in our account settings? So that if we have an animal avi we can have a choice to set it to animal and if we have a human avi we set it to human if we wish. This is doable, no current plans to make changes to this at the moment though. Princess Angelishia Niki-Senpai Items I know you guys plan on converting a bunch of old items to be unisex, but do you guys also plan on revamping/recoloring older gold shop items? Like what you did for the Peasant Gloves. I'd really like to see some older items redone to suit the modern color palettes/pixel stylings. We love taking recolor requests, and will definitely consider those items in particular in the future, especially as part of our gold shop grab bags!

Will there be more of a consecutive updates for the gold shops like there were in the past. Like either once or twice a week all for the stores get an update with more merchandise? Currently we update our Gold Shop about twice a month with an average of 50 to 80 items per update. We could make smaller updates on a weekly basis but our team feels that the current format allows for a more complete and deeper shop update. bluealaris Teacup Tyranny Art/Items?(not sure where to place this one) I recently saw the item contest and I was wondering: Why isn't there an animal base? I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to- if its for the Cross-stitch contest that's currently on-going there should be an Animal template and contest for them. This question deals with achievements and loyalty programs.
Getting into Club Verge and Loyal's Bazaar is a pretty big deal.
But for some reason we don't get achievements for getting into either loyalty program.
And that is pretty silly.
After all spending 100$ a year to be in Verge and logging in almost every single day to get into the Bazaar, we deserve some kind of achievement to put in out collection for that...
My Question is...
Would you please give us an achievement for getting into either loyalty program and an achievement for getting into both programs at the same time? Good idea! We are still looking into it- it seems to be a problem for only specific users so we're trying to identify the root of the problem. So that animal only users can choose 'animal' and in the shops it will automatically go to the animal items (instead of having to click on the button and reload the shop) And that human* only users can choose 'human' and in the shops it was automatically go to the human items? *By human I just mean our normal avis. They were released along with the Kira Eyes and were all three said to be limited and only available until the 27th. The Kira Eyes left, but the other two items remained. Since then, several RIGS have come and gone through Loyal's shop as well, few of which have ever left when they were supposed to. I'm curious if it's simply an oversight that the items are still there? Or was a decision made to change the limited status on them? It'd simply be nice to know, for those of us who invested in said items, expecting them to be a limited time deal. Yes, we put them in there intending for them to be limited, however we would like to do something a little more exclusive for the limited quantity items and we will be updating it accordingly. bluealaris Silver Death Okami Kyu ShopsQuestion 1: With every rig produced there is the rare pet. A lot of times people will miss out on the pet because of the lack of gold per-say or no funds for the cash shop. Do you think it may be possible to open up a RIG pet shop and let people start getting the rig pets from it? How it would work is, say the last 6 months to maybe the last year , the Rig pet would be available for X amount of gold. It would be switched out with a newer Rig pet. Say for example. the shop has the rig pets from July to Jan. Pet 1: July. Pet 2: August Pet 3: Sep. Pet 4: Oct Pet 5: Nov. Pet 6: Dec. When Jan. comes around July's pet would be booted. It's just an idea though. Question 2: Will we see a shop made for the Paw items? This is a good idea. We would likely want to use exclusive pets to this shop. We are considering making a Paw only shop as well.

We've been trying to look into this but we have not been able to reproduce the issue at all. For the time being, go ahead and file a ticket at our Help Center to request how many Grab Bags you'd like and we can go ahead and credit them to your account. If you could also let us know what exactly you are doing when trying to purchase it, it might help us figure out what the problem may be and how to reproduce it. bluealaris Ordinary Poison Shops/ItemsWhy not put limited items in like loyal's bazaar for lots and lots of gold? Or start putting your dozens of recolors for items, but not the original items themselves, in the shops? Lower their value so people can actually afford them? Loyal' Bazaar has ton's of recolors, so why not make recolors available for everyone to buy? Let the limited items get bought by people who have gold but no gcash, but can't afford the insane amount they are being sold for in the MP? This is something that we have planned! I get my daily chance; and yet most of my accounts I cannot shop at loyal's now. It said I did not log in for 70 days. Yet, I know I did. (I also wish to remark, that that countdown has always been glitched for me. Says 15 days one time, 3 days the next day then 25 a week later.)
Sidenote, I am wondering if that has anything to do with the missing santa march? Simply go ahead and file a ticket at our Help Center and we'll be able to help you with access again. Like five items made for both bases for ten items total? There is a lot of frustration on both sides when they get left out of the Gold shop update and this way no one is left out and everyone is happy! We try to create sets for all bases in each Gold Shop update but sometimes we have restrictions due to time. When it comes to the glitch, it is often reported in the Bug Reports forum and sometimes in Site Feedback. However, some staff members in the past (I can’t recall who off the top of my head– maybe Zero Omega?) have recommended filing a ticket as a way to get access into the store granted manually. How would you recommend filing a ticket for this? I recently found this recommendation, but have been suggesting it only hesitatingly, alongside “issues with items/gold” as this glitch isn’t something that fits with any of the known categories. However, before I actually go into the Bug Reports forum and post about it in whatever recent threads I find, I was hoping to get someone on staff to confirm the appropriate steps to save everyone involved some time and effort when they run into this unfortunate problem. As always, thanks! When you file a ticket for this, the best drop-down to use would be “Issues with items/gold.” While not the most accurate for the problem, out of the available options it’s the best one to use to describe the issue.
