Hey Girls! Halloweens right round the corner so this is just a space to voice any suggestions for events and games for the guild. Is there any contest you'd like to see? A favourite game from a past event you'd like to see come back? An idea for a GNO? Give your opinions and if your lucky maybe a crewbie or a fellow user will make your suggestions come true! Or maybe a Halloween tektek contest ^^ The only problem with a TekTek contest, is that TekTek is not up to date. sweatdrop
There are many hundreds of items available on Gaia that don't feature on tektek, their focusing on their own site now.
We would normally always have a tektek contest in any event, but I'm not sure if people would feel limited by how out of date it is?
There might be a writing thread, already in the works.

I like the Gaia town costume party idea as well.
But what if we also did a IRL costume contest? The girl would need to get a blank sheet of paper and put her username along with the date on it to make sure that it is real. Keep it PG-Pg13 of course, can't have any undies showing, lol!
But I think it would be cool, have categories for 'best hand made', 'originality', maybe even a 'group' one if any of the girls live nearby of each other or if its with you and a bunch of friends? I think as we get older, everyone thinks Halloween should only be for little kids or we are suppose to dress up really naughty like. Why can't we just dress up to have fun? heart

The costume party in towns thing is a good idea smile . Also, this sounds crazy, but what if we sent eachother a treat basket of sorts? It does not have to be expensive. I am talking for example sending one of each choco bar. Something like that smile

I love the idea of towns too! But to make sure everyone can do it instead of a strict timeframe, how about a thread for currently equipped avi contests?
Maybe and rng type game, Ooooh trivia!

The towns party sounds awesome! but we will need to figure out a time, or should it be all day for those in different timezones?
Treat basket sounds adorable!
Also the IRL costumes too, im hand making my daughter into princess peach and making myself a yoshi cap.. so if that does happen, deff need to have a piece of paper stating who it is to make sure its actually them 4laugh
